Yeah I'll claim, but I guess it won't be as impressive as I thought it would be.

I'm the Neighbor and I have chosen @Phenom as my partner. I thought his Miller claim was legit and that he had been playing a fairly townie game so far. However, Phenom informed me that on this forum Neighbor can be any alignment, which I am not familiar with. There may have been one or two games on my old home with scum or indie neighbors, but I can't recall playing in them and they might have been bastard games as well. So I do have to walk back my LOCKED Town claim a bit here. However, after recently starting the game of World of Horror, my character is legitimately one of the neighbors of a main protagonist, so character and role make sense.

Yeah, masons could be seen as a town only role in some places, but no reason a neighborizer couldn't be scum.
