What are the stupidest and best tattoos you have seen?

This could be in person, or in a picture, what has been the best tattoo you have seen, and the worst tattoo you have seen.

I always thought this tattoo or other Spartan style tattoos were cool. I also love Edge's "Rise Above" tattoo on his forearm. Stupid tattoos I've seen have been tattoos of food on people. That's just weird. I saw one where this guy had an entire burger on the top of his head.

There are entire CATEGORIES of "stupid" tattoos:

Tribal barbwire around the biceps.

Crucifix tattoos. Most of them never look good.

Eagle tearing through the skin, "'Uhhmerica" tattoo: I see it ALL THE TIME.

Neck tattoos. If you get a tattoo on your neck, and it's on the side or your throat, you're a moron who is telling society: "Why yes, I want you to think I'm a lowlife scumbag gangbanger/white trash with no upbringing, or I just got paroled from prison and I'm dangerous and unreliable"

Tattoo's with inspirational quotes in different languages that you know the people don't speak. And when you ask why, they say it's for their Grandmother or something. I like the idea, but for fuck sake, use your native tongue, otherwise you look ridiculous!

Fun fact: This tattoo took the guy 80 hours to do and he got it from his buddy.... for free.

Now that is a real impressive piece of work. Like... wow.

But as far as stupid... its those Japanese characters that people get and they think it stands for "courage" or "strength" or "respect" when it most likely means... "purple," "orange," "hello." If I remembered my Japanese better I could probably pick it out and be like haha they tattooed "blue" on you. Plus they use the simplified Japanese characters instead of the better looking more complex ones so that's just... it shows they don't know what they are doing. They should get katakana... but they mainly get hiragana. I'm not particular on the spelling of those two words but I can say them

Anything on the face or the neck. It doesn't really matter what it is, but those are two areas that just make anyone look like a complete douchebag. They could have a 9/11 memorial and it would still make them look Blue.
