Monday Night Raw: A Showdown in St. Louis
October 28th 2019
| St. Louis, Missouri | Enterprise Center

The lights went on bright for an absolutely massive episode of Monday Night Raw. For the first time since 2002, Brock Lesnar would compete in a match on Monday Night Raw! Lesnar was shown in the back prepping as a countdown clock started up! 59:30 it read, meaning we would see The Beast at the top of the 8 o’clock central hour here in St. Louis!

Commentary welcomed us to the show, and hyped up two huge championship matches on the docket tonight!

~ Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott defends the U.S. Championship against OC member Harper!
~ Rey Mysterio defends the Television Championship against Andrade!

But the show began with fireworks! The music of Sasha Banks played to a huge reaction. Banks lumbered out into the arena with visible wounds from War Games on Saturday. The Legit Boss tenderly walked down the ramp. Banks went the distance on Saturday night as she started the War Games match against The Sisters of Doom. So she is feeling it big time today but her confidence and bravado were still striking. Banks got in the ring and grabbed the microphone. Sasha welcomed everyone to Monday Night Raw, as is tradition it seems. Banks then says that she was thankful to compete in the second-ever all-women’s show on Saturday night, WWE REvolution. Cheers! Banks said that the fact that she made history in Brooklyn – again – is something she’ll never forget.

Sasha said that history was made on Saturday. The Four Horsewomen beat The Sisters of Doom! So everyone now knows who has supremacy. Banks said it’d weighed on her “so much” and while she wanted to be paid fairly for her work, she claimed she wouldn’t have missed the match. Hmmm… an oddly different tune now. But anyways, Sasha said that she always knew that The Four Horsewomen would beat The Sisters of Doom… because The Four Horsewomen have Sasha Banks! But of course. The Legit Boss earned some… very interesting reactions from the St. Louis crowd during this segment. Banks put herself over for surviving the entire match, as she pledged her loyalty and didn’t waver from her spot.

But now Banks wanted to get down to real business. Sasha said that she wanted one person to come down to the ring right now – The Raw Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch!

And it wouldn’t take long at all for The Man to respond! Lynch proceeded out, wounded as well, but still with two titles on her shoulder. The Raw Women’s Championship and Women’s Tag Team Championship glistened on Lynch’s shoulders and probably drove Banks mad. Lynch got in the ring and took a microphone. She allowed the crowd to chant her name for a moment before she began. Becky said that she wasn’t the least bit surprised that we reached this moment. She said that she knew, right when Banks decided to push off her championship match, that she was going to challenge her the first chance that she got. The Man asked The Boss if that’s what this was all about and Banks wasted little time in answering –

YES!

Sasha said that she was tired of waiting around. She said that she hasn’t been Raw Women’s Champion in over two years! Banks proclaimed herself to be the very best in the business today and the uncrowned champion in ALL of women’s wrestling! Banks boldly said that there was nobody on Earth who could do the things that she could do and the entire world knew it. Sasha said that she’s been the best wrestler to not hold a World Championship over the last two years but tonight, that was going to change!

TONIGHT?!!?

TONIGHT!?!?!? Banks challenged Lynch to a match, one-on-one for the Raw Women’s Championship, TONIGHT here in St. Louis!!

Not one to ever back down from a fight, Lynch was very quick to accept The Boss’ challenge! WOW!!

On top of everything tonight, a BLOCKBUSTER Women’s Championship Match appears to be on the—

Very abruptly, the camera crew senT us backstage!

A cameraman was seen hurriedly running backstage somewhere. We heard a loud “HELP!” yelped out here from a distance.

The cameraman kept going and we eventually arrived out back here.

Cameras picked up something both shocking and disturbing in nature –

CHARLOTTE FLAIR lay unconscious on the ground
.

The scene around her? Very bad – EMTs and other medical personnel tended to her gently.

Also concerning?

The fact that there was a window CLEARLY webbed from a collision.

And there’s only one conclusion to make here, and it’s a sickening one
.

Becky looked sick to her stomach in the ring. Sasha also looked shocked. She might hate Charlotte Flair… but-but that’s a heinous attack. Sasha’s not capable of that. Becky then fled the ring and went to the back in a hurry. The shocking moment left the crowd in St. Louis silent.

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Back live, and it is an urgent situation in the back. A stretcher has been rolled out and the ambulance is on the scene. Several other women’s superstars are around now too. Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks most notably, but a few others. Charlotte Flair can be seen being loaded onto the stretcher as she is beaten up pretty good.

Becky follows along here as she is assured she’ll be okay. Lynch looked on as everyone wondered the same thing –

Who was the one who BRUTALLY attacked Charlotte Flair??

Prior to the next matchup, a face not seen for a long time appears! My God, it’s DOMINIK MYSTERIO! Dominik, now much taller and older, is here to support his father in this upcoming contest! Which, a note, something was announced before the match by Mike Rome.

“The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 15-minute time limit! And it is for the WWE Television Championship!”

Vic Joseph elaborated on commentary that William Regal revealed a new mandate: TV Championship Matches have a FIFTEEN-MINUTE time limit on Monday Night Raw and a 10-minute time limit on Friday Night Smackdown now!

1
WWE Television Championship Match
Rey Mysterio defends against Andrade (w/ Zelina Vega)
What does a 15-minute time limit do for this match? For one, there is a greater sense of urgency from both men in this matchup. Rey and Andrade don’t look to drag this along. Mysterio has no problem lulling Andrade along, but it’s clear the TV Champion wants to keep his championship. The issue for both men becomes that they know each other a little too well. They wrestled brilliant matches earlier in the year. And, it seems both have studied each other up. They counter a lot of each other’s moves, seem to know every step they’re going to take, and frustrate the other.

Andrade and Rey keep mixing it up here as each tries to step up their game. But again, these two seem to have immense knowledge of each other. It creates a frustrating ordeal as they are dealing with the time factor. 15 minutes is a long time. But, each time you say that, more time passes. Things ramp up as neither man is still able to put the other away. Rey sets Andrade up on the top rope and looks to score with a Hurricanrana! NO! Andrade holds on!! He then mightily pulls Rey up and scores with a Powerbomb off the second rope! Andrade goes for the cover, PUTTING HIS BOOTS up on the second rope in the corner! 1! 2! The referee spots him!

Andrade is forced to break the pinfall attempt. But, it’s another showcase of the desperation on display. Andrade then mounts Rey and started to pummel him! Corey Graves speculated whether Andrade wants to knock Rey out! Andrade then pulled Rey up and looks for his Hammerlock DDT! But Rey spun out of it! And he pulled him in and scores with an Enziugiri! Rey got up to his feet and then sent Andrade to the ropes with a dropkick! Rey then went for the 619! But Zelina pulled Andrade out of dodge! Rey zoomed back and stayed right. The referee reprimanded Zelina but with his back turned, someone emerged into the ring! It’s BUDDY MURPHY! Where’d he come from!? Buddy hit Rey with a HUGE Spinning Heel Kick!! Andrade then raced right back into the ring, lifted Rey up – BAM! Hammerlock DDT! 1! 2! NEW CHAM—NO! KICK OUT!

Buddy dropped to his knees in despair. He couldn’t get it done! Buddy then went over and grabbed the Television Championship! And hey – wait!! DOMINIK MYSTERIO jumped the rail! As Buddy went over to the ring, Dominik sprinted over, jumped up on the steps AND FLEW! CROSS BODY TO MURPHY! HE WIPED HIM OUT!!! In the ring, Andrade sent Rey into the ropes. Mysterio ran up as Andrade looked for a Tilt-A-Whirl! No! Rey countered! Headscissors into the ropes! The clock was TICKING NOW though as we aw there are 20 seconds remaining! Rey ran in! 619!! Dominik has had Buddy occupied still as Zelina is throwing a fit!! Rey then ran up, leapt off the top rope, and BOOM! FROG SPLASH CONNECTS! 1! 2! 3!!!

WINNER: Rey Mysterio via pinfall at 14:55. Mysterio RETAINS the Television Title.

An IRATE Andrade tore apart the ringside floor and threw the steps after losing! Andrade was PISSED to say the least that he didn’t become the TV Champion tonight. Who knows what that means for everybody else, but boy, he was not happy!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Backstage, the still-irate Andrade walked into his locker room in a huff. Zelina Vega sighed with great disappointment while Buddy Murphy claimed he had a plan. Zelina told him that it better work and then entered the room. Murphy looked at Bobby Roode and told him to follow him.

WWE Commissioner William Regal addressed the crowd next. He said that he hoped to hear from a detective about who attacked Becky Lynch tonight, and now unfortunately has to begin a new investigation into what happened to Charlotte Flair. Regal said he hoped to hear more about her, and hopes that she has a speedy recovery and he won’t rest until he finds out who did that to her.

Regal then ran down a host of announcements, first stating that Seth Rollins will be in action next.

Then Regal stated that tonight, there will be a Women’s Intercontinental Championship #1 Contender’s Match that will pit Alexa Bliss against longtime rival Naomi.

And finally, Ruby Riott and AJ Lee will address the crowd according to the Commissioner.

Just then, we jumped backstage. Somebody in a very nice black limousine pulled up! Wow, when’s the last time we had a limo shot?

As we looked to uncover who it was, someone intervened. That someone? Finn Balor! What the heck? The Universal Champion!? Finn told everyone to buzz off and then entered the back of the limo! Who does Finn have in the limo!?

2
Singles Match
Gran Metalik
vs.
Seth Rollins (w/ Daniel Bryan)
The stars have come out to play in the first hour! The parade of stars began with Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch, it continued on with Andrade and Rey Mysterio, and now we’re moving along more with Seth Rollins and Daniel Bryan! Let’s be serious: Gran Metalik is obviously no slouch in the ring himself either! But there is little doubt who’s going to win this match. We learn from Byron Saxton that Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado have SPLIT UP to pursue singles careers! That’s mighty interesting! Nevertheless, Metalik put on a show here in the limited time he’s given to. Seth eventually picked up control and didn’t relinquish it. After playing with his food for a little while, Rollins kicked it into a new gear and finished Metalik off with THE STOMP! 1! 2! 3!!!
WINNER: Seth Rollins via pinfall at 4:23.

After the match ended, Rollins got on the microphone while Bryan entered the ring. Seth said that before they got down to business that should’ve been taken care of last week, Rollins said he had an announcement. Two announcements actually. Rollins said that first, they learned today that Commissioner Regal had appointed BOTH Seth Rollins and Daniel Bryan as Co-Captains for a Survivor Series match! As captains, Rollins said they were allowed to challenge anybody. So, Seth said they decided to challenge a man who, quite frankly, didn’t have many allies on Raw. If any at all! They’re talking about DREW MCINTYRE of course!

So Seth cracked a smile and wished Drew good luck in assembling a team. Rollins then moved onto announcement #2. Rollins said that lately, there’s been a lot of talk about who the best wrestler on the brand-new Monday Night Raw is. Rollins said that there shouldn’t be a debate – it’s him – which drew a response physically from Bryan as he side-eyed him a bit. But! Rollins said that people have been saying that Rey Mysterio is the best on Raw right now, especially after his successful title defense tonight. Cheers for Rey! Seth said that he wanted to put a stop to all that. So, Seth challenged Rey to a Television Championship Match for NEXT WEEK here on Raw!

Bryan was about the only man who didn’t seem to be on the same page as Seth. Did Rollins even tell him? Bryan said that if they’re into surprise announcements, which Seth seems to be, then he has one of his own too! Bryan said that he’s done something Seth hasn’t done yet this year – BEAT Rey Mysterio! Nobody ever came to Bryan, he said, about challenging for the Television Championship and he said that there was no debate about who the best wrestler is because everyone accepts it every time that he’s on the screen! Wow! Some tension here?? Bryan said that he too would challenge for the Television Championship, but in TWO WEEKS, when Raw emanates from London, England! Wow!

Rollins says that ANYWAYS… they have something to show to everyone! Rollins then produces a film where we see what they alluded to last week – They beat up Rusev! Seth and Bryan ganged up on Rusev, as seen on video, in the parking lot last weekend. They beat him up good in the back lot of the arena and smashed a cinderblock over his knee!

But after the video played, Drew McIntyre then shot out like a cannon!

McIntyre sought revenge for the last few weeks! He got his hands on both Bryan and Rollins, but Bryan and Rollins eventually took advantage! The numbers game was too much for Drew. They picked The Scottish Psychopath apart! Rollins walked over and lifted Drew’s dead weight up by his arms. Bryan then ran in… WHAM! KNEE TO THE FACE!! Statement made by Daniel Bryan and Seth Rollins!! The two co-captains are chasing gold and supremacy here on Raw! One way or another they wanna get it done and they’ll take out anybody to do it! If you don’t believe them, just ask Rusev, and now, ask Drew McIntyre!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

ISLA DAWN ARRIVES TO RAW… NEXT WEEK!

Renee Young then dished on the 411 regarding Charlotte Flair.

Renee said that Charlotte was taken to a Saint Louis University medical facility for treatment of a severe head injury. Renee said she asked medical officials and they told her that Flair was out for several minutes following the disgusting attack. She said that so far, there hasn’t been a perpetrator revealed. Renee was then interrupted suddenly. Detective Casanova appeared for the second consecutive week. Casanova apologized for interrupting but couldn’t help it. He said that he heard her say that there has not been a perpetrator revealed. Casanova said that might not be true by the end of the night.

Renee follows up, as any good reporter would do. Casanova explained that he thinks he has a lead on who did it and believes it’s been the same person who’s executed similar crimes on both Becky Lynch and Toni Storm. When asked if he could provide additional info, Casanova said it was part of an ongoing investigation and couldn’t divulge until it was complete. Which, Casanova said, is near.

Then we jumped to the ring. The OC made their much-anticipated arrival! They walked down to the ring and Finn Balor got on the microphone. Balor trashed the city of St. Louis and said they should be grateful that the Universal Champion is gracing them with his presence. Balor said that tonight is a big show because The OC are going to hand Brock Lesnar another embarrassing loss! And he said they were gonna do that in front of more royalty! Balor then brought out… ‘The Phenomenal’ AJ Styles!

So THAT’S who was in the limo! Styles and Balor chummed it up here and then The Beast arrived! Brock Lesnar came out to huge fanfare from everyone. Lesnar and Paul Heyman stood on stage. Heyman said that, on behalf of his client, he isn’t surprised by the fact that The OC has weaponized themselves in the fashion that they have. Which, in turn, Heyman said, makes it more convenient that Brock Lesnar’s partner is who he is! Hmmm… interesting… and after stringing it out a bit…

“IT’S A NEW DAY, YES IT IS!”

WHAT!!

OH!!! It’s… WWE Champion, Kofi Kingston!

What a surprise this is!!

The OC looked PISSED as Lesnar bumped fists with Kingston! The mutual respect between the two men seemed to still be intact from after their battle for the WWE Title earlier this month! And what a huge surprise this truly is!!

3 Tag Team Match
Brock Lesnar and Kofi Kingston (w/ Paul Heyman)
vs.
The OC (w/ AJ Styles, Finn Balor)
The supersized team of Brock Lesnar and Kofi Kingston quickly sent The OC reeling away with a furious start to the match. Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows tried their damnedest to weather the storm. While they got some offense in on Kofi, no such luck came against Lesnar to no surprise! The match ran at an accelerated pace as Lesnar hopped into the ring off a hot tag and just went DESTROYER mode on Anderson and Gallows! He spectacularly sent Gallows away with a Belly-to-Belly throw at one point! Finn would try to get involved late, but Kofi sent the Universal Champion away with a TROUBLE IN PARADISE! And meanwhile, Lesnar propped Anderson up… FOR THE F-5!! 1! 2!! 3!!!
WINNERS: Brock Lesnar and Kofi Kingston via pinfall at 5:56.

While Balor and Styles retreated from their future opponents, Lesnar decided to send a message to the Universal Champion! He grabbed Karl Anderson again and hoisted him up! AND HIT HIM WITH A SECOND F-5!! Lesnar wasn’t done! Brock went to the outside, grabbed Luke Gallows and threw him into the ring. Kofi and The New Day cheered Brock on as he put Gallows on his shoulders! F-5 TO LUKE GALLOWS!!

Balor and Styles, perhaps a bit too concerned with themselves and not their longtime allies, stand back and talk trash! But Kofi and Brock wanted and got some action! These forces are bound to continue colliding! Including THIS FRIDAY on Smackdown!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
The action from before the break is shown in replay form! Afterward, we view footage from during the break. Sarah Schreiber interviewed Brock Lesnar, who said he picked Kofi Kingston because 1) He knew that it would piss The OC off and 2) Because he has respect for Kofi Kingston. Brock said that when Kofi decided to challenge him one-on-one, he knew that he had the balls and the fortitude to be WWE Champion and to lead the company. Brock said he doesn’t think highly of many, but Kingston earned his respect then and he earned it in their championship match on Smackdown several weeks ago. Wow!

Elsewhere backstage, Rey Mysterio celebrated his Television Championship victory. Mysterio was with his son Dominik now of course. Rey thanked Dom for snuffing out trouble earlier in their match. Rey said that he knew that something was up and that’s why he got him in here. Suddenly, their room is barged in! By police! Police!? Rey looked aghast and then we started hearing someone’s voice. “That’s him, officers! That’s him! He was trespassing tonight!” shouted that worm, Buddy Murphy! Was this Murphy’s plan!? Rey defended Dom from the cops, but the cops say that their report was that someone trespassed and attacked a superstar, and that’s PROHIBITED by WWE’s Fan Conduct Policy. Dom pled with the cops, but the cops told him that he’s earned a night in jail! Dom was then put in handcuffs and brought away! Rey told Dom not to say anything and that he would bail him out of this. He angrily looked at Buddy, who smirked as he walked away. Boy… BOY did Mysterio look pissed…

4 Non-Title Tag Team Match
The Revival (w/ Taz)
vs.
Chris Bryant and Tony Rizzone
It might not shock you to find out that this match doesn’t get too much time! The Revival are simply looking to kick over a tomato can on their way to Survivor Series. Corey Graves revealed that he’s heard that The Revival have a HUGE challenge in store for the event. Byron Saxton ponders if it’s going to be against The Franchise Players, and it’s funny he mentions them, because they arrive! The conglomerate shows up at the top of the stage and eventually wanders down about halfway. That doesn’t distract Dash or Dawson, who act as a well-oiled machine. Also, they ran a similar gag on this Raw from St. Louis, as “Bryant and Rizzo” were two goobers in Cubs jerseys. So, that’s what happened here too! The Revival drilled Tony with the Shatter Machine and got the victory!
WINNERS: The Revival via pinfall at 3:32.

But after the matchup, things got wild! The Franchise Players jumped The Revival after the match! It was a 3-on-2 attack by Apollo Crews, Ashante Thee Adonis, and Ricochet! The fight waged on and then more of Team Taz got involved! Samoa Joe and Dom Dijakovic motored down to the ring and ringside area!! The fight continued but in favor of Team Taz!! And the fight wasn’t stopping either! It turned into a freaking melee!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
Things had significantly settled down by the time that we came back live on the air!

Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins – The Street Profits then appeared in the crowd! They seemed tasked with keeping the crowd’s energy UP and they sure seemed to! They hyped up the brawl that just happened and Montez asked everyone if they think The Street Profits should get involved in some beef?! The crowd, lively as ever, egged them on! Tez and Dawks then threatened that next week, things could get dicey for somebody! Somebody was gonna get the smoke! And they wanted ALL of it back!

For the first time since the first 20 minutes of the show, Becky Lynch appeared. The Man was with Commissioner Regal backstage. Regal stressed that it didn’t seem like Lynch was in the right frame of mind right now. How could she be? Charlotte was attacked viciously and there seems to be reason to believe that her attacker from the summer is around as well. Lynch sternly said that when she became the Raw Women’s Champion and the Smackdown Women’s Champion at WrestleMania, she knew she’d be Public Enemy #1. And that’s been proven time after time after time this year. Between the bounty and her being attacked, Lynch has had a giant target on her back all year long. She knows that responsibility and she knows the burden that comes with it. But, if she didn’t know what she signed up for, she wouldn’t be in this spot. She KNOWS what she signed up for and she will proceed with this title match!

Shortly after, Detective Casanova returned to the screen. Casanova said that he had a major update on the case. Regal suggested he say it immediately. Casanova then said, “Commissioner… Based on the extensive discussion, interviews, and evidence. After countless walks through every situation. And after a delicate and extremely thorough review process, three times over… I believe we have our suspect.” Wow! He continued.

“And not only… do I believe that we have our suspect for the attack on Charlotte Flair tonight, but I also believe we have our suspect for the attack on Toni Storm, and the person behind the car accident that nearly severely injured Becky Lynch, who is still feeling the effects of that accident to this day. And Commissioner… there’s one thing with that, that’s very important to know.”

Regal obliged him to tell. Casanova nodded and eagerly said the words that jolted everyone after that.

“I believe all this to be true because… I believe these attacks have all been committed by the same person.”

Oh shit. And before anything could be revealed… we suddenly blacked out!

What the hell…

We finally come back live a few moments later. Jarring moment there. Nobody seems to know what happened. But, in any event, two people have taken over the ring as we see after the cameras reset here.

It’s AJ Lee and Ruby Riott!!

Ruby started by saying something extremely cold-hearted. Riott said that she is THANKFUL for whoever attacked Charlotte Flair tonight. Wow… have you no conscience, Ruby? Riott said that we can all now be spared of more drama within The Four Horsewomen. That’s something that, in her mind, everyone can appreciate. Geez, tell us how you really feel, Ruby. Riott says that there’s more important things to discuss anyway. She said that speaking of sparing the WWE Universe of something annoying, she should have gotten a here's welcome tonight. Ruby said that she has freed the WWE Universe from the clutches of The Bella Twins! It’s true, Ruby did retire The Bellas in the Double Jeopardy Match on Saturday night. So Ms. Money in the Bank defeated yet another former Women’s Champion and berid us of them for good.

AJ quipped that they would’ve retired soon anyway because they’ve been too afraid to confront her for years and that didn’t end anytime soon recently. Wow… Ruby laughed and then said that nobody would miss them and that The Bella Army had finally been defeated for good. Now, everyone could resume their own lives again. Ruby said that continued for her. She reminded everybody that she is still the Women’s Money in the Bank holder.

Ruby then complained that now she has something else to deal with… the fact that there’s a new champion in WWE. Welp… THAT stirred everyone up.

Ruby then addressed one Toni Storm, the first-ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion. Riott welcomed her to the sorority of women’s ladder match winners. Ruby said she beat one like a drum at SummerSlam, would beat the other like a drum whenever she wanted, and wouldn’t hesitate to do the same to Toni either! How disrespectful!

Riott said she knew Storm was watching tonight, so she wanted her to listen up and listen good. Riott made it perfectly clear that she believed that she was the best women’s wrestler in WWE. She said Toni has had a “cute little hot streak” but has to be consistent before she proves that she’s among the very best. Riott said that she’s aware that she’s won the Mae Young Classic, that she was the NXT UK Women’s Champion. But Ruby boosted herself up, saying she wrestles former Women’s Champions week in and week out. Not just on television but on the live event circuit as well. She’s done that for over a year, going on two, and Toni has been here for a cup of coffee. Ruby said that she had a challenge for Toni Storm! It wasn’t for her Women’s Intercontinental Championship. No, Ruby wanted to prove a point. So, Riott said that she would gather four women to join her at Survivor Series and wanted the new kid on the block to try to do the same! She said she wanted to stop Toni Storm before she even got started! Would she be successful?

5 Singles Match
‘Ms. MITB’ Ruby Riott (w/ AJ Lee)
vs.
Xia Li
Definitely not one of Xia Li’s shinier performances. The relative newcomer is still looking for victory for the first time and after tonight, she would have to keep looking. Ruby put things to rest quickly as she bombarded Xia with a heavy attack. She didn’t leave much to the imagination about what she was capable of. And BANG! Riott Kick to Xia! 1! 2! 3!!!
WINNER: Ruby Riott via pinfall at 1:37.

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
Alexa Bliss spoke before her match. Bliss said that she was elated to have defeated Trish Stratus at WWE REvolution. She believes now that she’s found her edge again. That’s bad news for everyone, Bliss said, as she thinks that a championship is coming soon. She declared she would beat Naomi, just like she used to, and then go on to defeat Toni Storm next week for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

6 Women’s Intercontinental Championship #1 Contender’s Match
Alexa Bliss
vs. Naomi

Bliss and Naomi, rivals nearly three years ago already, renewed hostilities in this high-stakes encounter. A match with Toni Storm for her Intercontinental Championship hung in the balance and both women were hasty in trying to beat the other for that opportunity. Bliss was clear with her goals before the match and wrestled like she had that edge again. She didn’t have any time for Naomi or her tricks. Though, with her new attitude, Naomi sure fought aggressively. She would bully Bliss a little bit and took control of the matchup. But, unable to put Bliss away, frustration grew for the former Smackdown Women’s Champion.

Towards the end of the matchup, Bliss gained control again. She went fr a Tornado DDT off the corner! But Naomi set her down, kneed her in the jaw, and then hit her with a DDT of her own! Naomi crawled over to make the cover. 1! 2! NO! Kickout by Bliss! Naomi then set herself up and looked poised to hit her with the Rear View! NO! Bliss moved out of danger! Naomi was out of position and Bliss went up, hopped on her back – CODE BLUE!! Bliss then dragged her over to the corner. Alexa scaled up to the top. And BOOM! TWISTED BLISS! 1! 2!! 3!!

WINNER: Alexa Bliss via pinfall at 7:07. Bliss is the NEW #1 Contender.

A video package played, hyping up the United States Championship! And that title would be on the line… next!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
As we arrived in the back, the camera picked up an argument from afar! The argument was between the likes of MVP and Naomi!

A frustrated MVP walked away from the scene. He then ran into Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott, no stranger to him at all! MVP looked to talk to him about something but Swerve didn’t seem to want to. MVP got in his face and barked at him. Swerve took this personally and bumped shoulders with MVP on his way out! Yikes!

The same cameras then zoomed over. The OC was huddled up and appeared to be planning something! What was going on!? Hella eavesdropping going on…

7 United States Championship Match
Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott
defends against Harper

It’s a big contrast of styles here in this match. The quick, athletically-gifted Swerve versus the big, bulldozing, bruising Harper. What comes after tat is a pretty damn good TV match. Swerve starts the match off at his pace and is able to rock Harper off his feet. He sends the big man out of the ring and overwhelms him and stays on the attack. The match continued on the outside, but wond up costing Swerve big. Harper threw him HARD into the ringpost after countering a swing! Swerve hit it hard, shoulder-first, and that wound up a problem for the rest of the match. Harper keyed in on it too and stayed on the attack.

Swerve gutted it out though and didn’t back off him quickly. He was champion for a reason! He’s already proved he can defend that title, as he did against Pete Dunne earlier this month at No Mercy. Swerve’s newfound championship spirit kept him alive here. Harper looked to throttle him with a lariat, but Swerve launched himself underneath Harper and hit a SPECTACULAR Floatover DDT in the process! Swerve then went to the top rope and launched himself off the top rope! 450° SPLASH! 1! 2! NO! Harper kicked out and threw him off as he displayed a terrific amount of power in the process.

Swerve was hammered hard by Harper. Harper turned the match into something he wanted it to be: A physical fight. Swerve could combat, but Harper was just bigger and his strikes were just harder. He clobbered Swerve with heavy strikes, but Swerve stayed resilient anyway. He kicked out of numerous pinfall attempts over the next few minutes. Harper hoisted Swerve up and looked to hit a Fallaway Slam on him. But Swerve landed on his feet! He then leapt up and hit a neckbreaker down on the mat! 1! 2! NO!! Harper kicked out, but the move clearly stunned him a bit here as it takes him a moment to get up.

Swerve tried to take advantage of this! He got up a bit quicker and peppered Harper with some strikes. It was clear that Swerve was running on fumes as he huffed and puffed. But he stayed atop Harper and whipped him into the ropes and ran in and BOOM! Running Cross Body! Swerve then went out onto the apron. He measured Harper up and then took a deep breath. Swerve readied, catapulted up on the top rope, springboarded off, AND HE PULLED A VINTAGE SHELTON BENJAMIN WITH A SPRINGBOARD BULLDOG!! 1! 2! 3-NO!! Harper kicked out!!

Oh man! Harper kicked out of the Springboard Bulldog! And that move took a LOT out of Swerve as it took him a moment to even get the pinfall! He tried to get himself up but did so at a very ginger and slow pace. Harper saw this and got up and swung! Clothesline! No! Swerve ducked! Swerve went for a kick! But Harper grabbed his boot! Oh no! He swung Swerve around and BAM!! DISCUS CLOTHESLINE!! He turned Swerve INSIDE OUT with that one!! Harper rolled Swerve over and hooked both legs to stack him up!
1! 2!! 3!!! NEW CHAMPION! NEW CHAMPION!!!
WINNER: Harper via pinfall at 14:02. Harper WINS the United States Title.

Harper won the United States Championship!! For the first time in his career, Harper is United States Champion!!

The former Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion adds another accolade! He stood up and celebrated victory over the defeated Swerve, who left it all out in the ring tonight. Harper was rewarded with the U.S. Title by the official. He hoisted it up in the air and received a big mixed reaction from the St. Louis crowd. Obviously, plenty like Swerve already! But Byron Saxton brought up a point that was discussed during the match: Where was the rest of The OC?

We soon found our answer!

The camera SLINGSHOT to the back.

The clanging of a lead pipe was heard! And then we saw Big E writhing in pain! What the hell!?

Then we heard familiar cackling from AJ Styles and Finn Balor! Xavier Woods checked on his buddy as Kofi Kingston barked at the fleeing OC! Oh NO!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
We did an early rundown of Survivor Series matches! Ruby Riott and Toni Storm’s captained Survivor Series match was confirmed! As was the Men’s Survivor Series match with co-captains Daniel Bryan and Seth Rollins against Drew McIntyre’s team! And, of course, Brock Lesnar challenges Finn Balor for the WWE Universal Championship!

And now... it's main event time!

8 Raw Women’s Championship Match
Becky Lynch
defends against
Sasha Banks
It’s been an ENORMOUS show, and now it’s set to main event with a huge match! Vic Joseph told the fans watching that they have fulfilled their contractual obligations for commercial breaks, so the rest of this show will be commercial-free! That’s one way to keep the spotlight on these two! And there was a lot of time left on this show, too, don’t be mistaken. Lynch, fighting with injured ribs and wounds from War Games, scrapped with Sasha who was weakened herself. But Banks’ championship mindset never wavered and neither did Becky’s. These two are no strangers to each other, folks.

There was a feeling out process between the two women in the beginning. Veterans of the game, each tried to outwrestle the other. Even fighting through the visible and invisible wounds from War Games, these two were hungry. These two were spirited. They fought on valiantly anyway because above all, they wanted to prove they were the best. They wanted to prove that they can be champion. That’s what drove these two, especially Banks, who has yet another one-on-one shot for the championship, her first since all the way back in January. Before all of this started.

Late in the matchup, the intensity picked up. Banks and Lyn "ch hit each other harder. Banks swung wildly and then threw herself out of position. Lynch then turned around and grabbed her. Manhandle Slam! NO! Banks elbowed free! Sasha then went for the Backstabber—but Lynch grabbed onto the ropes! Banks fell on her back and Becky turned around and grabbed her. So Banks rolled her up into an inside cradle! 1! 2! NO! Both ladies got up and Banks was sent into the corner. Lynch then ran in to hit her with her forearm, but Banks pulled the referee in front of her! OH NO! DOWN GOES THE REFEREE!! Banks then cheapshotted Lynch! She then went out of the ring and grabbed the Raw Women’s Championship! The Boss then got in the ring and looked to waffle Lynch with it!

NO! Lynch grabbed her!

MANHANDLE SLAM!!! SHE MAKES THE COVER!!

“1!”

“2!!!”

“3!!!!!”

“4!!!”

“5!!!”

THERE’S NO REFEREE TO MAKE THE COUNT!

Wait a minute-as Lynch got up, the crowd buzzed something BIG. Lynch turned around and walked in—WHAM!

OH MY GOD!

SOMEONE JUST BLASTED BECKY IN THE RIBS WITH A BASEBALL BAT!!

A MASKED INVADER!

IS IT THE ATTACKER!?

THEY FLED OUT OF THE RING AFTER QUICKLY!

Meanwhile, Banks was on the apron. She saw Lynch doubled over BADLY in pain. She was coughing up from the weakened area. Banks saw the killshot in front of her and she wanted to seize the moment! She climbed up and got to the top turnbuckle! And Banks flew off!

FROG SPLASH ON THE INJURED RIBS!! Lynch was hit BAD and trickles of blood came out of her mouth as she turned over expressionless. Out like a light!

BANKS THEN COVERED!

1!

2!!

3!!!

NEW CHAMPION!!

WINNER: Sasha Banks via pinfall at 12:07. Banks WINS the Raw Women’s Title.

OH MY GOD-SHE’S WON THE TITLE! SHE’S WON! NEW CHAMPION!

NEW CHAMPION!!

SASHA BANKS IS THE NEW RAW WOMEN’S CHAMPION!!

Thanks to the help of a ski-masked attacker, who brutally swung a baseball bat into Becky’s ribs, The Boss is on top of the Raw Women’s Division again! Banks is now a FIVE-TIME Raw Women’s Champion! An historic victory for Banks!

Sasha then goes to celebrate but then the masked attacker invades the ring again!

Banks fled to the corner as they then started to beat up Becky Lynch! And she couldn't even defend herself!! She just went 20 minutes after waging war at War Games, and everything else! They get up and stomp all over Becky’s previously damaged ribs!! They then finally stop, calling off their own dogs as they looked down at Lynch. Lynch was hurt and hurt badly. She was coughing up blood and absolutely toiling in pain.

Banks then looked up at the masked invader, who stood over Lynch’s body.

The masked individual then made a move to pull off the mask!

A STUNNED GASP RANG THROUGH THE ENTERPRISE CENTER!

THE MASKED ATTACKER REVEALED THEMSELVES TO BE

BAYLEY!!!

What? What?! WHAT!?

WHAT!?!? WHAT THE HELL?

DOES THIS MEAN?

Banks, wide-eyed, looked on in shock as Bayley looked at her best friend… her confidante… her partner-in-crime for life…

And smiled.

AND THE BOSS RAN IN AND EMBRACED THE HUGGER WITH A HUG!

OMG!!

The two then let go of each other… and started beating the hell out of Becky Lynch!

The Man, defenseless, and right now without any help, fell victim to a vicious 2-on-1 mugging here!! Vic Joseph and Byron Saxton pled for some help for Becky! Corey pointed out that everybody must be in shock just like us! And perhaps frightened!

Does this mean that Bayley was the attacker!?

Bayley then demanded a mic as Sasha had shoved Lynch into the corner. DEMANDED one outside. She yelled at Mike Rome to give her one and Rome, frightened, gave it up to her. Bayley then took the microphone and looked out at the crowd with an unfamiliar scowl.

“Hey Becky…” Bayley said as she turned around, wide smile on her face.

“Your search… for your attacker… and for Charlotte's?”

Bayley stood as Sasha made sure to have Becky view Bayley. Lynch looked helpless, and in shock.

“Is over. It’s all… over…”

Oh my God. What a shocking revelation!

Bayley then came up and grabbed Becky by the cheeks as she showed a stunning amount of power over the situation!

“And we have only just begun, you little IDIOT! And we’re not gonna stop until we run this whole DAMN company!”
Bayley loudly declared to boos. But she didn’t care. “Only the strong… will survive…”

Bayley then suddenly dragged Becky down through the ropes! She pulled her down as Sasha climbed out. Bayley instructed her to do something as Banks then peeled the ringside mat off! She dragged Becky over towards the concrete!

Commissioner Regal then came out to try and stop this, but before he could beg her off-

BAYLEY SLAMMED HER DOWN ON THE CONCRETE WITH THE ROSE PLANT!! OH MY GOD!!

(Not actually, o’ course. TRICK CAMERAS~!)

THE AUDACITY!!

Bayley and Sasha then walked away from the scene. Regal admonished them but they absolutely did not care. They backed away from the scene as more EMTs and medical personnel came down to check on Lynch.

In one night, the balance of power in the women’s division just shifted exponentially… and just as soon as The Four Horsewomen were seen standing tall…

They might have just dissolved just as quickly.

Fantastic start to Chapter 1. Seems like you may be building to a match between the Horsewomen, which is very exciting and something WWE should have capitalized on in real life. Hightlights for me were:

- The obvious, the Horsewoman storyline was fantastic and I'm excited to see what you do with it.
- Particularly loved the Rey and Dom stuff. Buddy calling the cops on Dom is a great heel move.
- Fantastic work building the OC. Feel like they're going to be a real threat and could have a fun feud with The New Day. And with Brock involved, I wouldn't mind seeing fun Brock, like when he had the MITB boombox!

Really looking forward to your next show!

I've finally caught up in here. First of all, I want to compliment you on Revolution, that was a terrific show. Not only the big time War Games match was a fitting ending to the epic storyline, but the push of Toni Storm, Ruby ending The Bellas, Bliss getting back on track. A well written show with plenty of great fallout for you to work with moving forward as well. So there's that. Just an incredible effort, my hats off to you.

As for this most recent episode of Raw, had a feeling the attacker would be revealed, and probably expected it to be Bayley after the somewhat awkward segment with Bayley and Detective Casanova last week. Awesome turn though, and with Becky and Charlotte down and out, intrigued to see who steps up to face Bayley and Sasha now. Another well executed angle throughout the night, especially the tease where Casanova was set to make the reveal before the lights went out. That was fun.

Dom Mysterio going to jail makes me lol considering what's happened in real life so I like the play off that. Andrade's return and gunning for Rey Rey has been solid so far, and expecting more good things moving forward.

The OC angle here with them finally being one upped by Brock having The New Day with him was a good angle. You continue to do everything you can to put Kofi over as a big time WWE Champion (it still feels awkward to me though considering his angles have always felt second/third in line), however Brock 'respecting' him certainly helps.

I've loved your booking of Ruby since she won the MITB so the idea of her feuding with another one of the hot stars in Toni Storm gets a thumbs up from me. Would love a little more explanation on the Ruby/AJ partnership now that The Bellas are out of the picture though. Intrigued to see how Bliss falls into all of this now she's number one contender as well.

Harper beating Swerve as cleanly as he did was certainly unexpected. Not negative feedback here towards it, was just genuinely surprised but I like Harper.

Finally, I haven't really been unable to get into the still relatively new partnership of Rollins and Bryan. They haven't created much of a splash yet either if I'm honest, so to see them already potentially having issues feels WAY to soon. Hoping that's a swerve, and hoping you can deliver something to help me get into this partnership a little more in the future.

I hate that I touched on Rollins/Bryan last because it feels like I'm ending on a negative and that's not fair. Enjoying the hell out of this, VERY strong stuff.

Here goes my comment on the start of chapter two my friend. If it is anything like chapter one then this is going to be some ride. I'm looking forward to delving straight into it.

-Becky vs. Sasha and Charlotte attack - Well, Sasha didn't take long in telling everyone what she wanted and to be honest I think it was the obvious direction for things to go in. Looking forward to the title match and I am intrigued by who attacked Charlotte Flair. Someone new debuting tonight maybe? Looks like we might find out who it was from Detective Casanova :lol Nice tension later in the show in building towards it with him speaking to Regal and the lights going out. I really am enjoying how this is a thread running through the episode.

-Mysterio retaining against Andrade - I enjoyed this match and thought you made Rey look like a superhero and honestly Andrade a bit of a dope. Him hitting his Hammerlock DDT and it being kicked out seemed a bit too much to me but if the goal was to make Rey super strong then that worked. Dominik back I assume means we get some tag team contests involving Murphy to continue this on. Dom being arrested later in the evening for breaking fan policy was hilarious. Will he have the tear drop like in real life though? Looking forward to seeing what happens from this.

-Rollins and Bryan - And that is why you booked Rey Mysterio so strongly because he has a very busy couple of weeks coming up. Something tells me we might get a Rollins win and then him taking on Bryan despite them being co-captains. Generally, a storyline that can work quite well planting seeds if they can get along. Interesting developments here and I am intrigued to see who ends up on the team of Drew McIntyre. You would have to assume Rusev but other than that it is hard to say.

-Brock and Kofi uniting - I really liked this and it made Brock a better babyface in my eyes because you made him more human outside the ring but maintained the destruction of his character inside it. It made logical sense as to why he would pick Kofi and Finn and AJ looked like such chicken shits wanting nothing to do with them and leaving Anderson and Gallows to take the demolition. Very well executed.

-The Revival vs. Franchise Players - This is a nice feud with the other members of Team Taz. Wondering if we get a Traditional Survivor Series match as you alluded to the fact that The Revival had the challenge to make for the show. Not sure there are enough people but you could pad out the teams nicely.

-Team Ruby vs. Team Toni - This sounds like fun and a good way to showcase 10 women on one of the biggest shows of them all. You always weave storylines really well so I am sure you will bring two or three together here and the match will be very interesting indeed. Does AJ wrestle? Could this be her return if not?

-Harper as the new US Champion - One of my all-time favourites from recent times and I am so happy you have put the title on him. I reckon he would have had great chemistry with Swerve as well. I'm already looking forward to the rematch. Wondering if you give Harper a long run and make him into a mega monster or not.

-MAIN EVENT - Becky vs. Sasha - We have a new champion! I loved this and the way you did it in revealing it to be Bayley as the mystery attacker just worked perfectly. I don't know why but I didn't suspect her at all. I can't wait to see what you come up with to keep this fresh as obviously the Horsewomen have been involved a lot with each other but I'm hoping Banks gets a long run with the title at the very least.

As you'll see I sort of commented as I got to bits when reading as I didn't want to forget anything but as always I really enjoyed the show. I thought it was really fun and can't wait to see what happens next. What a fantastic start to Chapter Two.

BREAKING NEWS: BIG E OUT 6-8 WEEKS FOLLOWING VICIOUS ATTACK

WWE.com can report on Tuesday that Big E, one-half of the Smackdown Tag Team Champions, sustained a fractured ankle during a vicious attack carried out by The OC on WWE Monday Night Raw.

Big E will miss the next 6-8 weeks of in-ring action, meaning he will miss WWE Survivor Series on November 24. At earliest, Big E would be eligible to return on December 13, but only after re-evaluation. At the latest, Big E would be eligible to return on December 27, but once again, only after he passes a reevaluation.

---

FIGHT BREAKS OUT AT WWE PERFORMANCE CENTER

A brawl broke out at the WWE Performance Center on Tuesday!

AJ Styles was getting a workout in days before his WWE Championship Match on Friday Night Smackdown. But WWE Champion Kofi Kingston interrupted Styles' workout and got into a brawl with the challenger!!

Kingston was reportedly extremely upset that Styles, Finn Balor, and The OC carried out a heinous attack on his friend Big E. Big E sustained a serious ankle injury, a fractured ankle, which will keep him out of competition for 6-8 weeks.

Fists flew, but no serious injuries were reported by both parties. Bruisings were felt on both sides, but Kingston and Styles should be a full go on Friday.

---

IS WWE GEARING UP A SUPERSTAR FOR A HUGE PUSH?

Intense speculation has run amok backstage that WWE could be gearing a superstar up for a huge push.

Big E was reported to have a 6-8 week injury today on WWE.com. We are told this is a completely worked injury and is designed to keep him out of the equation until after Starrcade on December 18.

We have been told several ideas have been pitched, including Big E jumping to Raw to face Finn Balor. Potentially, this match could occur at WrestleMania, which suggests WWE has high hopes for Big E right now.

Stay tuned and follow the tracks. Of late, they've been pretty good at that.

Intrigued to see how Big E's return eventually does pan out. Just wanted to point out here though that I LOVE the idea of Kofi not waiting until Smackdown and deciding to confront AJ at the Performance Centre. Makes everything feel so much more real. Good stuff there.

Definitely a big angle here to follow up with on Smackdown. I'll be reading.

We back. I'll format this later. More important things!

WWE NXT
October 30, 2019 | Winter Park, FL

LAST WEEK ON NXT…
The show ended with a bang as Roderick Strong successfully defend his NXT North American Championship against Damian Priest. Although Strong and The Undisputed ERA thought they were going to have an easy end to the show, they were invaded! A gaggle of babyfaces hit the ring in Keith Lee, Tyler Bate, and The Time Splitters! What does this all mean!? Well, we’re looking to find that out and more tonight!

After the intro, we hopped right into Full Sail Live. Entering the arena was Shotzi Blackheart, who rolled into the venue in a unique way: Riding a tank! No, seriously, she’s riding a tank! A mini little tank that got some wide eyes from the crowd. Blackheart was fired up as she entered a ring already filling up.

Why was this? Tom Phillips indulged us and said that here tonight, Io Shirai was set to follow her magnificent title defense on Saturday at WWE REvolution wit one tonight! To determine her challenger? You have to win THIS upcoming battle royal!

Next out was Chelsea Green, who received a less-than-favorable reaction. She walked down to the ring and looked disgusted at Shotzi’s tank. Blackheart gave her a look from inside the ring that backed Green off it. She got into the ring as well and then came out… Ember Moon! Moon had a big opportunity ahead of her to say the very least. She’d gotten close to the NXT Women’s Championship before and she could well do it again tonight!

And THEN… the crowd erupted as – surprise!

It’s

KAY LEE RAY!

The NXT UK women’s superstar has seemingly made the jump! The last time we saw Ray, Bianca Belair defeated her clean as a sheet at REvolution! Now it looks like she wants to make an impact here on NXT in the USA, ON the USA Network!

1 -- #1 Contender’s Battle Royal
**WINNER FACES IO SHIRAI TONIGHT FOR THE NXT WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP**
Billie Kay
vs. Brandi Lauren vs. Chelsea Green vs. Ember Moon vs. Kay Lee Ray vs. Kelly Oliviera vs.
Mercedes Martinez vs. Peyton Royce vs. Rachael Evers vs. Shotzi Blackheart vs. Taynara Conti vs. Vanessa Borne

Let’s make this easier for everyone involved!

ELIMINATED: Brandi Lauren by Kay Lee Ray at 1:49.

ELIMINATED: Vanessa Borne by Kay Lee Ray at 2:35.

ELIMINATED: Taynara Conti by Chelsea Green at 3:07.

ELIMINATED: Billie Kay and Peyton Royce by Ember Moon at 3:45.

ELIMINATED: Rachael Evers by Shotzi Blackheart at 5:17.

ELIMINATED: Shotzi Blackheart by Chelsea Green at 5:20.

ELIMINATED: Kelly Oliviera by Ember Moon at 7:15.

So we have our final four of…

Chelsea Green… Ember Moon… Kay Lee Ray… and Mercedes Martinez!

It was every woman for themselves here! Nobody had any allies or even any attempts at making allies. These women all have their own goals in mind so they’re not looking to make friends! Mercedes and Kay Lee tee off on each other on one side. Chelsea and Ember, meanwhile, battle on the other. After freeing herself of Green, Ember goes over and ducks a shot from Kay Lee! And then BOOM! Superkick! Kay Lee tumbles over the rope! But on the apron she goes!! Ember then goes up and hits a step-up enziugiri on Chelsea!! And she then throws her over the top rope!!

ELIMINATED: Chelsea Green by Ember Moon at 9:30.

Ember and Mercedes then went for it all here. Ray bided her time on the apron, perhaps smartly as she seemed to completely get away with hiding here. Mercedes and Ember became so focused on each other that a match basically broke out!! Moon kicked Mercedes in the chest and then went for a Codebreaker! NO! Mercedes grabbed her and prevented the move from happening! She then powered her up and looked for a Powerbomb! She hit it! Mercedes then sized Ember up as she looked to send her packing! NO! Ember Superkicks her away! Moon then walked up and hit the Codebreaker on Martinez!! She then ran up and dropkicked her straight out of the ring!

ELIMINATED: Mercedes Martinez by Ember Moon at 11:45.

OH NO!!

FROM BEHIND!!

KAY LEE RAY GRABS EMBER AND THROWS HER OUT!! IT’S OVER!!

ELIMINATED: Ember Moon by Kay Lee Ray at 11:47.

WINNER: Kay Lee Ray at 10:01. Ray becomes the #1 Contender for the NXT Women’s Title.

As Ray celebrated in the ring, commentary put it over as a HUGE moment for Kay Lee Ray and a huge opportunity for her to strike on the dominant NXT Women’s Champion!

Suddenly, the camera shot backstage! Something was going on!

Backstage near the locker room, someone was being attacked!!

Cameras picked up that it was…

KEITH LEE! BY THE UNDISPUTED ERA!!

Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly appear to have jumped Lee before his match in mere moments against Bobby Fish! And in the background, there were Alex Shelley and KUSHIDA! The Time Splitters!!

Referees plunged
into the scene to break them off. Lee’s back was clearly hurt, but he then got up enraged! He grabbed the nearest garbage can and flung it in their direction! An irate Lee appeared completely disrespected which could mean bad things for Bobby Fish if he’s not careful…

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

STARRCADE
DECEMBER 18, 2019
LIVE ON USA NETWORK

Cathy Kelley
was seen backstage with none other than Triple H!

“Triple H, you requested this time,”
Cathy said as she stuck the microphone in his face.

“Indeed I did, Cathy. First off, I’d like to congratulate Kay Lee Ray on winning the #1 Contender’s Battle Royal. She made it to the Mae Young Classic semifinals, she was in there with Bianca Belair on Saturday at WWE REvolution. She won tonight, her future is bright, among a slew of talented women whose futures are bright.” Strong words from ‘The Game!’

“Secondly, I wanna just update the NXT Universe on the status of the next General Manager with William Regal serving as Commissioner on Raw and Smackdown,” Hunter said. “We are in the process of interviewing candidates and we will come to a decision at NXT Chi-Town Rumble,” Hunter announced. Big news!

“Next, this whole thing between The Undisputed ERA and Keith Lee, The Time Splitters, Tyler Bate, this is what we’re gonna do. Up next, Keith Lee faces Roderick Strong. Everybody on both sides is barred from ringside,” Hunter ruled! “And if I see or I hear that they were getting physical again, I will not hesitate to reprimand anybody involved. Right now is absolutely not the time for this.” Quite a stern ruling!

“And finally, later on tonight I will be making a special announcement regarding NXT Chi-Town Rumble that I suggest both of our esteemed champions pay attention to.” Ooooh… intrigue!

2 Singles Match
Bobby Fish
vs. Keith Lee
*Both Sides BARRED From Ringside*

As it turns out, making Keith Lee mad was a big mistake. Bobby Fish felt that wrath here as one half of the NXT Tag Team Champions was beaten pillar to post. Lee showed a very aggressive side. He clearly didn’t take kindly to being jumped backstage by O’Reilly and Strong. He looked like he could take all three of them in the ring right now, quite frankly. Lee kept attacking with great ferocity as Fish couldn’t really stand much of a chance. He kept by while using some cheap tactics. The problem? That just kept getting Keith madder and madder. He showed off his great strength by tossing Fish around the ring and on the outside. Lee threw Fish back into the ring and then got him up. He sent him into the ropes and then ran off to the others. POOOOOUNCE!! Fish went FLYING as he sold the move like death! Lee then picked up Fish and brought him in. BIG BANG CATASTROPHE! 1! 2! 3!!!
WINNER: Keith Lee via pinfall at 6:06.

Lee was clearly fired up after the matchup. Despite taking the ambush from KOR and Strong, it didn’t seem to dent him too badly! It might have only made it worse, like showing red to a bull!

An absolutely infuriated Adam Cole reacted to Keith Lee’s victory by throwing his water bottle at the wall violently! Cole was obviously unhappy that his group’s plan to try and take out Keith blew up right in his face!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

‘THE RIPTIDE’ RHEA RIPLEY
COMING SOON TO NXT

McKenzie Mitchell
caught up with Ember Moon, who wasn’t thrilled about her performance tonight. Moon felt she had the match won but an ‘outsider’ won and took it. Somewhat sounding like sour grapes. Kay Lee Ray had overheard this and, well, she was none too pleased. Ray walked over and insulted Moon, telling her that it wasn’t her fault that she took her eye off the ball. Ray said that if she had a problem with that, then she should try not being a choke artist. Offended, Ember went to step to Ray, but Ray laughed and went away. Boy… Kay Lee really struck a nerve.

Out in the ring were Dorian Mak and Riddick Moss! The tag team known as The Real Outliers came out and were dressed in nice shades and clothes. They said that they wanted to prove that they were the best tag team in the business today! So that’s why they were issuing an open challenge! And it didn’t take long for it to be answered!

And a HUGE pop rang out in Full Sail Live!

For

THE BAR!!

CESARO AND SHEAMUS ARE HERE ON NXT!!!

Well this isn’t going The Real Outliers’ way already!!

3 Tag Team Match
The Bar
vs. The Real Outilers
And so this doesn’t really go The Real Outliers’ way at al! Mak and Moss were blindsided by the arrival of The Bar, who received a monster reaction from the Full Sail fans. Cesaro, of course, is no stranger to the dome here. Sheamus? This is Sheamus’ first showing in Full Sail!! So it’s no surprise that The Celtic Warrior gets the crowd immediately behind him. These two gun it in this matchup and Sheamus eventually decapitates Mak with a BROGUE KICK!! 1! 2!! 3!!!
WINNERS: The Bar via pinfall at 2:47.

Sheamus then got on the mic after…

“Well how ‘bout it lads!?”
yelled Sheamus, who got an enthusiastic response. “What’s say we call this place FELLA Sail University for the night, huh!?”

Sheamus cracked a smile. Bad joke? Maybe so, who cares!! Full Sail was over the MOON to see these two! “And actually, now that we’ve made our jump back, I just wanna point out that the folks at NXT UK were welcoming, gracious, and importantly, respectful to myself and the lad over here.” Sheamus nudges Cesaro, who nods his head. “Well, except for a few lads who aren’t here in Orlando…” Not too surprising where this is going! “But lemme tell ya. Imperium!?”

Uh oh! “WALTER?” Sheamus said, which drew a big chant in response. “If we’re doin’ the dance at Chi-Town Rumble, then the four of you lads need to come to the USA!” Well, he ain’t lying!! “So we've got good news and we've got bad news. The good news for you lads... is that Cesaro and I… are here to stay!"

"The bad news... for you, Imperium, is that Cesaro and I... are here to stay!!!"

"So next week, if you four finally feel like coming through, we’ll be right here waitin’!”
Big cheers!! Sheamus has laid down the challenge to WALTER, his opponent at Chi-Town Rumble for the WWE UK Championship, to appear next week here in Orlando!!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

A vignette that hyped up the 2019 Mae Young Classic Winner, Deonna Purrazzo, aired next! It then let us know that next week, Deonna would address the NXT Universe!

We then jumped to a look back at Kay Lee Ray’s victory in tonight’s battle royal. The focus then shifted to the incredible bout between Io Shirai and Kairi Sane over the weekend at WWE REvolution. During that match, Io showed a noticeably aggressive side, even against her best friend Kairi Sane. Earlier in the day, Wade Barrett conducted an interview with Io. And footage of that played.

Wade asked Io what made her carry out such a mean streak. Shirai, subtitled, responded accordingly.

“I am a competitor,” Shirai emphatically said. “When I compete, I am very intense. I have always been that way. Here in America and in Japan before. I let out my intensity on Kairi Sane at WWE REvolution.” Wade then followed up by asking if there were any hard feelings between the two.

“No,” Io responded. “Kairi knows where she stands. I know where I stand. I am champion. Kairi used to be, but this is not her time. This is… my time.” Shirai pointed at herself.

Barrett then asked her what she thought of potential challengers ahead of Shirai. She smirked. “Good luck to them. But nobody else is the best. Nobody else is The Genius of the Sky. Nobody else… is Io Shirai.”

Back inside the ring and The Mighty Don’t Kneel stand! Shane Thorne spoke highly of his new monster Bronson Reed, who’ll be one of several superstars vying for the NXT UK Heritage Championship soon! Thorne then talked about his other new compadre, Brendan Vink. Then the topic changed to Jordan Myles, who Thorne cracked a smile about. He said last week, he requested that The Time Splitters join them. And now, they can’t do anything, because The Undisputed ERA kicked their asses! Thorne said that he had a compromise. He challenged Myles to find himself just one partner so that Reed can stay fresh.

That drew Myles out, and as it turned out, he DID have a friend! None other than…

TYLER BREEZE!

4 – Tag Team Match
Jordan Myles and Tyler Breeze (w/ Fandango)
vs. The Mighty Don’t Kneel (w/ Bronson Reed)
TMDK were clearly on their heels here as Thorne was very arrogant about Myles not having friends. It turns out though that he might not only have friends, he’s got savvy! He smartly picked part of a tag team so that the other would come out to try and equalize the big man! Not wanting to get involved, Reed stood idly as he watched and waited for any sort of signals. Late in the matchup, Thorne was on the ropes here and he then requested something from Reed! Reed went over to hand something to Vink, the legal man, and he went to tuck it away. He got up and went to hit Myles with something! No! Myles kicked whatever it was out of his hand! Myles then tagged Breeze in while Vink checked his hand and he hilariously walked right into a BEAUTY SHOT! 1! 2!! 3!!!
WINNERS: Jordan Myles and Tyler Breeze via pinfall at 6:06.

After the match, Myles pointed in the direction of Thorne! Bronson ‘held’ him back as Myles made it clear who he wanted next in the NXT Arena!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

During the break, as we found out, Shane Thorne ran into somebody he probably wishes he didn’t: Triple H! Hunter advised him that the next time he makes insults like that, as a guy who was known as The Cerebral Assassin, that he better have a good backup plan. Hunter also informed Thorne that next week on NXT, he’d wrestle Jordan Myles! Oh!

While Boa walked back and forth in the ring, the NXT Universe’s attention was drawn to the stage!

HOOK made his way out! The son of Taz was making his DEBUT here on NXT and we saw The Human Suplex Machine at ringside! Taz bumped his son’s fist before he got into the ring. Hook got a nice reaction from the Full Sail crowd as he’s in black and orange shorts, the signature colors his father used to rock.

5 Singles Match
Boa
vs. Hook

Boa doesn’t really stand much of a chance as we soon find out. Hook displayed a tremendously physical offense not so dissimilar to his father’s. He grabbed Boa and suplexed him all around. Capture Suplexes, Belly-to-Back Suplexes, Belly-to-Belly Suplexes, everything in between. This proved to really not be too difficult a task for Hook and it really didn’t have to be at all! Hook eventually grabbed Boa and put him in a Tazmission!! And Boa tapped out!!
WINNER: Hook via submission at 1:37.

A congratulatory video package played for former NXT star Jamie Hayter who arrived with an absolute bang on Saturday as she won the first-ever Rock ‘N Wrestling Cup at WWE REvolution. Her looming Smackdown debut is then alluded to. Speaking of which, more congratulations are sent out to Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox, who are officially members of the Smackdown roster!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

After the break, the NXT Universe absolutely erupted! Triple H had arrived! Hunter received a huge pop from the NXT audience and, naturally, took the time to yuck it up a little bit as you might expect. The Game arrived in the ring moments later and addressed the audience.

He first wanted to congratulate every woman who participated in the historic WWE REvolution event last Saturday night in Brooklyn. Hunter said Brooklyn has been a special spot for women’s wrestling, as everybody here knows, so the fact that the event took place there made it more special. He congratulated the champions Bianca Belair and Io Shirai, the new Mae Young Classic winner Deonna Purrazzo, as well as Jamie Hayter.

Hunter then began to talk about Chi-Town Rumble next month in Chicago. Hunter spoke of the need to ‘evolve,’ something he knows very well. So, at Chi-Town Rumble, there will be a new match introduced. He called it the ‘Iron Survivor’ Match!

Triple H explained the rules of the match:

~ A 25-minute match featuring five NXT superstars
~ Two superstars start the match; every five minutes, a new superstar will enter the match
~ The goal: Have more falls than everyone else when the clock hits 25 minutes
~ Falls: Pins, submissions, disqualifications
~ Falls = Points; 1 point per fall
~ If you are pinned, you go into a penalty box for 90 seconds; once that time’s elapsed, you may re-enter the match

Triple H said that these matches will take place at Chi-Town Rumble featuring both the men and the women! He said that he wanted to challenge this roster to prove themselves because this is the ultimate proving ground. He wished everyone luck and said that next week, qualifying matches would begin!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Cameron Grimes
was seen backstage talking with Drew Gulak! Grimes made a case that last week, he, ‘The Star Maker’ of NXT, made Danny Garcia look like a star. But Grimes said that he didn’t like the way the match went. Gulak challenged him and said that that’s the way the cookie crumbled. Grimes seemed annoyed and then challenged Gulak to a match next week!

6
Tag Team Match
Santana and Ortiz
vs. Anthony Henry and Curt Stallion
Santana and Ortiz aim to keep their steady momentum going here against EVOLVE stars Anthony Henry and Curt Stallion! As it turns out, that is exactly what these two do. Santana and Ortiz dissect Henry and Stallion in a very impressive showing that keeps their upward momentum going. With the Tag Team Champions in Undisputed ERA likely watching in their nest, the impressive new tag team on the scene got it done yet again. They deliver their IMPACTFUL finisher, something they now dub ‘Power and PAIN,’ and get the 1-2-3!!
WINNERS: Santana and Ortiz via pinfall at 3:32.

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

NEXT WEEK ON NXT:

~ We hear from Adam Cole!
~ Men’s and Women’s Iron Survivor Qualifiers begin!
~ Sheamus issued a challenge to WALTER to appear!
~ Deonna Purrazzo’s Mae Young Classic Trophy Presentation!

7
NXT WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Io Shirai (w/ Kairi Sane) ©
defends against Kay Lee Ray
It’s just another day at the office for the women of NXT. After having a heavy presence at WWE REvolution, and after starting off the show tonight, the women once again end it. Kay Lee Ray tried her best to put the pieces together in her second attempt at taking a championship in the last week. She was, of course, unsuccessful in dethroning Bianca Belair. Now she’s trying to take out The Genius of the Sky. To her credit, Ray packs a punch in this match. Shirai, gifted and operating with a lot of expertise, navigates through the situation and was able to put Ray on her ass later.

Shirai operated smoothly after that moment and cinched control in. Sane, at ringside, maintained a presence to simply stand at Io’s side. She didn’t get involved, she stayed on patrol and spectated, and meanwhile Io continued to dig in further. But Ray maintained composure and displayed some resiliency. She wasn’t about to go down without a fight. She might not be on everyone’s favorite list right now, but she sure proved that she was a very, very worthy competitor. That much was certain.

Towards the end of the contest, Ray positioned herself up on the top rope. She then looked over in Kairi’s direction. Sane seemed to grab her attention and she shouted at Sane to go away. Kairi stayed stoically as Io then went over and grabbed the top rope, slingshotted herself up and BOOM! SHE KICKED KAY LEE RAY RIGHT IN THE HEAD!! Ray dropped down like a ton of bricks, and Shirai then gathered her and PLANTED her to the mat. She then stepped over her and it was academic from there. MOONSAULT! 1! 2! 3!!!
WINNER: Io Shirai via pinfall at 16:45. Shirai retains the NXT Women’s Title.

The show concluded with Sane strapping Shirai with the NXT Women’s Championship as Io proudly defended the title once again.

NXT UK Results

31 October 2019 | Brentwood, England

NXT UK ushered in a new era and prepared to say goodbye to a longtime mainstay.

Cora def. Xia Brookside (pinfall, 3:23) >> In her official in-ring debut, Cora, the cousin of Grand Slam Champion Bayley, defeated NXT UK veteran Xia Brookside. Newcomer Indi Hartwell accompanied Cora to the ring. Hartwell once again sported a Bayley-like side ponytail hairstyle and colorful attire. Meanwhile, Cora wore a “Bayley Grand Slam Champion” T-shirt on the way to the ring. Indi didn’t play a part in the decision but she didn’t need to either. At the conclusion of the short match, Cora hit a Snap DDT that spiked Brookside’s head right on the canvas!

Ilja Dragunov came out to chat after the match. Dragunov talked about becoming the first NXT UK Heritage Champion. He said that he came to NXT UK because it was a proving ground for some of the best. Being a champion, Dragunov said, was something that was not only a goal but a challenge. The good news? Dragunov loved challenges! Naturally, that ushered Bronson Reed out! Shane Thorne as well, as Thorne spoke for his beast. He mocked Ilja and said that he found it humorous that he believed he could consider himself the best when he’s never defeated ‘The Colossal’ Bronson Reed! Ilja reminded Thorne that he liked a challenge so he challenged Reed to a match tonight! Thorne said Dragunov made the biggest mistake of his life and accepted on behalf of Reed!

The Grizzled Young Veterans made it clear that while Zack Gibson was pursuing the looming Heritage Championship, they wanted the NXT UK Tag Team Championships again!

After a commercial break, a highlight reel from Bianca Belair’s historic title defense on Saturday at WWE REvolution played!

Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter def. SWCC (pinfall, 8:15) >> The rag-tag team of Ashton Smith and newcomer Oliver Carter pulled off an absolutely shocking upset over South Wales Counter-Culture. Part of the problem was the fact that Mark Andrews spent a lot of time getting distracted by the presence of the emergingly annoying Elton Prince and Kit Wilson. That left Flash Morgan Webster to be on his own and eventually it was something that Carter and Smith were able to take advantage of! A miscommunication at the end between Andrews and Morgan Webster led to their demise as Carter scored with a huge spinning heel kick to pick up the stunning upset win.

Rhea Ripley emerged from Nigel McGuinness’ office with the news that next week, she would finally wrestle Jazzy Gabert!

The Diamond Vogue Collection def. Aleah James and Charlie Morgan (pinfall, 2:45) >>
two brand-new tag teams debuted in NXT UK! Jinny returned with a newcomer to the promotion as Mercedez Blaze showed up alongside her as “The Diamond Vogue Collection.” They were matched up against England’s Aleah James and Charlie Morgan. Both teams looked impressive at times here as there were some jitters. So not shockingly, Jinny was the one who found her way the quickest. She slammed Morgan down to the mat with a vicious Flatliner and picked the win up!

The big man, WALTER, continued the show in response to Sheamus’ challenge last night. In what was, clearly, a pre-recorded segment, The Ring General said that he accepted the challenge of Sheamus not only for Chi-Town Rumble but also for next week. He said that Imperium would be there in full force and nothing would stop them from complete annihilation of The Bar!

A-Kid would arrive next week!

Bronson Reed and Ilja Dragunov fought to a No Contest (8:38) >> Bronson and Ilja’s fight was apparently noticed by the remaining members of the Heritage Championship Match! Flooding ringside eventually were both Killian Dain and Zack Gibson. A few wrong moves and a few wrong things said and then all hell broke loose!! James Drake came down to aid Gibson and Brendan Vink showed up to defend Bronson Reed!! Fists flew everywhere and then Noam Dar arrived! The Scottish Supernova took to the skies as he dove off the top rope to crash down on everyone!!

Just before the show concluded, NXT General Manager Nigel McGuinness delivered some shocking news: Next week, Tyler Bate would wrestle in his LAST-EVER MATCH on NXT UK!

His opponent? None other than…

TRENT SEVEN!

WOW!! Moustache Mountain COLLIDE next week!!

Friday Night Smackdown: A Battle in Buffalo
November 1, 2019 | Buffalo, New York | Keybank Center

A MONUMENTAL episode of Friday Night Smackdown on FOX was teed up for us tonight. A big-time WWE Championship Match between Kofi Kingston and AJ Styles was on the docket; the return of Shinsuke Nakamura to Smackdown was set as well, BUT WE BEGIN with shocking footage from Monday night!

Sasha Banks
reclaimed the Raw Women’s Championship for the fifth time in her illustrious career. But Banks didn’t do it without help – a masked invader brutally swung a baseball bat into Becky’s injured ribs. And then, surely one of the most shocking moments in Raw history! The attacker revealed themselves to be none other than Smackdown Women’s Champion Bayley! And then Bayley would violently attack Becky Lynch, hitting a devastating Rose Plant on concrete. This is after she allegedly attacked Charlotte Flair in a spectacularly brutal fashion.

So we start the show in the form of an interview at the top of the stage. Renee Young interviewed the Smackdown Women’s Champion, who didn’t come out to a great reaction from the Buffalo crowd. But… Bayley came out like it was business as usual, and she was being kind of a goof. She was boogying to her theme song, “Raising the roof, " and seemed very happy to be there. Kind of awkward, situations considering. Renee pulled her in though and asked her to explain her shocking actions. To which Bayley had some other ideas…

“You know, Renee, I don’t understand what everybody is so surprised for,” Bayley said. …Really? “I’m not sure what all the fuss is about, I don’t think anyone should be surprised by what happened on Monday at all.” Renee repeated the Smackdown Women’s Champion’s antics for us all to hear again. Bayley still gave the same reaction. “Yeah, I don’t think I understand still. I don’t think anybody’s actually been paying attention around here… Ding dong, hello? Yeah, it’s you idiots, and all of you need to pay attention. Because now, I’m going to tell you all a story.”

Bayley took the mic and continued. “Five months ago at Money in the Bank, I cost Becky Lynch the Smackdown Women’s Championship.” There seemed to be a lot less reservation to that statement than previously. “And in that moment, and it is no exaggeration for me to say this… but I became the most powerful person in this industry on that night.” Wow. That’s… quite the declarative statement. “I hit the first-ever winner of a women’s main event of WrestleMania with a steel chair. I cost her one of those championships that she in the main event…” Yikes… “I did all that and then… I got away with it.” Ope. The crowd couldn’t believe what they were hearing. She smirked and continued on.

“When Becky Lynch let me off the hook, it changed something in me. It made me realize that I can be as powerful as I wanna be. It made me realize that I could get away with anything I wanted that to. And do you know why that is? Do you wanna know why that is, Renee?” Bayley asked as she looked on at Young. She kinda got in her face here and smiled. “Because of everything that I’ve done in my illustrious career. That’s why.” Oh. Alright then, Bayley.

“For many years, I was the happy-go-lucky WWE superstar. The superstar who couldn’t believe they shared a ring with the people that they idolized. The person that the people got behind. I was the lovable loser. The woman who gave little girls a reason to believe. I was a goody-two-shoes. I came to WWE, lookin’ like an 8-year-old with a backpack, goofing off around in the locker room. The whole time I think maybe I’m embarrassing myself while I kept LOSING. And yet… I realized… it all could help me.” Bayley smiled. Evilly at that.

“And… let’s be clear about something. Okay? Let’s be clear. Becky… Charlotte… This is not just about the Raw and the Smackdown Women’s Championships. This is not just about proving who is the most dominant in the division. This isn’t just about legacy. This isn’t just about who’s main-evented WrestleMania. This isn’t just about selling T-shirts, TV ratings, or the business or the gate. This is PERSONAL…” Wow… shocking tone and discussion from the Smackdown Women’s Champion…

“This is about us. This is about you two… and us two. This is about… Sasha and I… making history… and you two building off our BACKS!!! Our blood, sweat, and tears… OUR foundation and OUR standard that WE set!!! Not you!!!!” Bayley could sure sell that this was personal. “That NOBODY in this company looked out for us this year but rolled out every freaking red carpet for both of you… This is personal… and there’s only one way to solve this.”

Renee got right to it and asked her what that way was. Bayley was happy to answer her.

“It’s simple, Renee. The Four Horsewomen… … … are dead.”
Whew. I mean, whew.

“They’re never coming back. So… what’s done is done. Now… Sasha and I? We are the Raw and the Smackdown Women’s Champions. We are excellence personified in this business. We hold the two most important championships in this company… … … but not the only ones.” Uh oh… where’s she going with this… “On behalf… of the NEW Raw Women’s Champion Sasha Banks… and courtesy of your Role Model, the first-ever Grand Slam Women’s Champion Bayley… I hereby issue a challenge. To Becky Lynch… and Charlotte Flair… for Survivor Series.” A big pop!

“November 24th, Chicago, Illinois. You two… against us two. All… IN…A FIGHT FOR THE GOLD!” Ha! She said the line.

“Our titles… against your titles… OUR titles… the one WE fought for… the ones that WE battled endlessly for… the ones that you couldn’t resist taking our glory from because the company made you their golden girls. You freaking IDIOTS!” So much aggression… “Put it all on the line. Your titles. Our titles. THIS is going to END at SURVIVOR SERIES, ONE WAY OR A FREAKING ‘NOTHER!!!”

Fiery is Bayley right now… a side that we’ve never seen… “The Four Horsewomen are dead… and the sun will set… on the era of The Four Horsewomen… at Survivor Series.”

Wow. Chilling words from the Smackdown Women’s Champion, who has done an about-face in terms of personality. Renee herself backed off a bit from Bayley, which signaled the end of the interview. Bayley scowled at Renee as she wandered backstage. Renee threw it back to Michael Cole and AJ Lee, who discussed this sequence at length for a moment or so. Then, after a few moments, Cole informed us that there’d been something going on backstage!

We then raced backstage and we see what was going on. Bayley was in an argument with someone! That someone? Asuka!! The sight of Asuka drew cheers from the Buffalo fans. The Empress was about to go out to compete in the first match of the night. Apparently, these rivals met each other in the back—

OH! OH MY GOD!

ASUKA JUST SLAPPED THE HELL OUT OF BAYLEY!!

The Empress yelled at Bayley as she was whisked away. Bayley held her mouth and face in pain. Asuka got her good. Real good…

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Prior to the start of this match, we got another look at the footage from earlier this week when Kofi Kingston fought AJ Styles at the WWE Performance Center!

1 Women’s Intercontinental Championship #1 Contender’s Match
Asuka
vs. Candice LeRae (w/ Mia Yim)
So two veterans wrestled with major stakes in the air tonight! Next week in London, a title shot will be awarded to the winner of this match. The victor will challenge new and first-ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion Toni Storm for her championship, which she won at REvolution in an incredible bout. Asuka and Candice were both in that match also. Even after almost a week after being involved in it, the two are clearly licking a lot of wounds right now. AJ Lee said she spoke to both of them earlier tonight and informed the audience that both ladies were given the opportunity to postpone this match a week, but both refused to pull out. So both have a lot of competitive spirit in them right now and it was evident in how they worked this match.

Candice showed a lot of desperation in this match, almost. Or at least different tactics. Oftentimes, she went a bit harder. She drug the counts out. She got the referee’s attention while her friend Mia Yim clearly meddled with the match and with Asuka. And when the referee would be busy with Mia, Candice got aggressive and dirty herself. Definitely a different LeRae for those who’ve followed her career, but an annoying one to the newbies in the crowd. But LeRae was determined to win championship gold, and she wanted every opportunity to do it. So she chugged on here as Asuka built up plenty of defense to avoid getting pinned and losing this match.

Late in the match, Mia once again tried to meddle with the result. But Asuka wasn’t having any of it! The Empress ran over, grabbed Yim, and tossed her into the ring!! She beat her up in the corner, and then as LeRae tried to sneak up on her, Asuka stepped aside, and LeRae squeezed up on Mia!! Yim stumbled down and out as Asuka then kicked Candice’s head off! The referee, however, was out of position as Asuka went for the pin! The ref was getting Mia out of the ring!

WAIT A MINUTE!

IT’S BAYLEY!!

SHOT TO THE FACE WITH THE TITLE BELT TO ASUKA!! AW, NO!! NO!! Bayley dragged Candice over Asuka and rolled out of the ring!! The referee turned around!

1! 2!! 3!!!
WINNER: Candice LeRae via pinfall at 8:02. LeRae is the NEW #1 Contender for the Women’s Intercontinental Title.

Dammit!! Asuka had the match won, and her victory was STOLEN away from her!

Bayley admired the work she did from afar. But the champion was not satisfied. She went into the ring and slammed the title belt on Asuka’s back! And then she started to pummel The Empress! Defenseless was Asuka, but then the crowd buzzed big time as someone raced down the ramp!

TONI STORM!

Bayley changed her POV and swung at Toni, but Storm tackled the Smackdown Women’s Champion!!

Toni then landed a few big right hands on Bayley! She hit her into the corner, but the champion swung back with a big right hand!! Bayley got down and started swinging away the Women’s Intercontinental Champion! But then some more cavalry ran down!

DAKOTA KAI AND TEGAN NOX!!

Bayley saw this and acted in self-preservation as she dipped out! Bayley backed away as Dakota went over and chided her from her spot in the corner. Tegan Nox meanwhile checked on noted friend of hers, Toni Storm. And also then Asuka, who was slow to her feet.

Bayley just did a lot of damage… but in turn, she might’ve just made herself a target for a lot of people…

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
A sizzle reel ran for a superstar poised to reintroduce himself tonight – Shinsuke Nakamura!

We came back from commercials, and Heavy Machinery was in the ring. Tucker was announced for singles competition, and meanwhile, Otis could be seen devouring some chicken wings right now! Hey, they are in Buffalo, after all.

And we soon learned who Tucker’s opponent would be. Jason Jordan made his way out to jeers from the Buffalo crowd. Jordan had a microphone with him and began to ramble on as he walked to the ring. Jordan proclaimed that Buffalo didn’t know what a winner looked like, so he wanted them to feast their eyes right now so they can get a good look. Jordan said that one day, everyone who has a ticket stub will want to save it tonight, because they can say that they saw Jason Jordan before he became the greatest superstar in WWE history! Very bold words. Jordan got in the ring and ran Otis and Tucker down. He said that he could envision them winning a Buffalo Wing Eating Contest, but not a match here tonight! Kinda rude. Kinda unsavory. Tucker simply responded by telling Jordan to put his money where his mouth is right now!

2 Singles Match
Jason Jordan
vs. Tucker (w/ Otis)
Jordan and Tucker go back and forth here in the early goings as JJ tries to prove a point while Tucker is looking to defend his friend. Otis though, in fairness, seemed relatively unbothered by Jordan’s comments, and started sharing the wings with people at ringside! And while the crowd cheered, Jordan was getting offense. So, the delirious son of Kurt Angle believed HE was getting cheered! Not Otis! Once he realized this? Well, he got pretty mad. He walked over to Otis and got in his face! And then he hit the wings out of his hands! Oh come on! That’s a waste of good chicken! Otis stood in shock as the crowd booed Jordan, who got in the ring and Tucker had something for him! Tucker tried to finish the match off with a Fisherman’s Suplex, but Jordan kicked out at two! Tucker then got up as Jordan then ate some right hands from Tucker. Tucker then shot him to the ropes but Jordan stopped mid-way to counter! Jordan used his strength to pull him in! BRIDGING GERMAN SUPLEX! 1! 2!! 3!!!
WINNER: Jason Jordan via pinfall at 3:15.

Still to come tonight? Our MASSIVE main event between Kofi Kingston and AJ Styles with the WWE Championship on the line! We then sent it back to the historic moment when Kingston won the WWE Title at WrestleMania!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Kayla Braxton interviewed Toni Storm backstage. Angered, Storm came over with her mates, Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox. Storm said that she could not be more disappointed in Bayley if she tried. Storm spoke of all her respect for her and the new Raw Women’s Champion, Sasha Banks. However, after Monday night and tonight, that’s all gone. Storm said she couldn’t believe she attacked her months back before their match. Storm said she feels lied to and betrayed, and she’s not going to just stand for it. Toni said that she will make it her mission now to not only be the Women’s Intercontinental Champion, but she also promised that she would one day teach a lesson to Bayley!

Storm also was sure to address the challenge Raw’s Ruby Riott laid down. The daring Intercontinental Champion said she had no problem with it and, in fact, she already has a team building up. She confirmed that BOTH Dakota and Tegan would join her at Survivor Series! That’s big news! And so is the fact that, as Kayla pointed out, Dakota and Tegan will make their in-ring debuts next week as a tag team! Dakota said she was extremely excited, and Tegan said they were going to come to London ready to prove a point! Toni then said she’d see Alexa Bliss in Manchester, signaling when that match is set to happen! And this trio then left!

Elsewhere backstage, The Usos met with AJ Styles. Styles thanked them for showing their loyalty to him last week when they talked to Michael Cole. Styles said he was fired up after all that was said. He said that the three of them would take over the whole show. He pointed out that AJ Styles and The Usos were highly-touted picks for Smackdown three years ago as they built this show. Now they’re on Fox… because of them! Nobody else! Not The New Day especially. Styles fired them up, calling them the best tag team of all time and the faces of Smackdown along with him. Styles said that tonight… he wanted to do this alone. The Usos said they had no issue with that. Styles thanked them for all the inside info and asked what they thought about their attack on Big E earlier this week. The Usos said they liked it, but they’ll like it even more when Styles wins the WWE Title tonight. AJ grinned and shook their hands as he continued to train for tonight.

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
3 Tag Team Match
Humberto Carrillo and Raul Mendoza
vs. Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin
Shelton Benjamin was seen once again this week in tag team action as he teamed with the rising Cedric Alexander. An ‘earlier today’ promo indicated that a hungry Cedric was ‘willing to do what it took’ to get gold. Shelton, a free agent, sensing an opportunity, took Cedric on his word but said that he better deliver. Humberto Carrillo and Raul Mendoza kept their great momentum going after they scored a victory again last week in their debut against The Singh Brothers. Cedric looked pretty good in this one here but he and Shelton did not work as a cohesive unit. There were miscommunications between the two while Carrillo and Mendoza, teammates for quite a while now, worked like a well-oiled machine. Carrillo knocked Alexander off the apron and then hand-fought with Benjamin before knocking him off his feet with a huge Spinning Heel Kick! Carrillo then tagged Mendoza in, and Mendoza shot up the turnbuckles. He dove off and BOOM! SWANTON BOMB! Mendoza hooked the legs. 1! 2! 3!!!
WINNERS: Humberto Carrillo and Raul Mendoza at 2:45.

After the match ended, Shelton attacked Cedric! He picked him up and then planted him with a T-Bone Suplex! Throwing it back a bit, Benjamin shouted down at Alexander and told him that he warned him. Hey, it’s true, he did!

UP NEXT: Shinsuke Nakamura!

We then took a look back at Kofi Kingston’s incredible title defense in a cage against Bobby Lashley from this past July on Smackdown!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Prior to the next contest, the cameras picked up Commissioner Regal in a suite here in the KeyBank Center. Regal wasn’t alone either. New Smackdown superstar Johnny Gargano sat by the Commissioner. Regal told Gargano that he appreciated his efforts last week against the returning Randy Orton. He said that even in a loss, Gargano stood toe-to-toe with a future Hall of Famer. He then told Gargano that he wanted him to pay close attention to this next match for a reason. What that reason is? We’ll likely soon find out!

4 Singles Match
Shinsuke Nakamura
vs. Kalisto
This match was built around the fact that Shinsuke Nakamura is BACK! After a bit of a layoff lately, following his unsuccessful attempt at winning the WWE Title in August, Nakamura came back with a fire under him. Definitely still working babyface, Nak showed off his freshness with a hard-hitting offense against the luchadore Kalisto. Kalisto tried his best to dictate the pace here. For a little while, he was able to! However, Nakamura’s forward momentum was simply too much for the former United States Champion. Nakamura would play all the hits in this match, while being in new black and yellow attire, nevertheless. Nak then finished Kalisto off eventually with the KIIIIIINSHASAAAA!! 1! 2!! 3!!!

WINNER: Shinsuke Nakamura via pinfall at 4:02.

We then swept back to the suite. Regal and Gargano had been shown together a few times during the match, so the fact that we’re here wasn’t surprising. Regal then informed Gargano about why he wanted him to pay attention. Regal was going to give the newcomer a huge opportunity: He would compete in his first-ever WWE Survivor Series! But he wouldn’t just do it against anybody. Regal said that at Survivor Series, Gargano would get his first Survivor Series test against…

Shinsuke Nakamura!!
Wow!!

After the ring cleared out, we saw that The Kevin Owens Show was being set up! A big one awaited us… NEXT!!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Before the next segment began, we were hyped about the incoming debut of Jamie Hayter! Hayter’s fantastic victory in the first-ever Rock ‘N Wrestling Cup Battle Royal was shown in recap form. Then after, another sizzle reel aired for the young prodigy.

Kevin Owens then arrived to a huge ovation from the Buffalo crowd. Owens walked down to the ring as his rather tedious back-and-forth lately with one Sami Zayn, the reigning Intercontinental Champion, was discussed. KO is very upset that Sami seems to be dodging him as the two have yet to have a proper one-on-one rematch for the IC Title. KO famously won the title at SummerSlam before he lost it to Zayn at Madison Square Garden. But that loss came under dubious circumstances and Zayn hasn’t given Owens a fair rematch. He was counted out in one match they had in September, but nothing proper has happened since.

KO welcomed everyone to The Kevin Owens Show. Owens said that this was a huge night. He wished Kofi Kingston good luck in his WWE Championship defense against AJ Styles. Owens said that he’s never liked AJ, so he hoped the worst for him. Damn! KO said that lately, he’s been starting to think the worst, but he wants answers. And he wants them now, so he invites Sami Zayn to the ring!

But… he doesn’t show up right away. Ooookay then… Owens gets a bit restless and invites him again, ensuring that he’s not going to get physical with him… unless he has to, but he’s not gonna do anything. He just wants to talk.

And… still… nothing. Owens gets a bit annoyed here but then someone came out.

A tall, muscular man with long black hair arrived. The man looked Hispanic and had a leather jacket and jeans on. They then spoke up in a deep voice and apologized to Owens. They introduced themselves to the audience as Damian Priest!

Oh! Well. That adds up. Priest was picked in the Draft Rights round. But… what’s he doing here? Priest said he had a perfectly good explanation for coming here. Owens shook his head and responded. “Y’know, I just wanna let you know, usually when somebody comes out to interrupt someone, they usually wind up on their ass, looking up at the lights. I know that you’re new around here, but as the only person who apparently is aware of everything that’s happened… … … are you sure you want to be here right now, Damian?”

Priest responded by saying, yes. Priest explained that Sami Zayn isn’t here tonight in Buffalo. Owens rolled his eyes and then got inquisitive. He asked Priest how he could possibly know that. Priest was happy to explain. He said that after he learned that his contract was selected, Zayn contacted him. He wanted backup because of an incident that happened that’s kept him away from the show tonight. KO looked at Priest. He couldn’t tell whether to buy it or not… something was fishy. Priest said that Zayn was recently attacked in his hometown of Montreal. What!?

Priest said Sami told him a group of guys beat him up on his way home from the grocery store on Wednesday. So now, Sami wants protection.

Priest said that he grew up as a fan of WWE, and respected the Intercontinental Championship. Especially the best champions, like Shawn Michaels, Razor Ramon, and The Rock. So it was an easy decision and Priest said that he also had good news to go along with his bad news. Owens asked what that was. Priest told him that Sami went ahead and he’s going to give Kevin what he wants. Well then! Priest told Owens that next week, Sami Zayn WILL defend the Intercontinental Championship against… Kevin Owens!

KO seemed quite fond of that. Before Priest could go though, Owens halted him. KO said that this was Priest’s first big moment on Smackdown. Priest nodded and KO said he bets that he wanted to make that special. He probably thought that coming out on The Kevin Owens Show would give him something to remember forever. Priest seemed to agree, as he praised Owens and called him one of the best. KO said thank you, but wanted to let him know something that he’d need to know the rest of the way – He doesn’t like ass-kissers.

WHAM!

STUNNER TO DAMIAN PRIEST!!

Oh no!! Owens sent Priest to hell with that one! KO got up and heard cheers from the crowd as they were sent away happy here! Or so at least we thought! Owens didn’t realize that someone had just emerged into the ring!

IT’S DAVE MASTIFF AGAIN!! WHAT THE HELL!?

MASTIFF THEN RUNS THROUGH OWENS AS HE TURNS AROUND!!

Mastiff then begins to stomp down on Owens! What is going on!? The man known as The Bomber starts to go bombs away on strikes after getting on top of KO. But then some form of help arrives!

THE MIZ!

For good reason! Miz is battling Dave Mastiff tonight! And maybe now! Miz got in the ring and started fighting with Mastiff! Miz got enough forward momentum and then cleared him out!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

5Singles Match
Dave Mastiff
vs. The Miz
Miz tried to battle the newcomer that cost him the Intercontinental Championship two weeks ago! Curiously, he just went after another potential challenger to Sami Zayn’s Intercontinental Championship. Hmmm. Anyways, Owens and Priest cleared themselves out from the scene. KO was reportedly pissed off according to AJ Lee. Seems incredibly fair, considering. Miz fought tooth and nail with Mastiff here as The Bomber started to grab control. Miz tried to slip out of danger here and to his credit, he looked good while doing so. However, Mastiff started to get very physical with Miz and started to overpower him! Mastiff eventually planted him with a HUGE Sidewalk Slam and dragged him to the corner. Mastiff then went up and… VADER BOMB!! 1! 2! 3!!! IT’S OVER!!
WINNER: Dave Mastiff via pinfall at 4:22.

And what an emphatic victory it was for Dave Mastiff! His very first on the Smackdown roster and against a former WWE Champion and WrestleMania main-eventer!

Backstage, Jason Jordan cockily walked around. He was feeling himself after he beat Tucker earlier tonight in singles competition. For the second week in a row, Jordan then ran into former World Champion, Dolph Ziggler! Jordan taunted Dolph and touted his victory earlier tonight. Dolph said that it was impressive, sure, but he said he definitely made an enemy out of Otis. Dolph said that he was really mad backstage and wanted to kick Jordan’s ass! Wow!! This surprised Jordan, who asked Dolph if he was lying to get him irritated. Dolph said that he’s a man of his word and wouldn’t lie about that and challenged him to do something about it. Jordan said that he would. Jordan said he’d do him one better: Next week, he GUARANTEED VICTORY over Otis! And he wanted Dolph to be at ringside! Dolph said that was no problem and he’d see him next week in London!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Randy Orton then came out to HUGE cheers from the Buffalo crowd! Orton wasn’t here to compete but said that with Survivor Series coming up, it reminded him that he is one of the most prolific Survivor Series competitors of all-time. He was the sole survivor in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2008, and 2016. Orton said that he came to Smackdown to be an impact player. But also, he said that he came to Smackdown because Fox guaranteed him that he would participate in a Survivor Series match, his specialty! So, Orton confirms a match! Interesting! Orton said that he would be captain against somebody who felt they could challenge him realistically. He said he doesn’t know who could measure up to him, but nevertheless, he said that he would go down to ringside now and pay close attention to the main event. Because, as Orton said, his first draftee to his team could come from there! Wow!

A big-time hype video for the WWE Championship then aired! It celebrated the litany of great champions over the years and zeroed in on our combatants tonight! And that big-time title match was NEXT!!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Prior to the main event, Renee Young caught up with both superstars. AJ Styles was his usual brash, confident self. He said that two years ago, he won the WWE Championship in London. And next week, Styles said he would walk into London as the NEW WWE Champion. Then, Kofi Kingston said he has enjoyed this ride. He teamed with Brock Lesnar on Monday! That was wild. He said that Xavier Woods would be back and that The OC didn’t take him out for good. Kingston said that whatever happens tonight, he knows that he achieved his dream, he has beaten a host of amazing competitors, but one thing’s for sure: He WILL go down swinging tonight if this is the end.

WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Kofi Kingston © defends against AJ Styles

A big-fight atmosphere here in Buffalo! The battle we were all waiting for transpired as Kingston and Styles duked it out for the most prestigious championship in the business. Kingston had built up an incredible title reign to this point. He’s beaten Daniel Bryan twice – once for the title, once at SummerSlam – Lashley twice, including in a cage, Goldberg, Braun Strowman, Shinsuke Nakamura, Shelton Benjamin, and Brock Lesnar. A who’s who of successful superstars in the 2000s. Some among the best to ever do it! And it’s clear that Kingston was set to face another all-time great in The Phenomenal One. These two were no strangers to each other. They’ve been on the same brand for a better part of the last three years, with the exception being Styles’ six-month run on Raw. But now Styles stands in the way of Kingston beating another future Hall of Famer, and he took pride in that.

Both superstars had nerves of steel. They’ve each been there before. This might still be Kofi Kingston’s maiden voyage into the main event of WWE. But he knew what a big match was and he thrived in them. Styles, of course, has done all this before. He’s been a champion in WWE, in Japan, he’s “made an iMPACT!” everywhere as Michael Cole cheekily pointed out. He’s been a World Champion EVERYWHERE, including a reign as the prestigious IWGP Heavyweight Champion in 2015. So both these veterans didn’t have any jitters to work through. The feeling out process was lengthy, but it was Kingston who emerged first. Kingston rocked Styles and sent him on his heels. He sent Styles away here to the ringside area and AJ was forced to try and recuperate. Kofi wasn’t going to go down without a fight and even with his “knowledge” from The Usos, Kingston was a tough nut for AJ to crack.

The Phenomenal One gained control of the matchup after countering an attempted Fisherman’s Suplex into a neckbreaker! AJ then went in and attacked the legs of Kofi. Kingston’s legs were important, he needed them to hit the Trouble in Paradise. The move that’s knocked down EVERY superstar who he’s retained the title over. The move that WON him the championship. But AJ did point something smart out – he’s versed in winning without it, he did against Bryan at SummerSlam! But AJ’s plan was working well. He looked to cut him off at his legs and he tried his damnedest to do exactly that. He then started to get into his bag of tricks, his deep arsenal of maneuvers. And he started to pull away a little bit from Kofi here. Despite the fact that he couldn’t win the match yet, Styles clearly wrestled the advantage away from the incumbent champion.

Styles got a little too cocky at one point though. He planted Kingston down and then went up to the top rope. AJ taunted him and the crowd for a little while. This allowed for Kingston to get up to his feet! Kofi went in and struck Styles. Kofi continued but AJ batted him away. Kofi came in again and hit him but Styles rocked him back hard! Kofi then sturdied up. Then he ran up and WOW! HE JUMPED UP ON THE MIDDLE ROPE! THEN CLIMBED UP AND HIT A SUPERPLEX ON STYLES!! Kofi dug deep for that one and he hit it! He might be old, but he’s still got something in him! Kingston crawled over and covered! 1! 2! KINGSTON RETAI-NO! Styles kicked out! Shoulder up from The Phenomenal One! The match continued on as Kingston looked like a man who’s been champion for seven months! He also looked like a man who’s been champion for seven months, and so much of that had weighed on him.

Styles could sense that, and he started to circle around him like a shark. Styles hit Kingston harder and harder. He hit higher-impact maneuvers and tried to take Kingston out! Kofi battled back and had the crowd supporting him the entire way. No surprise, they’ve been with him for-EVER! But Styles seemed to be hitting another gear here! Like he’s been here before! In his defense, he absolutely has! Two years ago, he won the WWE Championship on Smackdown! And it kept looking like he was about to do that again! Styles looked to rise to the occasion here. He slammed Kingston down in the center of the ring. Styles then went over to the apron and climbed out. Styles smelled that blood in the water. He wanted to take Kofi out and win the WWE Title! He pulled up his elbow pad as he got ready to hit the Phenomenal Forearm! Styles slingshot up to the top, sprang off, FLEW THROUGH THE AIR, AS HE LOOKED TO WIPE KOFI OUT WITH THE PHENOMENAL FOREARM AND END HIS TITLE REIGN…

NO!!!

NO!!!!!!

OH MY GOD, TROUBLE IN PARADISE IN MID-AIR, STRIKING AJ STYLES IN THE FACE!!!

UNBELIEEEEEEEEEVABLE!!! KOFI KINGSTON ROLLS OVER AND HOOKS THE LEG!

1!

2!!

3!!!

WINNER: Kofi Kingston via pinfall at 13:37. Kingston RETAINS the WWE Championship.

THE REIGN CONTINUES!!!!!

Kofi adds another to the list! And has just retained his title in DRAMATIC, AND ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE FASHION!!!

But before Kingston can even celebrate, The Usos strike!! The Usos strike!! Jey and Jimmy Uso start beating the hell out of Kofi Kingston!!

Boos rain down here as it seems The Usos were around and quick to respond to Kingston’s incredible title defense! And now the 2-on-1 mugging proceeded! Jey went out and grabbed a chair and got back into the ring. Styles got up to his feet and, pissed off, walked over and started pummeling Kofi in the corner! But cavalry arrived!

Xavier Woods!
Kofi’s New Day mate jumped into the ring and started going after Jey, Jimmy, and AJ! And before long, even as The OC swarmed, things evened up!

Bobby Lashley!!!

Lashley raced down to the ring and jumped inside!! The All Mighty sent Jey, Jimmy, and Styles down and off their feet with HUGE clotheslines!! Jey was then sent FLYING with a huge press not the air!! Jimmy was then THROWN OUT OF THE RING by Lashley in an amazing feat of strength! Styles saw this and pulled Jey out and then they got out of dodge!! But Lashley had gotten a form of revenge from getting attacked two weeks ago!!

And it sure seems like even though Kofi Kingston retained his WWE Championship, things between The OC, Bobby Lashley, and The New Day were FAR from over!!

IT'S SO HARD TO SAY GOODBYE... WELL, MAYBE

It appears that today at Raw, November 4th, the mega women's WWE superstar who's set to leave the company after Survivor Series in less than four weeks gave their notice and informed the locker room.

Those there said the superstar was professional about it, which wasn't a surprise from the consensus we spoke to. Some said that they appreciated the fact that they were direct about their plans and what they would do. Others told us mthat they felt like the person made themselves feel obligated to do it and that it lacked some genuity. Another told us that they were never surprised that this wrestler would exit, because they began to feel like the town wasn't big enough for everybody. So they decided to leave, and that person said that they won't forget that decision.

It's worth noting right now on WWE.com's Events page, Becky Lynch is scheduled to appear at Raw after Survivor Series and Sasha Banks and Bayley are also featured on the advertising for Smackdown after Survivor Series in Alabama. Charlotte Flair is listed on the Allstate Arena advertising for Survivor Series, Monday Night Raw, and on their website, but WWE.com does not have her featured. It's worth noting also that Ronda Rousey is advertised for Smackdown after Survivor Series and Shayna Baszler and Natalya's names are on the Allstate Arena website. Baszler, Natalya, and Rousey's names are not featured on WWE.com while serving their canonical medical suspensions.

(And you people, you lovies, probably didn't think you'd get 2 posts in 2 days in this thread for a long time. <3 Shows are banked, schedules are set, let's GO. November is a huge month in this thread as I really start to carve out the Universe here. This is the most consequential month so far in this booking thread and I can promise you all, there are some big BIG things planned. Stay tuned. Stay on watch. And yeah, follow this, cause the game's changing soon!)

As the show began, it started in the garage of the Nassau Coliseum. A car was making a beeline through!

It then turned hard and then parked. And shut off. Someone then stormed out of the car.

BECKY LYNCH!

Ohhhhh boy…

1685913925774.png

Monday Night Raw
November 4th 2019 | Uniondale, New York | Nassau Coliseum

As the show was set to begin, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville stood in the ring as Mandy was introduced for singles competition. However, uh, she got a little more than she bargained for.

“CELTIC INVASION”

Uh oh!

I’m not sure this was in the rundown! But The Man came around Long Island!! The crowd burst into cheers as Lynch, who looked positively IRATE, stormed down the ramp. Mandy and Sonya both looked at each other in terror, kinda, but both of them accepted their fates. As Becky got in the ring, the two went at her! But down they went on arrival!

Lynch punched each of them, punched each of them again, and punched each of them a third time and sent them on their asses each time! Sonya took a run at Becky but Lynch was ready and she clobbered her with a clothesline! Mandy then went in for a Bicycle Kick! But Becky side-stepped her! She then pulled her by her hair and ran her into the corner. WHAM! Right into the turnbuckle went Rose! And Lynch wasn’t done! She went to the next corner with Mandy and smashed her face in, the next one, and then the last one! Sonya then got up to take a charge again but Becky ducked her again and Deville crashed right into Rose!!

Becky crouched down and waited for Sonya to turn around. MANHANDLE SLAM!! Down goes Deville!! Becky then grabbed Rose by the wrist and pulled her in. MANHANDLE SLAM TO ROSE!!

The Man got up to thunderous applause… but didn’t seem content. No, she was still PISSED. She couldn’t hide it at all. And she hid it no more! Becky went to the outside and stormed over to the timekeeper’s area. Away they scattered as she grabbed the steel chair!! She folded it up and went into the ring with the chair. She looked over, and the crowd booed, and we saw why: Commissioner Regal was set to send security down! Lynch didn’t give a damn though! She shook her head and then slammed the chair across Sonya Deville’s back! Wow!! She then slammed it down on Mandy Rose’s back!! Security went down to the ring to try and control the situation!! Lynch hit Rose again and then hit Deville again with the chair!

Security then got in the ring but Lynch, armed with a weapon, threatened to throw that chair at them! Lynch slammed the chair down on the mat as she was READY. Commissioner Regal then got on the mic. Regal told her to calm down and to put the chair down. Lynch decided to respond right away.

“All due respect Mister Regal, but The Man is in charge tonight,” said Becky to a big ovation! “But I’ll do what you say only if you give me what I want.”

An ultimatum! Regal looked a little confused, but went along with it anyway, as he asked her what she wanted.

Simple, Becky said. “I want Sasha Banks and Bayley’s heads on silver freakin’ platters, do you understand me, Commissioner?” Wooooooooooo buddy…As Corey Graves pointed out on commentary,
“I think everybody in this freaking BUILDING knew where she was going with that one!” Regal told her that she’d have to understand that he can’t do that… because they hadn’t arrived yet to the building.

The Man smiled, curiously.
“Oh, they aren’t hear yet. Lovely, then I’ll just stay here in this ring until those two backstabbing, evil bitches come to the show then here. How ‘bout that?!” Woo BUDDY! “Ya like that, Long Island, huh!?” Cheers! “Yeah? You want The Man to stick around here in the ring until those two turncoats show their ugly faces around here!?”

Lynch wanted to hold this show hostage! And the people sure as hell loved the idea! Regal advised her to calm down and not to blow this out of proportion. After he did that, Becky took the chair and set it up to sit down on. And she popped a squat right on it. “Yeah, you know what? You’re right, Mister Regal. I’ll slow it down but first take your rent-a-cops away, I’m not a threat I ain’t gonna do anything to anybody. I’m just gonna talk.” Becky gave a believable look over at the Commissioner, who called his guards down. Lynch then took command of the situation while the crowd full-throatedly chanted her name.

“So… Bayley and Sasha Banks… you two finally did it, didn’t you?”
Becky asked. There was hurt in her voice, to be sure.

“You two have been chasing that dragon for years, haven’t you? Ever since Brooklyn, August 22nd 2015, the day that changed this sport forever.”
There’s no doubt about that. “Ever since then, you two have been chasing after that moment you got last week, didn’t ya? Didn’t ya, Sasha?” Whoa. We have a direct call-out. “Yeah, Sasha Banks. The all-knowing, all-powerful Sasha Banks. The center of attention. Yeah, look at’cha. Look at'cha. When we were younger, you played me like a fiddle, and I was too naïve to see it at the time. We beat the hell out of each other once in Florida, and ever since then, I’ve been living rent-free in your head, Sasha. And you know it.”

The Man continued, fired up as ever.

“You took the first opportunity you could get to try and hurt me and my ego three years ago, when you dumped me to the side after I couldn’t beat Charlotte for the championship. You were sick to your stomach that I was still around three months later at WrestleMania 32, when you and I and Charlotte had the most unenviable of tasks. The burden that nobody would ever want to willingly have. Not only did we have to just have a Triple Threat Match for the Women’s Championship, we were tasked with changing the perception, changing the game, validating the direction, AFFIRMING that we were the FUTURE of this business, and we did…” Becky gets a little emotional talking about this. The crowd cheers as well. “Bet it made you real sick you didn’t win didn’t it?”

Whew…

“Bet you’ve been sick every time you’ve had to defend your little Raw Women’s Championship. It must be illness because otherwise, that means you’re good enough to be a champion, but you’re sure as hell not good enough to stay one.” WHEW… “I am, and it drives you crazy. It keeps you up at night. You toss, and you turn, and you think about the fact that you had every opportunity that I did, every chance that I had, a head START on me, and I do everything that you do better.”

Hot DAMN. Becky didn’t hold back at all. “You’re a liar, you’re a fraud, you’re a dope, I can’t wait to slap your head off, and I can’t wait to take back my Raw Women’s Championship.” That drew a great reaction! Becky continued on as her face grew with more disappointment. “Bayley…”

Becky sighed with disappointment as she brought her head down. Then she brought it back up a few seconds later, still solemn.

“When I let you off the hook for the steel chair at Money in the Bank, I guess that I had nothing to stand on but my intuitions. My trust in you. My belief that you were going to stay good to your word. Stay true to yourself. But maybe I didn’t know you like I thought. And I mean, maybe we all didn’t. I mean, attacking me is one thing. Attacking Charlotte even is another. Attacking Toni Storm? Cowardly, but you wanted championship gold. Someone who does whatever it takes… well, it’s an understandable position. But trying to risk my livelihood?”

Lynch looked upset again, but The Man brought it together.

“The fact that it was you who tried to take me out before The Great American Bash with that car? While the bounty was still on my head? Bayley…”

Becky sighed again. She dipped her head down and then brought it back up. “I don’t say this lightly. I have never been so disappointed.”

Wow-wee.

“You call yourself a Role Model and yet you are apparently one of the most sinister people on the planet. A mastermind of a plan to try and take me out and take my Raw Women’s Championship. Well, ya got one of ‘em, but Bayley, and Sasha? You’re not getting the other.” Cheers! “War Games won’t take me out. Beth Phoenix won’t take me out. Shayna Baszler won’t take me out, Ronda Rousey won’t take me out. Charlotte couldn’t take me out earlier this year. Everybody in my life who has ever doubted me or counted me out,” Lynch said as she rose from her chair. She then walked towards the camera. “So I’d just like to know,” she said as she grabbed the camera and pulled it up to her face.

“WHAT THE HELL MAKES YOU TWO SO SPECIAL!?!”

Wow!

“But you were right about one thing, Bayley. Friday night, you said this was personal. You bet your ass that this is personal,” Lynch said to the rowdy crowd. “And the strong WILL survive. At Survivor Series… Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair will, once again, rise to the top and beat you two turncoats all over the city of Chicago!” Well that’s a hell of a declaration! And it sounds an awful lot like an accepted challenge! “Rest assured, Charlotte Flair WILL be back very soon, and she will come at you just like I will – with nothin’ but straight fire. And it will be the end of an era, oh yeah, and you two are gonna regret the day that you decided to KILL The Four Horsewomen! Because that’s what you two did! And Charlotte Flair and I are never, ever going to forgive you! And we’re never gonna let you forget either!” WOW! Wow. Wow, wow, wow. Lynch threw the mic down and decided to leave the ring anyway. It’s easy to see why – she clearly needed to collect herself. This has been an emotional week. She was also clearly sporting a shiner near her eye, probably from when Bayley slammed her down on concrete last week. But Becky made it very clear – Those two were gonna pay and they were gonna pay at Survivor Series! And it sounded like it would be Winner Take All.

TONIGHT ON RAW:
~ Alexa Bliss is LIVE!
~ Buddy Murphy
vs. Chad Gable
~ Scott Dawson
vs. Any Member of The Franchise Players
~ The arrival of Isla Dawn!
~ Our MAIN EVENT: Daniel Bryan
vs. Drew McIntyre!
~ UP NEXT: Rey Mysterio defends the WWE Television Champion against Seth Rollins!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
Earlier today, Drew McIntyre was seen arriving to the building. And for once it seemed like Drew might have had some backup: McIntyre arrived to the venue here on Long Island with none other than Pete Dunne! Had Drew and Pete joined forces?

A downtrodden Nikki Cross was then suddenly revealed. Cross could be seen watching a TV screen through a cage… Interesting…

1 WWE TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Rey Mysterio © defends against Seth Rollins
*Daniel Bryan on commentary*

A rip-roaring contest started us off tonight! Mysterio and Rollins, tangling for the first time EVER in a singles match, put on a show for the Long Island crowd. The crowd was pretty split but mostly leaning towards the embattled Mysterio. This was just the latest title defense for Rey Mysterio, the TV Champion, who’ll compete this Friday on Smackdown in London with the title on the line. But Seth tried to alter history so that HE could go to London, perhaps, to defend the title against Randy Orton. Daniel Bryan was on commentary and talked himself up as the best in the world, refuting the idea that anyone else was. When commentary asked if that meant Rollins as well, Bryan asked them not to stir up trouble or drive a wedge between them. Bryan then tried to intervene in the matchup but ate a 619 from Rey! But maybe that was the plan because Seth tried to pounce after that! But Mysterio wrestled his way out of a pinning combination! Seth tried to take him out with a Ripcord Knee, but Mysterio slid underneath, jumped up, and boom! Dropkick to the ropes! 619! SPLASH! 1! 2! 3!!! MYSTERIO RETAINS!

WINNER: Rey Mysterio via pinfall at 12:26. Mysterio RETAINS the Television Title.

It seemed like The Inevitables had a plan… but it didn’t go right! And as a result, Mysterio is still the champion! Try as Bryan and Rollins did, the man once dubbed ‘The Giant Killer’ is on an unbelievable hot streak right now! But then suddenly as he went up to the ramp, he was ambushed by Robert Stone and Tiffany Stratton! Uh oh… they informed Rey that they learned “Something happened to Dominik.” That drew Rey’s attention.. in a not-so-good way. He RACED to the back after that and Stone and Stratton soon followed! Oh no!

Then we jumped to the back.

Becky Lynch held a bat in her hand as she walked in the parking lot. She was waiting for the Raw and Smackdown Women’s Champions to arrive! It was clear to everybody that we were going to get a confrontation tonight, one way or another!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
In the gallows of the arena sat Ruby Riott and AJ Lee! Riott said that it’s been a Bella-less week in WWE and things have never been better. Riott said that she’s heard, though, that people have questions. So she’s going to provide the answers. Riott explained just why she hand-picked AJ Lee to stand beside her. She then prepared a video to be played and it did. The video was from the 2014 Slammy Awards, in which AJ praised the next generation of WWE women’s wrestlers. Riott said that she named some of the very best, so clearly she had an eye for talent. She said that’s the endorsement she needed to get, and AJ was willing to stand alongside her. AJ then spoke up which drew a reaction from the crowd. Lee said that she liked Ruby Riott because she, like herself, is a disruptor. She said people that are disruptors just… … … well, some would say they drive you crazy, but AJ said she doesn’t like that word. Lee said that she respected Ruby’s desire to be champion and the fact that she will take on all comers. And most of the time she backs it up. She has nothing but respect for her and said that she will stand beside her as long as she wants her. Ruby said she would add two more women to her Survivor Series team tonight. Ruby said that Carmella and Piper Niven would get a chance to win and all they had to do was beat their opponents! Alright then! Ruby then told AJ to tell Toni Storm that she better have eyes in the back of her head.

After we returned from commercials, commentary brought us up to speed on something that occurred earlier today! Out and around Long Island, The Street Profits could be found, and they got in good ribbings of their opponents tonight: Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan! After they arrived to the arena, Burch and Lorcan caught wind of this and confronted The Profits, and challenged them to a match tonight!

Chad Gable was interviewed backstage by Sarah Schreiber. Gable said that tonight, he’s focused on beating Buddy Murphy. He said that the last few weeks have allowed him to gain a new focus and he’s never felt better. He said he’s never felt better He said he’s enjoyed being a tag team wrestler, but is fully prepared to run solo. He said he hoped to be like so many others before him and said he will fight for the WWE Universe, for himself, and to be the absolute best. Gable then went off but noticed something peculiar to him and to us: Pete Dunne was seen talking to… Daniel Bryan??

vs. The Street Profits
The Street Profits come out in a jovial mood and put a bit of a whooping on Burch and Lorcan! It seems that even though these two are jokesters, they can really get after it in the ring as well! That’s something that takes to the crowd, as do their exuberant personalities. Commentary used some of this time though to report some breaking news: Rey Mysterio has left the building. Renee Young said, via an insert video, that Rey left because Dominik was reportedly attacked by The Expat Express at Rey’s hotel here on Long Island! Oh… oh dear…

Meanwhile, the duo isolates Burch early after sending Lorcan outta there. Dawkins then sent Burch hard into the ropes. Burch came back and Dawkins propped him up and BAM! Spine on the pine with a big Spinebuster! Dawkins then tagged Ford inside, as Tez hyped himself up and then leapfrogged up to the top rope! Wow! Montez then turned around, jumped HIGH into the air… FROG SPLASH!! 1! 2!! 3!!! Profits win!

WINNERS: The Street Profits via pinfall at 4:15.

Pete Dunne was seen walking. Given what we saw earlier… it was a curious case of “where’s he going?” here! And we found out where: Drew McIntyre’s locker room! But… Hmmm…

We got some hype for our next segment, in which we will hear from the Universal Champion, Finn Balor!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

“I AM DANGER” blared and while the tune was unfamiliar, the titantron was not! Long Island went up for the man who calls himself The Prince! Finn Balor had arrived! And Finn wasn’t alone either! The BRAND NEW United States Champion joined him as well! Harper received a huge hand from the crowd after he came into view. Finn led Harper to the ring, as Gallows and Anderson were conspicuous by their absences. Finn was certainly not absent bravado or confidence though. The Universal Champion shuffled down the aisle with a big smile on his face. Finn and Harper got into the ring and Finn addressed the crowd. He proclaimed that after this segment, just like always, the wrestling world won’t stop talking about Finn Balor!

That’s all Finn seems to care about these days, but to his credit, when he has to prove he’s the best, he does exactly that. Finn said that when he woke up this morning, his beautiful girlfriend, something nobody here in Long Island would understand anything about, asked him a question: “Do you feel bad that you don’t wrestle on television anymore?” I said, “Babe, Finn Balor doesn’t give a damn about what anyone thinks about when he wrestles and when he doesn’t.” Well that’ll earn you some heat, Finn. “I’m the most important person in this industry. Everybody moves in the same direction that I lead them in. I am the Universal Champion. I have been for nearly two months and there’s nobody who’s going to disrupt that. Especially not Brock Lesnar.” Woo boy… “Brock, everybody can’t seem to stop being in awe that you wrestled last week. You and Kofi Kingston, someone who should’ve stayed in his own lane…” The crowd interrupted Finn with cheers! Kofi, of course, retained the WWE Championship against Finn’s friend, AJ Styles, this past Friday night.

“Yeah, everybody’s talking about that. Well you know what Brock? When Finn Balor wrestles, it’s just another day in the park. They gotta make and find new ways to have you be special. For me? All they do is play my theme music.” Whew. Wow. What a line. “Now… onto the second item on the agenda tonight. That’s the brand-new WWE United States Champion!” Cheers again! Harper might be a bad guy, but he’s getting plenty of praise from Long Island. “Congratulations to Harper for beating that punk, Swerve, just like I knew he would. You see the power and the difference between being in The OC and not. Swerve had just as much an opportunity to join us as Harper did. Swerve was confronted personally about, live on television. He chose to be on his own. Swerve, next time you have a decision to make, don’t go with your gut. Because it stinks, just like you.” Ouch. My God.

“And meanwhile, someone like Harper, somebody like Harper… Harper fits The OC. Harper is hungry. He came from nothin’. Harper wasn’t given everything. Harper wasn’t cocky. He wasn’t overconfident. He fights like he came from the depths of the mud and that’s exactly where he’s from. And now… now he’s champion. The OC difference, front and center. Harper is United States Champion for the first time in his career. Unlike the other pretenders that have held this championship the last couple of months, Harper isn’t just going to for a cup of coffee. Harper is going to define the United States Championship. He’s going to be synonymous with that championship by the time his reign comes to an end. Everyone will remember him, and that’s a promise!” Quite the declaration from our Universal Champion!

Finn then wanted to change things up again. He then demanded that Brock Lesnar, who IS here tonight, come down to the ring!

Lesnar’s music then hit to a huge pop from the Long Island crowd!

But after several moments… Lesnar never showed. Finn said that he knew he was a coward, but was willing to give him one more shot. His music then hit again… and no Beast. But we quickly learned why.

Cameras switched backstage and…

A FORKLIFT WAS IN FRONT OF BROCK’S LOCKER ROOM DOOR!!

Snickering nearby? Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows! Well no wonder! No wonder Finn looked so confident!

The OC have trapped Brock Lesnar in his locker room!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

The OC were seen laughing and enjoying themselves at Brock Lesnar’s expense!

The Franchise Players came down to the ring. Ashante Thee Adonis, the hungriest of the bunch, accepted the match with Scott Dawson.

The problem with that? Well, Dawson explained that last week, he never SAID that it was going to be him… Oh… He said that ran off like wildfire, but it wasn’t true. Dawson said he told that to Commissioner Regal, who understood, and then Dawson introduced Adonis’ ACTUAL opponent from Team Taz…

SAMOA JOE!

3 Singles Match
Ashante Thee Adonis (w/ The Franchise Players)
vs. Samoa Joe (w/ Team Taz)
Welp. You can guess where this one went. Needless to say, not the guy that Adonis was expecting to wrestle. The Long Island crowd was thoroughly pleased to see Joe beat somebody’s ass, pillar to post. That’s exactly what Samoa Joe did to Ashante Thee Adonis. Joe didn’t waste too much time here and put Adonis right to bed early! He’ll enjoy the rest. He’s young, he needs it.

WINNER: Samoa Joe via submission at 1:06.

Livid was MVP on the outside… Team Taz pulled a fast one over on them and it looked like he was gonna make sure that never happened again!

Just then, we jumped back outside. Becky Lynch still patrolled with a bat in her hand. She then stopped and saw what we all saw: A blue Corvette pulling into the parking lot! Oh no!

Becky’s eyes lit up as she shuffled over. She went to go smack the bat on the Corvette! Until she realized—it wasn’t Sasha’s car! Someone else came out of it!

Just… a random person. Becky backed away from the scene as the person, terrified clearly, ran away. Lynch angrily slammed the bat down on the asphalt and walked away, having still not gotten her revenge.

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

ISLA DAWN ARRIVES… TONIGHT!

Before our next match, The Expat Express arrived to many jeers from the fans. Buddy Murphy made his way down to the ring with Zelina Vega who wore a smile on her face. Murphy had a torn-up shirt along with him, as commentary suggested perhaps it belonged to Dominik Mysterio! What a sick man if so…

4 Singles Match
Buddy Murphy (w/ Zelina Vega)
vs. Chad Gable
This one proves to be a bit of a delight. Murphy and Gable work really well together to piece a lengthy match along as the show progresses. And it’s clear that even as Gable tried to mount offense and comebacks that Zelina was going to be a major factor. Gable had to weather this storm alone also as Mysterio left the building! And right now, he didn’t have many allies to speak of! But late, even as Murphy tried to suppress him, Gable had momentum swing back in his favor! Murphy went for a running knee late, but Gable made him miss! He then took him out with a Swinging Neckbreaker and then went up to the top rope… and hit a beautiful Moonsault! 1! 2! NO!! Murphy and Gable tangled for a little after that nearfall, and Gable then ran into the corner with Murphy…turned back and Ready… Willing… GABLE!! NO!! MURPHY LANDS ON HIS FEET! Murphy ran up and look to take Gable’s head off with a knee! NO!! Gable then hit a German Suplex with a Bridge!! 1! 2!! 3!!! NO!! The referee couldn’t count because Zelina Vega was distracting him! Gable went over and respectfully tried to ask why Zelina did this. Vega responded by mouthing off! Gable then turned around as he sensed Murphy! He was right to! Murphy launched himself at Gable! And he connected still!! Murphy then pulled Gable down into a small package! 1! WITH THE REF OUT OF POSITION, ZELINA HELPED MURPHY HOOK THE ROPES WITH HIS FEET! 2!! 3!!! DAMMIT!!

WINNER: Buddy Murphy via pinfall at 10:22.

And The Expat Express STEAL ONE!! Gable looked completely disappointed by that result as Zelina and Murphy made their getaway here. The crowd booed them as Gable tried to process everything… but it wasn’t adding up. The Expat Express certainly won this round…

A video package played.

A mysterious video, narrated by Aleister Black, played. The video heard Black say that the world needs to hear what he has to say, but the time will not come soon. He warned that anyone who threatens him will suffer severe consequences, and that soon enough, everyone will know what he’s capable of

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
Before the next matchup, Carmella and Niven were interviewed by Sarah Schreiber. During the interview, ‘Ms. Money in the Bank’ Ruby Riott arrived! Ruby said that she had a little extra sweetener for their match tonight: She informed them that the winners of this tag team match get to join her at Survivor Series on her team! Well then…

Here’s the interesting thing: We didn’t know who their opponents were.

But we soon learned, and what a hoot this is:

It was MIGHTY MOLLY and VICTORIA!

5
Tag Team Match
Carmella and Niven (w/ Zelina Vega)
vs. Mighty Molly and Victoria
The genuine shock here of Mighty Molly and Victoria drew a big-time reaction from the fans! It certainly keeps interest held up here as the crowd is furiously behind Molly and Victoria. Especially Victoria, who’s a big fan favorite tonight at Nassau Coliseum. They gave a very spirited effort here as it was communicated that the winning team, regardless of who it is, will join Ruby Riott at Survivor Series! Ruby even made her way to ringside here during the match. She kept a close eye on this, and she had every reason to. She had a lot riding on this one. As the match waged on, Liv Morgan was spotted at ringside…and she didn’t look very happy at all. Meanwhile, as for the action in the ring? Things tightened up and the scales were tipped in Carmella and Niven’s favor. Niven already had a penchant for taking women from the past out, and she hoped to do it again! She crushed Mighty Molly up on the turnbuckles and then did the very same to Victoria! Niven then delivered a Vader Bomb to Victoria! 1! 2!! 3!!!

WINNERS: Carmella and Niven via pinfall at 2:46.

While Riott celebrated in the ring with two of her teammates at Survivor Series, Morgan could be seen stewing and still looking unhappy at ringside…

Backstage, the forklift remained in front of Brock Lesnar’s locker room. But from the looks of it, Brock was trying to bust out!

A video package played, which discussed the controversial ending to Alexa Bliss’ match with Trish Stratus at REvolution! We’re set to hear from Bliss next!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

“SPITEFUL” brought Alexa Bliss out to a well-rounded reaction from the crowd. Bliss walked down to the ring with a confident look on her face. She did defeat Trish Stratus at REvolution, albeit controversially. Bliss got into the ring and spoke to the crowd. She said that she was glad to be in Long Island, as she reminded everyone that this is where she made her Raw debut two years ago. On that night, Bliss started her run to history as she would later become a dominant three-time Raw Women’s Champion. Now, Bliss is after gold again. She said that next week in Manchester, she drew Toni Storm for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. She said that while she isn’t the first challenger for the championship, she will keenly see the match between Storm and Candice LeRae on Friday in London. Bliss even alluded to possibly being in the house, which drew some intrigue. Alexa said that while she didn’t get the chance to compete for the Women’s Intercontinental Champion, she said that she sure loves taking titles from popular women before giving a wink to the camera.

Bliss went on to continue here but she was suddenly interrupted!

And the crowd went crazy!

Because Bliss was interrupted by…

TRISH STRATUS!

Well, what a surprise this is!!

Trish came out, looking lovely, and had a microphone in hand. She got to talking right away. “Alexa… do you have any idea how much gall that you have right now… to act like everything’s normal… that everything’s okay… that nothing happened nine days ago at WWE REvolution?” Trish was clearly still pissed off about what happened! “I mean, I knew you were crazy. Didn’t quite know you were so delusional either. I mean, you clearly made off with a tainted victory!” Stratus continued to protest, then got into the ring and presented her evidence. A clip ran of the finish, in which Stratus had her boot under the rope. The referee didn’t see it, and was out of position, and couldn’t recognize it while counting to 3. Stratus said that it was blatantly tainted and Bliss did not deserve the chance at the Women’s IC Championship. In fact, Stratus said that she doesn’t deserve anything!

Trish said that REvolution was a black eye on her resume. She said that she’ll have to live with that for the rest of her life. She was glad that last year’s match got canceled and that this year’s should have also if that was how it would go. Harsh! Bliss fired back and called Trish a sore loser. But, Alexa said that if she was in such a fighting mood, then they could get it on tonight in Long Island! Trish then… laughed at her. Trish said that she does not do this for free and she will especially not do this for the people of Long Island. Boos… Trish then said that if she’s in the mood for challenges, then she’s got one for her: Trish Stratus versus Alexa Bliss, one-on-one, at Survivor Series! Oh wow!!

Bliss responded and said she had no trouble kicking her ass once, and she won’t have any problem doing it again!

Trish then goes up to the stage and turns around. She gets on the mic and gets everyone’s attention. She said she had a surprise for everyone and wanted to ensure that Alexa and everyone around could hear it. She said that she spoke to Commissioner Regal before she came out here, and she informed him that next week, she’s going to be at Raw in Manchester!

WHOA!

And with Alexa Bliss’ big Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match… that may change things quite a bit!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
After the break, we witnessed the arrival of Isla Dawn!

Dawn made her way to the ring to the beat of “INTRUDERS” and arrived in spectacularly spooky fashion. Dawn walked through smoke in the dark, as a blue and purple tint dropped down on her on the way. Dawn wore a black gown on her way to the ring with a black bodysuit and dark blue boots. Her vibrant, red hair struck through as she slid into the ring and smiled evilly. She laughed as she rose up and seemed to bring the lights on with her!

6 Singles Match
Isla Dawn
vs. Katrina Cortez
Isla Dawn’s Raw debut went as you might expect it to! The spotlight shone down on her as she wrestled her first match stateside against one Katrina Cortez. The luchadora did her best to try and turn the tide and make it a night for her to remember. But Dawn grew too powerful for Cortez! She attacked Cortez with plenty of physicality and rarely relented control away after seizing it. She slammed Cortez HARD into the corner late, and decimated her after that! She would continue to mount an offense. She delivered a peppered kick combo on Cortez, before planting her with a Gutwrench Powerslam! A huge slam! Dawn grabbed Cortez then and put her up in a Half-Nelson! And then… BOOM! A Half-Nelson Suplex! Which she calls the CALL OF THE QUARTERS! 1! 2!! 3!!!

WINNER: Isla Dawn via pinfall at 3:33.

Backstage, Drew McIntyre could be seen walking with Pete Dunne closely following! Given what we saw before… interesting, nevertheless, the two of them go on down here. Shortly after they come out of view, Chad Gable hurries in. He doesn’t find what he’s looking for and, then, The Street Profits enter the screen. Gable asks them if either of them have seen Drew McIntyre, to which they tell himi they quite literally saw him just now walking with Pete Dunne. Discouraged, Gable sighs, and expressed it might be too late. Confused, Ford asked him what he meant. And… as he explained…

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

During the break, as it’s shown to us, Liv Morgan crashed the ring and got some things off her chest! Morgan said that she was irritated by the suspension she dealt with. She said she agreed with the doctor’s decision, but being out and missing out on the first TWO opportunities at the Women’s Intercontinental Championship after fighting hard for it is a bitter pill to swallow. So is watching Survivor Series teams be built up. Morgan declared that she was going to do something about it, though, and then challenged ‘Ms. Money in the Bank’ Ruby Riott to a match – FINALLY – next week in Manchester! Because, as Liv said, that’s when she’s cleared, and she has a lot of pent-up rage to let out of her!

As things are getting kind of chaotic right now, Becky Lynch has come to the ring! Lynch has seemingly come up empty-handed, with no sign of our Raw or Smackdown Women’s Champions… Lynch got on the mic and said that the hunt seems to have come and gone without anything materializing. Becky said that she would apologize to the crowd, she promised them a two-pack of whoop-ass tonight on two bozos, and they never showed up for it! Lynch said she’d say she couldn’t believe it, but considering who we were dealing with, cowardly behavior sounds just about right! Becky said she was left with no other choice: If they won’t come to her, she’ll come to them and go across the pond if she has to! Well… my God!! Becky IS one-half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions, so she could do that if she wanted to!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

7
Singles Match
‘The Inevitable’ Daniel Bryan
vs. Drew McIntyre (w/ Pete Dunne)
And so, everybody in the world has a funny little feeling about this match. Especially since The Bruiserweight was seen hanging around Daniel Bryan earlier tonight! Dunne stayed to form on the outside, not breaking an inch and certainly appeared to be in the corner of Drew Mac. Late in the match though, Chad Gable appeared! That seemed to really irritate Bryan, who couldn’t understand why he was there. Dunne glared at Gable, who got animated in his corner in defense of Drew! That was interesting to say the very least. Bryan kept going back-and-forth with McIntyre in the ring. Drew saw Gable at ringside and didn’t make the connection himself. Too much attention was spent on that though and Bryan took advantage. Later, Drew would set Bryan up for the Claymore! McIntyre then went in, but suddenly Dunne shoved Gable away and grabbed at Drew’s wrist! Hey! Drew turned around and Dunne whacked him in the face! Right in front of the referee!!

WINNER: Drew McIntyre via disqualification at 7:31.

And Dunne climbed into the ring and started attacking McIntyre!! Bryan got in on it soon after while Gable was hurt! He was shoved into the steel steps! And it was an ambush – Dunne appeared to have been working for The Inevitables tonight!! Gable’s suspicions were right but that wasn’t the point! Seth Rollins then came down to the ring, howling in laughter, as he was quite pleased with what he was seeing! Rollins climbed into the ring and started joining in on the attack on McIntyre!! Gable then got into the ring and tried to fight for Drew Mac! But he then was eaten up by a 3-on-1 mugging from Bryan, Dunne, and Rollins!! Two of the big boys fighting alongside one of the brightest young stars in the game! All three with a common enemy!

Just then, the new trio was sent off running! The Street Profits made it into the ring!! A bit too late, no doubt, but they have sent The Inevitables and Dunne away nonetheless!! Are we seeing a preview of Survivor Series!?

Suddenly, the camera shot backstage.

OH SHIT!

B-

BROCK LESNAR JUST FINALLY BURST THROUGH THE LOCKER ROOM DOOR!!

HOLY HELL! HE MOVED THE FORKLIFT AWAY AFTER SMASHING THROUGH THE DOOR!

An ENRAGED Lesnar shouted out for Finn Balor! Oh my, this was gonna get ugly! This was gonna get wild! This…

Is how we end the show.

WWE SHOCK-DROPS 2020 PLE SCHEDULE, FUTURE BIG 4 LOCATIONS REVEALED

WWE just shock-dropped a ton of information about their upcoming major events, including a name change, the entire 2020 schedule, and several future Big 4 locations that have been revealed.

The events, which remain aired on the WWE Network, will now be called "Premium Live Events." One higher-up in formed us that the logic behind this was simple: Considering WWE all but disbanded from the Pay-Per-View model, you can't consider them 'Pay-Per-Views' anymore since they're streamed on a subscription service. So, instead, from now on, they'll be called Premium Live Events, or "PLEs" for short.

Anyways, onto the meat. All of the PLEs for 2020 were officially announced today. Not only were they announced, but for the first time ever, that we know of, WWE revealed the locations of all them and listed on-sale dates for tickets as well.

The schedule reads as followed and features several exciting new venues and locations:

Royal Rumble - Houston, Texas - Minute Maid Park - January 26, 2020
Elimination Chamber - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Wells Fargo Center - March 8, 2020
WrestleMania 36: Night 1 - Tampa, Florida - Raymond James Stadium - April 4, 2020
WrestleMania 36: Night 2 - Tampa, Florida - Raymond James Stadium - April 5, 2020
The Duel in Dublin - Dublin, Ireland - Croke Park - May 16, 2020
The Great American Bash - San Jose, California - SAP Center - June 20, 2020
Money in the Bank - Melbourne, Australia - Melbourne Cricket Ground - July 18, 2020
SummerSlam - Boston, Massachsuetts - TD Garden - August 23, 2020
Fall Brawl - Newark, New Jersey - Prudential Center - September 19, 2020
Evolution III - Las Vegas, Nevada - T-Mobile Arena - October 17, 2020
Survivor Series - TBA at Survivor Series

In addition to that, multiple cities received word that they would host the following Big 4 events

Royal Rumble
2020 - Houston (Minute Maid Park)
2021 - San Diego (PETCO Park)
2022 - San Antonio (Alamodome)

WrestleMania

36 - Tampa (Raymond James Stadium)
37 - Greater Los Angeles (SoFi Stadium)
38 - Atlanta (Mercedes-Benz Stadium)

SummerSlam

2020 - Boston (TD Garden)
2021 - Miami (Hard Rock Stadium)
2022 - Las Vegas (Allegiant Stadium)

Survivor Series locations are set to be announced Survivor Series weekend.

WWE appears to be gearing up to go very international next year. They have confirmed two MAJOR events on other continents, including the previously announced Duel in Dublin, which originally was scheduled for 3Arena, but has now been moved up to historic Croke Park after demand reportedly exceeded internal expectations.

Meanwhile, Money in the Bank will go down under to Melbourne, Australia, at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. WWE held an event at MCG last year, Super Show-Down, an event not listed on the schedule this year. So it seems WWE is maintaining their relationship with Australia and super-sizing it by holding the Money in the Bank event.

Just passing time until Rask comes through to post NXT :)

It's me, hi! Rask and I co-authored this one. Smackdown from London, fittingly enough, will come next week!

NXT
November 6th 2019 | Winter Park, FL | Full Sail Live

The sights and sounds of NXT hit the airwaves at 8 p.m. Eastern on the USA Network. While the competition entered its second month of existence, NXT is focused on forging paths to Chi-Town Rumble later this month in Chicago!

The show began as it concluded last week, as NXT Women’s Champion IO SHIRAI entered the building. Her rocking theme brought her and her ally KAIRI SANE to the ring, and we say ally because lately, things haven’t seemed so friendly!

Shirai got in the ring with Sane, where RENEE YOUNG stood! A surprise! Young made her way down to Florida tonight as she made a pit stop before London, apparently. Young asked Shirai how she was feeling after having two championship defenses in less than a week. Io looked at Renee and told her she felt just like normal. This was her business, and this was what she was better than everyone else at, said Shirai, who was cocky, confident, and well, it’s hard to argue she isn’t right.

Renee then asked her how she felt then about the Iron Survivor Matches at Chi-Town Rumble. Io told her she felt no pressure, and that all the pressure was on everyone else, because they need to be on her level. She said it didn’t matter who was in the match, because she was going to win it.

Renee then pressed her a little bit and pointed out that later tonight, Kairi will vie for a spot. That rumbled the crowd a little bit. Io said that Kairi knew where she stood and told her that she would do what it takes to make sure that Io Shirai was the greatest NXT Women’s Champion of all time. Well, that’s pretty resounding… Kairi then steps forward though and takes Young’s attention.

Young asks Sane if she has something to say. Io stared at Kairi with a little bit of venom. Sane looked around and exhaled and said she would win tonight, and at Iron Survivor, the best woman will win! Io smiled and agreed, and then told her to raise her hand. Sane, perhaps sheepishly, and perhaps not to cause a stir, listened and hoisted Io’s hand up. But things felt just a little bit more awkward now…

UP NEXT: KEITH LEE IN ACTION! The Limitless Lee gets the video package treatment before break.

Also getting the video package after the break? SHOTZI BLACKHEART!

NXT Iron Survivor Qualifying Match
Bronson Reed

Lefts and rights were traded with powers of strength on display, and a nail-biting finish saw Reed look for the TSUNAMI on Lee! But Lee rolled through!! Bronson hit the mat and Lee dropped down and pulled him up. He then pulled Reed in and BANG! DISCUS CLOTHESLINE!! 1! 2!! 3!!!
WINNER: Keith Lee via pinfall at 11:25. Lee QUALIFIES for the Iron Survivor Matc

A video aired, highlighting DEONNA PURRAZZO, who would be coronated later tonight!

SHEAMUS has arrived to Full Sail Live!! We get a recap video of what brought us to this moment tonight.

2
NXT Women’s Iron Survivor Qualifying Match
Kelly Oliviera
vs. Mercedes Martinez
There is a TREMENDOUS sense of urgency from both these two women as they go full bore at each other. Martinez and Oliviera dish out a lot of physicality at each other and wind up fighting their way onto the mat!! Both ladies then start trading submission holds here. Oliviera throws strikes down at Mercedes as she holds her down. But then Martinez grabs Oliviera and slams her on the mat! And then puts her in an armbar!! Which she then shifts into a Kimura!! Oliviera taps out!!
WINNER: Mercedes Martinez via submission at 3:01. Martinez QUALIFIES for the Iron Survivor Match.

A video package plays, showing THE UNDISPUTED ERA as they work on what’s next.

{Commercials}

On his way to the ring, JORDAN MYLES had to deal with an ambush!! BOBBY FISH tried to take Myles out before his Iron Survivor Match!! But Myles was ready and took Fish out before he could get any big licks in! Sheesh…

3
NXT Iron Survivor Qualifying Match
Jordan Myles
vs. Shane Thorne
Full Sail saw these two collide after last week’s chicanery. And it seemed like Myles’ presence was noticed by many…The Undisputed ERA appeared at ringside one by one!! It seemed like a trap was being formed but all Myles and Thorne could do was focus on themselves! Focus on themselves they did as they had quite the match. Myles would eventually pick up the victory after hitting a BEAUTIFUL 450° Splash!!
WINNER: Jordan Myles via pinfall at 12:26. Myles QUALIFIES for the Iron Survivor Match.

After the match ended, Myles looked ready to fight as TUE swam around the ring like sharks! But from behind, ADAM COLE struck!! Cole blasted Myles in the back of the head with the NXT Championship!! Cole then watched Thorne get up and he hit him with the title too!! TUE then invited themselves into the ring here and took both Myles and Thorne OUT!! A reannounced presence, perhaps!!

A CAMERON GRIMES video aired with him standing beside DANNY GARCIA, who will face Drew Gulak later tonight.

THE BAR then could be seen… and they were then hit!!

IMPERIUM!! FABIAN AICHNER and MARCEL BARTHEL started brawling with Cesaro and Sheamus!! But the lads were ready to fight!! They started to overwhelm Imperium before officials broke the two teams up!!

{Commercials}

DEONNA PURRAZZO
then graced us all with her presence. The 2019 Mae Young Classic winner received her coronation in the ring. She said seven months ago she was bitter, she was directionless, and the odds were against her. But she didn’t quit, she put in the work, and now she reaps the rewards! Deonna put over her victories against the likes of Candice LeRae, Dakota Kai, Toni Storm, and Tegan Nox! Purrazzo said she felt like she had the hardest road to the Mae Young Classic Final, and she won the whole damn thing anyway!

MIA YIM then made an appearance! Yim showed up in the crowd and told Purrazzo that she thought the coronation SUCKED! She said that it was true that Purrazzo had a heck of a run in the MYC and that she earned this coronation, but that didn’t mean she had to like that she won either! Deonna said that she didn’t care what someone going through an identity crisis thought and told Yim that she should just go back to Smackdown.

Yim said that she intended to go back to the blue brand, but not before kicking Deonna’s ass one more time!! Yim said that she got approval to have ONE final match in NXT against Purrazzo and it would come NEXT WEEK – 2 out of 3 Falls!!

Purrazzo initially was caught off guard, but said she would take great delight out of sending her out of HER NXT that she now claimed to rule over!

Cathy Kelley interviewed IMPERIUM backstage. The group had settled down after brawling with The Bar earlier this evening. They said that they were glad that they brought what they did tonight. MARCEL BARTHEL said that no matter what The Bar did, Sheamus stood NO chance of dethroning WALTER!

And then suddenly a skirmish broke out again!! It’s SHEAMUS AND CESARO!! They once again brawl backstage with Aichner and Barthel and moments later they break them up again!! This thing is descending towards complete chaos!

TRIPLE H was seen backstage. The Game was in his office as the acting interim commissioner of NXT. Triple H then received a phone call. A moment later, he put the caller on speaker, apparently by their request. The caller?

BAYLEY! The resident Hugger called into the show to the surprise of everyone. Bayley said that she wanted Hunter to send a message on her behalf to the NXT locker room: Once her and Sasha Banks got done with Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair, none of them would be safe either! That’s… quite the threat!

Singles Match
‘The Star Maker’ Cameron Grimes
vs. Drew Gulak
This one ultimately does not go the way that The Star Maker wants it to go. Drew Gulak is ready to go here as he sends Grimes to the mat early and does a good job of snuffing him out. Grimes gets some offense in late here with Danny Garcia hawking at ringside. Garcia doesn’t get his hands dirty here and, to his credit, he doesn’t have to. Gulak takes care of Grimes and makes him tap out to an Armbar!
WINNER: Drew Gulak via submission at 3:06.

Singles Match
Flash Morgan Webster
vs. Joaquin Wilde
The most interesting part about this match is the fact that Mark Andrews, on commentary, said that Flash wants a shot at the Cruiserweight Champion! So this match sent a message to the champ Kyle O’Reilly!! Webster and Wilde wrestled pretty quickly here, with a great sense of urgency shown by both men. In the end though, Webster picked up the victory after scoring with a Spanish Fly in the middle of the ring!
WINNER: Flash Morgan Webster via pinfall at 4:04.

A video package highlighting EMBER MOON played, before announcing that she will compete in an Iron Survivor Match against … a mystery opponent next week! Oooooh.

KYLE O’REILLY went up to Cathy Kelley and asked her if she was busy. She said no, and Kyle took this time to say that he heard what Mark Andrews had to say. O’Reilly said that he wouldn’t just put the championship on the line against anybody. The longest-reigning men’s champion in NXT said that if Webster wants his attention, he’ll need to try harder. Ouch!

A rundown of what’s to come next week on NXT!

6 NXT Women’s Iron Survivor Qualifying Match
Kairi Sane (w/ Io Shirai)
vs. Taynara Conti
While the NXT Women’s Champion watched on from ringside, Kairi Sane battled Tay Conti in the unofficial ‘main event’ of the evening, with a hostile encounter still on the way. Sane and Conti fought tooth and nail for one of the spots in the Iron Survivor Match. Towards the end of the match, Io Shirai looked on as Sane and Conti clobbered each other in the middle of the ring. Shirai watched as Sane climbed to her feet, and as she did, Io tossed the NXT Women’s Championship in the ring! She clearly did it so that Kairi, who hasn’t seen it, could use it!

But somebody saw it: The referee!! The ref accosted Io and then grabbed the championship. And while the ref had his back turned, Shirai then jumped on the apron, grabbed Tay, and dropped her throat down on the top rope and laid her out!!

And then all that Kairi saw was Tay out!! So she went over, climbed to the top, and then BANG! IN-SANE ELBOW DROP!! 1! 2!! 3!!!
WINNER: Kairi Sane via pinfall at 6:15. Sane QUALIFIES for the Iron Survivor Match.

Shirai climbed into the ring and lifted Kairi’s hand in victory. Commentary pondered why Shirai would do that, considering that she clearly had it planned. Sane didn’t seem to accost Io for doing anything but… she didn’t even see her! But it’s perhaps interesting: Did Io do that so that she could hold it against her later on?

ABRUPTLY we are jerked over to the entranceway!

THE BAR and IMPERIUM are still fighting their way out here!!

Cesaro, Sheamus, Aichner, and Barthel are teeing off on each other!! The crowd gets hype for the brawl and emerging out of it is The Celtic Warrior!! After Aichner and Barthel double-team Cesaro, Sheamus fights both men off and gets himself fired up! He then turns around—

WHAM!!

STRAIGHT INTO A RUNNING BOOT BY WALTER!!!

WALTER then continues the attack as he throws Sheamus into the set!! He then slams him down on the grates and then pulls him in. He then powers him up and WALTER THEN POWERBOMBS SHEAMUS ONTO THE STAGE!!

Officials back, or at least TRY to back the NXT United Kingdom Champion off Sheamus!! Aichner and Barthel gather themselves up here as they see the destruction WALTER has done. And then they start to pick up the scraps a bit!!

They kick and stomp Sheamus before being backed off by the same officials. But it seems that was premeditated because now, WALTER can grab Sheamus without anyone around him!!

WALTER drags Sheamus over near the edge of the set! Oh my God. WALTER then POWERS Sheamus up on his shoulders!!

INCOMING!!!!!!!!!

WALTER POWERBOMBS SHEAMUS OFF THE DAMN STAGE!!!

MY GOD!!!

END OF SHOW
