Big one coming here folks!

So! Before we get on the train here, let’s talk about the NXT UK brand! Yes! It’s finally time to talk about what’s going on over across the pond, because there was a TakeOver that went down! Let’s go check out those results shall we?

NXT UK TAKEOVER: CARDIFF
31 August 2019 | Cardiff, Wales | Motorpoint Arena Cardiff

Tegan Nox defeated Jinny at 6:07 via pinfall
~ Tegan was an unannounced opponent for Jinny
~ Nox was joined by Dakota Kai after the match who embraced her
~ William Regal granted her a spot in the Mae Young Classic for a great feelgood moment

Alexander Wolfe defeated Trent Seven at 8:07 via pinfall
~ Wolfe joined up with WALTER, Marcel Barthel, and Fabian Aichner to make Imperium a Quartet, just like IRL
~ Wolfe won with the assistance of brass knuckles, which we’d later find out were STOLEN from Mister Regal

Kay Lee Ray fought Piper Niven in a Cardiff Street Fight to a no contest at 14:32
~ This was simply a CHAOTIC affair, as the ladies fought all over the arena and even at the cinema next door
~ Kay Lee hit a Cross Body on Niven while she stood on the stage. The two then crashed through tables down below and were unresponsive

Tyler Bate was hit with Brass Knucks backstage prior to his title match with WALTER later on in the show. Aichner then put a BRICK on the gas pedal of a golf cart that they put Bate on, and it drove and crashed through boxes

The Bar defeated The Grizzled Young Veterans at 16:20 via pinfall to retain the NXT UK Tag Team Championships
~ As previously explained, The Bar are on an excursion in NXT UK and won the Tag Team Titles on a recent episode of TV
~ This was a Grade A tag match between two of the best in the biz
~ Cesaro dropped Gibson with the Neutralizer for the win after he was hit with the Brogue Kick

A mysterious vignette aired, highlighting the future debut of a FEMALE superstar in NXT UK

Nigel McGuinness, who recently took over as GM from Sid Scala, announced that Piper and Kay Lee would have a rematch on NXT TV on September 25th. It would be a Ladder Match and would determine the next contender for the NXT UK Women’s Champion at WWE REvolution!

PAIGE, who months prior had made her arrival in the UK, brought out her collection of talent, which were prized UK prospects SADIE GIBBS and JAMIE HAYTER, both recent signees for the brand. Paige was also set to be the Special Referee for the upcoming match…

Bianca Belair defeated Rhea Ripley at 18:47 via submission to retain the NXT UK Women’s Championship
~ Paige’s claim that she’d call the match down the middle was proven correct
~ Bianca hoisted Rhea up in the TORTURE RACK, a new finishing move for Belair, and made Rhea submit

A masked individual jumped into the ring and blasted Bianca Belair with a lead pipe after the match. Gibbs and Hayter then joined this person in attacking Bianca while Paige stood around and… did nothing to stop them! But they would then be chased away by Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox!

NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II was then announced for January 12th 2020

WALTER defeated Tyler Bate at 12:25 via pinfall to retain the NXT UK Championship
~ Bate was not NEARLY 100%, but fought hard regardless
~ WALTER hit him with a HUGE Powerbomb to win the match

Oh, so, as I realize I’m writing this, yes: Chad Gable and Jason Jordan would go on to reform American Alpha. My mistake on not writing that part out! But yes. Kurt Angle wound up the benefactor for that, bringing the team back together on the go-home for SummerSlam. Gable and Jordan swiftly defeated Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder, who would later both be released by the company.

Pretty sure that about covers it. Anyhow, more intensive bios will come when the full roster gets revealed…

=====

Coming out of SummerSlam, what had been suggested had become perfectly clear. WWE in 2019 was all about the women. The women had the hot angles on the show. The women had the hotly-contested matches. There was going to be another Mae Young Classic. There was going to be another All-Women’s show, a year after the very first one on Long Island. Things were absolutely ramping up and it was a lovely sight.

A new decree was launched on the night after SummerSlam. An authority figure who we won’t mention anymore announced it would be ‘Open Season,’ which meant that everybody didn’t belong to a brand anymore. Fox and NBC Universal execs wanted evaluations before the upcoming WWE Draft in October and the best way, they felt, was to completely expand the pool. This also included NXT!

On Raw, the newly formed faction was at its most dominant. Dubbing themselves The Sisters of Doom, the quintet, along with their two ponies, wreaked havoc on both the Raw and Smackdown Live women’s locker rooms. Becky and Charlotte were both incapacitated now. Surely, Bayley and Sasha Banks would come to everyone’s aid and fight the fight right? Well… not so much. They had their spot blown up the night after SummerSlam. They were not at Raw, but rather instead at the Rogers Centre watching a Blue Jays baseball game. They failed to appear at the show the next night also, and were subsequently fined an undisclosed amount. Trouble later emerged for Bayley, whose title reign came under fire. A petition was launched, suggesting that Bayley be deemed ‘unfit’ to be champion due to her chaotic, frenetic mind, and her negligence for the rest of the roster as a leader for the locker room. She was set to be put on trial and if convicted of her crimes, she would lose her championship. And what’s more, Bayley and Sasha Banks had a date with The Divas of Doom, Beth Phoenix and Natalya, at Raw on Labor Day. To make matters worse, it would be a Steel Cage match.

And things… did not go well for The Boss and Hug Connection. Their historic title reign came to a bitter end. With no one to help them, The Sisters of Doom invaded the cage and brutalized both women. Especially Sasha Banks, who took a huge beating. It wasn’t until Bayley SURRENDERED that they lost the match. Bayley also lost her friend, and with Stephanie McMahon’s decision back in April still looming… Bayley and Sasha Banks could NO LONGER team together.

Bayley’s trial commenced the next night on Smackdown. The bad luck had gotten really bad for Bayley, whose personality came under fire in a big way. She was snappy during the trial at both Alexa Bliss and Carmella especially. Bliss and Carmella orchestrated the petition, as it turned out. Bayley felt betrayed by Carmella, and felt Alexa showed her true colors after getting benefit of the doubt earlier in the year when she revealed Nattie was a rat. Bayley was able to get a surprise character witness: Toni Storm! Storm spoke highly of Bayley and the amount of respect that she had for her. She said that anybody put in her position wouldn’t act right and she shouldn’t’ be judged because her friendships mean so much to her. After the winded and inspired testimony, Bayley was given a chance to enter a plea and she said not guilty. Just as a decision looked like it was going to be rendered, a surprise appearance was made at the courthouse where this trial was taking place. Showing up was none other than noted Harvard Law graduate, DAVID OTUNGA! As it turns out, someone had tipped him off about the trial. Otunga said that he was personally embarrassed by the petition and called it one of the biggest shames he’d ever seen in his life. He said that there wasn’t even an unbiased arbitrator. He called it a witch hunt and was rooted in admitted jealousy from Alexa and Carmella, who wanted more screen-time and opportunity that was taken by Bayley for much of the year. An arbitrator was eventually revealed, and it was revealed to be FINLAY! Finlay then eventually ruled in favor of Bayley, who got to keep her championship.

The problem for Bayley and her championship? Well… Ronda Rousey was healthy, and Ronda Rousey demanded and received a Smackdown Women’s Championship match at Fall Brawl. And at the Raw at Madison Square Garden, SHAYNA BASZLER won the INTERIM Raw Women's Championship, while Becky Lynch was sidelined and remained DEFIANT in refusing to relinquish her championship. Baszler won the title in a Battle Royal, last eliminating Asuka, meaning that The Sisters of Doom were a Smackdown Women's Title away from having ALL THE GOLD!

After Ronda Rousey faced Asuka at Madison Square Garden, Ronda and Bayley had a dramatic and thrilling tussle in the back that got violent…

And almost REALLY violent.

Smackdown, New York, NY, 9/10:
There’s definitely some disappointment and resentment towards this finish. But folks, sometimes it’s just the way it goes! Asuka and Rousey keep whooping each other’s ass out here at ringside and both seem to enjoy it too! Rousey’s crew then comes to ringside to try and pull Ronda away from her. They succeed but get booed in the process. Ronda keeps jawing at Asuka here as The Empress tries to bring the challenge on!! Bayley dives down and tries to keep Asuka protected. She seems to know whose fight this is and it’s definitely not hers anymore since the match ended! Asuka keeps jawing at Rousey and Rousey then breaks through!

Ronda comes over

And Bayley steps up to her!

And Bayley and Ronda start to fight!!

Five days before they’ll go at it at Fall Brawl, Bayley and Ronda are letting the fists fly!! The fight spills over the barricade as the two women begin to fight to the back of MSG!

As they fight, we see that Shayna Baszler just told something to the group and she then hops over the barricade!

We’re then left to see Beth Phoenix, Natalya, Jessamyn Duke, and Marina Shafir hanging out here. But in the background, things are starting to get a bit crowded!

Liv Morgan’s here!

And she jumps on Beth Phoenix’s back!

Beth tries to pull the clingy Morgan off her back but she runs into Asuka, who kicks her in the stomach! Asuka then goes and kicks Nattie! And she then sends Marina and Jessamyn away swiftly!

Asuka then walks over and reaches under the ring and grabs some kendo sticks! She tosses one to Liv and Liv and Asuka start caning Beth and Nattie!! And Jessamyn and Marina as they start coming around!!

Meanwhile

The camera comes back on Bayley and Ronda!

Bayley is seen flinging a trashcan at Ronda! But Rousey is able to avoid it but she can’t avoid a running Bayley who smacks her up on a table! Bayley runs up and continues to punch away at Rousey who’s getting a bit winded here!

The camera bends around and we see Shayna Baszler approaching!

However

So is Candice LeRae!

And LeRae picks Baszler off!!

Whoa! Candice has launched a strike on the Interim Raw Women’s Champion! Was this why Bayley and Candice were talking? Did Candice offer protection to Bayley? In any event, Candice and Shayna fight away from the scene, leaving Bayley and Ronda alone still here at The Garden!

The fight continues on here as they get to the loading dock! They continue to tee off on each other as Rousey is definitely a bit shaken here. Bayley seems to realize that and starts to hit Ronda with some haymakers! But then Rousey doesn’t play fair! She grabs a pipe and slams it right into Bayley’s stomach!!

Rousey falls and then gets back up with the pipe and then slams it down on Bayley’s back! She then slams it down on Bayley’s stomach and then her back and drives it down HARD on Bayley’s ribs! Rousey follows in and continues to throw the pipe at Bayley! She beats the crap out of her rib cages with the pipe, hoping to leave her absolutely gasping for air here!!

Ronda keeps crushing Bayley’s ribs with the pipe until she finally has had enough. She tosses the pipe away with ferocity. A look comes over Rousey’s face that is about as menacing as can be. Bayley is heard wheezing and gasping for air as Rousey stands over her. She shakes her head and mutters “Forget Sunday,” as she storms away. Bayley tries to crawl away here. Or at the very least tries to get her breath. She can’t seem to. She’s struggling. Big time. The pipe shots were a LOT. She gets up on all fours here and looks down at the floor here.

Just then

Car lights come on!

Oh no.

The camera cuts-

RONDA IS OPERATING THE CAR!!

Rousey’s intensity is high, but this is taking it too damn far!

She’s looking to RUN BAYLEY OVER!!

Ronda pushes on the gas

And Bayley looks over on her knees.

Defeated?

What’s she gonna d-

OH!

ROUSEY DRIVES BY…

…BUT DOESN’T HIT BAYLEY!

SHE DOESN’T HIT ANYBODY, IN FACT!

SOMEONE DOVE OUT AND SAVED BAYLEY!!!

This mysterious person can be suddenly seen running away!

Their slender legs and brown boots can only be seen as they dash away!

The camera then immediately cuts over to Rousey’s car, which then peels out!

Bayley gasps for more air. But… she’s fine. She was unscathed. She’s on her side. She looks relieved to say the very least. Someone helped her out. She then reaches out for something.

She picks up something.

It’s…

Blonde hair!

Well, Candice LeRae is blonde of course and it looks like LeRae was able to make it back over to help Bayley out even more than she probably thought she would!

Is what someone would say

If Candice LeRae wasn’t SPRINTING towards Bayley right now!

Oh.

She hugs Bayley from behind as it’s clear she’s very relieved to see her in her state.

But… Bayley?

Right now it seems as though Bayley is shook.

She looks like she’s seen a ghost.

She stares at Candice’s hair. Her blonde hair.

Her… platinum blonde hair.

She looks at the hair in her hand.

It’s not the same shade.

No…

There’s um,

Only

One

Person.

With that shade of blonde hair.

And Bayley,

Ronda Rousey,

And everybody else…

…Knows her very, very well…

Anyways…

So, let’s talk about the men’s wrestling side of things.

What could we possibly do to spice things up for this? Obviously if you’ve been reading these recaps, you know we’re heavy on the women here. But the men have cake to eat too. And it’s their right to have it as well. So, what can we do?

WELL. On the Smackdown side of things, Kofi Kingston was ready to defend his WWE Championship again after retaining at SummerSlam. This time though, Kingston faced a huge fan favorite and a guy who could use some gold: Shinsuke Nakamura! Kofi and Nak did the dance in the main event of the evening on Smackdown Live. Kofi would retain, earning more respect from the fans and his peers… but would turn into trouble.

Trouble in the name of…

GOLDBERG!!!

Just what the HELL was DA MAN doing going after Kofi Kingston? Well, it wasn’t about Kofi, he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Goldberg acknowledged the fact that he was never WWE Champion. He was WCW Champion, World Heavyweight Champion, Universal Champion, United States Champion, a wrestling legend and icon… but never WWE Champion. And even at his age, Goldberg still wanted the title, and nobody was going to get in his way of getting it. He and Kofi Kingston would be set for a date at Fall Brawl, an event no stranger to Goldberg of course.

Now, what about the Universal Championship? Seth Rollins is still the champion after defeating AJ Styles at SummerSlam. Following the event, Styles became entrenched in a feud with one Bobby Lashley. In the meantime, Rollins drew the attention of both Drew McIntyre and later, Samoa Joe. Drew and Joe’s rivalry eventually had stakes added, as the two were set to face off on Raw for the right to face Seth at Fall Brawl. Unfortunately, no winner was decided, as the match didn’t have a rightful contender emerge. So, a compromise was made: At Fall Brawl, Seth Rollins was set to defend the Universal Championship against both Drew Mac and Joe in a Triple Threat Match.

Note the word… set.

At Raw at Madison Square Garden, the week before Fall Brawl, Rollins competed against United States Champion Pete Dunne in a Champion versus Champion Match. All the while, Bobby Lashley appeared unconscious in the back, a surprising sight, which was specifically shown during Seth’s entrance. During the match, Dominik Dijakovic was hit by The OC, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows, as a fight emerged at ringside! That fight was taken to the back and out sight, meaning Dijakovic was nowhere to be found at ringside anymore. Rollins still won the match with Dunne, but he would soon learn that things… were about to get wild.

AJ Styles then came to the ring! Styles walked down the entranceway at MSG, famously off to the side, and then got in the ring. He would stare Rollins down, as the two seemed ready to throw hands! And… then…

The game changed.

FINN BALOR’S music hit to HYSTERIA in The Garden. Not seen since SummerSlam, Mr. Money in the Bank made a shocking return to WWE at its most famous venue. Balor arrived to the ringside area just as Rollins seemed ready to go on the offensive. But… he didn’t realize that trouble already resided in the ring.

AJ Styles would grab Rollins, pull him in, and level him with a Styles Clash that sent shockwaves through the wrestling world. Balor then got into the ring, looking at Rollins’ downed body. He stared at AJ Styles, who then took off a jacket he was wearing. It was a brand spanking new OC T-shirt! Finn would then drop his briefcase down and look at Styles in the eyes. Styles was stepping on his turf. Styles was standing in the way of him and Rollins. Styles… was not doing any of this, actually! As it would be revealed after Balor took his jacket off,

THE TWO OF THEM HAD THE SAME EXACT T-SHIRT ON!!! AND THEY’D TOO SWEET IN THE RING TOO!!

Balor then stepped up, SPIKED Rollins with 1916, cashed in his contract

And FINN BALOR became the NEW UNIVERSAL CHAMPION!

We’ve got some thunder for ya too, baby.

Andrade defeated Roman Reigns in a Strap Match at 16:20

~ Finn won by hitting Drew with the 1916, after Drew was STOMPED by Rollins, who Finn threw out of the ring

Bayley defeated Ronda Rousey at 9:49 via pinfall to retain the Smackdown Women’s Championship
~ Bayley brought SASHA BANKS back into the fray, with Becky Lynch also notably in attendance again tonight (and more on that in our next update…)
~ This match was booked like a 1998 WWF Main Event, PAL! A lot of run-ins, ref bumps, and such!
~ The music of CHARLOTTE FLAIR hit to MUCH FANFARE in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ronda sent Beth down to the stage to get her… but Beth and everyone else were surprised when BECKY LYNCH came out and Kendo Sticked the CRAP out of her!

~ CHARLOTTE would then appear BEHIND Rousey, delivering a BOOT to her and then a Natural Selection. She dragged Bayley over her and Bayley got the pin, after Charlotte picked up LIL’ NAITCH from the outside and told him to do his job. Which, well, he did!

That Finn angle was awesome, a shame we're losing some of those trial segments to this sort of recap but what can you do? Feel like we're pretty close to up to date now (one more month?), so pretty pumped up to get some new content.

Alright, I'm gonna repost that one under an easier to read format for right now. No idea what's going on but, my apologies there folks.

===

Happy to have gone on that trip down memory lane, but let’s get to chatting here now.

We are now post-Fall Brawl. Several major events were in the looming future. They included;

The ongoing Mae Young Classic
A double dip of two shows to open Chase Center in San Francisco on September 23 and 24
The Raw Season Premiere on September 30
NXT TakeOver: UnRIVALED, the first-ever TakeOver on cable television on October 2
The launch of Smackdown on Fox on October 4
No Mercy: Another Cold Day in Hell on October 6
The WWE Draft on October 11 and 14
And the second all-women’s WWE event, REvolution

So it’s best to try and bring you up to speed as best we can here… let’s talk about the MYC first!

Up through Fall Brawl, some things have happened:

Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox each qualified for the MYC by winning their respective play-in matches. Shockingly each made the most of it! Dakota Kai nipped a notably tired Alexa Bliss at Madison Square Garden with a dramatic upset victory as the eighth seed versus the top seed. The top seed in the tournament, Asuka, also could not escape the upset bug. Tegan Nox’s Shining Wizard literally knocked Asuka out! It wasn’t purposeful of course, but after being hit in the side of the head with Nox’s boot, Asuka went out like a light and the referee deemed her unable to compete.

Those were not the only upsets either. Seventh-seed Kay Lee Ray disrupted the tournament too. Ray upset the 2-seed in Naomi after a back-and-forth contest at Madison Square Garden. Ray though looked VERY impressive against the former Women’s Champion and looks like she can be a major player in this tournament.

The only top seeds to make it through to the Quarterfinals so far? Toni Storm and Mayu Iwatani. Mayu defeated Natalya in the MYC opener at MSG while Storm vanquished Meiko Satomura on the Fall Brawl Kickoff Show. Three more matches loom this week to fill out the Quarterfinals.

===

Let’s also bring us all up to speed on the biggest event coming out of Fall Brawl. Charlotte Flair made her triumphant return to WWE. Flair booted Ronda Rousey and hit her with Natural Selection, leading to Bayley retaining her Smackdown Women’s Championship. This was a major happening for many reasons. But one of which includes a segment we didn’t show you in the last update.

Let’s travel back one week prior. Raw is MSG was going on. It was a BIG show. The first Raw at Madison Square Garden in THIRTEEN years. Rumors ran rampant ALL DAY that both the defiant Becky Lynch and the rowdy Ronda Rousey were in the building together. If that was indeed the case, it would mark the first time they were within striking distance of each other since WrestleMania five months earlier.

What happened when those elements were mixed? A hostile confrontation led to a major challenge: A four-on-four collision would be due up for the main event of WWE REvolution.

But… life isn’t easy is it? It’s not SUPPOSED to be easy.

Let’s take another trip down memory lane here. We’re going to go week-by-week up until the final promo of the Smackdown on Fox launch show. No Mercy: Another Cold Day in Hell’s results will be posted below.

After this, I’ll be doing a roster post. Though I will say there will be another roster post once the Draft rosters go into effect.

===

Monday Night Raw

September 16th 2019 | Knoxville, Tennessee

John Cena opened the show to make a major announcement: WrestleMania 36 is going to be a TWO-NIGHT EXTRAVAGANZA! Later, The Club came out to try and attack Cena but Seth Rollins came out and sent them away… and then attacked Cena with a Pedigree!

Toni Storm def. Mickie James

American Alpha and The New Day fought to a No Contest following interference by The War Raiders

Another major announcement was revealed by Stephanie McMahon: On October 7th, Raw would present an All-Women’s Spectacular, making it the first-ever all-women’s episode of Monday Night Raw!

Shayna Baszler def. Liv Morgan to retain the Raw Interim Women’s Championship

Candice LeRae def. Alexa Bliss

Zelina Vega revealed that last night, Andrade suffered an injury at the hands of Roman Reigns so he couldn’t celebrate his win. Roman Reigns would come out and pointed out that Andrade cost him a chance to have a match for a World Title at SummerSlam. If someone steals from your table, you don’t forget it! He says that after he pinned him at SummerSlam, it should’ve been over, but he didn’t walk away from his yard so he earned an ass-whooping, and won’t be apologizing! He would then slime Vega, leaving her embarrassed and furious.

Aleister Black, Ali, Christian, and Swerve Scott def. Apollo Crews, Baron Corbin, Pete Dunne, and Shelton Benjamin

AJ Styles def. Samoa Joe

A new character joined the WWE 2019 & Beyond universe in this next segment. Tiffany Stratton joined the party, as she became an intern for the recently-appointed matchmaker and assistant to Stephanie McMahon, Robert Stone. The uh, implicated trouble was that Stone never remembered sending an e-mail out to her. So, someone seemed to be playing with him. And that somebody slipped a piece of paper into a folder. Stratton picked up that folder and raced out of there.

We then found out what that piece of paper was because it was immediately delivered to Michael Cole. Cole announced to everyone that at No Mercy, there was going to be, for the FIRST TIME in almost 20 years, a SIX-MAN HELL IN A CELL MATCH! It would feature: AJ Styles, Bobby Lashley, Daniel Bryan, Roman Reigns, Rusev, and the Winner of a Massive Play-In Match next week! HOLY SHIT!

Speaking of shit, Robert Stone’s pants might’ve gotten soiled when Charly Caruso informed him of what just happened.

It seemed as if we were going to get our answers from The Four Horsewomen.

Unfortunately, things fell apart quickly. Why???

Sasha Banks. That’s why. Sasha demanded an apology from Charlotte Flair and Flair was unwilling to really budge. Charlotte believes that she did what she had to do last night to get revenge and do the right thing, but it wasn’t enough in Sasha’s eyes. She thought she was being ridiculous and so Banks quit on them. A stunning sentiment, as things really seemed to completely drop off.

Becky Lynch would come out, and so would Bayley. Bayley suggested that Charlotte entertain her best friend, saying they had to put this enemy away. Becky not so shockingly agreed with this, but then the three became victims of an assault by The Sisters of Doom!!

And in the back, we saw Sasha Banks waiting by the exit door! After much deliberation, Sasha stunningly WALKED OUT on her friends… leaving them VICTIMIZED!

Ruby Riott def. Alexa Bliss

‘The Inevitable’ Daniel Bryan def. Cedric Alexander

Kofi Kingston interrupted Paul Heyman and revealed he would be making THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE: On the first Smackdown on Fox, Kofi Kingston wanted to defend the WWE Championship… against Brock Lesnar!

That match, plus an appearance by THE ROCK, was announced in the ensuing segment

John Morrison def. Aleister Black to retain the TV Championship

Sasha Banks def. Charlotte Flair to become THE #1 Contender

Monday Night Raw: Gold Rush

September 23rd 2019 | San Francisco, CA

Bayley def. Shotzi Blackheart in a Non-Title Match

The world would be introduced to Bayley’s cousin in the next segment. Ronda Rousey and Beth Phoenix came out to challenge Bayley to a match the following night on Smackdown. Bayley accepted and was willing to put the title on the line also. Ronda then told her that since it was ‘her house’ here, then she’d allow for Bayley to play under ‘House Rules.’ In essence, Ronda wanted the title so bad, she was willing to let Bayley pick the stipulation for her match! A daring challenge to be sure. As Ronda went to attack Bayley after The Hugger punched Beth Phoenix, a young woman hit the ring! She jumped on Ronda and got her attention away. Bayley pulled her to safety and we’d learn in the ensuing block that it was her cousin! Her name was Cora, and Bayley protected her from an oncoming Ronda who wanted to get her hands on her.

Bobby Lashley and Roman Reigns def. The Club

John Morrison def. Rey Mysterio by countout

Before the next match, Robert Stone and Tiffany Stratton called much of the women’s locker room into his office. Stone said to the group that a new championship was coming! The WOMEN’S INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP was going to be introduced at WWE REvolution. The first champion was going to be crowned in a 4-Way Ladder Match, with qualifiers beginning NEXT WEEK on Raw!

He would not be defending against just anyone though. No, Maverick made good on a promise he made the previous week that he had a STAR picked out for this match. Maverick pointed to the TitanTron to make the announcement and BOY was it an announcement:

IT WAS JUSHIN “THUNDER” LIGER!!

Ruby Riott revealed that she got a measure of revenge on The Bella Twins:
Coming out to the ring next was Ms. Money in the Bank, Ruby Riott! Riott was last seen on Smackdown, promising to reveal something major. Riott gets in the ring and gets right on the microphone. She first says that Toni Storm didn’t impress her earlier tonight. She says that Candice LeRae got lucky both times, and especially did this past Monday night. So she’s not impressed that she beat her because she should already have a win against her anyway. But… she doesn’t, and it’s all The Bellas’ fault. Ruby points out that Nikki got involved where she didn’t belong, which in her mind, sums up her whole entire career. She calls Nikki and Brie opportunists, who decided to make themselves the center of attention on Sunday in Phoenix. But Ruby says that that’s okay. She’s pissed that she didn’t win, that she’s not competing for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, but she has bigger things in mind, looking over at her MITB briefcase. But first… there is the topic of WWE REvolution. Ruby says that right now, she’s not competing, but that’s not going to persist. No, instead, Ruby has come up with a challenge. A challenge that she’s going to issue tomorrow night at the All-Women’s Spectacular! But first… Riott presents a video.

The video begins somewhere outside of Scottsdale, Arizona. Ruby is seen driving a vehicle here in what looks like a very affluent neighborhood. She then comes up to a very nice-looking home, which she says belongs to The Bellas! Oh… she’s at their Scottsdale home. WELL. That seems troubling. Ruby comes up to a nice-looking Mercedes in the driveway. Riott scoffs and spits on it and walks away. Well geez. Ruby walks up to the house here, holding up her smartphone camera. Just then, the door opens, and it’s Brie Bella! Brie gets defensive right away and asks what Ruby thinks she’s doing here. So Riott responds by spitting in her face! Oh my goodness! Riott then goes in and clobbers Brie with a right hand! Brie stumbles and falls as Ruby laughs at her and then asks her how it feels to be disrespected. Nikki then hurriedly arrives and sees what’s going on, and immediately runs to Ruby but Ruby hits her with the MITB briefcase! Ruby grabs Nikki by her hair and then brings her into their kitchen. Their “fancy kitchen” that Ruby points out so sarcastically. Ruby grabs a non-stick pan hanging on a hook and then slams it against Nikki’s back! Brie is then see coming in and she’s carrying a lamp! What! She throws it in Ruby’s direction but Ruby ducks it!!

Ruby then grabs the pan again and waffles Brie with it in the gut! And then the back! “Yeah you can just replace that right? All the money you have? All your generational wealth. You know what I say?” Riott asks as she grabs what looks like an apple fritter out of a donut box. She then eats it. “Eat the rich.” Oh that’s clever… Ruby then goes and grabs Nikki and Brie who are defenseless at the moment and drags them both out to their backyard. Ruby points out just how nice the outside looks, as her jealousy is very clear. But her bitterness might be more overpowering. Ruby is then suddenly hit by Brie! And then by Nikki! The Bellas are on a bit of a comeback now as they then throw Riott into the nearby built-in grill! Nikki then grabs Ruby and Brie opens up the top of the grill. Nikki then puts her hand down on the grill grate as Brie looks to smash it! But Ruby moves her hand! Riott then reaches down and grabs some tongs and sticks Nikki with them! And then does the same to Brie! Ruby then whacks Brie with the tongs again and then does so to Nikki again! Ruby then goes over and she finds a wine bottle! Ruby laughs, mocking The Bellas for their love of wine before going over. She takes aim at Brie as she’s getting up… and then charges over AND BASHES THE WINE BOTTLE OVER BRIE’S BACK! GOOD LORD!!! Brie crumbles as this pisses Nikki off a bit! Nikki goes in and starts fistfighting with Ruby! But this proves to be a fight that Nikki Bella doesn’t want! Riott gets the upper hand here and punches her over towards their pool! Riott then measures Nikki up as she’s getting up AND THEN DELIVERS A RIOTT KICK… STRAIGHT INTO THE POOL!! Ruby Riott has successfully embarrassed and/or beaten the HELL out of both Bellas… at their own luxurious house! Riott mocks Nikki, singing her theme song and twirling around, and we then travel back to Ruby in the ring… laughing up a storm! Riott leaves us by saying that if she thinks that was shocking, wait until her challenge comes.

The Revival def. American Alpha to win the Raw Tag Team Championships

Earlier in the show, Jason Jordan and Chad Gable had an interesting back-and-forth, in which Gable reminded a distracted Jordan about what they were there for tonight. Jordan was reacting to Swerve’s US Title-clinching victory, recalling that he was in that US Title #1 Contender’s Match at The Garden.

Jordan went down with an apparent injury in the match on the outside, leaving Gable unable to make the tag to him.

Finn Balor def. Samoa Joe to retain the WWE Universal Championship

Seth Rollins and ‘The Inevitable’ Daniel Bryan, who had an interaction on Friday after both were taken out, said they would meet up for dinner in Vegas together this Friday

AJ Styles won the violent #1 Contender’s Six-Man Hell in a Cell Match, pinning Roman Reigns

Pumped to be back up to date. Man, that Ruby/Bellas brawl at No Mercy was fun as hell. Hoping you've maybe got a chance to write ahead as you caught everybody up, so we get the next bit of new content soon. Can only imagine you'll be putting in a fair bit of effort for the first ever all women's Raw. Looking forward to it, bud.

As cooool as this spreadsheet is, I can only imagine the hours of painful headaches it took to compile all of the booker into a spreadsheet. It's a nice refresher.

Excellent work bro! Keep it up and can't wait to read more of your content.

All-Womens-Spectacular.jpg

THE ALL WOMEN'S SPECTACULAR

October 7th 2019 | Bakersfield, California | Rabobank Arena

Inside the Rabobank Arena
a landmark television broadcast begins.

The women SUPERSTARS of WWE have main-evented Monday Night Raw.

They have fought for championships.

There have been memorable moments

Title changes

And spectacular showings.

But they have NEVER taken over the ENTIRE broadcast…

Until now!

“CELTIC INVASION” is BELTED out and draws a MONSTER reaction from the crowd! Deafening! Marching out from the back is an unbelievable sight! Raw Women’s Champion and ONE-HALF of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Becky Lynch is here! And folks… she’s not alone! Following The Man out is the other half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions, Charlotte Flair!

But wait… there’s more!

The former Smackdown Women’s Champion, Bayley, is here too! And you know, whenever Bayley’s around… someone else is close behind!

That’s true here too! Sasha Banks follows Bayley out! The foursome stands atop the stage…

THE FOUR HORSEWOMEN ARE IN THE BUILDING!

What a sight to behold this is! A historic moment, to be sure. The four women chiefly responsible for this era of women’s wrestling are on the same side of the fence, all at once, all together, for the first time! Smackdown’s EPIC and UNFORGETTABLE ending has been replaying in everyone’s minds since the show went off the air on Friday night. And last night at No Mercy: Another Cold Day in Hell, The Four Horsewomen picked up an all-important victory over The Sisters of Doom! Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair, a pair once thought to be IMPOSSIBLE to see sharing a common cause ever again, banded together on a whim and defeated Beth Phoenix and Natalya for the Women’s Tag Team Championships! So just as soon as The Sisters of Doom had all the gold in the women’s division, The Four Horsewomen ripped 50 percent of that claim away! The quartet goes around the ringside area here, each passing by a Guest of Honor tonight – Cyndi Lauper! The group then gets into the ring and Becky takes the microphone from Mike Rome. She stands and looks out at the Bakersfield crowd. With a smile on her face, Becky brings the microphone up.

‘THE MAN’ BECKY LYNCH
LADIES and gentlemen!

Cheers!

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
WELCOME… to The ALL WOMEN’S SPECTACULAR!!

Another round of cheers! We love to see it.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Now surely… surely you all have heard the biggest news in the wrestling world.

Ha. Well I wonder what THAT could be.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
The biggest moment of the year, to be sure.

Bayley and Sasha both scratch their chins. They’re wondering what it was too!

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Improbable. Who would’ve ever thought?! Who would’ve ever guessed that it would ever happen!?

What’s she getting at?!

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
And that ladies and gentlemen, was of COURSE, the much-ANTICIPATED return… of BECKY TWO BELTS!!!

Hahaha! Well of course! Becky hoists up the Women’s Tag Team Championship belt! Charlotte claps as Bayley and Sasha look on, the former giving a thumbs up.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
But on a serious note. On a serious note, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, or otherwise. I want you all to truly take stock in this moment in time… because it’s sure to last a lifetime.

Truth!

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
In this ring right now is what I believe to be the greatest collection of talent that this industry has ever seen.

Applause! And high praise. But who could argue?

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
I didn’t think that I would ever stand in this ring, side by side with these ladies. These gamechangers. These unbreakable women. I didn’t ever think that all of us… would ever share a common cause. A common goal to achieve. All at once. That we could make sacrifices. That we could clear the way for each other. That we could support each other. Be THERE for each other. Fight in the trenches together. And I like to think that my reservations had a lot of merit to them…

True and honest is Becky who looks at all three others.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Charlotte, I sure as hell didn’t think that I’d even look you in the eyes ever again, let alone be the Tag Team Champions with you. Last year around this time I was kicking your ass before I kicked your ass in a Last Woman Standing Match at Evolution. Now didn’t I?

Charlotte can’t not admit that one.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
But yet, here we are, for one common goal. Sasha Banks…

Woo boy… the tension remains thick between these two. Sasha looks at Becky and doesn’t really give her an inch.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
I can’t decide if one minute we’re allies or the next minute if things are gonna blow up between us…but right now. You’re on our side. The Sisters of Doom do not have The Standard. They do not have The Blueprint. Any blueprint they have is out of whack and doesn't work right. You meanwhile have been a star since Day 1.

Wow, look at this praise. I guess when you have to keep her happy, well. You gotta keep her happy.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
And it’s good to have you here. Even if you might be giving me a problem if we're on the same show after next week, lass.

Once again, that tension does appear thick. Undeniably so. But, the two sides are playing nice right now.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
And Bayley…

Bayley looks over at Becky. Not so much tension here… but camaraderie for sure.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Just nail someone else between the eyes with a chair next time and we’ll be alright, okay?

Bayley nods her head.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Now as for the dopes they call our opposition…

Boos.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Let’s start with you, Ronnie.

Ooooh boy…

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
I know Bayley’s gotten to be like me in hating your guts, and I know that Bayley is going to take the Smackdown Women’s Championship back to The Four Horsewomen very soon. Very soon. In fact… hey, Bayley, what was that you were saying?

Becky hands Bayley the microphone, as she takes hold.

BAYLEY
Thank you for asking, Becky. What I was telling you is that I wanna kick Ronda Rousey’s ass this Friday night in Las Vegas, Nevada!

OH!! Well damn!

Bayley
I don’t wanna wait any longer to become the Smackdown Women’s Champion. I wanna put all my chips in and win the gamble in Vegas. Where I’ve had no problem winning championships before.

Fact Check: True!

Bayley
So Ronda… this Friday. Smackdown on Fox. Night 1 of the WWE Draft, I’m gonna prove that the best woman to represent Smackdown is the one who became the first Grand Slam Women’s Champion in WWE history. The history-maker. Ding dong, hello, Ronda, ME! Bayley! That’s who you are gonna see as long as you accept my challenge for this Friday on Smackdown. You gave me everything that you could in my home of the Bay Area. I still think about that every day. I can’t bear to live with that thought in mind any longer and that is why we are going to have this match and why I am GOING to become the two-time Smackdown Women’s Champion!

And quite a spirited speech from Bayley! She hands the mic off back to Becky, who is wowed herself.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Ayyy there we go. There weg go. Hey. Ronnie. Y’know… it didn’t go so well for you last time you were in Vegas, did it?

Oooooh… oooh boy. Becky smirks after letting that one fly.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Beth, Nattie, we took care of you two bozos last night. And lemme tell ya, it felt really good to do that. It felt good to knock you down on your ass you little rat, Nattie. And your turncoat tag team partner, Beth, I used to have so much respect for you. But just like a lot of other people, you can just be bought off at the snap of a finger. I have no more respect for you at all. I will never respect you again.

Whew. Just coming out swinging, Becks.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
And as far as you Shayna? Shayna Baszler? The Interim Raw Women’s Champion. Tonight, we’re gonna find out what you’re made of, Shayna. I already beat you before at SummerSlam. I know how to beat you again. You won’t crack the code because I’m playing a different game than you, Shayna. I’ve been through hell for almost an entire calendar year. I’m still ticking and I’m not gonna stop anytime soon! I will stand here later tonight, after our match in the main event, with this championship on my shoulder. The only difference in the picture is that I’m gonna take yours. Because there is only one UNDISPUTED Women’s Champion in WWE. And you’re looking at her, baby.

Whew. Quite the monologue is being spun.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Nobody has beaten me for this championship and nobody is GOING to beat me for this championship. It sure as Hell isn’t gonna be you calling me a liar tonight, Shayna, so I hope you didn’t spend too much time away from disappointment. Because they’re about to come knocking on your door tonight and you won’t be able to send them away.

Whew! Lynch pulls the mic down for a moment to rest and Bayley and Sasha seem to approve of what’s said. As does Charlotte Flair. And then…

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Now… it’s my understanding that there are asses to be kicked. And all of us. All of us, in fact, are gonna be kicking some ass tonight.

Hey, yeah! That’s right!

Bayley
Yeah, dude. In fact, our match is next.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Well, far be it from me to stand in the way of some ass-kicking. Lasses, get the job done. I know you will.

Becky bumps fists with both as Charlotte leaves with Becky! The two set up shop here at ringside as Bayley and Sasha overtake the ring now. The two huddle up here and then…

“TOKYO SHOCK” BOOMS through the venue.

Making their way out to the stage is a powerful duo indeed!

Kairi Sane and the NXT Women’s Champion, Io Shirai!

The Sky Pirates have landed here in Bakersfield! As the duo make their way to the ring, a handy video promo hyping Shirai and Sane up to the audience plays! I hear that’s all the rage.

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

We arrive back to the show after a commercial break. As it turns out, and as we FIND out, Ronda Rousey is up in a suite! That draws the attention of pretty much everyone at ringside now. But the focus for The Boss and Hug Connection must be on the team that they have standing on the opposite side of the ring!

Match #1: Tag Team Match
The Boss & Hug Connection vs. The Sky Pirates

The first encounter happened north of here on the campus of San Jose State University. Four months later and we’re still in California, but this time in Bakersfield. The crowd has no problem getting behind Bayley and Sasha in this match and Sane and Shirai don’t seem to take issue with a possibly less knowledgeable crowd. They are just here to kick ass. To their credit… they do kinda do that! Io and Kairi come in and put Bayley and Sasha on their heels pretty early. Is Ronda Rousey’s presence causing a disturbance in the air? It’s tough to say, but whatever the case, Io and Kairi have control of this match in the early goings. Kairi shows a ferocity to her game that she’s added, which pleases her tag team partner and friend quite a bit. Shirai works so fluidly, so unsurprisingly at that. Her and Sasha connect well in this match, as do her and Bayley, who herself works great with Kairi too. None too surprising, some might say.

Later on in the matchup, as things have broken down a little bit, Sane and Sasha are combating on the outside. And Sane DRILLS Banks hard with a spinning backfist! The same backfist that knocked Nikki Cross out for weeks!! Sasha is definitely out there after that and Sane grabs her and tosses her into the ring. Kairi climbs in as we can see Bayley senses Banks is in a lot of hurt. She watches Kairi go to cover Sasha, and Banks kicks out at 2.5! Kairi plays keep away, sending Sasha into the corner where Io resides. Shirai and Sane double-team Sasha while Bayley has tow watch on from her post! Shirai walks over to Bayley and starts to jaw at Bayley! Bayley takes a swipe at Shirai but Shirai ducks and then shoteis Bayley! Bayley is sent off the apron as Sane calls Shirai over. She talks to her and Shirai nods and grabs Banks. She puts Banks between her legs as she looks out. Sane, meanwhile, is climbing to the top rope. Sane gets there and Shirai loads Banks up for a Powerbomb! Oh! Sane jumps off the top rope and hits a Meteora, driving Banks down with a Powerbomb from Shirai! It’s the finish from TakeOver: XXV! Sane covers! 1! Bayley dives into the ring. 2! Bayley runs and tackles Shirai! Hitting Sane and breaking up the cover!!

We don’t need to know the things Bayley would do for Sasha to know that was gonna happen. Bayley returns to her corner eventually as Banks is working on trying to get her life back here. Sane is still opening up a can of whoop-ass on Banks, showing such a physical side to her offense. But Banks keeps this licking and keeps on ticking. She eventually grabs Sane’s boot as she goes to kick her. Sane hobbles and Banks throws her knee up into her jaw! Sane stumbles away as Banks turns around and drops to her knees. She crawls over as Bayley has her hand extended. And… makes the tag! Bayley jumps in the ring and sprints to the other corner. She knocks Io off the apron before Kairi can get to her! Bayley then keeps up the offense on Kairi as she is rocking and rolling! She then calls Banks in as she tees up Kairi with a big kick to the gut! Sasha then goes in and—BACKSTABBER! Into…The Bayley-to-Belly! Three seconds later and that would be ALL she wrote!

WINNERS: The Boss & Hug Connection via pin fall at 18:45.

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Backstage after the break, The Four Horsewomen are seen walking down the hallway here. Bayley then looks over to her left.

BAYLEY
Hey, Renee!

Bayley gets the attention of one Renee Young, who jumps into the picture here with a mic in hand.

Bayley

Yeah, thanks. You wanna do me a favor?

RENEE YOUNG
Sure, Bayley. What do you want?

Bayley
Well, you’re this roving reporter around here now, right? Well how ‘bout this. You go… and you tell Ronda Rousey, up in her stupid little suite, about my challenge to her for the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

Renee nods her head. Easy favor! She goes to leave…

Bayley
Not so fast. Hold on.

Well, that’s interesting.

Bayley
You tell her that… and you tell her, that since she beat me when I got to pick a stipulation… let’s see if she can pick one that I can’t beat her in. She can pick ANY stipulation that she wants to if she accepts my challenge.

Wow! That’s a big one right there! Renee still nods her head here as she takes off. The rest of Bayley’s colleagues look at her, and she signifies that she’s got this with a nod of her own.

Bayley
I have a plan. Don’t worry about me, sisters.

We then transition away! Elsewhere backstage, Toni Storm is seen in her locker room! The 23-year-old prodigy is taping up her hands, getting ready for her Mae Young Classic semifinal match tonight! But suddenly she is joined by someone in the room…

It’s Dakota Kai!

TONI STORM
Ah! Hi!

Storm hugs Kai tightly. Last we saw Dakota, she was a big winner last night!

DAKOTA KAI
Hi, superstar! I didn’t come alone actually.

Toni Storm
Oh yeah? Who did you bring with you?

Dakota Kai
Come on in!

Dakota looks on with a smile as… Tegan Nox is here!

TEGAN NOX
Right, hi!

Toni Storm
Hi!

Storm hugs Nox, as Nox returns the favor with an embrace of her own.

Toni Storm

Ah. It’s really nice to have you two here right now. Look at this right now. Look at this. The All-Women’s Spectacular. The first-ever all-women’s episode of Monday Night Raw. And all three of us are here right now. It’s unbelievable.

Tegan Nox
Totally amazing… I mean, both of us. Toni, you and I, we’re in the Mae Young Classic Semifinals.

Toni Storm
Yes, we are! I’m so proud of you, Tegan.

Tegan Nox
I’m so proud of you too, Toni. I hope you kick Deonna’s ass tonight.

Dakota Kai
Yeah. Can you go like… just a LITTLE bit harder tonight? For me?

Toni Storm
Of course. Absolutely.

Storm widely smiles here and laughs as she stares out.

Dakota Kai
What’s up, Tone?

Toni Storm
Nothing. It’s just… I can’t believe it, you know? We’re here. This is ours to take. It’s such… it’s such a dream. To be around you two right now. At our best right now.

Tegan Nox
Well, y’know, Toni. Friday’s the Draft… anything’s possible.

Toni Storm
Y’know… with Nikki being hurt. I didn’t realize, you know. It felt important to her that I was there… but I’ve gone it alone for a few weeks now. I’m holding my own… but if you two? If you two were on the same show as me? Dream come true.

Dakota and Tegan smile and nod, liking the idea of that too.

Dakota Kai
Well. You just… never know, do you?

Storm shakes her head and then hugs both of them. They then leave as Storm looks on… perhaps with a lot of good things on her mind now.

And so we STAY backstage. Intern Tiffany Stratton is on the phone. Stratton is clearly talking with Stephanie McMahon, and Stratton seems to be very firm and very confident with everything that she says to Stephanie. She eventually hangs up and then is approached by… MVP!

TIFFANY STRATTON
Well, thank you Ms. McMahon but I need to go, someone’s in the office. Okay, thank you very much. Bye. (Hangs up phone) MVP. Hi. Pleasure to see you.

Stratton shakes MVP’s hand.

MVP
Yeah, the feeling is mutual, Tiffany. Though unfortunately, I come here with some bad news.

Tiffany Stratton
Oh… no, wait. I think I know where this is going…

Stratton grimaces.

MVP
Yeah, so. As it turns out… my client, Naomi, can’t compete tonight.

Oh that’s a letdown. Stratton’s face flushes a bit here.

MVP
Because unfortunately my client recklessly tried to move a heavy box around her house yesterday without supervision or assistance, and she strained a muscle in her back.

Yikes. MVP does not sound happy. Stratton seems uneasy about it too.

Tiffany Stratton
Okay. Well, I’ll figure that out but please tell Naomi to take her time and rest. Can you excuse me?

Stratton then suddenly hustles outside of the room and seems to now anxiously be in pursuit of… someone or something? She then stops as we see… Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox again! Stratton… exhales in relief.

Tiffany Stratton
Dakota. Can I speak with you for a moment?

Dakota looks at Tegan and then nods at her as Nox leaves the scene… Hmmm…

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
Before the next match, a video package rolls. It highlights the legendary Cyndi Lauper! Lauper’s contributions to WWE are laid out for us all to see. Afterwards, we come back and find Lauper sitting here at ringside again! The crowd in Bakersfield gives the legendary recording artist and songwriter a huge hand, which seems to make Cyndi feel great.

Match #2: WOMEN’S INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP LADDER MATCH QUALIFIER
Liv Morgan vs. Lacey Evans

The boisterous Liv Morgan is in another big spot here. A win punches her ticket to REvolution for the Ladder Match to Crown the FIRST-EVER Women’s Intercontinental Champion. To get to that point, she must take down Lacey Evans. The rookie Evans came down wearing an extravagant-looking jacket again, but no sight of Mickie James anywhere. Which is quite curious, considering they are The Southern Belles. Morgan proves to be a tough lion for Evans to tame. Liv pounces on many rookie mistakes by Evans and is able to take complete control of the match! She eventually puts things to rest after dropping Lacey with ObLIVion for the 1! 2! 3!!!

WINNER: Liv Morgan via pin fall at 5:16. Morgan QUALIFIES for the Women’s IC Title Ladder Match.

After the match ends, Sarah Schreiber steps in the ring to interview the newly-qualified Morgan! Who is grinning from ear to ear right now.

SARAH SCHREIBER
Liv Morgan… congratulations on qualifying for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match at WWE REvolution!

Cheers! Liv shrieks as she’s beaming right now.

Sarah Schreiber
What are your emotions right now you look like you could bounce all over this arena.

LIV MORGAN
Sarah… let me tell you something. All year long… this has been the hardest year of my freaking life.

Well, ain’t that the truth.

Liv Morgan
I’ve had friendships end out of my control. People who I held close pushed me down, ditched me, and left me for dead. I’ve gotten beaten up. I’ve gotten thrown around. I’ve gotten flattened. Ran over. Ran back over and ran back over a third time. And yet… HERE… I… AM!

Cheers! Liv’s determination is pouring through here.

Liv Morgan

DESPITE what some, who might be praying on my downfall, would say… my demise… is exaggerated. My name is Liv Morgan! And I ain’t going ANYWHERE!!
Quite the declarative statement from Morgan! And right now she is feeding off of that big victory over Lacey. And that W is going to propel her now to the biggest match of her career, by far! She joins Toni Storm and Candice LeRae in the Four-Way Ladder Match at REvolution, and all that’s left is to figure out is the final spot!

We then get some Mae Young Classic HYPE~ as the semifinals are coming later tonight!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
Returning backstage, we find Bayley who is in the hallway. She takes her phone out and puts it up to her ear. A few seconds later, the line seems to have picked up. “Cora, hi. Listen, I need your help with something,” Bayley says as she then turns into her locker room. Well, that’s interesting…

Making her way down to the ring next was Alexa Bliss. Bliss, in a red top and black leggings, got in the ring where her Moment of Bliss set was, with a special seat reserved for her guest. Alexa then introduces her guest, Trish Stratus! The music hits, but early indications are that Trish ain’t coming! Bliss introduces her again but once again, Ms. Stratus is a no-show! She goes to intro her a third time, but then we hear the voice of Trish! Only… it’s on the Titantron.

Yes, Trish is here… but via satellite. Trish reveals to the WWE Universe that she was invited to the All-Women’s Spectacular. She turned it down however! Trish said that she wanted to come under one condition: That they honor her because she is the reason why this All-Women’s Spectacular is happening. Trish says that all she wanted was one segment with her best friend Lita, to honor her for all she’s done, but she was turned down. So at that point, Trish was done doing business. She doesn’t want to dignify this show at ALL because they aren’t honoring her simple request. She adds that she doesn’t think Alexa is worth it either. She says that it’s true that she is a former multiple-time Women’s Champion, has had WrestleMania title defenses, hosted WrestleMania this year, has beaten some of the very best. But… what has she done lately? Lose. And Trish Stratus doesn’t deal with losers.

Bliss says that that’s a shame because she sees lots of Trish Stratus fans here tonight in Bakersfield. However, Bliss says that it’s okay because that she does her thing better anyway. Oooooh… Trish takes offense to that, saying that it’s one of the most ridiculous things that she’s ever heard. Bliss says that there’s a truth to it that Trish doesn’t want to admit to. Alexa informs her that it’s true that people have always compared Alexa Bliss and Trish Stratus. They’re blonde, they’re in WWE, they really got going as a manager for a tag team. But Bliss says that in her mind, the comparison has always ended there.

Miss Bliss criticizes Trish for her attitude. She says that she is an influential figure and to act so arrogant is unbecoming of her. Trish fires back by saying that she just wants a little bit of respect. She has all the respect in the world for all the new era performers, but none of them seem to ever have respect for us. Bliss then says that she’s figured it out. Bliss accuses Trish ofan no longer being able to hang and says that Trish also has a lot of arrogance for somebody who couldn’t beat somebody that she’s had no trouble beating in the past. Oh! Bliss says that she has had a chip on her shoulder and has worked hard for every single thing that she has achieved in this company. She has fought back from concussions just to give back to the fans who’ve supported her since she first arrived on the scene! Bliss affims that she has her edge back and she dares Trish to come find out how sharp a b*tch can be! And that jars a reaction out of Trish! She starts to jaw a bit at Alexa via satellite, and then says that if she wants her so bad, then she’ll see her next week in Denver! Oh! Well by God, there ya go then!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
We come back to find Bayley who comes out of the room that she just went into while she was on the phone. Then we hear a loud yelping sound. Bayley goes to investigate and finds what we find: Becky Lynch SCREAMING in pain grabbing her ribs and – Ronda Rousey! Bayley goes to chase after her but Finlay grabs hold of her! Ronda has run away here after a hit-and-run attack it seems on the Raw Women’s Champion! Becky writhes in pain here, grabbing her ribs, as we see that she’s halfway through the door, so presumably, Ronda tried to further damage ribs that had already been squared in on in a car wreck three months ago with the door! Charlotte then arrives on the scene but pulls Bayley away! Bayley and Charlotte then check in on Becks, who is clearly in a world of hurt right now but she tells Charlotte she’ll live. She tells her to go beat Natalya’s ass, and Charlotte says that she’s going to do exactly that.

Match #3: Singles Match
Charlotte Flair vs. Natalya

Wrestling with some emotion is Charlotte Flair now after what just happened with Becky Lynch. Natalya tries to take advantage of that. She clearly agitates her throughout the opening salvos, as she’s damn-near begging her to be disqualified. But Charlotte is a veteran of this game. She knows the deal. She knows all the tricks, hell, she might’ve authored some of the tricks too! So Flair doesn’t bite the bait and instead just controls her rage, which results in Natalya having a bad time.

But Nattie does eventually swing the pendulum back in her favor. After throwing Charlotte into the steel steps on the outside she tosses her back into the ring. She moves the steps away and then pulls her legs through and she LOCKS IN A FIGURE-FOUR!! Char screams in agony while Natalya uses the move with the ringpost’s assistance! After the count of four by the official, Natalya rolls off her, not wanting to be disqualified here. She uses this moment to seize control back in her favor!

As this puppy winds down, Nattie pokes Charlotte in the eye after an exchanging of fists! Nattie then bounces back against the ropes and comes back swinging with the NATTIE-BY-NATURE!! She coves, but Flair kicks out before 3!! Nattie didn’t get it done here and she pounds away on Charlotte afterwards. She pulls her up and then delivers a Reverse Atomic Drop, and then backs against the ropes and attempts a SECOND Nattie-By-Nature! But Charlotte senses it coming and boots her! She then locks in the Figure-Four! And transitions right into the Figure-Eight! There’s nowhere for Natalya to go so she has no choice but to tap out!!

WINNER: Charlotte Flair via submission at 8:49.

After the match, Charlotte leaves the ring with a smile on her face. But she is hit from behind by the sore loser that is Natalya! Nattie is booed but she doesn’t care! Smackdown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey is shown cheering Nattie on from her suite as The Queen of Harts is assaulting Flair! She throws her into the barricade nearly a half-dozen times as she watches Flair just flop down on the ringside mat. Finlay backs her away and asks what the hell she’s doing, and Nattie responds to Finlay with a wad of spit between the eyes! Gross! But Nattie does not care one bit that much is certain, and despite the fact that Charlotte won the match, she is not the one standing tall…

Bayley is seen backstage, and definitely seems very angry right now, and we see that she then takes a phone call again. And once again, she’s talking to her cousin Cora…

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
Ruby Riott arrives next here. Ms. Money in the Bank has been the topic of conversation since the startling video she played at No Mercy: Another Cold Day in Hell. Riott was seen attacking The Bella Twins at their Scottsdale home in what was a pretty thorough ass-kicking. Riott promised ‘more’ tonight, not in the physical aspect, but instead in the form of a challenge. Ruby gets on the mic and says that she was talking to several women from the past who were around when The Bella Twins ruled over WWE. She says that they came to the same conclusion that she has: The Bella Twins are long past their expiration date.

Ruby says that Nikki and Brie had their day. She says that while it lasted entirely too long and nobody ever really benefitted from anything except for them, she says that they did do some commendable things. But all of those things could’ve been done by people who now weren’t just opportunists. Ruby points to the fact that, once again, last week, Nikki and Brie Bella were not involved in her match with Candice LeRae. But they couldn’t stand not being the center of attention in Phoenix, as they meddled with her match and cost her a spot in the Ladder Match to crown the first-ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion.

Riott says that Ms. Money in the Bank cannot and will not miss REvolution. She says that no matter how much she is disrespected, she is not letting that event come and go without her presence. Ruby says that on October 26th in Brooklyn, there’s going to be a match, first of its kind. Ruby says that she is officially challenging either Brie or Nikki Bella to the first-ever Double Jeopardy Match! Ruby explains. “One of you is going to step into the ring with me and we are going to have a match. I don’t need the lack of disqualifications or countouts to beat either of you, so this will just be regular, straight up, just with… consequences.” Riott smiles. “If, no, I should say, WHEN I beat one of you? That means… that it will finally be the end of The Bella Twins in WWE.” Ruby says that this is Double Jeopardy because whoever chooses to get in the ring with her isn’t just competing against her for nothing… they’re fighting for BOTH of their careers! WHAT!

Ruby says that if she is not going to be remembered at the All-Women’s event REvolution for competing in the main event, if she’s not going to be remembered for fighting for a championship, for being in the Mae Young Classic Final, for not being the first-ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion… then she wants to be remembered for finally being the one to be rid us all of The Bella Twins! Riott says that she remembers that last year, she was involved in a match at Super Show-Down against Ronda Rousey and Nikki Bella, and what happened on the Raw after? Instead of her getting a shot at the Women’s Champion at Evolution, Nikki did what she always does best, and that’s hog the spotlight! Ruby says since that moment in time, she knew she had to take them out, and now she has the opportunity to and doesn’t plan on missing!

Harsh? Maybe. But hey, there’s a lot of hate in this woman’s heart. It’s gotta go somewhere…

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
A fun video package highlighting Candice LeRae plays! Following the video package, we see that LeRae is taking a seat in the crowd tonight! But she’s not alone. Curiously, Mia Yim of NXT is identified sitting next to LeRae… interesting.

Making her way to the ring for action next was a surprise to the WWE Universe: Michelle McCool! McCool came down to the ring in her gear as she’s making a special appearance here! This is interesting! Next out was… Zelina Vega! Vega though isn’t dressed for competition and she goes down to the ring with a microphone in her hand. Vega climbs in as Michelle looks on, a bit confused. Zelina says that she can’t imagine what’s going through Michelle mind right now. She says that this is the first time in a very long time that Michelle was competing on Raw! She probably has all of her friends and her family tuning in right now, excited that for the first time, her namesake is finally relevant again. Vega’s backhanded compliments have a point though, because Vega says that Michelle… is about to encounter a problem. Because she knows who her opponent is tonight, and she’s not gonna like it. Zelina says that she went down to NXT several times this last month to scout talent to add on to The Expat Express. And she did not come back from her travels empty-handed. Zelina says that she is officially announcing that The Expat Express has made a free-agent signing! Zelina hails the signing as being out from all the way in Scotland, and one of the most physically-daunting and dominant superstars in WWE history! She introduces…

NIVEN!

And out comes the dangerous and imposing Niven! Niven comes out looking like the thunderous badass she is. Michelle looks to be a bit caught off by how daunting Niven appears as we see her descend to ringside after marching down the ramp. She gets to the apron and climbs inside and shakes Zelina’s hand! There you have it then!

Match #4: Singles Match
Michelle McCool vs. Niven (w/ Zelina Vega)
And it becomes very clear from the start that Michelle McCool is about to have a terrible time. Niven absolutely smokes this woman right from the very jump. She took her off her feet right away and the rest was pretty much history. Niven thoroughly dominates the former multi-time Divas Champion and shows no mercy along the way. Niven eventually sets Michelle up here as she loads her up on her shoulders, and she runs forward and POWERS her down with a Running Powerslam! Niven then drags her over and goes over to the corner. She hops up on the middle rope and BAM! BANZAI DROP!! 1! 2!! 3!!!

WINNER: Niven via pin fall at 3:07.

Zeliina wasn’t satisfied with what Niven had done, so she instructs her to show Michelle who’s dominant here. So Niven, inspired by these words, walks back over and starts to stomp on her! Relentlessly! Niven then hops up on the second rope and drops her with ANOTHER Banzai Drop! Niven backs away from the scene here while Zelina admires from afar. She’s pulled in quite a lot of members for The Expat Express but did she just pull in the most threatening???

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Footage from during the break is shown after we return from commercials. Michelle McCool was seen being loaded onto a stretcher, this after the brutal attack by Niven after the match they had, which Niven absolutely dominated in.

Backstage, Tegan Nox was interviewed. Renee Young asked Nox, the Cinderella darling of the tournament, what it meant to her that she could achieve a berth in the finals on this All-Women’s Spectacular. Tegan says it would mean the world to her. Nox says that she’s fought so hard just to be able to walk again. So when you factor in all the competition, it just adds to how strong she has had to show herself to be. She says she has had to prove it to herself every time that she’s gone out there. She praises her opponent tonight, but says that just because they’re friends and that they’ve traveled Europe and now North America together, doesn’t mean she’s going to go easy. She made it this far, and Nox says that she doesn’t plan to stop flying further any time soon.

While Tegan and Kay Lee go to the ring, video packages are played, introducing the two underdogs who almost CERTAINLY weren’t expected to be here. But they, like so many in the undercurrents right now, are making the most of their opportunities.

Match #5: MAE YOUNG CLASSIC SEMIFINAL
(7)
Kay Lee Ray vs. (8) Tegan Nox

There’s a lot of respect to go around in the ring right now between these two. It’s established that each of these two ladies have been friends and allies before, just as recently as a few weeks ago. So, there’s no stunts pulled in this matchup between either of the two women. But that doesn’t mean that they’re holding back on each other either. There are some hard strikes and hits tossed out here as things get physical between these two as the match proceeds. Nox and Ray fight on here some more as Kay Lee is able to take control of things as Nox is once again working from under.

Ray keeps beating Nox up pretty good but she isn’t going anywhere. Ray can’t keep Nox down for the count and like the three others so far, Ray is having trouble deciphering how she is going to put Tegan away. As Ray keeps thinking of ways, Tegan creates ways of getting back into the matchup! She hits Kay Lee with a huge step-up enziugiri that sends Kay Lee into the corner! She tumbles down as Nox then gets up to her feet. She runs in and CANNONBALL in the corner! She drags Ray out but a near fall ensues! Tegan stays determined as she pulls Kay Lee up and then pulls her in, and hits a Fishermanbuster’s Suplex! The leg remains hooked but Kay Lee kicks out at 2!

Nox dug deep for that maneuver! She pulls Kay up as she forearms her a bit, but then Kay Lee slams her elbow into Nox’s ribs! She then hits her in the stomach and causes Tegan to gasp. Tegan struggles into the corner as Kay Lee struggles up and chops Tegan across the chest. She chops her again and then a third time and then gives her a kick for good measure! She dips down and props Nox up on her shoulders! She walks over and tries to hit an Alabama Slam but Tegan rolls off and through for a pinning combo! 1! 2! NO! Kay Lee kicks out and Tegan then gets up to her feet. She runs in but runs into a forearm by Ray! Ray then collects Tegan and then hits the GORY SPECIAL! She turns her over and stacks her up! 1! 2! 3-NO!!

Tegan kicks out of the Gory Special! Kay Lee can’t quite believe it, so she gets up and looks to finish off the match another way. She climbs up to the top rope as Tegan is still down on the mat. Ray then measures up and THEN LOOKS FOR A SWANTON BOMB…BUT LANDS RIGHT ON TEGAN’S KNEES!! Ray bounces away and feels the pain of hitting Nox’s knees. Nox then gets herself up, looking over at Ray. She then runs in… SHINING WIZARD! 1! 2! 3!!

WINNER: Tegan Nox via pin fall at 13:16. Nox ADVANCES to the Final.

And she’s done it! Tegan Nox has clinched a berth in the Mae Young Classic Final! An unbelievable journey for Nox is still rolling on to Brooklyn! Tegan can’t even quite BELIEVE that she got the three count and looks astonished as she celebrates her victory. She’s pretty overcome with emotion here as one might expect after all that she’s been through! After highlights, Kay Lee not only shakes her hand, but embraces her pal! She gives Nox the ring as Tegan has one more hill to climb before immortality!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

The broadcast returns, and with it, comes a video package! A familiar tune plays through it as highlights of a woman from the past are shown! At the conclusion of the video, words appear that strike quite a chord!

RETURNING SOON TO WWE
We’re back, and we find out a piece of news! Asuka’s opponent tonight has been found! It’s the woman who defeated former Ms. Money in the Bank and former Smackdown Women’s Champion Carmella last night – DAKOTA KAI!

Smackdown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey
remains here in her suite as Raw returns. . A knock on the door is heard, and Rousey sends Marina Shafir over to get the door. Shafir gets it, and it’s… Renee Young! Who has seemingly finally made her way up to the suite. Renee goes in and then goes and talks to Rousey. She asks her if she heard about Bayley’s challenge for her championship. Ronda then lets out a laugh.

“Yes, Renee, I watch the show like everyone else,”
Rousey snidely says. “Now, I have to respect Bayley. She’s not being a sore loser. She is, however, barking up the wrong tree in the forest. Bayley, you need to understand something. I’m better than you. I have always been better than you. You’ve had now three tries to beat me. The only time that there was a pinfall was when Charlotte Flair attacked me and cost me the chance to become Smackdown Women’s Champion. I righted that wrong a few weeks ago in your home base. The Bay Area. But you wanna come back for more? You wanna diss me, act like I’ve never won a fight in Vegas? B*tch, that’s where I made myself famous.” Whew. “So yeah, I accept your challenge-” Just then, there’s a knock at the door. Annoyed, Rousey tells Marina to go back to open the door. She does, and opens it and it’s… just room service. Well, whatever then. Rousey says to bring them in here and then tells Renee Young that she’s going to go let a few things off her chest. Rousey then steals the microphone out of the Renee’s hands and goes out of the box and into the crowd! Ronda then begins to address everyone.

She says that it felt good to hear some bones crack earlier when she attacked Becky Lynch. Rousey says that she knows how it feels now since she’s gone through some injuries herself this year! Ronda says that she still has plenty of receipts for Lynch left and she’s not going to be afraid to use them. Ronda says that she is unbreakable and so are The Sisters of Doom. Ronda says that she WANTS to defend her championship again. And says that she would’ve LOVED to tear Sasha Banks up again, but Sasha, the #1 Contender, is waiting to cash in her opportunity. Ronda says that that’s fine, she’ll just kick someone else’s ass instead.

As Rousey lists off potential challengers, we see something in the background that grabs folks’ attention: Someone has snuck out from underneath the skirt on the food cart!

It's

BAYLEY!!

Bayley then is seen grabbing a food plate as she throws it right at Marina! She then watches an oncoming Jessamyn come her way and Bayley sidesteps her and Jessamyn jumps on the cart instead and takes it for a ride into the wall!! Bayley gets into a fistfight with Marina then but the former champion winds it and sends her into the wall!! Bayley then turns around and notices that Rousey has come back into the room! And she’s pissed! So is Bayley and Bayley then takes a run at Ronda!!

The two start fighting here in the suite!! Bayley gets the upper hand as she fights Ronda back out by the crowd again!! Ronda fights back here but Bayley keeps hounding Ronda!! She beats her up in the suite here as Rousey is sent away! Bayley shouts at Ronda and then goes after her again! But Ronda runs at her too. She jumps at Bayley! Bayley catches her! Whoooooa! She runs forward! AND DRIVES HER DOWN INTO THE TABLE WITH FOOD ON IT!!!

Oh shit!! Bayley takes Ronda down!! Bayley backs away from the wreckage here and fights her way up to her feet! She just won a 3-on-1 on Ronda and her goons! And… seemingly got this idea from her cousin Cora? Interesting!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Following commercials, we are presented with a HUGE announcement!

This Friday night, in LAS VEGAS on Night 1 of the WWE Draft…

Ronda Rousey WILL defend her Smackdown Women’s Championship against Bayley!!

At ringside for the upcoming match is Tegan Nox who certainly made her presence felt in the first MYC semifinal earlier tonight. Prior to it, video packages roll for the sensational Toni Storm, who’s on some kind of heater right now, and for Deonna Purrazzo, who has been a woman on a mission throughout this entire tournament.

Match #6: MAE YOUNG CLASSIC SEMIFINAL
(2)
Toni Storm vs. (5) Deonna Purrazzo

Some wondered if fatigue would set in for Toni Storm, who’s been taking the sports entertainment world by storm of late. Including the Mae Young Quarterfinals, Storm is competing in her fifth match since Saturday, September 28. But those who wondered that would get a rude awakening: And it was that Toni Storm would remain steadfast in her efforts to grab WWE’s women’s division by its throat. Already having qualified for the Ladder Match to crown the first-ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Storm seemed to have no issue in fighting for back-to-back Mae Young Classic Cups. That surprises no one in her circle, as she’s as hungry a competitor as can be.

Ms. Deonna Purrazzo stands in her way though. And as profiled, Purrazzo has left her mark on this event. She took care of red-hot Candice LeRae in the Round of 16 in Atlanta and then followed that up with a downright mean showing against Dakota Kai in the Quarterfinals. Purrazzo has made claims that this is her tournament to win and that no one else stands a chance. She has proven herself quite worthy and up to task with that statement to say the very least. In this match with Toni she’s looking to do the same exact thing. Fair play to her, as she definitely kicks Toni’s ass a bit more than anyone else has to this point. Storm definitely knows how to take a whooping, but Purrazzo definitely has some English behind everything tonight.

But Storm still does survive here. Purrazzo tries to take her down the same way she did Candice. She takes off her wrist tape, ties her up and tries to make her submit! But she won’t! She then tries the strategy that got her the win over Kai. She attacks Toni’s knee and looks to tear it! But Storm eventually would get to the ropes after being in that same leg lock and Deonna would be forced to let go. Deonna was flummoxed that these methods of attack weren’t enough. Storm fights on here, bad knee and arm and all. She knocks Deonna away as she approaches her by the ropes. Storm then comes in and kicks her away, and Purrazzo goes for a right hand but Storm ducks. She then grabs hold of Deonna and throws her back with a HUGE German Suplex! She covers Purrazzo afterwards, but a near fall ensues!

The move wipes out both ladies until about the count of five here, as it’s clear that both ladies are giving their ALL. Storm gets Deonna in the corner here and eventually puts her up on the op rope. Storm goes and keeps up the attack but Deonna has something for her a little. Deonna stuns Toni but Toni follows up with a headbutt! Toni then grabs Deonna and powers herself up and DROPS HER with a big Superplex!! Toni can’t quite pin her right away here but she eventually lands on her! A near fall ensues though as Deonna was able to kick out. The time it took may have cost Storm, but that’s the toll of the punishment getting to her.

Storm has endured a lot and it’s starting to really show. She gets Deonna up and tries for Storm Zero! But Deonna breaks out of it and pummels Toni! She gets her in the corner and then pulls her up. She puts her in a hammerlock and then lifts her up and SLAMS HER down on the arm!! Toni writhes in pain while Tegan watches on from outside. Deonna walks over and starts to stomp on the arm! She does so over and over again! Deonna then gets Toni up here and powers her up and plants her with Queen’s Gambit!! She turns Toni over and stacks her up! 1! 2!! 3!!!

WINNER: Deonna Purrazzo via pin fall at 15:05. Purrazzo ADVANCES to the Final.

And that is it! It’s over! It’s OVER!!

Deonna Purrazzo is on to the Mae Young Classic Final! The Virtuosa said that this was her tournament, and she’s one step away from making that a reality! Purrazzo gets up as she’s no interest in dealing with any post-match pleasantries. Instead, gassed, she walks away from the ring and glares at Storm who’s out on the mat. Storm eventually rises, and looks on a little angry at Deonna, knowing what she’s done to her friends, and now there’s an open invitation for her to do some more! Deonna smiles as she reaches the top of the stage and bows, and tells everyone what she’s been telling everyone: This is her moment!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~
After our break, Deonna Purrazzo comes through here and is interviewed by Renee Young. It’s not really much of an interview though, as Purrazzo is quick to shit-talk. She brings up how everyone was so hyped about Toni Storm and now she won’t be wrestling twice in one night at REvolution. In fact, neither will Candice LeRae, who she beat in the first round. She says Dakota Kai is lucky to have survived her, or she wouldn’t be qualifying for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match. Purrazzo, point blank, says she is here to dominate, to win, and to be the Mae Young Classic Cup winner. Funny, so does someone else! Here comes Tegan Nox to get in Deonna’s face! Deonna laughs in Tegan’s face which only seems to make Nox angrier! Deonna realizes that she’s not backing down and things get a little contentious here! Then Toni Storm and Kay Lee Ray come around, and are able to pull Tegan away from Deonna. Nox has some choice words for her before she goes, but Purrazzo just has no reason to care right now in her mind.

Match #7: WOMEN’S INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP LADDER MATCH QUALIFIER
Asuka vs. Dakota Kai
The upset-minded Dakota Kai, who’s been eager enough to try and make a name for herself tonight and be inspiringly daring! Kai takes it to Asuka at the start of the match, like she’s been shot out of a cannon! There’s a feeling in the air here that the newcomer Dakota Kai might really be onto something! She chips away and chips away at Asuka in the early stages here. She eventually knocks her off her feet with a SCINTILLATING spinning heel kick that draws a two count! Kai keeps up her aggression, but that winds up being her own undoing. She sends herself into the ringpost later on as Asuka moved out of her way, and from there… well, things unfortunately went down the chute for Kai then. Asuka got back in a groove and, for the first time in a minute, comes up on the winning side of things with a pin fall win off a HUGE Roundhouse Kick!

WINNER: Asuka via pin fall at 5:26. Asuka QUALIFIES for the Women’s IC Title Ladder Match.

Following the match, Asuka lingered around the ring. She would then walk over and approach Dakota, who was helping herself up while holding her head and, well, favoring her body after dealing with some rough offense from The Empress. Asuka, the former multi-time Smackdown Women’s Champion, inaugural Women’s Royal Rumble winner, who’s won nearly everything under the sun… gives Dakota a pat on the shoulder! Wow! Asuka then takes it one step further here and shakes her hand! The word “respect” is heard from Asuka as she walks out of the ring, having become the final qualifier for the Ladder Match to crown the First-Ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion! What a field that is, too! Dakota meanwhile looks on, feeling accomplished even after losing her match.

Rey Mysterio defends the Television Championship against the man who he DID NOT pin last week: Angel Garza!
Making her way into the picture then right by Gorilla is one Becky Lynch… who looks a bit hurt, understandably.

‘THE MAN’ BECKY LYNCH
Y’know in life, people face adversity. They do it every day. Quiet and kept close to vest, or loud and out there for everyone to see. No matter the difference, everybody struggles. So as an aside, be kind to somebody tonight. Unless their name is Ronda Rousey, Shayna Baszler, Beth Phoenix, Natalya, and the other two dopes who I still won’t bother dignifying.

Point taken.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
People face challenges. But in life, it’s not about the challenges themselves. Those are a given. It is expected that you will face some sort of challenge. This thing called life isn’t easy. We all struggle in some way, shape, or form. We are humans. That is what we do. But it is about how we RESPOND to the adversity and to the struggles that we face that make us who we are.

That gets a good rise out of everybody.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
For six long and grueling months, emphasis on grueling, The Four Horsewomen struggled. The Four Horsewomen faced adversity. Constantly. Whether it was within ourselves, in-fighting, or taking on the actors who’ve been agitating us for a hell of a LOT longer than six months, make no mistake, but it has been the most rampant and recurring in this time block. We faced that struggle. A lot of us got our asses kicked. There wasn’t one of us who didn’t pay the price. I was on the shelf for almost two months. Charlotte competed for the first time since July. Bayley broke her hand, and Sasha was out for several weeks in September… and what did we do about it?

Lynch looks back into the camera, unwavering and unflinching. But grimacing. She’s clearly hurt. She coughs a bit. Hard. But keeps on.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
We fought. We battled. We faced our demons head-on. We worked everything out. Things were frantic, chaotic, stressful. Fights happened. Blow-ups happened. I thought deep down in my heart that everything would be resolved one day. But in the back of my mind, I couldn’t help but feel a little bit of doubt that we weren’t going to figure it out in time. But we did.

Yes you did!

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
And now, we’re together. Now, Charlotte and I are the Women’s Tag Team Champions. Sasha Banks is the #1 Contender. And Ronnie, Bayley’s gonna get her title back on Friday whether you like it or not.

Becks smiles. She enjoyed saying that.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Meanwhile, the six of you? The six of you punks? All you’ve done in response to adversity is act like cowards. Ronda, you sick little weirdo, you ambushed me in my locker room while I was defenseless. You call yourself a champion? Ronnie, you don’t know a DAMN THING what it actually means to be a champion. Shayna, you’re walking around with a championship right now, and you are intimidating, but one thing that you aren’t and that you will NEVER BE is ‘The Man!’ Nattie? Beth? One of you is a rat, one of you is a mole. The two of you dopes can get lost for an eternity, won’t mind never seeing either of you bozos ever again.

Whew. Damn, Becks. Damn.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Shayna… your luggage is gonna get a lot lighter after tonight. I might save you a few bucks, thank me later. In just a few moments, the music’s gonna hit, I’m gonna walk down there like The Man, I’m gonna fight like The Man, and baby, I’m gonna BE The Man! THE Man! Without PEER! The HISTORY-MAKING, WRESTLEMANIA MAIN-EVENTING MAN THAT I KNOW THAT I’VE ALWAYS BEEN!! The ONLY way you’re taking this Raw Women’s Championship from me Shayna is if my expiration date is before 11:00 p.m., and by God, I know my heart’s still gonna be beating at 11:01, pumping heavily because I’ll be celebrating kicking your ass all over Bakersfield, California!!!!

Talk about straight fire. Becks doesn’t move the hair covering her eyes now as her face is intense.

‘The Man’ Becky Lynch
Tonight… at the end of the All-Women’s Spectacular… I’m gonna be the Undisputed Raw Women’s Champion… … … … or I’ll die tryin’.

Becky.

Shayna.

The UNDISPUTED Raw Women’s Title.

NEXT!!!

Match #8: UNDISPUTED RAW WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH

Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. Raw Interim Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler

And so it’s all come down to this. Shayna Baszler and Becky Lynch came to the ring without their respective parties. Becky didn’t in part because half the group has been decimated and we can only suspect Shayna wants to prove that she is superior on her own. The two start the early part of this fighting. It’s a game that Becky wants to play against the grappler in Baszler. Luckily for her, Baszler’s hatred of Lynch causes her to want to get into a striking fight with Becky also. Lynch is able to capitalize on Baszler’s over-aggressiveness and starts putting the holds to her! This frustrates Baszler in the opening sequences, which Becky is sure to take note of as she clearly is in no mood to stop persisting with it.

Baszler eventually is able to grab control of the match though. She starts to slam Lynch down and gets very physical with her knees and her holds. She gets Lynch pinned down on her stomach and starts to throw her knees into her shoulder! And then near her face! She’s pretty much trying to knock The Man out! But The Man has enough temerity and resilience in her to stay alive. She’s definitely being worn out here and Shayna tries to open up a can of whoop ass on her in the corner. This gets so physical between Lynch and Baszler, who throttles Lynch in the corner with shoulder thrusts and knee thrusts. But Becky has enough back for her! She slaps Shayna in the face and then starts to forearm her and connects with some very hard shots!

Late in the matchup, the goon squad arrives! Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir come down to the ring as Shayna has the referee distracted inside. Lynch had been disposed of, but the bad news for Marina and Jessamyn is that Becky sees them coming! And she beats them both up and sends Jessamyn straight into Marina! Lynch then climbs into the ring and Baszler clearly wasn’t expecting to see her in such good condition! She goes for a boot on Becky, but Lynch ducks and pulls her in and hits a huge Back Suplex on her! Lynch then gathers in some offensive momentum and then runs Baszler into the corner. She charges in and hits her with a flying forearm to the face! Straight fire from Becky Lynch! Lynch then pulls Shayna in but Baszler hits her with an elbow. Shayna then tries to grip her in for the Kirifuda Clutch! No! Becky stuns her! And then turns around, pulls her in and hits her with a Uranage! 1! 2! The referee is pulled out by… Natalya!

Plenty here in Bakersfield don’t like that at all! This isn’t the first time tonight that Nattie has gotten involved in some shenanigans! Speaking of shenanigans, Beth Phoenix has gotten into the ring! And she runs in and decapitates Becky Lynch with a Big Boot! Beth then turns Shayna over on Becky! The referee jumps in after Nattie tells him to! 1… 2… Shoulder up from Becky! The Man is still alive after The Glamazon’s attack! Beth and Nattie look on from the outside here but then we see that we’ve got some more company! It’s Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks! And they’ve got some party favors with them! Kendo sticks! And they start beating the hell out of Beth and Nattie with them!! They then send them along around here as the referee sees this. The official goes out to try and take control of the situation. Good luck with that! Their fight spills out into the crowd as we then see that Lynch is trying to trap Shayna for the Dis-Arm-Her! But Shayna shoves her away into the corner! Becky shakes off the cobwebs as we can see Baszler has her fists tucked suddenly and Becky turns around… WHAM! Baszler’s just blasted Lynch with something! Becky is knocked out!! Baszler drops down and tucks something away into her tights, and it kinda looked like it was brass knuckles!

Baszler turns away here as she gets up to her feet. She then turns and then sees that we’ve got some more company: Ronda Rousey! The Smackdown Women’s Champion is marching down to the ring! Rousey looks on with a smile on her face. She knows that the fate of her enemy might really about to be sealed here! The referee has finally maintained some order here as the fight has spilled away and to the back! The ref gets in here as Shayna grabs Becky and then puts her in the Kirifuda Clutch! Becky is pretty lifeless right now as we can all see! Baszler puts the squeeze to her as she tries to choke her out and clinch this thing! Ronda shouts at her to choke her out! Shayna takes great delight in this here and then everyone’s attention is diverted to the stage!

Someone’s come out here! It’s… Bayley!

Bayley runs out with… a food cart! A room service food cart! She jumps on the cart as it barrels down the ramp, straight for Rousey!!

Ronda freaks out!!

Bayley JUMPS off the cart as Ronda just gets out of the way in the nick of time! But she doesn’t get out of the way of The Hugger who launches herself at Rousey!!

This momentary distraction has just caused Shayna to let go of Becky!! As Bayley is whooping Ronda’s ass, Baszler grabs her from behind and forearms her! She grabs Bayley and then throws her shoulder-first into the ringpost!! The Hugger goes down hard as Shayna then returns back into the ring. She grabs Becky and puts her in the Kirifuda Clutch again! But Becky runs her away and they collide with the official! Oh no! Shayna keeps the hold applied here and Becky runs her into another round of turnbuckles! Baszler lets go and Becky turns around. She’s toiling right now but she hits her good with her forearm! But Shayna throttles her with her thigh! She then gets up on the second rope here and starts to strike Becky while grabbing her hair!

Meanwhile, on the outside, Ronda sees a kendo stick left by Charlotte and Sasha! The problem for Rousey is that Bayley sees it as well! Bayley goes and grabs it and so does Ronda! Ronda tugs it away but Bayley tugs it back and then launches it into Ronda’s stomach!

Shayna barks down at Ronda to fight back!
But all the while, Becky is reviving, and gaining her awareness! She then suddenly POPS UP!

And hits a Uranage off the second rope!

She covers Shayna!

The referee is revived!

1!

2!!

3!!!

WINNER: Becky Lynch via pin fall at 15:29. Lynch is THE UNDISPUTED RAW WOMEN'S CHAMPION.

By any means necessary!!!

Bayley jumps into the ring to help Becky up to her feet! Lynch gets herself up and hugs Bayley and holds herself up here. Lynch is awarded the titles and she smiles. She then puts them on her as Bayley grabs her Tag Team Championship. She looks at it for a second before putting it on Becky’s shoulders, as she’s Becky Three Belts right now!!

The Man and The Hugger stand tall at the conclusion of this show! Ronda and Shayna soon retreat here, lots of animosity present still after this big loss.

As usual, a really good show from you here. I was maybe a little surprised at how uneventful yet long the opening segment was, but I feel like now they're officially back together, the Four Horsewomen needed that almost feel good, drama free moment anyway.

A big thumbs up for the added hype to Bayley vs. Ronda also. Tremendously done, especially with Bayley sneaking in the food cart and that main event with Becky retaining was a fun overbooked mess. The attack beforehand was quality.

LOVE the pairing of Niven with Expat Express. With Vega as her mouthpiece, things could get very interesting from Niven, so I'm glad she just squashed the shit out of McCool here. Exactly how it should have been booked.

I don't remember Trish turning heel. Did that happen previously and I've just forgotten, or did this attitude come out of nowhere? Obviously struck me as a bit off as I didn't expect her to be such a douche from Bliss, and not show up, however if I've just forgotten previous events, then I don't really have any criticism.

Happy with the way the MYC has panned out as well. When you originally revealed the competitors, I was so worried that there were so many already established stars because I'm a firm believer in this tournament being used to put over new stars. You've got there and in a really interesting way. Surprising to see Storm lose in all honesty, but I'm all for the Nox/Purazzo final.

Just a thumbs up all around really and again, you deserve a huge amount of credit for having this many interesting women's angles going on at once.

Thanks as always for the feedback Stoj and, if I may respond to one part of your feedback...

Trish just turned heel in that segment. I admit it is a bit random, but without playing my hand, this... this might not be a one-off for Trish in this thread. So, this is just the beginning of something I've had in mind for an eensy weensy bit.

THE WWE DRAFT NOTEBOOK!

In order to properly allow everyone to be up to speed here, I will be posting both rounds of Draft Notes. I will put the draft notes in spoiler tags. It’s up to YOU to decide what’s true and what isn’t.

Volume I

~ Kingston, Lesnar jostling for first overall pick: The words circulating around the executives at Fox and NBC Universal is that two superstars are currently in position to be picked No. 1 Overall next Friday in Las Vegas. Those superstars are none other than the ones who will battle for the WWE Championship this Friday on the debut episode of Friday Night Smackdown on Fox. Kofi Kingston has had an epic reign as WWE Champion, which still dates back to his monumental victory over Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania. Lesnar of course is a household name and a huge attraction that would be a boon for either network. It’s entirely possible that Friday’s match between Kofi and Brock serves as a de-facto decider on who will be picked first overall.

~ Becky Lynch likely to be picked first overall on Day 2: ‘The Man’ Becky Lynch is likely to be recognized as the first woman to be picked No. 1 overall in a WWE Draft. Lynch is expected to be part of the Monday draft pool and should she be placed there, don’t expect her to wait very long to hear her name called. Becky has built up an incredible over the last year and has stayed on top of the busiest women’s division in modern-day WWE history. Funny enough, the name I’ve heard that could give her the most chase is none other than her arch nemesis, Ronda Rousey.

~ Is Toni Storm going in the Top 10?: 23-year-old sensation Toni Storm has built up quite a lot of momentum over the past two months, and that momentum may help her earn an early pick in the Draft. Executives from both NBC Universal and Fox are reportedly ‘coveting’ Storm, recognizing her talent, age, and potential could all make her one of the fastest-rising stars in the entire world. Thus far, there’s no suggestion of which brand she will be picked to. But those in the know say that she is likely to be a Top 10 pick in either pool.

~ Just how many from NXT?: NXT’s involvement this year could make this Draft incredibly interesting. While I’ve heard that there are a lot of big names expected to be picked in the Draft Rights round coming on Day 2, don’t be surprised if you see a few names be taken off the board during the regular rounds. The Street Profits and Johnny Gargano are two names that I’ve constantly heard throughout the entire Open Season process. I’ve also heard that there could be some surprise picks from NXT UK. One women’s NXT UK star recently partook in a private workout in London in front of execs and reportedly “crushed it” and it’s possible this person is picked as early as Day 1. I was also told a male smoked his workout as well as his interviews.

Volume II

~ #1 Picks “Locked In” for both brands on each day: In response to Volume 1’s notes, I have been able to confirm a few things. The first being that Kofi Kingston is going to be the #1 Pick for Smackdown. He has received a promise from Fox executives and, in part, expect The New Day to follow him over to the blue brand as well. As expected meanwhile, Brock Lesnar is bound for Raw. Lesnar and Fox seemed destined for a union but it was the WWE Championship Match on the launch show that turned the tide in Kingston’s favor. Still, Lesnar will be the first pick for the red brand on Friday, as he and Kingston are expected to be in the Friday Draft Pool. Meanwhile, on Monday, those in the know tell me that NBC Universal has all but zeroed in on Becky Lynch. The Raw Women’s Champion will be the first woman to go #1 in a WWE Draft. For Smackdown, Lynch’s rival Ronda Rousey is expected to be the first superstar the blue brand takes. This might be up in the air though. Rousey’s performance in the upcoming championship match against Bayley could have an effect on the decision, much like with Brock and Kofi a week before. So, you might want to tune in for that.

~ Toni Storm the ‘Apple of Fox’s eye’: Fox has “fallen in love” with Toni Storm. The 23-year-old is turning a lot of heads in the industry as she’s suffered just two defeats since arriving at The Great American Bash. While Storm has been making a name for herself a lot on the Raw brand, Fox’s enamoring of Storm makes it extremely likely in my eyes that she is picked by Smackdown. I would not be surprise if Smackdown spent one of its eight Top 10 picks that it will have on Storm. It will depend on her placement in the Draft Pool, but I am hearing that Friday is the likely day for her. There is an underlying factor here that may prove intriguing however: I have seen several different possible pools that have been pitched and discussed by WWE. All of them feature Bayley, Sasha Banks, and Toni Storm in the same one, and that’s Friday’s. Bayley and Sasha have been inseparable for five years and are now part of The Four Horsewomen. But with Storm’s rise, her potential, and rumors swirling that one of the eight women involved in the 4-on-4 affair at REvolution is LEAVING the company later this fall, there may be a rush to build to the future. I’m told that many of the executives are proceeding with legitimate concern that one of them has not re-signed, and if/when selected, that they will be dealing with an extremely different contract situation than the others. So there is a legitimate want from the execs to start building for the future with these shows. With the new draft rules imposed that will be keeping these wrestlers on the shows for multiple years, and not just changing year-over-year, a lot of building for the future will be made. And there could be some fireworks if Storm is taken in the Top 10 on Friday, if the pool has her there.

~ Tag Team receives ‘Top 10 Guarantee’ from a network, American Alpha on high alert?: This might be something to watch. A tag team in the company has received a guarantee from one of the networks that they will be picked in the Top 10. I’m told the team is of high prominence but one team I can immediately rule out is American Alpha. There is concern in Jason Jordan and his health status. His performance on Sunday at No Mercy did not inspire a lot of confidence and we’re told that executives requested more solo interviews with Chad Gable than they did tag team interviews with American Alpha. As far as who got this guarantee, one has to figure that it would be The Revival. With Kofi and The New Day being packaged together, even if they are picked in the Top 10, I’m told that New Day weren’t the team to receive this specific guarantee and that it was worked on by an inactive wrestler. I guess Taz is a master negotiator.

~ NXT UK to have a serious presence: Folks, you might want to start studying up on your names from NXT UK. I am told that both Fox and NBC Universal have been in deep discussion to draft several different names from the NXT UK brand. Scouts from the network have been camping out lately in both Cardiff and Brentwood, where there will be an episode of NXT UK this very week. One name that I’ve heard from three independent sources within these networks is Isla Dawn. Dawn is another woman who, much like Toni Storm, is a youngster in this game as she is only 25 years old. Again, there is a serious youth movement going on and it shouldn’t surprise you to see a lot of young talents be not only picked but pushed and pursued after. In Dawn’s case, I have heard many are impressed with her ability to be creative with her character and believe she can be shaped into a very strong talent. Other names from NXT UK that have been thrown around are Noam Dar, Jamie Hayter, Dave Mastiff, The Grizzled Young Veterans, and Kay Lee Ray. It is expected that Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley will be protected by those in charge, making them ineligible to be selected. Those names, however, are ones that have been slipping through the cracks every now and then over the last few weeks.

I will now construct a Mock Draft for the Top 10 on each night, based on information that I have heard from my sources.

Mock Draft – Friday
1. Kofi Kingston (Smackdown)
2. Brock Lesnar (Raw)
3. Bayley (Smackdown)
4. Seth Rollins (Raw)
5. Daniel Bryan (Raw)

6. AJ Styles (Smackdown)
7. Rey Mysterio (Raw)
8. Toni Storm (Smackdown)
9. Sasha Banks (Raw)
10. The Revival (Raw)

Mock Draft – Monday
1. Becky Lynch (Raw)
2. Ronda Rousey (Smackdown)
3. Finn Balor (Raw)
4. Roman Reigns (Smackdown)
5. Charlotte Flair (Raw)
6. Isaiah ‘Swerve’ Scott (Raw)

Filling in this week for my friend and partner in this thread, as he was dealing with moving and other issues atm. He's good, but I pinch-hit for him for this week's NXT. Hope you all enjoy it! I would like to also say that, so I can properly establish our universe here, an episode of each show will be posted this "week." NXT UK is typically presented in a different way through our NXT 'casts, but this week it's removed just so we can get everything going.

This is about as 'full' a show as you're gonna get from me these days. Heh.

NXT

October 9th 2019 | Winter Park, Florida | Full Sail Live

It’s 8 p.m. Eastern and that means that the third brand of WWE is set to take center stage on the USA Network. But before we get there however, we’re brought to the outside of Full Sail Live earlier today. While the fans were waiting to enter the building, The Undisputed ERA, DRIPPING in GOLD, arrived in style in a beautiful Escalade. The leader and THE NEW NXT CHAMPION Adam Cole (BAY BAY!) was the first out of the car, followed by North American Champion Roderick Strong, Tag Team Champion Bobby Fish next, and last but not least, Cruiserweight Champion and the other half of the Tag Team Champions, Kyle O’Reilly. Cole got everyone’s attention of course as he walked by all the fans, who seemed delighted to see the group looking as powerful as they ever have.

Then the scene switches into Full Sail Live. The fans in attendance are going crazy as usual. The decibel level increases as “SHOCK… THE SYSTEM” blares through the speaker system! And out comes that confident, dominant, gold-wearing quartet known as The Undisputed ERA! Cole leads his boys out as we see they’re all decked out in new Undisputed ERA track jackets and joggers. They make their way into the ring, which has a black velvet carpet and black and gold balloons up in each corner. It’s a celebration, bitches! The quartet poses with all the gold as confetti rains down from the ceiling behind them! And their GIANT flag also drops down too to create quite a pretty and powerful visual. Adam then gets the mic from ring announcer Alicia Taylor and looks around. The crowd is still quite loud and Cole seems to be embracing all that.

ADAM COLE
Boys and girls… who’s ready for another edition of Story Time with Adam Cole, Bay Bay?!

You guessed it. Cheers!

Adam Cole
It was just over two years ago. Nearly 14 months. TakeOver: Brooklyn 3. The night that changed the course of NXT history forever.

O’Reilly is seen in the background jamming out a little with his Cruiserweight Championship. Cole lets out a laugh and a smile and looks around again.

Adam Cole

On that night, The Undisputed ERA arrived. And make no mistake, when myself, Bobby Fish, and Kyle O’Reilly all invaded Brooklyn and the Barclays Center, a hallowed institution for NXT, we did not do so to exchange pleasantries. We did not do so to get the debut pop from being shown on the jumbotron in the crowd. Everybody else did that and then you wouldn’t see them for a while. We… we had a plan. We had one set out and we had one built up for years.

Cole nods his head as he appears to be ready to, indeed, spin us a yarn.

Adam Cole

Because we watched the evolution of NXT. We watched from afar as a dream became a reality for so many. We watched as guys like Sami Zayn, Finn Balor, and Kevin Owens helped lay the foundation. We watched women like Bayley, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and Sasha Banks change an entire perception and an entire industry by themselves.

That’s right, Adam!

Adam Cole

Believe me when I tell you, that all inspired us. But dreams differ, entity to entity. Some wanted to live out their childhood dreams of becoming champion. Others continued feuds that stretched on for years. Bobby, Kyle, and I? We came to NXT… to TAKE! And take, boys and girls, is exactly what we did.

There’s some cheers for that one! Cole smiles, as does everyone else. He then continues over to Kyle.

Adam Cole

And I would like to give credit where credit is due. The longest-reigning champions in WWE, not NXT, ALL of WWE, are as followed. WALTER …

Cheers for the big man!

Adam Cole

Io Shirai…

Not so many cheers there.

Adam Cole

Becky Lynch…

BIG, BIG pop for that one!

Adam Cole

Kofi Kingston…

Another loud round of cheers!

Adam Cole

…and Kyle O’Reilly!

Aaaaah, THAT is where this was going! Kyle nods his head and goes, “Did you hear those names?”

Adam Cole

The Cruiserweight Champion of the World. The man who is going to defeat a WRESTLING ICON… a LEGEND… Jushin “Thunder” Liger at Starrcade in two months!

Whew. We’re still reeling from that one!

Adam Cole

And ONE-HALF… of the Tag Team Champions with his teammate. His best friend. His running mate for damn near a decade. Bobby Fish!

Fish shows off his championship and pats it as he and Kyle hold up both their titles. Cole then comes back around and moves his arm around Roddy.

Adam Cole

And then… there is the game-breaker. The man who in a single night took the Undisputed Era from superstardom to immortality. Finally your North American Champion, a title belt that we might as well be responsible for when it comes to its existence, the impenetrable Roderick Strong!

Strong drops to his knees here and unzips his jacket, unveiling his new North American Championship! He won that title last week at TakeOver: UnRIVALED from Tyler Breeze.

Adam Cole

We said at the beginning of this year that The Undisputed ERA was going to be dripping in gold. We said that we would have all the power in NXT. We came, we saw, and we conquered. WE are who they say that we are.

Strong statement!

Adam Cole

They’re gonna regret this one though. Yeah. All the boys in the back? The Keith Lees?

Cheers for the Limitless One.

Adam Cole

KUSHIDA? Tyler Breeze? Drew Gulak? All of the men that have made themselves enemies of The Undisputed ERA? They’re all going to regret letting us get all this power. Just because we got what we want doesn’t mean that we’re content, boys.

Ooooh.. threatening words.

Adam Cole

I want you to come here, cameraman. Come in for a closeup.

Cole gets the boys around.

Adam Cole

You don’t get greatness like this by being satisfied. No. You get it by satisfying every feeling of hunger that you get in the pit of your stomach. This is what greatness looks like. And this is also what power looks like. And we are simply just getting started. Keith Lee? KUSHIDA? Boys, you should’ve stepped in. You should’ve cut the head off when you had the chance. Johnny Gargano got so terrified by what it looks like when Adam Cole is at his most powerful that he ran away.

Whewwwwww. BOY! Whew BOY!

Adam Cole

And Johnny… So you know. I was tired of kicking your ass too. So a ceasefire was gonna happen one way or another. One day down the road… when you see Adam Cole, Bay Bay, you’ll know what time it is.

Boy that seems like a convenient thing to say…

Adam Cole

I don’t think that I have any respect for you Johnny Gargano. You were holding a championship that simply belonged to me. But compared to everyone else around here, you’re the closest I’d say that about.

Wow. Some big words.

Adam Cole

I don’t respect Keith Lee. We don’t respect Keith Lee. We don’t respect KUSHIDA. We don’t respect anybody that can’t win in money time. All Kyle O’Reilly does is win when the Cruiserweight Championship is on the line. Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly have been Tag Team Champions across the globe. Roderick Strong is one of the best in the world and has been for 20 years because he knows when the game is on the line… when you need that clutch shot.. when you need that putt, that strike, that home run, that touchdown pass. That game-winning shot. That The Undisputed ERA is the most SUCCESSFUL faction of ALL TIME!

Whew. Confidence goes crazy on you, Adam Cole.

Adam Cole

And now that we’re on top, we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Boys, sit back, get comfortable. We’re at the summit and there’s not a damn thing anyone else can do about it.

Cole drops the mic and the quartet poses. And then we hear a voice…

VOICE

And after a while, you can only conclude that THAT… is undisputed. Ladies and gentlemen, hello and welcome to NXT here on the USA Network. I’m Tom Phillips here, new play-by-play voice on NXT. Vic Joseph taking over duties on Monday Night Raw going forward. My partner, he said that he was going to be here. He’s late—Oh

Walking into the picture is…

WADE BARRETT?!?!

WADE BARRETT
Well I’m afraid I’ve got some BAD NEWS for you, Thomas. If you thought I wasn’t going to be here and join you, you’re even dumber than you look. And you don’t look like a man with university education.

TOM PHILLIPS
Graduated from Penn State University actually, Wade. Nevertheless, Wade Barrett. Tom Phillips. We have an eventful night in store for you. A huge Six-Woman Tag Team Matchup is in the cards. Emma, making her in-ring return to Full Sail Live for the first time in four years, teaming with Jamie Hayter and Sadie Gibbs to battle Team Fly Kick, Dakota Kai and Tegan Nox, and the NXT UK Women’s Champion Bianca Belair.

Wade Barrett
Did you seriously talk about THIS match first? It is a disgrace that an American is the NXT United Kingdom Women’s Champion. United Kingdom. If I were dead I’d be rolling in my grave.

Tom Phillips
Speaking of the United Kingdom, after his shocking arrival to Florida, why is Tyler Bate here? Why has the former NXT UK Champion made his way to NXT in the USA? We find out in an exclusive interview, Bate with Renee Young, later tonight on this show.

Wade Barrett
Lemme try this, watch this, Tom. Do it like me. Roderick Strong is the new NXT North American Champion. Tonight we continue to find out who the next #1 Contender for the championship is, as ‘The Colossal’ Bronson Reed takes on the exuberant Jordan Myles
. See? That’s how you do it.

Tom Phillips
And in the second Contender’s Match, KUSHIDA battles Drew Gulak in our main event. The winners move on to next week where a Triple Threat Match featuring Damian Priest will take place. And the winner is next in line for Roderick Strong and the North American Championship. All that tonight and more here on NXT!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

The broadcast returns and the camera stays on The Undisputed ERA. Adam Cole can be overheard saying that the group needs to make sure everyone gets the message tonight and that all who have disrespected them receive their receipts. Doesn’t seem great for everyone else!

We then come back inside Full Sail Live. Conveniently, one of their nemeses is on his way to the ring!

The Limitless Keith Lee is making his way to the ring with his music pulsating in the venue. The crowd is happy to see him and we see that he’s competing in our opening contest!

1 – Singles Match
Keith Lee vs. Riddick Moss (w/ Dorian Mak)

This is a very quick match all things considered. Riddick Moss tries to take it to Keith Lee early to him. And God bless the man affectionally called Madcap these days in real life, he tries his best to start an attack on Keith. But Keith isn’t willing to let anyone pass him tonight! Keith beats Moss up and overwhelms him with his power and strength. It doesn’t exactly go great for Dorian Mak on the outside either. As Moss is down on the ground, Mak is suddenly pulled from behind! What the Hell! LUMIS! It’s Dexter Lumis! Lumis is pulling Mak away from the scene! Moss looks on in shock here and, terrified, runs away! Into the ring… WHERE HE IS HIT WITH THE POUUUUUUUUUUUNCE~! PERIOD! 1! 2! 3!

Winner: Keith Lee via pinfall at 3:20.

Following the match and replays, Lee is seen up at the top of the entranceway. McKenzie Mitchell is now at the top with him, and she asks Lee about his noticeable ferocity in that match. Lee admits that hearing Adam Cole’s speech made him a little angry. He says that if anyone has been disrespectful around here, it’s the punks that have to stand like they have to hold it in any time their luggage gets weighed at the airport now. If there was a way to make holding a title sound like an insult… by God, that’s about as close as you can get. Lee says that he’s glad though that Adam Cole doesn’t respect him, because the feeling is quite mutual. Lee says that one day, he’s going to unseat Adam Cole as the NXT Champion. He says the possibilities to get there are limitless, but McKenzie then shrieks and runs away! And that’s because Kyle O’Reilly just hit Lee in the back with a steel chair! And Bobby Fish follows in with a shot as well! The Undisputed ERA is attacking Keith Lee!! Roddy Strong comes into the fray and starts to stomp all over him as well! O’Reilly, Strong, and Fish are all stomping Lee to Hell!

They pick Keith up and then run him right into the NXT set! Then coming into the fray is Adam Cole! The NXT Champion barks at Lee and then gives his boys instructions. They then grab Lee and hold his limp self up, and Cole then lunges forward! WHAM! SUPERKICK TO KEITH LEE!! Cole taunts him and then instructs something else to the boys! Roddy goes down and holds his leg down as Fish then comes over and hands Adam a chair! Oh no! O’Reilly comes over and then fits the chair on Keith’s leg! Oh no! Keith is defenseless! Cole comes up with the chair and raises it up! WHAM! STEEL CHAIR SHOT STRAIGHT ON THE STEEL CHAIR WRAPPED AROUND LEE’S KNEE AND LEG!!

Oh no, oh no, oh NO! Cole pushes the chair away as Roddy laughs. O’Reilly and Fish taunt Lee as Cole looks personally disrespected and thus pretty irritated right now! Roddy comes up to him and gets his attention but Cole is still staring at Lee here. O’Reilly and Fish help lead them out as trainers and officials come flooding in to check on the wounded Lee. Things just got pretty violent, pretty quickly!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

A replay of the haunting attack The Undisputed ERA just put on Keith Lee is shown. As is a video of Lee being carted out of the building and to an ambulance waiting outside…

Back inside Full Sail Live. Kayden Carter is standing in the ring, her music playing. We then shift our attention to the stage as Taynara Conti makes her way out! Conti gets a nice babyface hand as her recent rivalry with ‘The Slayer’ Kelly Oliviera, FKA Killer Kelly, is highlighted on the commentary banter. But Conti’s focus must be on Carter tonight as she jockeys for position in one of the most competitive women’s divisions in the world.

2 – Singles Match
Kayden Carter vs. Taynara Conti

Both these lasses are hoping to break through the glass ceiling and a win could be pivotal towards getting closer to the elusive summit. The two ladies definitely wrestle with a lot of urgency. We’re in the last 24 hours of Draft Evaluation after all. Could either of these two ladies have their names be read? Anything’s possible! You just never know, especially as the women are on the heels of an three-hour episode of Raw to themselves! Wade says he was talking to Kayden Carter and Taynara Conti about that. They each said that they were thrilled but both of them expressed a desire to be on the next all-women’s episode of Raw or Smackdown or even a first here if that ever happens. Conti gets it going later in the match here when it is brought to our attention that Kelly Oliviera is watching the match up top here! Olivieria looks down from the balcony as Conti then drills Carter with the BRAZILIAN KICK! 1! 2! 3!!!

Winner: Taynara Conti via pinfall at 5:32.

Following the matchup, Conti looks up and sees Oliviera, which inspires her to go grab the microphone from Alicia Taylor. Conti then gets on the mic and says she has a bone to pick with her! She reminds everyone that Oliviera attacked her during her entrance three weeks ago! For seemingly no reason! Conti says that she wasn’t taught to blindside people. She was taught to fight people face to face! So Tay then challenges Oliviera to come down to the ring! Kelly scowls at Conti as she pulls out a mic of her own. She says she attacked Tay because she could, and wanted to prove to herself that she could do it and get away with it. Kelly says she wants one thing and that’s power. She tells Conti that she will be merely a footnote when she eventually rules this place. As for her challenge, Kelly says that she does things on her time. WHERE she wants to and WHEN. So basically, no, Tay, Kelly will not be fighting you right now.

A flash to the back, while the NXT theme song plays, as Jordan Myles is getting ready for the upcoming North American Championship #1 Contender’s Match!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

A neat hype video plays next for one of the bright, young stars in the NXT women’s division. The daring and chaotic Shotzi Blackheart, who lets out a howl at the end of the video!

Entrances for our next round of matches then go along. While Jordan Myles is on his way to the ring, Roderick Strong is seen watching this match from Undisputed ERA’s locker room. Intently at that!

3 – NXT North American Championship #1 Contender’s Play-In Match
‘The Colossal’ Bronson Reed (w/ Shane Thorne) vs. Jordan Myles

Jordan Myles has no problem in trying to climb a mountain. He will absolutely have that work cut out for him here though against the colossal man in Reed. Myles gets in early offense on him, but is snuffed out. Bronson nearly decapitates him and turns him inside out with a running clothesline and then picks Myles apart. He throttles him around the ring, up against the turnbuckles and with slams on the mat. Myles keeps on ticking however and doesn’t give up quite yet. Quite a few times, Bronson covers him, but quite a few times does Jordan kick out. Bronson gets a bit annoyed at the official, which allows for Thorne to go mess with Myles with the referee’s back turned. This happens a few times, that is until Thorne is caught! And well, that means he’s getting sent to the back! That draws an animated response from Thorne and also a response from Reed, who isn’t happy with that! But eventually, he pays for it as Myles runs up, dropkicks Reed, who tumbles through the ring and then flattens Thorne on the outside! Myles then gathers up steam and runs out and FLIES THROUGH THE AIR WITH A TOPE CON HILO ON THEM BOTH! Myles then goes back into the ring here and, after taking a beating, it looks like Myles is trying to win by countout! With Thorne being “assisted” to the back now, Reed is up to a count of 5 here on the outside! He’s only up to a foot and a knee as we see that his head banged off Thorne’s shoulder! So he’s a bit dazed right now! The referee gets up to 7 as Reed finally gets to two feet as he balances himself. 8! Reed turns and looks to the ring. And then lunges forward! 9! REED DIVES INTO THE RING! Myles will NOT be winning this match by countout! Reed gets up to his feet meanwhile as he runs into the corner where Myles is getting up! Myles then brings his knee up and he hits Reed between the eyes! Reed staggers back and comes back into two boots from Myles! Myles is using everything that he has left here after getting womped for much of the match. Myles then runs up to him but Reed catches him! Oh no! BLACK HOLE SLAM! Reed then drags Myles over to the corner, climbs up to the middle rope… TSUNAMI! 1! 2! 3!!!

Winner: Bronson Reed via pin fall at 6:45. Reed advances to next week’s #1 Contender Match for the North American Title.

Reed gets it done! The Colossal is on to next week’s Triple Threat Match, which should prove mighty interesting now that the big man has to be accounted for. Damian Priest will have his work cut out for him, and we don’t even know the other part of the equation yet. Myles meanwhile looks pretty damaged up in the ring. After taking that Black Hole Slam and Tsunami… it is not hard to figure out why that is.

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

After returning from the break, a distraught Riddick Moss is hurriedly heading into his locker room. He’s likely looking to get the hell out of dodge right now after what happened to his tag team partner Dorian Mak, courtesy of the growingly dangerous Dexter Lumis! Moss is continuing to zip up his duffel bag. The camera widens… DEXTER LUMIS is LOOMING in the corner! Moss doesn’t even see him! He heads away and out of here but that doesn’t seem to be the point. Lumis is ALWAYS watching…and that could spell trouble for Moss and so many more!

Prior to our next contest, footage rolls from Monday’s All-Women’s Spectacular! It specifically highlights Tegan Nox, who scored a win over Kay Lee Ray to clinch a berth in the Mae Young Classic Final at WWE REvolution!

Fittingly enough, Tegan and pals are in this next match. Also, it’s worth noting that spotted in the crowds are a gentleman wearing a USA Network polo and a young woman wearing a Fox hat. Hmm… have draft scouts descended upon Full Sail?

And, also speaking of sitting in the crowd… Kay Lee Ray’s here! Boy that just made things a little interesting…

4 – Six-Woman Tag Team Match
The Next Frontier (Emma, Jamie Hayter, and Sadie Gibbs) vs.
NXT UK Women’s Champ Bianca Belair, Dakota Kai, and Tegan Nox

We’ve got ourselves a big six-woman tag! The fight between The First Frontier and Bianca and her pals Team Fly Kick continues this week in Florida. Bianca is due to face Emma next week in Brentwood on NXT UK TV. But she gets a chance to take out Emma, who’s made her momentous return to Full Sail. Plenty of chants go up for her as you might expect, as she was a big crowd favorite several years ago. But there’s plenty of fan favorites in this match, including Dakota and Tegan, who get nice hands when they’re in the ring. Sadie Gibbs looks pretty strong in the early goings, but one woman who impresses big time is Jamie Hayter. The 24-year-old up-and-comer doesn’t wilt in front of Bianca and in fact looks pretty good against her! She uses her power game to go after Nox and Kai, whose knee she attacks. That becomes a focal point as the match goes on, and luckily for Kai her tag team partners are willing to give her respite.

Towards the end of the match though, Kai wants in and Nox tags in her tag team partner. There’s no reluctance and Kai shows no fear. She goes up to the top rope and DIVES OFF down on Hayter AND Gibbs! She cross-bodies her, rolls through and runs up and throws her knee in Emma’s face! Kai then takes Hayter down with a right, then a Clothesline to Gibbs, and then she runs up and Clotheslines Gibbs right out of the ring! Hayter runs over though and hits her up on the ropes! Jamie picks up Dakota and goes to swing her across the ring. Kai counters however, stopping midway, and runs up and BAM! Knee to the jaw! She then stands and dropkicks Hayter and she goes through the ropes and down on the floor! Dakota then giddies up, runs forward AND BANG! TOPE SUICIDA DOWN ON HAYTER!! What a showing by Dakota!! Pugnacious is Kai, who throws Hayter back in the ring a few moments later.

Kai then readies herself. She then runs forward… LEAPS… KAI-RO-PRACTOR to Hayter! Cover! 1! 2! EMMA BREAKS UP THE PIN! Emma gets on Dakota then and starts punching her! She wails on her and then wails on her knee! Rude! But Bianca then runs in! Emma sees this and goes to take off but Belair catches her! She pounds away at her and then tosses her out of the ring. She then watches as Emma comes up to her and Bianca then PRESSES HER UP… OVER HER HEAD! Simply a phenomenal feat of strength! Bianca walks over and-OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD SHE TOSSES EMMA INTO THE CROWD!! WHAT!! Belair just sent a human being into the crowd!! Belair gets a bit too caught up then by Kay Lee as she walks over and taunts her a bit! She asks her when the last time she threw someone around like that was. All the while however, Sadie Gibbs has just handed something to Jamie Hayter! Sadie then runs over and starts punching away at Bianca!! Belair is caught off guard but begins to fight back. Tegan jumps off the apron then and starts to go after Sadie here! The referee then turns his head through to try to tell everyone to get back to their corners.

Meanwhile, Dakota picks up Jamie… WHO SNUFFS HER WITH A PUNCH TO THE FACE! IT’S A LOADED FIST – SHE’S GOT BRASS KNUCKS!! She dips them into her trunks and then hooks the legs! She calls the referee over, who drops down and counts! 1! 2! 3!!!

Winners: Emma, Jamie Hayter, and Sadie Gibbs via pin fall at 10:07.

Whew! A donnybrook of a match concludes with Jamie Hayter scoring a win thanks to a fistful of knucks. But she’s a slippery one, and she slides out of the ring unscathed and feeling great. She collects Sadie here as Emma is still… somewhere out there.

Kay Lee Ray, meanwhile, has jumped the barricade and hops into the ring and checks on Dakota Kai. She’s KO’ed and Ray immediately realizes it. She calls for help here as Tegan joins in as well in trying to help.

Ray gets up to her feet as Belair goes into the ring. “What are you even doing here?” Belair asks, suddenly getting confrontational. “Why are you here?” This seems to grab Tegan’s attention as she then gets up and stands in front of Ray. “What are you doing?” Asks Nox, who Ray grabs and pulls away. “Easy,” says Ray as Belair seems to be a bit annoyed by Kay Lee Ray’s presence… it disrupted her and distracted her, which played a big role in the finish. But… whose decision was it to get so distracted when she was doing nothing…

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

We’re back, and, suddenly we’re in the office of Commissioner Regal…

COMMISSIONER REGAL

Ladies and gentlemen, I hope you’ve been enjoying this episode of NXT. Last week, NXT produced its first-ever TakeOver on cable television. At the conclusion of that broadcast, as I came to realize an hour after the show went off the air, I received a telephone call. That telephone call was from Stephanie McMahon.

Oh… Oh???

Commissioner Regal

This telephone call was an extremely important one. I will be publicly addressing this phone call with you all next week at the beginning of the broadcast.

Well, that’s major…

Commissioner Regal

I have already discussed the nature of this phone call with the NXT locker room. So everybody will not be blindsided when this news is revealed to you all.

That… CERTAINLY sounds like… a very big deal.

Commissioner Regal
But I do have major news to discuss with you all tonight. On October 26th, WWE will produce REvolution, the second All-Women’s event on the WWE Network. And it will be live, from Brooklyn, New York, at the Barclays Center.

That’s right!

Commissioner Regal
NXT has made plenty of history at Barclays Center before. And at REvolution, we will again. The NXT Women’s Championship will be defended at the event. ‘The Genius of the Sky’ Io Shirai, currently the longest-reigning champion in NXT here in the United States will defend her championship against the winner of a #1 Contender’s Match next week on NXT. Featuring… the woman Io defeated last week at TakeOver: UnRIVALED, a woman who I was very impressed with… and have decided to give a second chance to, Shotzi Blackheart.

Ooooh… but who’s…

Commissioner Regal
But Shotzi will have her work cut out for her. Her opponent next week will be no slouch. In fact, she is a former NXT Women’s Champion. The first-ever winner of the Mae Young Classic. Kairi Sane!

Wow!! OKAY!! That’s BIG!! What a match that’s sure to be next week!

We’re now back inside Full Sail Live as Joaquin Wilde is making his way to the ring! Wilde has been gunning for this moment for a while, as an insert promo from him tells us. He’s competing for gold tonight! Purple-wrapped gold, but gold nonetheless.

5 – WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match
Kyle O’Reilly © defends against Joaquin Wilde

One might think that because of the circumstances, Kyle O’Reilly would be feeling himself a bit. The new double champion would have almost every right to maybe pull his foot off the gas a bit here because his 75-80% is probably better than a lot of guys’ 100%... but O’Reilly pulls exactly ZERO punches here. While Joaquin Wilde proves early on that he’s a capable challenger, putting KOR on skates, the discipline from the Cruiserweight Champion is apparent. Extremely evident, as KOR definitely empties out the tank here and doesn’t take Wilde lightly. Kyle wrestles with a clear sense of urgency. The counterpoint to him taking things lightly is that he’s been going HARD for quite some time. So he tries to finish Wilde off early, but the challenger keeps on ticking. Late in the matchup, Wilde looks for an opening and seizes one after he moves away from a running O’Reilly! KOR eats the top turnbuckle and Wilde grabs him from behind and hits an Overhead German Suplex!! O’Reilly lands flat on the canvas on his face and Wilde then goes up to the top rope! He looks to capture the title away! 450° SPLASH! 1! 2! SHOULDER UP! Wilde can’t believe it, but O’Reilly JUST popped the shoulder up right before the count of 3! Wilde tries to compensate for this after walking around a bit. But walking around was a mistake as it gave O’Reilly the chance to wake up! And he grabs Wilde and puts him in a Triangle Choke!! Wilde reached down for O’Reilly, but the Champion was WAITING for him!! And not too long after that does Wilde TAP OUT!!

Winner: Kyle O’Reilly via submission at 7:57. O’Reilly RETAINS the Cruiserweight Championship.

The good vibes for The Undisputed ERA keep up! O’Reilly retains his championship and takes the titles away from the referee after he awards them to him. KOR puts them on his shoulders and looks down at Wilde as he heads away. O’Reilly doesn’t react really, doesn’t add insult to injury, and instead just walks away. Kyle is feeling cool, calm, confident, and collected right now. He strums his title belt as replays air, and we come back to him continuing to strum to the beat of the theme song.

A video package then plays, focusing on an old face who made their way back to NXT: Ember Moon! Moon says in the video that she feels too much time has been spent wasting away and she saw the opportunity to make a splash. So that’s why she’s back in NXT. But there’s other reasons, one of which includes the NXT Women’s Championship! Ember makes it very clear that she wants Io Shirai and the Women’s Title! Which, well, considering the match made for next week… just a bit awkward!

More hype for our main event of Drew Gulak versus KUSHIDA, with the winner advancing to next week’s North American Title #1 Contender’s Triple Threat, plays out!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

Another video package, this one focusing on two big and bad dudes. Santana and Ortiz are profiled! While highlights of their match with The Street Profits last week play, Santana and Ortiz both proclaim that they are now THE tag team in NXT to beat. They boast that they’re the ones who run the division and that whether you dispute it or not, they’re going to make everything crystal clear very soon. Quite the threat, and quite the reputation to back it up, having dismissed the former NXT Tag Team Champions last week in their Anything Goes Match.

We return to Full Sail and bringing VXT out is the other Mae Young Classic Finalist, Deonna Purrazzo! The Virtuosa is here and Purrazzo leads Chelsea Green and Rachael Evers down to the ring. Purrazzo is definitely feeling herself right now, and after being one of only two people to tag Toni Storm with a loss since she came up to the main roster? You can’t blame her!

6 – Tag Team Match
The IIconics vs. VXT (w/ Deonna Purrazzo)

Off from The NXT UK Report tonight are The IIconics (because NXT UK is in full this week, lads!) and instead, Billie Kay and Peyton Royce get their hands dirty with Chelsea Green and Rachael Evers. This match is definitely led by Chelsea, who works hard to impress her best pal at ringside. Purrazzo cheers her and Evers on as they try to wrestle their way into their win column. Purrazzo is also sure to flex her muscles a little bit here, and with the ref distracted, she provides a presence by meddling with both Billie and Peyton at times. Royce leads a comeback effort late, but it winds up being all for naught. Evers sends Royce into the ropes, and collects her and drills her with a Reverse Atomic Drop! She stumbles back… and Chelsea grabs her, twists her around, AND HITS I’M PRETTIER (The Unprettier, for the uninitiated)! 1! 2!! 3!!!

Winners: VXT via pin fall at 4:23.

After the match, Deonna gets into the ring with her girls. She hypes them up and then she goes over and starts to add insult to injury! She starts stomping on Peyton!! The crowd boos her unsurprisingly, and as Billie goes in to save her partner, Chelsea and Rachael go on the attack! They send her away and Deonna then grabs Royce and does the very same thing! Purrazzo demands a microphone and she’s then given one. Deonna asks the crowd if they watched the All-Women’s Spectacular this week. She says that in case they didn’t, she’d like to point out that she is the ONLY person other than literally BAYLEY to pin TONI STORM since July! Deonna says that she said that this year’s Mae Young Classic was hers to win. So far, nobody has proven her wrong. Not Candice LeRae, not Dakota Kai, not Toni Storm, and Purrazzo says that Tegan Nox isn’t going to either! Deonna then says that she’s fully focused on the MYC, but there’s one blemish on her record that she wants to take care of. She then issues a challenge to… Mia Yim! Purrazzo says that when she decides to stop hanging out with Candice LeRae, she can come back to NXT. And if she wants to go so bad, after she wins, she’ll help pack her bags. Woo! Hot fire from Purrazzo who throws the mic down and leaves with her girls.

We see backstage that Tyler Bate is all set for his interview with the sensational Renee Young backstage! That interview is NEXT!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

There is then a video package… a night sky is shown. Peaceful, calm, lit up with stars. Then, something is seen shooting across the sky…

We are back! And that means it’s sit-down interview time! Well… that would be the case if the interview wasn’t almost immediately interrupted! What the hell!? Tyler Bate is attacked! By Roderick Strong!!! Roddy and then all of Undisputed ERA flood into the room! Renee absolutely hightails it as a 4-on-1 attack is being unleashed on Bate! Roddy gets on him then and starts pummeling him! “You think you can just come here! Take our spotlight!?” Roddy shouts at him as he keeps walloping him! “This is OUR NXT!” one Adam Cole shouts out. “You should’ve stayed across the pond, Tyler!” Kyle points out that we aren’t gonna find out why he was here though! Cole responds by saying that we’re showing everyone why he isn’t going to be here next week however. O’Reilly smiles at that as the group then grabs Bate and runs in! And runs him straight into the camera! OW!!! THEY GOT HIM IN THE EYE! Bate screams in pain as he grabs at his eye, which might’ve suffered serious damage off the camera lens! TUE is clearly drunk with power right now and they’re letting everybody know about it!

And… well, the show must go on…

7 – NXT North American Championship #1 Contender’s Play-In Match
Drew Gulak vs. KUSHIDA

You might be surprised to learn that a match featuring two of the best cruiserweights in the world turns out to be a good one. But there is some underlying tension here. The Undisputed ERA have targeted a lot of people tonight. Keith Lee was sent to the hospital. Tyler Bate might be on his way there. O’Reilly defeated Joaquin Wilde in the ring. It’s hard to imagine a stronger night for the group. Considering whoever wins this match will make themselves an enemy out of Roderick Strong, you have to imagine TUE is targeting this match. So there’s a pensiveness on both Gulak and KUSHIDA’s sides here. They look over their own shoulders a lot, and it causes the match to play out longer than it might have been had The Undisputed ERA not invoked a lot of fear tonight. Towards the end of the match, Gulak chops the hell out of KUSHIDA as he goes into the corner. He then pulls him in, tumbles back and turns all that into an Armbar! He pushes his knee down on KUSHIDA’s neck, trying to force him right into submission! But KUSHIDA suddenly tumbles away and puts Gulak’s shoulders on the mat! 1! 2! NO! Gulak tries to get his submission hold back in but KUSHIDA rolls away! He then gets up to his feet and kicks Gulak! He then runs in and jumps at him! And locks in the Hoverboard Lock! A move that has submitted MANY! Drew goes down to a knee and refuses to tap here! He shakes his head relentlessly when the referee asks him if he wants to give up. KUSHIDA dips down more and applies more pressure! Drew refuses to go away though and he eventually gets up to a knee! And then up to two feet! And we see him dipping down, looking to power KUSHIDA OFF! … But Gulak falls back down! Oh no! OH NO!!! He falls down to two knees as KUSHDIA keeps the Hoverboard Lock in!

…AND HE TAPS OUT!!!

Winner: KUSHIDA via submission at 12:27. KUSHIDA advances to the NXT North American Title #1 Contender’s Triple Threat Match.

And that’s it! What a match! And what a finish! KUSHIDA gets his hand raised and then helps Gulak up and embraces him! Good sportsmanship on display! Tom and Wade then go over next week’s card as time is winding down here!

Commissioner William Regal makes a MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT regarding his future in NXT

NXT North American Championship #1 Contender’s Triple Threat Match
‘The Colossal’ Bronson Reed (w/ Shane Thorne) vs. Damian Priest vs. KUSHIDA

NXT Women’s Championship #1 Contender’s Match
*Winner faces Io Shirai at WWE REvolution*

Kairi Sane vs. Shotzi Blackheart

…but halfway through explaining that match, the camera cuts back to the ring!

Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly have ambushed KUSHIDA!!

Oh no!! The beatings tonight continue! Fish and O’Reilly are on the attack and it’s easy to understand why O’Reilly is mad at KUSHIDA! He beat him at The Garden last month! His only defeat in recent memory! Kyle tells Fish to pick him up and Fish does. Kyle then starts sending in shots here! One after another! And KUSHIDA is DEFENSELESS! This mugging continues here-

Until music suddenly plays! O’Reilly is slightly disrupted here, as he turns to the stage as he and the crowd don’t immediately recognize it. KOR then goes back in on the attack.

AND THEN THE CROWD ABSOLUTELY ROARS!!

Kyle turns around—

Fish looks out—

He drops KUSHIDA!

FISH AND O’REILLY LOOK LIKE THEY’VE SEEN A DAMN GHOST!

THE CAMERA CUTS OV-

OH MY GOD IT’S

ALEX SHELLEY!!!!!

OH – MY – GOODNESS!!

Fish and O’Reilly have absolutely frozen and the crowd has gone absolutely BERSERK!

ALEX SHELLEY is here in NXT!!

And Shelley pulls his jacket off and races into the ring!!

He goes and strikes O’Reilly! He then goes and hits Fish with a Clothesline out of the ring!! Kyle goes to grab his championship and he runs over at Shelley but Shelley kicks him! And he tosses O’Reilly down on Fish!

ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!

The camera cuts and we find Adam Cole racing out!
Roderick Strong tries to keep him back here but Cole seems adamant about it! He’s infuriated! But everybody else is over the moon! Alex Shelley has descended on NXT and has helped his tag team partner KUSHIDA from a significantly worser fate!

What the HELL could possibly come next?!!

NXT UK

10 October 2019 | Brentwood, England

And we’re off! An exciting edition of NXT UK has hit the airwaves here on the WWE Network! A new set of tapings has begun from The Brentwood Centre in Brentwood, England! With a new location comes a new commentary team. Brand-new play-by-play man Kevin Patrick welcomes us to the broadcast, and he is joined by Percy Watson, who of course was on color for NXT in the US for much of the last calendar year. But, we’ve got a new team on the scene here and they hype up the show to come tonight:

~ The fallout from last week, where EMMA returned to the NXT Universe to join PAIGE and her crew!
~ JAZZY GABERT is in action!
~ JAMIE HAYTER battles up-and-comer STEVIE TURNER!

~ In the MAIN EVENT: TRENT SEVEN and NOAM DAR battle it out for the final spot in the Fatal Four-Way Match to crown the FIRST-EVER NXT UK Heritage Champion

But first! A flash to the ring, where Joseph Conners is standing. Unfortunately for Conners, he’s going to probably wish he wasn’t in the ring. “SYMPHONY NO. 9” bursts through the P.A. system in the arena and is met with huge cheers! The Brentwood crowd is being given a treat as the NXT UK Champion is in action again! It’s WALTER who appears, menacingly as ever, at the top of the stage. The Ring General marches down to the ring as Conners, who doesn’t seem to have been aware of his opponent tonight, looks like he soiled himself good here. WALTER gets to the ring and stands at attention, grabbing the attention of everyone in the crowd as well. Interestingly enough though, WALTER looks over and the Brentwood crowd soon realizes what he IS looking at: Standing up in the balcony of the Centre? SHEAMUS! The Celtic Warrior and the man that wants to face WALTER for his championship is in the house! He talks a bit of smack but WALTER scowls at him and shakes his head. He’s pissed, and that is baaaaad news for the other man in the ring right now.

Match 1 Non-Title Match
NXT UK Champ, WALTER vs. Joseph Conners

You might be surprised to learn that this does not go well at all for Conners. WALTER puts on a spirited performance, and we learn from our new commentary team that The Ring General HIMSELF asked for this match. He tells us that WALTER typically will not wrestle unless he has a championship to defend. However, it appears that Sheamus’ insistence on being around him is pissing him off and he wants to send a message to The Celtic Warrior. Well… that message is being sent pretty loudly. As loud as the freaking CHOPS to the chest that Conners eats. With Sheamus as a spectator, The Ring General eventually finishes Conners off with a Running Powerbomb, and stares right up at Sheamus after getting the 1! 2! 3!!

WINNER: WALTER via pin fall at 3:01.

After the match ends, WALTER throws Conners out of the ring as Sheamus rises to his feet. The Celtic Warrior also has a microphone in hand.

SHEAMUS
FELLA… Fella, pretty great performance there, lad. I have to hand it to you.

WALTER doesn’t seem to be so enthused with the compliment from Sheamus. He doesn’t seem to be enthused much in general.

Sheamus
You’ve been champion of this brand now for six long months. I have to hand it to you. You haven’t faltered. Every test, you’ve aced. But lemme tell ya somethin’.

WALTER puts his championship on his shoulder as he looks up.

Sheamus
Those tests that you’ve had are nothin’ compared to what you’d feel if you stepped in the ring with The Celtic Warrior!

Cheers! WALTER seems unfazed nonetheless, but there’s cheers from a spirited Sheamus.

Sheamus
Last week, when me and the lads kicked your lads’ asses all over Cardiff, I saw it in your eyes, fella. You know that if you step into the ring with Sheamus that you’re not going to have a fun time at all!

WALTER shakes his head. He’s obviously in disagreement with him.

Sheamus
Now I think it’s a little convenient that… they said that you don’t wrestle unless you defend that title. But here you are, pickin’ up the scraps, beating somebody who couldn’t withstand one Brogue Kick in the jaw, and not facing The Celtic Warrior. Now… why is that?

Uh oh…

Sheamus
Big fella, can you tell me why that is? Because that sounds like you might be duckin’ The Celtic Warrior. The former World Champion. The man who’s won EVERYTHING available to him except one championship. And the man who’s gonna make one more title available to him whether you like you it or not!

Cheers again! Sheamus gets a lot of hype from the people around him here.

Sheamus
Fella, I’m not goin’ anywhere. You shouldn’t expect me to go anywhere. The only thing that’s going anywhere, in fact, is that ten pounds of gold on your shoulder!!!

Ooooooh! Sheamus continues to make his declarations known here and the crowd loves it! His music hits and WALTER looks at him with great disrespect. He probably just pissed The Big Man off but Sheamus? He seems to WANT that. So it’s all good in his eyes!

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

A video package plays. It follows the similar theme of the past few weeks, which is to say: Dark, gloomy, cobblestone-y and foggy. But this week, we get some real meat on the bone. The image of a woman is shown, as she stands in an empty ring wearing black. Inter-cutting shots mixed with the forests. And then words appear!

AOFIE VALKYRIE COMES TO NXT UK… NEXT MONTH!

We get a quick little snippet of draft scouts arriving to the building. This is, after all, the last show before the WWE Draft begins tomorrow. So it’s very important to get those final evaluations…

Match 2 Singles Match
Jazzy Gabert vs. Jinny

So… yeah, this proves to be quite the performance for Gabert. After she’s been making her presence felt out here in NXT UK recently, she has another thoroughly dominant performance. Jinny doesn’t stand much of a chance unfortunately, but she tries. She.. she definitely tries. But Gabert is impenetrable as she finds out. Gabert tosses Jinny around like a rag doll and since Niven is now on WWE television… it appears that we have a new big bad on the yard. Gabert hits a BIG CHOKESLAM down on Jinny and gets the win!

WINNER: Jazzy Gabert via pin fall at 2:32.

Gabert talks some trash through the camera to Rhea Ripley! Rhea and her have already thrown fists before and she seems to want more of that. She adds insult to injury after the match, grabbing Jinny and hitting her with another Chokeslam.

Earlier today, a media scrum was around The First Frontier, with Paige present.

REPORTER 1

Paige, this question is for you. How satisfied were you with The First Frontier’s victory last night on NXT?

PAIGE
Frankly, that’s what we were all expecting. We expect to win every time that we are out there. So I was very satisfied with what I saw.

REPORTER 2
Jamie, your response to the rumors around you?

Paige
Hold on, sorry Jamie. What rumors?

Reporter 2
The rumors that her name has been in discussion to be drafted to Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown.

Paige
I’m sorry, we don’t speak about—

JAMIE HAYTER
My response…

Oh. That’s interesting.

Jamie Hayter
Is that I can’t blame them for wanting me if these rumors are true. It would be an honor to go out there and wrestle on Raw and Smackdown just like Emma and just like Paige have done. That’s everyone’s goal. I’ll be paying attention tomorrow if my name is in a pool.

Well then…

Reporter 2
Thank you.

REPORTER 3
Jamie, you’re in action tonight against Stevie Turner. Scouts are in attendance. Is there any added motivation?

Jamie Hayter
I’m not looking for style points. I want to beat my opponent always. Stevie will find out later tonight that she’s just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

And after that potentially awkward segment… we transition to another segment from earlier today.

In Nigel McGuinness’ office, McGuinness spoke to Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster. Andrews and Webster were petitioning to be in discussion for the NXT UK Tag Team Titles. Then, newcomers Elton Prince and Kit Wilson came into the room. Prince and Wilson didn’t have much to say, but they dissed the hell out of Andrews and Webster’s outfits. They say to them that instead of worrying about a Tag Team Championship shot, they should worry about their fit game. Andrews and Morgan don’t really pay any mind to that, and just seem kind of annoyed.

Match 3 – Singles Match
Jamie Hayter (w/ The First Frontier) vs. Stevie Turner

After the segment earlier tonight, you might not be surprised to learn that Jamie Hayter AND Stevie Turner work this match with a lot of motivation. The draft scouts moved to the front row for this one with two up-and-comers in action. Hayter, quite gifted, flaunts her stuff yet again in what is a stirring showing. Stevie Turner, new on the scene still, shows a lot of rambunctiousness and a lot of feistiness too. Hayter clearly wants to end the match early and shows a lot of urgency. Her strikes look HARSH but Turner still fights on. Stevie puts Hayter on her heels here and then goes up to the top rope. She leaps off but Hayter catches her! She hits a Rib Breaker on her and then hits her with a big Fallaway Slam! Hayter dusts her hands off and then picks Stevie up. She then sends her into the ropes and Hayter then runs off… and CLOBBERS TURNER AND TAKES HER HEAD OFF WITH A LARIAT!! WOW! JBL-like! She hooks the leg but it’s academic from there! 1! 2! 3!!!

WINNER: Jamie Hayter via pin fall at 5:35.

Hayter has her hand raised here and she definitely takes some pride into this one. Sadie Gibbs gets in the ring and high fives her while Emma and Paige clap on the outside. Paige is seen talking to Emma before we cut back to Hayter and Gibbs who remain celebratory in the ring! Another…awkward moment there, to be sure, but Jamie certainly impressed many. Including those who might be important to impress.

Noam Dar cuts what is a pretty passionate promo. Unexpectedly so perhaps! Dar talks about the journey that he’s been on ever since the Cruiserweight Classic three years ago. He has been on Monday Night Raw, he has been on 205 Live, but he has been here on NXT UK now… and he hasn’t made the impact he thought he would. But he believes that tonight he can change all of that. All he has to do is take care of Trent Seven. Dar says that Seven’s never dealt with a Supernova before and he’s not going to see what’s coming to him later tonight.

~ COMMERCIAL BREAK ~

We hype up what’s to come on next week’s show!

#1 Contender’s Tag Team Match
Imperium vs. Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews

We hear from Rhea Ripley!

A sit-down interview between Bianca Belair and Kay Lee Ray!

Non-Title Match
NXT UK Champ, Bianca Belair vs. Emma

Singles Match
Sheamus vs. Tyler Bate (TBD on Bate’s status)

And now it is… main event time!

Match 4 – NXT UK Heritage Championship Play-In Match
Noam Dar vs. Trent Seven
Dar and Seven get a canvas to work here in Brentwood and work they do. This one feels like it can go truly either way. Seven is still a bit banged up from what Imperium’s been doing to him over the past few months. He hasn’t even competed too much, so there’s a little bit of dust that comes off him. Noam though is supremely focused and energetic. He is very driven and Seven seems to be letting him stay on longer and longer. The Scottish Supernova continues to roll on here as the match barrels toward the finish. Seven sends Dar into the corner and runs in, looking for the Seven-Star Lariat! No! Dar tumbles below his arm! He then quickly gets up and dropkicks him into the turnbuckles! Seven is out! Dar then goes up to the top rope and looks down below. And he flies! Swanton Bomb from Dar!! Dar reaches back and covers! 1! 2! 3!!!

WINNER: Noam Dar via pin fall at 12:11. Dar WILL COMPETE for the NXT UK Heritage Title.

END OF SHOW

NXT UK Heritage Championship Fatal 4-Way Match
Match to Occur at a Later Determined Date
Ilja Dragunov vs. Killian Dain vs. Noam Dar vs. Zack Gibson
