Big edition of Raw this week with big Royal Rumble implications!

The first item is the return of former WWE Champion The Rock! The Great One is scheduled to challenge for the title at the Royal Rumble, and was last seen on Raw on the receiving end of a GTS from CM Punk. Does the People's Champ have revenge in mind?

Speaking of Punk, the longest reigning WWE Champion of the modern era returns from injury to make his biggest defense of the belt to date. It's him vs. Ryback in a TLC match, the contest originally scheduled for the TLC PPV. Whoever wins this huge match has a date with destiny at the rumble when they go one on one with The Rock. Will Ryback finally get the win over Punk that has eluded him? Is Punk even ready for this match?

This, plus hopefully more participants will join John Cena, Randy Orton & Sheamus in adding their names to the field for the Royal Rumble match itself.​

Looking forward to this Raw as it will kick off WM season. Rock was interviewed and said that the start of his angle will begin at the end of the show, so we'll see what happens. With three hours to fill and WWE being in full WM mode apparently, these next few months should be great.
