I think getting suspended is a better option than getting your ass handed to you day in and day out. Taking a beating has no advangtages. Dealing them out has a couple. I think I'll stick to standing my ground when needed, rather than cowering in fear waiting for to be dealt my next ass beating.

You fight anyways, there's no shame in losing, its more important to take a stand than to cower in fear. Also, if verbal abuse is something that rips you apart as bad as it's depicted on TV, you may just be a legit pussy. Words should never hurt anyone, no matter how hurtful or how often it happens. Moreover, even a geek can use them as effectively as a bully can.
