Ok so hear me out. We're talking about inquisition. So look at the questions asked as you've quoted. They're responsive to suspicion on himself, they're self centered questions (not in a bad way), but responsive.
Now go look at last game and skim through the same phase of play (the opening), ive quoted a bunch of it here that you can look at too now that you've unignored me.
See if you can see the difference. Question are not reflexive, he is prodding, making stuff happen, using inquisition to town/scumhunt and establish people's reads and stances. It's clearly different to what you've just quoted because it's him going out on a limb, unassisted, prying at people to help himself get to grips with the game and get people on record.
