RVD was de-pushed when he had weed found on him while driving, why shouldn't Jack? To me Jack's is bigger since he's suppose to be in one of the bigger storylines for Wrestlemania.

but yeah me talking about someone being punished for it is funny I know, but if I was a top star I'd give up the stuff, trust me.

What kind of message is that thought, go out and do whatever you want too and you still get to have your push? Swagger honestly shouldn't have got this push anyway, I'd like to have seen Daniel win the Chamber honestly, that or Mark.

That's when you're TESTED, not busted, if you test positive for it then yes its a fine, if you're BUSTED for it like he was, you can get fired.

Jack Swagger probably won't be terminated, not just yet anyway, but I honestly can't see WWE putting him into a headlining position on WrestleMania. He wasn't just arrested for possession, but also driving while under the influence. WWE must take a firm stand against that kind of behavior, if its wellness policy means anything.

It probably is. I wouldn't be shocked. Only TMZ reported it. Maybe WWE contacted them to make a fake ass story about Jack and all this shit. Have Swagger take a phony mugshot and now the whole IWC is talking about him.

Its working if that's the case.

It may not be true, but this has work potential written all over it and it will really kill if they add it to the angle for WM. Let's not forget how much WWE values social media and anything that gives them a "buzz" these days. Hell, even if its totally true, they can still work it to their benefit.

I really hope that this is just a work, because WWE has worked hard to make Swagger interesting. If he was to screw up by being this stupid then he would deserve to be released. However, if this is a work and then it will be interesting to see where this is going. It will be hard to pull a whole Del Rio planted the weed there since Swagger was also charged DUI.

But they could do that. But it would mean a complete switch of Del Rio to heel and Swagger to face which wouldn't make sense but could be pulled off.
