Didn't watch obviously, but I feel like the decision to put the unified titles on Orton is the right one, at least from a booking standpoint. There's really nothing for Cena to accomplish while being champ and he certainly doesn't need the rub. On the other hand, Orton being only one strike away from dismissal kind of makes him a somewhat odd choice, at least from a true business standpoint.

I guess what I'm saying is that I wish the Ultimate Warrior came back and won the title.

As long as he stays on the straight and narrow he'll be fine, but if he fucks up, they can hardly not release him.
