Taz, Kevin Nash, and JBL were on commentary, and JBL said he was here to watch his tag team beat Chris Sabin and Jimmy Jacobs and challenge for the tag belts.

Match 1: Brian Kendrick vs Richie Steamboat
Kendrick came right in and was super aggressive, quickly throwing punches and forearms. Steamboat threw him off with his deep arm drags and started to fly, but Kendrick knocked him out with a heel kick! ONE … TWO … THRE - Steamboat got an arm up, but Kendrick kept on him aggressively. Steamboat had a few flurries, but Kendrick shut him down with kicks and even an Indy Exploder into the corner, naturally used as a spot in an Xplosion opener. Steamboat kicked out at 2.5, but Kendrick nailed a Superkick to end it.
Winners via pinfall: Brian Kendrick (5:09)

Kendrick immediately rolled and out went to the back.

--Commercial Break--

Lauren had Brian Kendrick backstage, and he was not in a good mood. He said that he was so close to winning the X-Division Championship last night, but -- just, it didn’t happen. He said that he faults nobody but himself, but he knows that if anybody is going to topple Alex Shelley from his pedestal, it’s going to be Brian Kendrick.

Match 2: Jimmy Rave w/ Frankie Kazarian vs Raven w/ Elix Skipper
Writing a match out with the two participants as Rave and Raven would be annoying. Instead, I’ll say that this was basic. Rave mostly controlled, but Raven got a rollup out of the corner to get a surprise win!
Winners via pinfall: Raven (4:12)

Raven got up and celebrated, and Kaz couldn’t believe it! The faces celebrated, but Ravarian attacked from behind and laid them both out.

Footage from Impact played of Jarrett costing James Storm a match against Matt Morgan. It cut to Storm standing with Lauren, and he said that he kicked Jarrett’s ass once, and he wanted the chance to do it again.

--Commercial Break--

Jeff Jarrett called into commentary and said that he’d be on Xplosion next week to respond to James Storm. Before he left, JBL shouted at him that Buddy Landel is a cock, but Jarrett just sighed and hung up.

Match 3: Roderick Strong/Chuck Taylor vs Scott Lost/Kenny King w/ TJ Perkins
The heels Pearl Harbored the faces at the start, and immediately went to work on the injuries that both Strong and Chuck sustained in KOTM. Strong came back with his backbreakers to Lost, so Lost bailed. Strong followed up with a Suicide Dive, and when TJ and Kenny went to check on him, Chuckie took them out with his SLOPPY AS HELL PLANCHA!

--Commercial Break--

Chuck was having the time of his life running around and hitting Lost and King, and he even did a well-executed body slam to both guys! TJ tripped him up though, and he couldn’t really figure out how to take on both guys at once, so yeah, isolation. He finally got a break after SPRINGBOARD DROPKICK, and he made the hot tag! Backbreakers everywhere. He tried to put Lost in the Strong Hold, but King came in and leveled him with a clothesline! He tried the Coronation, but Strong floated over and hit a Pendulum Backbreaker! Chuck got in, but Lost pushed him off the apron. He grabbed Strong and hit a Side Suplex! And the BIG FAT KILL! He got up and celebrated, but turned into the SLOPPY AS HELL MOONSAULT! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Roderick Strong/Chuck Taylor (9:56)

Roddy and Chuck celebrated in the ring, and commentary pointed out that Chuck has been on sort of a roll since getting his first victory against Sean Hernandez.

Backstage, Paul London said that everybody’s been asking him if he blames Brian Kendrick for him not winning the X-Division Championship. He proceeded to not answer that question, but he said that he fully intends to take that belt from Shelley.

--Commercial Break--

Alex Shelley called into commentary and told Kevin Nash to set up a nice #1 contender’s tournament for next week so that there can be a #1 contender’s match at Victory Road, since there can’t be an X-Title match, given that he’ll be challenging for the World Title.

Backstage, TJ told Lost and King that they must just not be a great pairing, eh?

MORE KOSLOV VS JAPS! Koslov came out and called out whoever he was facing this week.

zilnap.jpg

Who the hell is this white guy? Koslov yelled at this kid for not being Japanese, but he answered in his Irish voice that he is indeed Japanese, and he’s about to beat his Commie ass.

Match 4: Viktor Koslov w/ The Axis Powers vs Prince Devitt
Koslov charged right into Devitt’s AMAZING standing dropkick! Devitt kept bumping him around with hard strikes and dropkicks, so Koslov rolled out of the ring. He regrouped with the Powers, so DEVITT TOOK THEM ALL OUT WITH A TOPE CON GIRO! He landed on his feet, and threw Koslov right back in! SPRINGBOARD SPLASH! ONE … TWO … THRE - Koslov kicked out! Devitt pulled him up and tried a DDT, but Koslov shoved him away. He tried a clothesline, but Devitt ducked and hit a big overhead kick! Koslov reeled in place, and Devitt hit the BLOODY SUNDAY! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Prince Devitt! (2:39)

Devitt got up and celebrated, and Koslov couldn’t believe it! He flipped out as Devitt celebrated to the back.

--Commercial Break--

The Axis Powers were in the back, and Koslov was throwing a fit. He said that that Devitt guy is a poser, and that victory wouldn’t stand.

Match 5: Eric Young/Tyson Dux/Tyson Tomko vs Volador/Los Infernales
Team Canada dominated at the start. But Dux got caught up by Los Infernales, and stereo dropkicks sent him into their corner. Averno and Mephisto did some double-team stuff together, topped off by Dropkick Poetry in Motion! Volador took his turn and really bumped Dux around for a while, but when he tried a hurricanrana, Dux countered with a powerbomb! ONE … TWO … THR - Volador kicked out! Dux dragged him over for Tomko to lay into him some, and then Young came in to wear him down on the mat. The Canuck trio kept cutting off the hot tag, so finally Volador went on a huge burst and started raging on them all with LUCHA POWER~. He kicked out Young and Tomko, and then nailed Dux with an Enzuigiri! He climbed up top AND HIT THE DRAGONRANA! Dux wasn’t legal, so Volador got up, right into Young’s SPIKE PILEDRIVER! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Team Canada (6:24)

Paul London was seen talking to Angelina Love in the back, but when the camera spotted them, they split!

--Commercial Break--

Commentary (well, only Taz) hyped the Six-Pack #1 contender's match on Impact.

Footage played of the recent Sabin/Jacobs vs Bailout feud. Then JBL left the commentary booth to go to ringside.

Match 6: New Age Machineguns vs Bailout w/ JBL
Burke and Sabin went to the mat for a while, and Burke started to target the head and neck. Sabin returned with the same, and them started to up the pace. Jacobs got in to do the same, and the former tag champs bumped around the Pope. He finally scurried away and tagged in Davey, and both guys backed off. He started raging on Jimmy with strikes and no-selling everything, so Jacobs got sick of even trying and just lowbridged him to the outside. Jacobs lined up for a Suicide Dive, but Burke pulled down the ropes on the outside side, and Jacobs fell out to the floor! Sabin went to get into the ring, but Davey yanked him off the apron and chucked him into the barricade! Bailout had both guys down on the floor going into the break!

--Commercial Break--

Davey was beating the shit out of Sabin in a corner, and then Burke got in to do some wearing down, mixed with plenty of taunting. Burke’s tendency to showboat made it pretty back-and-forth, with Burke taking the bumps and Davey just coming in to bruise around. Davey got overextended pounding at Jacobs, and Sabin made a blind tag and surprised him with YAKUZA KICK! ONE … TWO … THR - Burke pulled him off! He chucked Sabin into the corner and tried the Elijah Express, but Sabin moved and then threw him into a SPEAR FROM JACOBS! They threw Burke out and pulled Davey up for the Veg-O-Matic, but Davey elbowed away from Sabin and caught Jacobs with a Flapjack! He tried the Bankrupt Driver, but Sabin floated out and hit the SPRINGBOARD TORNADO DDT! ONE … TWO … THRE - Burke JUST dove to save! He pulled Sabin up for the Bankrupt Bomb, but Sabin body dropped away! He tried a Superkick, but Burke ducked and hit his Pimp Slap! Davey came out of nowhere with a BIG running elbow! He tried one on Jacobs, but Jacobs ducked and caught him off the ropes with a hurricanrana! He climbed up top, but while Burke distracted the ref, JBL hopped up and shoved Jacobs off! He stumbled up, and Bailout pulled him up for the BANKRUPTCY! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Bailout (12:55)

Bailout celebrated in the ring and then, you guessed it, challenged for the tag titles!

Commentary opened up the show and hyped Collyer vs Hero, Kurt Angle in action, and a big #1 contender’s match of Shelley vs Styles vs Low Ki vs Monty vs Daniels vs Danielson.

Before the match, Tyson Tomko and Tyson Dux came out said that, as Canadians, they stood for equality and progressiveness, in a way that Americans cannot understand. And so, they were issuing a warning to all of their opponents: Time You Stop Owning Nopes.

Match 1: T.Y.S.O.N. vs Asian Tigers [Kiyoshi/Okato]
Dux tried to ground them, but they started doing Japanese stuff to bump him around. Tomko came in and killed them both, and they couldn’t really get any reverse momentum going. Dux delivered a cheap knee to Kiyoshi from the apron, and he walked into the Argentine Backbreaker to get pinned.
Winners via pinfall: T.Y.S.O.N (5:08)

Team Canada celebrated in the ring, then to the back.

Chris Hero was backstage, and he said he got never got a chance to formally introduce himself. He talked himself up some as a mat technician with size on his side, and a hell of an elbow to boot. He said that he planned on big things in TNA, and it starts tonight by beating Chad Collyer for the TV Title.

--Commercial Break--

Match 2: Chad Collyer[c] vs Chris Hero [TNA Television Championship]
Mat game to start, robviously. There was a big contrast between Collyer’s amateur stuff and Hero’s size advantage, and it lead to an eventual stalemate. So Hero brought it to a vertical base and used his leverage to work over Collyer’s neck. Collyer started punching at his arm to slow him down, and Hero took that as an invitation to throw his elbow! Collyer blocked one and threw his arm into the turnbuckle, then nailed a quick neckbreaker! He went to work over the neck and shoulder, but he seemed to underestimate Hero, who struck back with some palm thrusts, quick forearms, and a CRAVATE SUPLEX! Collyer regrouped himself in the ropes and looked concerned heading into the break.

--Commercial Break--

Collyer had shifted to a slight hit-and-run strategy, though he put on tight headlocks any chance he could get. Hero started throwing him around with throws, so Collyer got pissed, and set up for a Belly to Belly, but Hero held his weight! Collyer’s suplexes kept getting blocked by Hero elbows, and Collyer just seemed totally off his game here. Hero went for the finish with the Hero’s welcome, but Collyer pushed away and HIT HIS BELLY TO BELLY! ONE … TW - Hero pretty easily kicked out. Collyer started stomping at his head and neck and went to lock in the Crossface Chickenwing, but Hero got to the ropes. Collyer pulled him up for the Everest German, but Hero blocked it and hit a big back elbow. He tried a big right hand with his good arm, but Collyer ducked and hit an armbreaker to the other arm! He pounced on Hero and quickly locked in the Crossface Chickenwing! Hero struggled, but again made it to the ropes. Hero held at his arm, but Collyer yanked him up for the Chickenwing Suplex, but Hero kicked him away. He went for the Rolling Elbow, but Collyer ducked AND HIT THE EVEREST GERMAN! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall and still TNA Television Champion: Chad Collyer (11:08)

Collyer looked super relieved and celebrated in the ring, but both guys shook hands.

Bailout went to Booker T in the back and said they heard he promised 2CN a tag title shot. They accused him of cronyism and said that JBL would slap a lawsuit on him if he didn’t start handing out title matches fairly. Given their big win over former champs Sabin/Jacobs last week on Xplosion, Burke said they deserved a title shot. Booker said they had a point, so he booked 2 Crazy Negroes vs Bailout with a Tag Team Championship match on the line, for next week. This week though, both teams would be in action!

--Commercial Break--

Commentary hyped that Jeff Jarrett would be on Xplosion to respond to James Storm. They transitioned and brought up last Saturday when Bailout between Sabin/Jacobs and challenged for the tag belts.

Match 3: Bailout vs Los Infernales
Bailout wanted to start out slow, but the luchas rushed right in with punches! Cornette brought up Bailout being horrible racists to them 8 months ago, and Mexicans never forget! The luchas totally sent them on the defense, and when they bailed, Averno and Mephisto followed up with Stereo Tope Suicidas! Mephisto threw Burke right back in and hit a big running crossbody! ONE … TWO … THRE - Burke kicked out! Averno came in with a Springboard Wheel Kick, but Burke again kicked out at two. They kept bumping the Pope around some, but he crawled away from a double suplex and tagged in Davey! He took a cheap elbow to Mephisto, and he was isolated some. Burke was really pissed from being pinballed earlier, and he was super aggressive. He got too cocky, mixing in his taunting, and Averno got hot tagged in! He brought his LUCHA POWER~, but when he was going for a hurricanrana, Davey held his weight and held him in place, AND BURKE HIT A RUNNING UPPERCUT TO THE BACK OF HIS SKULL! Davey held the pin, and Tenay dubbed the move the “Capital Gains,” and it got them the win.
Winners via pinfall: Bailout (7:13)

Bailout celebrated in the ring and motioned for the titles.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Christian Cage and Christopher Daniels met up, and Daniels said that they had to make sure that Monty or Danielson don’t win tonight. Christian smirked and said that of Alliance A.M.A.D., only he came out successful. Daniels asked, out of those six, who he really wanted to defend against. Christian thought about it, and said he’d have Daniels’ back.

AJ Styles and Low Ki were in the back, and Styles said that at Victory Road, one of them would become a double champion.

Monty Brown was backstage, AND BOY I DON’T CARE IF U GOT KEVIN NASH LICKIN YO DICK, YOU GOT YO DIRTY ASS HICKBOY CHARM, YOU TOO PUSSY ASS LITTLEFOOT TO SPEAK TO MY FACE, YOU TAKIN NINE YEARS NINE MONTHS NINE DAYS NINE SECONDS BRB I KILL YOU, OR YOU -- Well, no I ain’t got no problem with Bryan. BUT MY POINT IS I’MMA KICK ALL YO PINKY ASS BITCHASS DUMBASSES LIKE A PACK O TOR-TOE-SEZ KICKIN’ DAT QUICKSAND OH YEAH YOU BOBOS GOIN’ DOWN HARD TONIGHT CUZ TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT OF THE HARVEST CRESCENT BLUE MOON, ITS DA NIGHT OF DA ALPHA MALE.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Christopher Daniels said that it took him NINE YEARS~ to reach the top, and after a slight setback, tonight marks his return to Heaven.

Match 4: 2 Crazy Negroes vs The Young Bucks
The Negroes showed off their re-found chemistry with each other by bumping around the Bucks at the start. Creed tried his CreeDDT, but Max rolled away. Creed charged, but Jeremy took a cheap shot from the apron, and Max hit a leg lariat to the back of his head! The Bucks briefly isolated him, throwing in tons of extra flips and posing after them, just to be dicks. Creed finally moved from a Jeremy Moonsault and made the hot tag, and Lethal cleaned house. Creed came back in to clean up with him, and Jeremy got hit with the Lethal Elbow to lose.
Winners via pinfall: 2 Crazy Negroes (5:50)

Creed celebrated in the ring, and Lethal rolled in to join him. They signaled for the belts, but Bailout ran down to attack! The Negroes turned it around though and sent them packing though.

Danielson was backstage, and he said that he’s finally starting to turn heads in TNA. He said that some people still underestimate, but he knows that Christian knows how good he is. He said that the other five better not discount him, or it’d be their mistake. But come Victory Road, Christian knows exactly the kind of challenge that’s in store for him if he faces The American Dragon.

--Commercial Break--

Alex Shelley said that he’s already the best by virtue of being X-Division Champion, but by winning the TNA World Championship with ease, he’ll prove that the title is below him.

Match 5: Kurt Angle vs Sonjay Dutt w/ Abdul Bashir & Raisha Saeed
Angle squash, and he won with the Ankle Lock.
Winner via submission: Kurt Angle (1:31)

Angle got up and celebrated, BUT ROODE SNUCK DOWN AND ATTACKED! He beat him down and shouted, WHERE’S STING NOW?!

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Angle went to Lauren and said that Sting wasn’t coming for Roode, but Kurt Fucking Angle is.

Christian Cage came down to do commentary.

Match 6: Alex Shelley vs AJ Styles vs Low Ki vs Monty Brown vs Christopher Daniels vs Bryan Danielson [TNA Championship #1 Contendership]
Everybody was slow to make the first move, so finally Shelley moved to the middle of the ring and shouted I’M KING OF THE WORLD. They all pounced for him, but he slipped out and escaped out the ring. The other five met in the middle though and just started trading blows! Styles and Low Ki did team up, Danielson gunned right for Daniels for last week, Shelley took shots from the floor, and Monty murdered people. A dive train broke out with everybody involved, topped off by a MONTY FLYING CROSSBODY TO THE FLOOR!

--Commercial Break--

Same underlying themes I said before, but besides that, spots. A couple times Christian shouted at guys to distract them for Daniels’ sake, but he didn’t really put much effort into it. Styles versus Shelley also got progressively more aggressive. The end came when Danielson tried a running dropkick to Daniels, but he moved, and DANIELSON TOOK A HAMRICK BUMP! Daniels turned around, RIGHT INTO THE KI KRUSHER~! But AJ Styles tossed Low Ki out and stole the pin! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall and #1 Contender to the TNA World Championship: AJ Styles (15:51)

Styles got up and celebrated, but a shocked Low Ki slid in and shoved him! Styles asked what the problem was, and Ki shoved him again! Styles shoved him back, but Shelley ran over and tackled AJ to the mat! He punched away, but Low Ki pulled him off! They started to brawl, but Christian slid in and bashed AJ with his TNA Championship! Everybody in the ring tried to grab him, but he weaseled out of the ring and went to the back with his belt intact.

Tazz, Nash, and Jay Lethal were at the booth. Tonight’s main event: Paul London vs Brian Kendrick vs Roderick Strong vs Chuck Taylor vs Amazing Red vs TJ Perkins. Nash said that the Impact Six Pack would suck balls compared to tonight’s main event.

Match 1: Ravarian vs Elix Skipper/Raven
Rave went right to Raven for last week and used tons of cheating to take him down, and then he and Kaz stomped away at him. Raven started throwing his punches, and then Skipper got in to fly around some. He tried a springboard, but Rave pulled out his legs from the apron and he crashed down to the mat. Kaz went to work on his neck, and then Rave tagged right in with a big Swinging Neckbreaker! ONE … TWO … THR - Skipper kicked out! Rave kicked away at his neck, but when he tried the All the Rave, Skipper blocked and body dropped away! He crawled over for the tag, but Kaz got in first and ran across to shove Raven off the apron and into the barricade! Skipper unloaded with right hands, but then ran off the ropes, where Rave kicked at his neck! He stumbled forward, right into the FADE TO BLACK! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Ravarian (5:24)

--Commercial Break--

The Axis Powers came to the ring, and they called out Prince Devitt. Koslov accused him of being a liar because he’s not really Japanese, so he can’t offer him a spot in the Powers. Devitt insisted that he’s pure Japanese, and Koslov was getting angry. He said this guy is clearly a non-serious comrade, but if he can beat him next week, he will indeed offer him a spot in the stable!

Backstage, Angelina Love wished somebody off-screen good luck. Tazz supposed it was Rhino, who is facing James Storm tonight.

--Commercial Break--

Match 2: New Age Machineguns vs T.Y.S.O.N.
Tomko and Dux were officially a team, but they still didn’t really have any double-team stuff or amazing cohesion, probably due to a lack of matching gear. Tomko caught Jacobs with his big Falling Lariat, and Dux wore him out some. He fought away from the Sharpshooter though and hit a big dropkick, then made the hot tag. Sabin bumped Dux around and nailed him with an Enzuigiri, and then he and Jacobs worked together to knock Tomko to the floor. Sabin followed up with the Springboard Tornado DDT to Dux to get the win.
Winners via pinfall: New Age Machineguns (5:56)

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Lauren asked TJ for an interview. He was excited to talk about being in the running for the X-Title, but she said she just wanted to know who his best friend is. He was pissed, but he said Scott Lost, and then walked off.

Match 3: Richie Steamboat vs Matt Morgan w/ Don West
Right off the bat Steamboat tried an arm drag, but Morgan held his weight and just creamed him with a clothesline. He roughed Steamboat around a bunch, with DW bringing the obnoxious on the floor. Despite some brief flurries, this was mostly a squash. Morgan won with the Hellevator.
Winners via pinfall: Matt Morgan (3:30)

Morgan celebrated in the ring, and Don West climbed in and started bowing to him.

--Commercial Break--

Match 4: James Storm w/ Jackie Moore vs Rhino w/ Angelina Love
This quickly turned into a power game, and Storm started to get an advantage. He tried a powerbomb, but Rhino body dropped away and started taking shots at his ribs. Storm got back with big strikes, but Rhino got in an Abdominal Stretch. Storm got the ropes, but when he tried a quick clotheslines, Rhino ducked and caught him with the Spinebuster! ONE … TWO … THR - Storm kicked out! Rhino tried the Pumphandle Slam, but Storm floated over and hit the Lungblower! Rhino staggered to his feet, right into the Eye of the Storm! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: James Storm (5:32)

Storm celebrated in the ring and called out Jeff Jarrett. Double J came out and said what Storm did at Slammiversary was unfair, because he was expecting some Tennessee jobber like Jerry Lawler or something. Storm challenged him to another fight, but Jarrett said he beat Mr. Wrestling IV at a house show last night and he wanted to retire on a high note, so he didn’t want to wrestle again just in case. He said he burnt a lot of bridges in TNA, but he still has a buddy or two in there somewhere, so for Storm to watch his back.

Backstage, Homicide asked if we were going to see Joe Cool or the Samoan Submission Machine tonight. Joe just told him to stay out of his way.

--Commercial Break--

Shelley and Love were backstage, and Rhino came up. He apologized for losing, but Shelley said he didn’t even know he had a match lol. Shelley said that this Six Pack is a big deal because it again shows the superiority of the X-Division Championship. BUT, he said, there’s a guy in there that he doesn’t want to win, and they should go somewhere more private to talk that over. Love looked unsure as they walked off.

Match 5: Samoa Joe/Homicide vs Peter Avalon/Tucker Shoeshine
Avalon charged with a crossbody, but Joe caught him and nailed the Island Driver. He then headbutted Avalon until he was KO’d.
Winner via knockout: Samoa Joe/Homicide (0:38)

Joe picked up one of the other jobber for a Muscle Buster, and then smirked at Homicide. ‘Cide dug it, and they high-fived.

--Commercial Break--

Lauren saw Angelina Love in the back, and she ran up to her. Lauren said that several outside sources said they saw Love go home with London one night last week, and if she could get a word. Love slapped her, and then stormed off.

A pre-taped AJ Styles promo played, and he promised to win back the TNA World Championship at Victory Road. He talked some about how he’s been the common denominator in TNA for pretty much its entire existence, and how he’s the Man around here. He said that BFG is coming up, and for the last two years he’s won the main event there, but he’s yet to walk in as World Champion, but that changes this year when he beats Christian Cage at Victory Road, just like he’s been doing for three years.

Backstage, Lauren asked Shelley for more of his thoughts on the Six Pack on Impact. Shelley said that he really didn’t even want to win and have to compete for that sham of a title. But now, Xplosion has an even better Six Pack for a shot an even better title, so all is right in the world.

--Commercial Break--

From the booth, Kevin Nash announced that the winner here would receive their title match NEXT WEEK on Xplosion since the X-Division Championship is just that important, and the anticipation by fans for a scheduled title match would cause them to explode if it lasted for more than a week.

Match 6: Paul London vs Brian Kendrick vs Roderick Strong vs Chuck Taylor vs Amazing Red vs TJ Perkins [X-Division Championship #1 Contender’s Match]
Total chaos. London and Kendrick didn’t work together at all before the break, but they weren’t really aggressive with each other either. As the sole heel, TJ took it upon himself to be a complete dick to everybody. A big dive train broke out, and TJ was last to go, but after faking a suicide dive, he chose instead to just flex in the ring going into the break.

--Commercial Break--

As time went on and both Hooliganz realized they didn’t have it in the bag, they began to team up some. Strong and Chuck reformed their unit to counteract it, and TJ proposed an alliance with Red, but instead kicked him to the outside. Everybody unleashed on TJ then, but when London hit a Superkick, Kendrick pulled him off! More chaos, and Chuck got pinning combinations on everybody for a bunch of nearfalls. Eventually Alex Shelley and Angelina Love came down, and both London and Kendrick were distracted. They just watched though, as more spots were done. After a few minutes, London got on a big roll, and Shelley gave Love his title belt and told her to go stop him! She hesitantly wandered down to the ring, but didn’t do anything. Shelley got very angry and marched down to the ring and tried to get in, but obviously the ref stopped him. The distraction let Love sneak in, and she went to bash London with the belt, but she hesitated! She went to do it again, but by then London ducked, and she hit Amazing Red! As the ref was turning around, she rolled out, and Shelley was PISSED. London climbed up top with Red down, but Shelley snuck up and PULLED LONDON DOWN AND TO THE FLOOR! Red was still down in the ring, and Kendrick climbed up to the opposite side! SHOOTING STAR PRESS TO RED! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Brian Kendrick (12:09)

Kendrick got up and celebrated. Shelley looked irritated at Love, but crisis averted. London got in and looked upset, but eventually held up Kendrick’s arm! Shelley held up his title as Kendrick motioned for the belt.

NEXT WEEK: Alex Shelley[c] vs Brian Kendrick for the X-Division Championship!

Oh, hello. Low Ki vs Dux, Styles vs Young, and 2CN vs Bailout for the #1 contendership to the Tag Team Championship.

Match 1: Chris Hero vs Sean Morley
The went to the mat, and when Hero started to power him around, Morley began throwing punches. It turned into a brawl until Morley went to the eyes and got off a Back Suplex. He wore out his back some, but Hero blocked the Half Nelson Slam and countered right into the Cravate Suplex! Morley stumbled up into the Hero’s Welcome! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Chris Hero (5:08)

Hero celebrated in the ring. Randomly, the Redcoats came out. It was actually Dave Taylor who spoke up, and he brought up a Matt Striker Fact that he used to train Hero back in the day, and he’d like to take him back under his wing. Hero said that he’s come a long way since Dave Taylor made him do some squats, so no thanks. The Redcoats went to the back irritated.

--Commercial Break--

Match 2: Chad Collyer/Roderick Strong vs Ravarian
Collyer and Kaz had a back-and-forth, and Collyer started to suplex him some. Strong got in to work on his back as well, and they showed some of their double-team stuff, including a powerbomb/reverse cutter combination! ONE … TWO … THR - Rave broke it up! All four guys fought around the ring, and Strong got lured into some cheating and double-teaming. They isolated him and worked over his knees to protect against any backbreakers. Rave worked a leg bar, but Strong got to the ropes, and caught him charging with a Side Belly to Belly! Hot tag to Collyer, and SUPLEXES EVERYWHERE. Kaz went up top and flew off, but Collyer caught him and put him in the Crossface Chickenwing! He pulled him down to the mat, but Rave dove in to break it up! They stomped at Collyer, but Strong took them both out with a top-rope lariat! Kaz stumbled up and Collyer and Strong hit their Belly to Belly/Backbreaker Combo! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Chad Collyer/Roderick Strong (7:02)

Strong and Collyer celebrated in the ring, but Rave snuck in and attacked Collyer. Strong ran him off, but then turned into a blindside from Kaz.

--Commercial Break--

Homicide went to Low Ki in the back and brought up Styles sort of screwing Low Ki out of a title match for his own sake, and asked how it feels to be tagging with a tool. Ki got in his face, but walked off.

Match 3: 2 Crazy Negroes vs Bailout w/ JBL [#1 Contenders Match]
Burke insisted on starting, but instead of wrestling, he chided both Negroes for being stereotypical black ruffians instead of choosing to rise up to the elite of society. Lethal just laughed AND SOCKED HIM IN THE FACE! Both Negroes bumped him around with basic offense, and when he tried to bail, Creed tossed him back in and he stood up into a Calf Kick from Lethal! ONE … TWO … THRE - Davey yanked him off! Lethal shoved Davey, so Davey tried to strike, but Lethal ducked, and Davey turned into a Springboard Clothesline from Creed! Bailout rolled to the outside and the Negroes looked to line up for suicide dives, but they stopped and break danced instead! Bailout threw a fit as the Negroes danced in the ring going into the break.

--Commercial Break--

The Negroes were trying to wear down Davey now, but Creed got hit by a nasty running elbow and hit the mat. Burke got in now and wore Creed down, and then he and Davey made quick tags to keep him in their corner. Every time Burke got in, at JBL’s direction, he got more and more aggressive and violent, to the point that after a few times, the ref had to warn him about closed fists, using the ropes, etc. When the ref caught Burke using his wrist tape to choke Creed during a headlock, he threatened to throw it out! Burke and JBL pled with the ref, and in all the commotion, Creed hit Burke with a leg lariat to the back of the head! HOT TAG TO LETHAL! He came in on fire and cleaned house with his high flying, and he got Davey with the EnzuFury! Burke groggily charged at him, but Lethal planted him with a big Spinebuster with a jackknife pin! ONE … TWO … THRE - Burke kicked out! Burke tried to get to his corner, but Lethal pulled him back and hit a Dragon Suplex! Davey got in, but Creed intercepted with a Flying Crossbody! Lethal went up top, but as the ref tried to get Davey and Creed out, JBL shoved Lethal down! He stumbled up, right into the BANKRUPT BOMB! ONE … TWO … THRE - CREED DOVE TO SAVE! He pulled Burke up, but Burke shoved him off AND DAVEY KILLED HIM WITH A YAKUZA KICK! He tried to get Lethal, but the ref forced him back, and JBL slid the Pimp Cane to Burke! He swung at Lethal, but Lethal ducked! He tried a Superkick, BUT BURKE NAILED HIM IN THE KNEE WITH THE CANE! He clutched at his leg, and BURKE SKULLED HIM WITH IT! He tossed it out to JBL as he covered! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall and #1 contenders to the TNA Tag Team Championship: Bailout (14:00)

Bailout and JBL celebrated in the ring, and Burke and Davey signaled for the belts.

Backstage, Don West went up to Monty Brown and said he’s been sucking, so he offered to be his manager. Monty scowled, and then shoved DW onto his ass!

--Commercial Break--

Match 4: Monty Brown vs Arkansas Axe Murderer
Quick squash, and then a POUNCEEEEEE~~~~~~~! PERIOD.
Winner via pinfall: Monty Brown (0:28)

Monty celebrated, but Matt Morgan snuck down and laid him out from behind!

Styles went to Booker T in the back and asked when he and Ki would face Bailout, since he’d have to get it over with before he faced Daniels for the World Title so that he’d be fresh. Book said he hadn’t thought of that, but he was sure it wouldn’t be a problem.

Backstage, Chris Daniels went up to Christian Cage and complained that he didn’t help him win last week. Christian said that he doesn’t need Daniels, and so he’s not going to hold his hand to make up lost ground form the past NINE YEARS~. He told Daniels to screw off, because right now he’s got everything under his control. Daniels was displeased.

--Commercial Break--

Bryan Danielson came out to the ring and called out Chris Daniels! The entire Enlightened came out, and on his way down to the ring, Daniels talked about how disrespectful Danielson was and whatever. As soon as he got in though, DANIELSON TACKLED HIM TO THE MAT YEAH DANIELSON! He elbowed the shit out of him, but Ravarian pulled him off. He went off on them too, but eventually the numbers game got to him. They triple-teamed him, BUT CHAD COLLYER AND RODERICK STRONG RAN DOWN TO SAVE! Those three cleared the ring, and the Enlightened escaped up the ramp, their leader irate.

--Commercial Break--

Match 5: Low Ki vs Tyson Dux w/ Tyson Tomko
Dux just tried to survive here, but Ki did everything he could to murder him with kicks. Tomko tried to get involved, so Low Ki chucked Dux out onto him. He rolled Dux back in and tried to put in the Dragon Clutch, but Dux was too close to the ropes. Dux went to the eyes and tried the NOTB Brainbuster, but Low Ki held his weight and reversed into the KI KRUSHER! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Low Ki (4:50)

Low Ki celebrated in the ring.

--Commercial Break--

Bailout celebrated in the back, and JBL came over and popped open some champagne. JBL shouted that these guys were gonna win the gold at Victory Road!

Kurt Angle came out to the Impact Zone and said that he’s glad he has Robert Roode’s attention, because he wants another shot at him, because he KNOWS he can pin Roode now. Roode came out and said he can beat Angle anytime and anyplace so long as that face-painted freak doesn’t stick his nose where it doesn’t belong. Angle asked if he wanted to go now since clearly the last time they met up, Angle proved he was the better guy. Roode took a cheap shot and they brawled around the floor and officials had to rush out to break it up. Booker T came out to put a stop to it and he booked Kurt Angle vs Roode Robert at Victory Road in a No Disqualification Match!

--Commercial Break--

Commentary hyped up Alex Shelley vs Brian Kendrick for the X-Division Championship this Saturday on Xplosion.

Match 6: AJ Styles vs Eric Young w/ Christian Cage
AJ played the dominant top guy here, not even letting this go to a commercial break like almost every Impact main event. Young tried to work the leg and he did have some success, but Styles never looked to be in too much danger. Christian kept getting involved in small ways, just distracting the ref to let Young get away with eye raking and choking scotch-free. Young did manage to block the Phenomenal DDT by mule kicking the leg, and he locked in the Sharpshooter! Styles got to the ropes, and when Young charged, Styles leveled him with the Discus Clothesline! He then ended it with the Rack Bomb, because why the hell not.
Winner via pinfall: AJ Styles (7:19)

Styles got up and celebrated, but Christian slid in to attack! He and Young stomped at him, BUT LOW KI RAN DOWN TO SAVE! He and Styles cleared them out, then Styles went to pat Ki’s shoulder, but Ki shoved him off! Low Ki rolled out and went to the back, leaving AJ alone in the ring.

T.Y.S.O.N. kept beating on them and then shouted that they will be taken seriously in the tag division. TAKE YOUR SONS ON NORTH. Then 2CN and the New Guns sent them packing.

Paul London caught up to Kendrick in the back, and he wished him good luck tonight. He asked if he wanted him in his corner tonight, but Kendrick said he had to do this on his own.

--Commercial Break--

Footage from two weeks ago played of this Prince Devitt guy coming and beating Koslov.

Match 3: Prince Devitt vs Viktor Koslov w/ The Axis Powers
Koslov didn’t rush into things this time, and he forced Devitt into a mat game. He held his own for a bit, but then Koslov went after the leg and got some good progress. He tried to put in the Moscow Cloverleaf early, but Devitt shoved him off and hit his overhead kick! ONE … TWO … THR - Koslov kicked out! He went right back at the leg again and just started punching and stomping at the knee. Devitt had to his chops and forearms to comeback, but he couldn’t really get much high flying done. Koslov got overconfident and went for the Red Scare, but Devitt floated over and hit his standing dropkick! He held at his leg, but made a cover! ONE … TWO … TH - Koslov kicked out! Devitt pulled him up and tried the Bloody Sunday, but Koslov kicked at the leg to break free. He tried a knee breaker, but Devitt rolled through into a sunset flip! ONE … TWO … THR - Koslov got out! Winner via pinfall: Prince Devitt (6:15)

Devitt popped up, but and Koslov was in shock. He got on the mic and said he was a gentleman though, and he offered Devitt the last spot in the Axis Powers. BUT DEVITT DECLINED! Koslov couldn’t believe it, and he attacked Devitt! The other Powers joined in, but Kiyoshi and Okato ran down to save. Devitt fought back with them, and the three of them cleared the ring.

--Commercial Break--

Lauren went to Brian Kendrick for an interview. He started to talk about how excited he was for this opportunity, but instead Lauren asked if there was any truth to the rumor that Paul London and Angelina Love were sleeping together. Kendrick was pissed, and he stormed off.

Prince Devitt was in the back, and he formally introduced himself to the world. He said that he isn’t actually Japanese, but he’s been perfecting his craft there for the past several years. He said that he’s of Irish birth with royal blood through and through. So yeah, I’m Prince Devitt. But you can just call me Prince Devitt.

Match 4: Lance Hoyt vs James Storm w/ Jackie Moore
Big man spots and stuff. Hoyt tried his big man flying stuff since he couldn't dominate with power, but Storm mostly hung with him. Hoyt tried a Chokeslam, but Storm countered with a DDT and then hit the Eight Second Ride to win.
Winner via pinfall: James Storm (4:33)

Storm celebrated and mouthed off at Jarrett at the booth, BUT HE WAS ATTACKED FROM BEHIND BY ERIC YOUNG! Jarrett ran into the ring and helped the beatdown, and Young laid him out with the Spike Piledriver. Young and Jarrett celebrated in the ring.

--Commercial Break--

From his office, Booker T put over the 2CN vs Bailout match on Impact and congratulated Bailout on their big win. He put over TNA’s tag division and announced a multi-team match for Victory Road.

Backstage, James Storm said that Eric Young would pay.

Match 5: Samoa Joe w/ Homicide vs Tyler Beardstache
Joe charged with a big lariat, and then punched the jobber in the throat until he bled from the mouth. He knocked him out with a headbutt, and then pinned.
Winner via pinfall: Samoa Joe (0:21)

Kendrick was by himself in the back, ready to go for the main event. He said that everybody wants to know about Paul London, Angelina Love, and whatever the hell they want to think. But while everyone’s attention is there, he said that he hasn’t forgotten that Alex Shelley drove his head into the unprotected floor with a Shellshock and put him out for two months. He said that this is personal with Alex, and finally he has a one-on-one shot at him and his belt. He said that Shelley should try to focus on the one man across the ring from him, because that man is about to take away his championship.

--Commercial Break--

Match 6: Alex Shelley[c] w/ Rhino vs Brian Kendrick [X-Division Championship]
This avoiding being an X-Division flying match, and jumped right into big brawling. Kendrick brought tons of hate, and Shelley stepped up to the challenge. Kendrick finally got an edge when they fought on the floor, and he chucked him into the announce booth! Kendrick climbed up top and looked to fly off onto him, but Rhino got in the way, SO KENDRICK TOOK HIM OUT WITH A CROSSBODY! He grabbed Shelley and rolled him in, and went for a springboard, but Rhino pulled out his legs! The ref saw it but didn't want to disqualify Shelley and ruin Kendrick's shot, SO HE SENT RHINO TO THE BACK!

--Commercial Break--

Lots of back-and-forth, and Kendrick looked incredibly strong all the way throughout. They played up their Superkick reversals/exchanges like their previous Xplosion main event on 4/9, and finally SHELLEY NAILED IT AS KENDRICK CAME OFF THE TOP! ONE ... TWO ... THRE - Kendrick kicked out! Shelly tried the Shellshock, but Kendrick spun out! Superki - No! Shelley caught and took him down into the Border City Stretch! Kendrick struggled, but made it to the ropes! He pulled him up, but Kendrick hit an enzuigiri! Snap DDT! Kendrick climbed up top! SHOOTING STAR PRE - NO! SHELLEY GOT HIS KNEES UP! Kendrick flopped to the mat and Shelley pulled himself and climbed up top! Shit-eating grin! SHELLEY DID A SHOOTING STAR PRES - NO! KENDRICK MOVED! Shelley staggered up, INTO THE SUPERKICK! ONE ... TWO ... THRE - NO! SHELLEY GOT A SHOULDER UP! Kendrick was in shock! He pulled himself up and lined up for another Superkick, but Shelley ducked and hit a desperate Snap STO! Both guys were down, AND ANGELINA LOVE CAME OUT! Paul London ran after her to stop her, and yelled at her to go to the back, and she actually did! He started to go back too, but Kendrick got up and saw him. Confused, he shouted at London to get out of here and let him handle this. London tried to explain, but Kendrick shooed him off, THEN TURNED INTO THE SHELLSHOCK! ONE ... TWO ... THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Alex Shelley (15:04)

Shelley celebrated big time in the ring, and Rhino came out to join him. London came back out, and helped Kendrick up, then back up the ramp. When they got to the ramp, Shelley got a mic and told London that his butt buddy was just as horrible as him. London turned around and was pissed, and challenged Shelley to put his title on the line one more time. Shelley refused and went on a long-winded explanation of why he wouldn’t give one to him, but London interrupted him and said, “I’ll stop screwing your girlfriend.” Shelley didn’t seem to notice it at first, but then he caught it and asked what he said. London got a huge grin on his face and said that if Shelley gives him a title shot HE’LL STOP SCREWING HIS GIRLFRIEND. THAT’S RIGHT, ALEX. I’M BANGING ANGELINA LOVE! Shelley fucking lost his mind and SPRINTED up the ramp at London! London met him with big punches AND IT! WAS! ON! Kendrick and Rhino got involved, and just absolute chaos. Batshit crazy brawl with officials and some wrestlers running out to break it up, and it closed the show.

Commentary started the show off hyping Chris Hero vs Dave Taylor, Danielson/Collyer/Strong vs The Enlightened, and an announcement concerning the Tag Team Championship match.

Match 1: Chris Hero vs Dave Taylor w/ Doug Williams
After Hero held his own with some European mat work, Taylor got pissed and just started slapping him in the face and stomach. Hero started throwing strikes and it turned into somewhat of a stiff and wild brawl. Hero started to throw his elbows, so Taylor wrung it up on the ropes and started to pry at it. After some punches and headbutts to the arm, Taylor tried a fujiwara, but Hero rolled through right into a Cravate Suplex! Taylor stumbled up, but Hero kicked out his legs and locked in the Hangman’s Clutch! Not really sure of how to react to the move at all, Dave Taylor quickly tapped.
Winner via submission: Chris Hero (5:46)

Hero celebrated, and then helped Taylor up. He offered a handshake, but Dave Taylor slapped him in the face and told him to show some respect! Hero teased a Rolling Elbow, and Dave freaked out and rolled out of the ring. Hero laughed as the Redcoats returned to the back.

Booker T’s announcement NEXT.

--Commercial Break--

Booker T came out to the Impact Zone, and he called down Bailout and AJ Styles and Low Ki. He said that in the interest of fairness, he wasn’t going to have AJ defend the tag titles and challenge for the world title on the same night, so he was booking the tag title match for next week. BUT JBL CAME OUT. He said that he looked at the show contracts, the television ratings reports, and the fluctuations of PPV buyrates, and he had his team of lawyer look it over, and a title match next week just wouldn’t cut it. He said he wasn’t afraid to go to TNA’s CFO and make sure that this title match happens at Victory Road, and while he’s at it to put a REAL businessman in the GM spot here at TNA, like yours truly. Booker T backed down and said he had a solution. He proposed AJ Styles vs Elijah Burke tonight; if AJ wins, the tag title match is next week and if Burke wins, the tag title match is at Victory Road. JBL thought about it, whispered to his tag team, and Bailout agreed. Styles started to object, but Booker T said his hands were tied and this is what would have to happen. AJ STYLES VS ELIJAH BURKE TONIGHT!

Samoa Joe and Homicide were backstage, and Cide said he was going to squash his guy just like Joe’s been doing lately.

--Commercial Break--

Team Canada was in the back, and Christian told Tomko and Dux that they’d been signed to a multi-team tag match at Victory Road, so congrats. He told Roode to put Angle down for good. And he asked Young what the hell he was doing rolling with Jarrett. Young said he was an old friend, but Christian said he was never a friend to the Instant Classic. Young asked if Christian wants one more challenger to the belt in James Storm, to which Christian told him to finish his business with Jeff, cut this Storm guy down, and get out of there.

Match 2: Richie Steamboat vs Homicide w/ Samoa Joe
Homicide tried to follow in Joe’s footsteps and just beat the shit out of somebody, but Steamboat didn’t go down without a fight. His arm drags and hip tosses really pissed Cide off, and Steamboat let him use that temper to draw him into more mistakes. When Cide finally did catch him, it was some really violent offense, often ignoring rope breaks and ref warnings. Homicide tried some headbutts too, but he’s not a Samoan, so they didn’t kill Steamboat. In fact, Cide got a little loopy, and Steamboat grabbed a roll up! ONE … TWO … THRE - Homicide got out! He charged with a West Brooklyn Lariat, but Steamboat ducked and hit a standing dropkick! He went up top for the Flying Crossbody, BUT HOMICIDE HIT A 187 IN MIDAIR! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Homicide (5:13)

Homicide pulled Steamboat up, laughed, and started roughing him up again! Joe rolled in and pulled him off, and Homicide left mad.

Backstage, AJ Styles told Low Ki that he needed to have his back tonight, since they both had an interested in the outcome. He walked off on his own, and Ki scowled.

--Commercial Break--

Match 3: Bryan Danielson/Chad Collyer/Roderick Strong vs The Enlightened w/ Daffney
Daniels wanted at Daniels, but the Enlightened leader wouldn’t let that happen. Ravarian had to try to take on all three guys, and eventually they just started getting beat around. Rave tried to make some room with a thumb to Collyer’s eye, but when he charged with a clothesline, Collyer ducked and hit a Belly to Belly! He hit a couple more, and then Strong came in for a few Pendulum Backbreakers! Danielson came in and quickly dropkicked him to the outside, and when Kaz went over to check on him, Collyer and Strong took them out with stereo Baseball Slides! Danielson came in the ring and challenged Daniels to get in with him, but he stayed on the apron. Danielson charged, but Daniels jumped down and pulled him to the floor! They brawled around the floor, but Rave came over to trip up Danielson, and Daniels drive him head-first into the ring post! Brb.

--Commercial Break--

At Daniels’ direction, Ravarian had Danielson down in the ring and worked over his neck a bunch. Rave especially stood out by being in the most and doing active neckbreakers and stuff. When he was sufficiently worn out, Daniels got in and really aggressively took it to Danielson. He seemed to catch a second wind having Daniels in there with him though, and Dragon exploded with big strikes, and then hit a big German Suplex! He tagged in Collyer, and SUPLEXES EVERYWHERE. Strong followed up with BACKBREAKERS EVERYWHERE, but Daffney tripped him up off the ropes and he stumbled into Kaz’s Bicycle Kick! ONE … TWO … THRE - Strong kicked out, but Kaz dragged him over to get isolated. Strong got beat down for much longer than Danielson, half because Daniels was fine helping out to make it a three-on-one, and half because he is not as good as Danielson. Kaz tried to end it with the Fade to Black, but Strong broke free and hit a big elbow to the back of Kaz’s head, followed by a Lungblower! Both guys crawled to their corners and DANIELS AND DANIELSON DANIELS AND DANIELSON! Dragon brought tons of fire in his hot tag and bumped Daniels all around. He tried the Regal-Plex, but Daniels floated over and went for the Last Rites, but DANIELSON TOOK HIM DOWN INTO THE LEBELL LOCK! Daniels quickly rolled through and tagged out to Rave, who stunned Danielson with a Mafia Kick! He went for the All the Rave, but Danielson rolled through and tagged Strong! FLYING CROSSBODY! ONE … TWO … THRE - Rave kicked out! He tried the Strong Backbreaker, but Rave elbowed away and threw him into the ropes, where Kaz got a cheap knee! He stumbled forward right into the All the Rave! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: The Enlightened (13:01)

The Enlightened celebrated, but Danielson rushed the ring to gun for Daniels! YEAH BRYAN! He delivered some big elbows, but Ravarian pulled him off, and Daniels escaped.

Booker T talked up Roode vs Angle in a No DQ match at Victory Road, but he said he’d cancel their match if either one interfered with each other in the coming weeks. He said they can see each other at Victory Road, and that’s it.

--Commercial Break--

Commentary announced that Christopher Daniels vs Bryan Danielson had been signed to a re-match for Victory Road.

A pre-taped Roode promo played, and he said that Kurt Angle can’t win on his own, and he’ll prove it at Victory Road.

Match 4: Robert Roode vs Raven w/ Elix Skipper
Mostly a squash, but Raven had some good fire segments. He never really controlled over Roode though, and when Roode blocked a flash Even Flow DDT, he hit the Northern Lariat to win.
Winner via pinfall: Robert Roode (3:52)

Post-match, Roode shouted that Angle was dead.

Backstage, Monty Brown cut a crazy black promo where he said that Matt Morgan chose the wrong guy to pick on.

--Commercial Break--

A pre-taped Angle promo played and he said that he’s got Roode’s number now, and at Victory Road he’s dialing it in. He talked about how he’s been a shell of his former self lately, but once upon a time he was considered the best in the world, and he could brawl with the best of them. He told Roode to expect that Kurt Angle, and to expect it to hurt.

Match 5: Kurt Angle vs Ken Doane
Doane tried to stick a side headlock, but Angle was just like, lol nah. He dominated him on the mat and then transitioned to some amateur throws. He tried the Ankle Lock, but Doane quickly grabbed the ropes. Angle yanked him off and hit a Belly to Back Suplex, then cleanly put in the Ankle Lock to get the win.
Winner via submission: Kurt Angle (2:24)

Angle celebrated and shouted that he’d put Roode out at Victory Road.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Monty Brown ran up and attacked Matt Morgan! Don West shouted for help as the brawled around, and finally officials split them up.

Bailout cut a promo in the back and said that they want a title match at Victory Road to win the titles in high profile fashion. Burke said he’d pin AJ Styles tonight and do it again at Victory Road to win the titles.

--Commercial Break--

Footage played from Xplosion of Paul London revealing that he’s been sleeping with Angelina Love, along with Shelley going ballistic and the crazy brawl to close the show. Tune in Saturday to see the fallout!

Commentary reiterated the stipulation: if AJ wins, the Styles/Ki vs Bailout title match is next week; if Burke wins, the match is at Victory Road, the same night that AJ challenges for the world title. When JBL came out with his team, he went to the commentary booth!

Match 6: AJ Styles w/ Low Ki vs Elijah Burke w/ Davey Richards
Styles mostly dominated at the start, but Burke got in shots at his left arm whenever he could. Still, Styles wrestled this like he had it in the bag, and the arm work didn’t really effect him until Pope ducked a Discus Clothesline and caught him coming out of the rotation with an armbreaker! He stuck on it really close now with armbars and sharp jabs, but Styles came back with kicks to the side, and then a big roundhouse! He followed up with some dropkicks and then tried the Rack Bomb, but Burke hit at his arm to break free! He hit a BIG right hand and then chucked AJ into the corner. He followed up with the Elijah Express, but Styles moved and then dumped Burke to the floor! Burke regrouped with Davey while Styles nursed his arm some in the ring, and commentary said that Burke looked decent here, but they questioned if he could really get it done with THE AJ Styles.

--Commercial Break--

Styles still looked stronger, but Burke kept making progress in slowing down AJ’s offense. He finally got a lucky break when Styles missed the Pele Kick, and Burke hit the PIMP SLAP! He got really aggressive now, and it turned into a fairly even back-and-forth. Burke could never put him down though, so he lined up for the Elijah Express again. Styles moved again, but this time he exploded out with the Phenomenal DDT! ONE … TWO … THRE - Burke kicked out! Styles went up top, but JBL left the booth to distract him! Low Ki ran over to get involved, and Davey got into it to. They had some nearfalls due to interference from both partners, and it sort of turned into a shenanigan-riddled run. Davey snuck in and line up for a Yakuza Kick, but LOW KI INTERCEPTED WITH A SHOTGUN DROPKICK! JBL slid in the Pimp Cane, but the ref intercepted it! He yelled at JBL and tried to send him to the back, all while Styles hit Burke with the Styles Clash! The ref was busy with JBL though, and Christian snuck down! UNPRETTIER TO AJ STYLES! He pulled Burke onto AJ and the rolled out when the ref turned around! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Elijah Burke (14:34)

Burke got up and he was in shock! He pinned AJ Styles! Davey Richards and JBL rolled in to celebrated with him, and Styles got up stunned. He saw Christian backing up the ramp, and he jumped out of the ring at him! Low Ki ran up after him too, but Team Canada ran down to fight them off, allowing Cage to escape to the back.

Jeff Jarrett is tonight’s co-host again!

Alex Shelley with Rhino came out to start the show in the ring. He said that he Paul London had signed his own death warrant for messing with his girlfriend. He said that he went to Nash and had him book a title match vs London at Victory, but this would be his LAST CHANCE. He said he was also done with that whore, so that’s over with. From now on his full attention is on the X-Division Championship. Nash stood up from the booth and said he knew he was mad, so he was giving him a match with Richie Steamboat tonight to let out his anger. Shelley thanked him, and said what he did to Steamboat would be only a preview of the beating he’d give to London at Victory Road.

Commentary reacted to the news, but said that apparently Paul London isn’t even here tonight.

--Commercial Break--

Commentary announced that the final lineup for the Victory Road multi-man match would be New Age Machineguns vs T.Y.S.O.N. vs 2 Crazy Negroes vs Ravarian vs Collyer/Strong.

Match 1: Chris Sabin vs Tyson Dux vs Consequences Creed
All partners at ringside. Lots of moves were done. Creed and Sabin worked together a good bit to beat Dux around, but that dissolved rather quickly. Dux kept trying to set up for the Sharpshooter, but whenever there was a struggle over it, the third guy came over to break it up. Spots and stuff. Dux finally got Creed in the Sharpshooter, but SABIN BROKE IT UP WITH A SUPERKICK! It’s been 7 years, I can reuse that spot. ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Chris Sabin (7:12)

--Commercial Break--

Match 2: Chuck Taylor vs Kenny King
Kenny attacked at the bell, determined to get revenge for his best friend TJ Perkins. He worked the arm to avoid the Spin Cycle, but Taylor threw him off with an arm drag! CHUCK TAYLOR CAN DO AN ARM DRAG! He did some more, and then a HIP TOSS! He ran up top and tried the Sloppy As Hell Moonsault, but King moved! DDT! ONE … TWO … THRE - Taylor kicked out! King kept on him with tight holds, but when he tried some impact moves, Taylor countered them all into pinning situations. King switch to submissions instead and locked in a tight Boston Crab. After a struggle, Taylor finally made it to the ropes! King pulled him up for the Royal Flush, but Taylor got down behind him and grabbed a roll-up! ONE … TWO … THRE - King got out! They both got up, and Taylor hit his Sloppy As Hell Dropkick! He started to climb up again, but Scott Lost and TJ Perkins ran out! He swatted them away, but King pulled him back in for the Coronati -NO! SPIN CYCLE! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Chuck Taylor (6:41)

TJ and Scott ran in to attack, but Chuck escaped to the back!

Lauren caught up with Brian Kendrick to ask him about London and Love, and he said that he had no idea about any of this, but he’s not even mad about that. He’s mad about the fact that he had an X-Division Championship match last week, and everybody’s attention was on a stupid love triangle. And because of that, he lost his shot. That’s what these questions should be about, not some dumb whore, her oblivious boyfriend, and, well, the “other man.†Lauren just stared at him, and then asked if Paul is here tonight, so he walked off.

--Commercial Break--

Match 3: The Axis Powers vs Prince Devitt/Asian Tigers
Kiyoshi wanted a shot at his former stable, so he got some time to hit at the three of them. Koslov dodged a bunch of his signature stuff though, and he grounded him. Kiyoshi came back with chops and tried a Back Suplex, but Koslov shoved him away and hit the Red Scare! Instead of pinning though, Koslov wanted Devitt! The Prince obliged, and Koslov immediately grabbed him and tried the Red Scare, BUT DEVITT DROPPED IT INTO AN INSIDE CRADLE! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Prince Devitt/Asian Tigers (5:58)

Devitt got up and celebrated, and Koslov freaked out. He attacked again, but again the faces cleared the ring.

Angelina Love arrived backstage, alone!

--Commercial Break--

Bailout was in the back, and Burke wished all these nice little tag teams good luck in their multi-team match, because at Victory Road they’d be cashing in and finally winning the TNA Tag Team Championship.

Match 4: Chad Collyer/Roderick Strong vs Ravarian w/ Daffney
Strong wanted at Rave for what happened on Impact, and he got him. During a long mat exchange between the two, Strong worked over the back while Rave tried to soften up the neck. Strong tried to up the pace to use some throws, but Rave met him with high-flying, and tweaked his neck with a hurricanrana. Ravarian worked him over some, still going for the neck, but when Rave tried his All the Rave, Strong flung him off and threw him to the outside! Kazarian got in and charged, but Collyer intercepted him and hit a Belly to Belly that sent him over the top rope and to the floor!

--Commercial Break--

Yeah, this happened more. Back-and-forth action all the way through, and Daffney distracted Strong long enough for Kaz to hit the Fade to Black to win.
Winners via pinfall: Ravarian (10:21)

Ravarian celebrated in the ring and then took it to the back.

Angelina Love turned a corner, and Brian Kendrick was there! He was PISSED. He asked her how long she was slutting it up with his best friend, and if she planned all along to try to screw him over last week. She got flustered and tried to walk away, but he grabbed her arm! He looked really mad, but finally let go, and she ran off.

--Commercial Break--

Jeff Jarrett left the booth to get in the ring, and he brought out Eric Young! He said that he and EY had been friends for 7 years now, and he’s come to Eric’s defense before, so now he’s returning the favor. James Storm came out and said he’d take them both on, but Jarrett said he’d have to wait until Victory Road to be beat by Eric Young. Storm told Jarrett to stay away from his match with Young, but Jarrett said this company is his baby, and he’ll get involved anywhere he damn pleases, and that’s why he’ll be in Young’s corner. Storm just laughed AND PUNCHED BOTH GUYS! He bounced them around some, but the numbers game got to him and they laid him out, topped off by a Spike Piledriver from Young.

--Commercial Break--

Match 5: Alex Shelley w/ Rhino vs Richie Steamboat [Non-Title Match]
Shelley was insanely aggressive here, just killing Steamboat on everything. Steamboat tried to fight back, but Shelley mostly just shut him down. Steamboat started to change his strategy to try to instigate Shelley’s temper, and he kept exploding and nearly getting DQed. Shelley finally pulled him into the middle of the ring for the Border City Stretch, but Steamboat wriggled out and slapped the X-Division Champion in the face! Shelley was LIVID and he chased after Steamboat, but he jumped out of the ring! Shelley chased him around the floor, and when Steamboat slid in, Shelley followed him, but right into a running crossbody! He tried a quick suplex, but Shelley blocked it and tackled him to the mat. He was choking Steamboat out going into the break.

--Commercial Break--

Shelley still had Steamboat down, and his strategy sort of fell apart as Shelley regrouped himself and went back to just killing the Little Richie. After a few brief comebacks, Shelley dodged the Flying Crossbody and hit the Shellshock to win.
Winner via pinfall: Alex Shelley (8:09)

Alex Shelley celebrated in the ring, AND ANGELINA LOVE CAME OUT! Shelley looked irate, but she got into the ring! She started to explain herself saying she felt lonely with Shelley only ever obsessing over his X-Division Championship, and she was wrong. She tried to apologize, but Shelley turned around. She tried to grab his arm, but Shelley shoved her! She tried to get up, BUT SHELLEY SHOVED HER AGAIN! Rhino rolled in to try to calm him down, but Shelley shouted for him to get out, and he did. Shelley turned back to Love and pulled her up by the hair! He shouted at her and she started to crying, BUT PAUL LONDON RAN DOWN! HE’S HERE! They had another crazy brawl, but this one was less chaotic and more violent. More punches got in, Shelley kicked London in the balls and choked at him, London slammed Shelley’s head into the ring post, SHELLEY BASHED LONDON WITH A TV MONITOR! Shelley and a now-bloody London kept brawling as security tried to separate them, BUT WE’RE OUTTA TIME FOLKS

Tonight’s card: Chris Hero vs Doug Williams, Low Ki vs Davey Richards, and Styles/Joe/Homicide vs Christian/Roode/Burke.

Match 1: Chris Hero vs Doug Williams w/ Dave Taylor
Doug was determined to show off some of his neat mat holds and counters, so he was stunned when Hero came right back with some of his own! They traded holds for a while, until Doug threw a stiff knee and started pounding at Hero. He worked over his neck with elbows, and then planted him with a straightjacket neckbreaker! He kneed the back of his neck some more, but when he tried the Chaos Theory, Hero blocked it coming back, reversed around and hit a BACKDROP DRIVER! ONE … TWO … THRE - Williams got a foot on the rope, and then rolled out going into the break.

--Commercial Break--

Back in the ring, Hero was still knocking him around, but Doug blocked a Cravate Suplex and hit a Tornado DDT! ONE … TWO … THR - Hero kicked out! Williams tried a vertical suplex, but Hero landed on the apron! He pulled Williams out with him and they fought for a while, but when Hero tried a big boot, Williams ducked and swept out Hero’s legs, making his skull slam onto the apron! He shoved Hero back in and got a cover! ONE … TWO … THRE - Hero kicked out! Williams kicked at his head and pulled him up for the Chaos Theory, but this time Hero held on in the corner and kicked Williams off! Williams charged back, BUT HERPO MET HIM WITH THE ROLLING ELBOW! Both guys were down, and by the time Hero crawled toward Doug, he had rolled over onto his stomach. Hero tried to put in the Hangman’s Clutch instead, but Williams elbowed away and grabbed the ropes. Hero grabbed him for the Hero’s Welcome, but Williams punched out and hit an INVERTED GUTWRENCH SUPLEX! ONE … TWO … THRE - Hero kicked out! Doug rolled Hero over onto his stomach and climbed up top for the BOMBS AWAY, but NO! HERO MOVED! He fought up to his feet and motioned for the Cyclone Kill, but Dave Taylor grabbed his leg! Hero finally shook him off, but Doug Williams was up, and he sandwiched Hero into the corner! CHAOS THEORY! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Doug Williams (12:40)

Post-match, Dave Taylor climbed in and started slapping Hero, and Williams joined in. They laid him out with Halifax Decapitation and celebrated to the back.

--Commercial Break--

Commentary hyped the multi-team tag match at Victory Road.

Match 2: Ravarian w/ Daffney vs 2 Crazy Negroes
Lethal’s knee was still taped up after Burke hit it with the Pimp Cane, so they targeted that. He broke free from Kaz after a leg-feed enzuigiri, and then Creed tagged in to clean house some. He flew around a bit, but T.Y.S.O.N. came down to ringside. Collyer and Strong followed suit, and that drew out Sabin/Jacobs. They brawled on the floor and when it spilled into the ring, the ref threw out the match.
Winner via pinfall: 2 Crazy Negroes (4:13)

All the teams brawled around, and after a finisher train, the Negroes stood tall.

Backstage, Styles told Ki that he’d like to be in his corner, but he’s got to focus on his match tonight, so sorry.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Homicide was complaining to Joe about having to team with that gringo AJ Styles, but Joe said just to focus on getting at Christian and trying to earn a world title shot.

Match 3: Low Ki vs Davey Richards w/ Elijah Burke
After neither guy could land any big strikes, they went to the mat. Big struggles, stiff elbows thrown in, etc. Really got over the fact that Davey can shoot with even the best, but Low Ki outsmarted him throughout, and eventually outlasted him. He cinched in the Dragon Clutch to totally wear Davey out, and even when Davey got to the ropes, Ki now bumped him around with kicks. Burke got on the apron for a distraction, but AJ STYLES RAN OUT! He pulled Burke down and threw him to the floor! Back in the ring, Davey tried the Bankrupt Driver, but Ki blocked it and countered with the KI KRUSHER! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Low Ki (7:13)

Styles climbed back in and patted Low Ki on the shoulder and shouted that he’d always have his partner’s back when it counted. Bailout regrouped up the ramp but motioned for the straps.

--Commercial Break--

Match 4: Monty Brown/Bryan Danielson vs Matt Morgan/Lance Hoyt w/ Don West
Monty and Danielson continued to work very well together, in what may be the strangest alliance ever. Maybe Mark Henry and Evan Bourne. Anyway, Morgan and Hoyt used their big man stuff to beat Danielson down, and DW continued to be obnoxious on the floor. Danielson countered a Hoyt chokeslams down into the LeBell Lock, and even when Hoyt broke free, Danielson kicked him away and got the hot tag! Monty cleaned house with clotheslines and shoulderblocks, and topped it off with the Alpha Lariat to Hoyt! ONE … TWO … THRE - Morgan pulled him off! Monty tagged in Danielson, then charged at Morgan and they brawled. Morgan ended up low bridging Monty out, but then he turned into a Flying Dropkick from Danielson! Dragon went back up top, BUT DANIELS RAN DOWN! HE SHOVED DANIELSON OFF! Danielson staggered to his feet, right into the CARBON FOOTPRINT! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Matt Morgan/Lance Hoyt (6:30)

Morgan got up and celebrated. Monty slid in and tried the POUNCE~ on him, but he rolled out of the ring to safety. Daniels laughed on the outside, BUT DANIELSON RAN AND TOOK HIM OUT WITH A TOPE SUICIDA! They fought wildly on the ramp, and Daniels laid him out with a Snap DDT on the stage!

--Commercial Break--

James Storm was in the back with Lauren, and he said that Jeff Jarrett can send whatever hitman he wants his way, but they’d all fall flat. Storm said he wanted his hands back on Jarrett, and until that happens, he’s gonna be shootin’ from his hip.

Backstage, Roode told Young and Dux to take Angle out.

A pre-taped AJ Styles promo played, and he said that while Christian and his little alliance have been worrying over Monty, Angle, and Danielson, they forgot about the true Man here in TNA. He said that Christian was so busy looking for potential enemies that he missed the biggest threat right in front of his eyes. AJ said that he’s taken a break long enough from the TNA Championship, and now it’s time for the Phenomenal One to take back what has always really been his.

--Commercial Break--

Match 5: Eric Young/Tyson Dux vs Kurt Angle/James Storm w/ Jackie Moore
Young and Angle started, and commentary brought up Young pinning Angle last year in possibly his biggest win ever. Look how far he’s come since then, right? Nah. Angle mostly dominated, but he seemed too distracted, and he got caught up in offense. He snapped out of it and killed Dux with some suplexes, and then Storm got in. He wanted Young, but he wouldn’t obliged, so he killed Dux instead. Angle got back in again, and this time he ended up isolated for a good stretch. Young tried the Sharpshooter, but Angle outmaneuvered him and put in the Ankle Lock! Young got to his feet, but Angle yanked him back into a German Suplex! Hot tag to Storm! The Tennessee Cowboy came right in with big fire to Storm, and then he caught a charging Dux with a Harley Race Knee! He got Young up for the Eight Second Ride, but he went to the eyes to get down. He tried the Spike Piledriver, but Storm shoved him into the ropes and caught him coming back with a big back body drop! He signaled for the Eye of the Storm, but Young scurried over and tagged in Dux! He came right in to the Lungblower, and then Angle got in to finish it with the Ankle Lock.
Winners via submission: Kurt Angle/James Storm (7:01)

Angle and Storm celebrated in the ring. Angle told Dux to take this message to Roode, and he put him back in the Ankle Lock! Dux started tapping wildly, but Angle wouldn’t let up, and he looked like he had snapped. Storm finally calmed him down to get him off, and then EY pulled him to safety and they escaped together.

--Commercial Break--

A pre-taped Christian Cage promo played, where he talked about how he was disappointed in having to face AJ Styles again. He said that, yeah, the last two times they wrestled for the world title, AJ won. But Christian said that now he’s climbed back to the top, just like he was when AJ was his lackey. He said that he wanted to face some new competition, and maybe he’d get to do that once he finally puts down the “Phenomenal One.”

Match 6: Christian Cage/Robert Roode/Elijah Burke vs AJ Styles/Samoa Joe/Homicide
If I had a dollar for every Impact main event six-man tag. Roode acted like somewhat of the team leader here, directing the offense and carrying out a good brunt of the offense. Styles didn’t really get along with his teammates, acting pretty hostile toward Joe, and Cide acting pretty hostile toward him. It led to the heels mostly dominating, but when Burke got in, Styles brought it hard against him for last week. He really laid into him with his forearms and chops, but Roode herded him back to their corner, and he stepped up. Roode and Styles had an exchange for a while, but Christian made a blind tag and surprised AJ with a Reverse DDT! He had Burke join him in the ring and they beat at him some together, but Joe rushed the ring to help! Homicide grudgingly joined him, and chaos ensued. Styles ended up dropkicking Burke to the outside, and Christian snuck up behind, but Styles body dropped him to the floor as well, and then followed up with a Plancha!

--Commercial Break--

Joe and Homicide decided to take things into their own hands and just did their thing as a unit, with Joe continuing his re-found love of murder. Eventually their refusal to include AJ caused them to tire out from the numbers edge, and Cide got isolated. All three guys, even Christian now, worked together well to keep him contained, going after his midsection to suck some life from him. Christian tried a running powerslam, but Cide slid down and hit a lariat! He tried to crawl over to his corner, but Roode got in first and pulled Homicide back with a Back Suplex! He tried the Payoff, but Homicide spun out! He tried the 187, but Roode shoved him off and caught him coming back with the DOUBLE R SPINEBUSTER! ONE … TWO … THRE - Joe pulled him off! Roode attacked, and so everybody rushed the ring. Quick tags kept happening in there, so the ref sort of lost track of who was legal, but he tried to keep up when he could. Styles came in with his Springboard Elbow Smash to Burke, but then turned into a SPEAR SPEAR SPEAR from Christian! Homicide grabbed Christian for the Gringo Killer, but Roode pulled him down and got Cide with the ROODE AWAKENING! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Christian Cage/Elijah Burke/Robert Roode (13:45)

Christian and Roode both celebrated in the ring. Styles slid in to help up Homicide, but Cide shoved him off! Joe slid in calm them down, but Burke ran in and attacked AJ! Davey ran down to join in, but Low Ki came out to make the save! They ran Bailout off, but then AJ turned into a belt shot from Christian! Low Ki tried to grab him, but he JUST got out and escaped to the back with his belt.

JEFF JARRETT CO-HOST AGAIN, YEAH! Commentary ran down the card: Collyer vs Young for the TV Title, Danielson vs Hoyt, and Low Ki/London vs Davey/Rhino in the main event.

Match 1: Viktor Koslov/Kenny King vs Chuck Taylor/Prince Devitt
Koslov wanted Devitt again, and he got it. He charged right with a clothesline, but Devitt ducked and GRABBED ANOTHER INSIDE CRADLE! ONE … TWO … THRE - Koslov JUST got out! He clobbered Devitt with a running back elbow, and dragged him over for King to work over. They worked over his legs to slow down his high-flying, but he still managed plenty if hurricanranas and flying clotheslines. Koslov tried to totally contain him with the Moscow Cloverleaf, but Devitt shoved him off and hit a twisting clothesline! He tagged in to Chuck, who cleaned house with his Sloppy As Hell Offense, but King made a blind tag and leveled him with a running STO! Chuckie got worked over some, but he countered the Coronation into a Falling DDT! NEW HOT TAG TO DEVITT! Springboard Dropkick to King, leg lariat to Koslov, and Springboard Back Elbow to King! ONE … TWO … THRE - King kicked out! Devitt tried the Bloody Sunday, but King shoved him away and tagged in Koslov! He snuck up on Devitt and tried a Side Russian Legsweep, but Devitt blocked it and HIT THE BLOODY SUNDAY! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Chuck Taylor/Prince Devitt (6:50)

Devitt celebrated in the ring, but Koslov got up and attacked! Devitt turned it around and laid him out with another Bloody Sunday!

Paul London and Angelina Love arrived backstage together!

--Commercial Break--

A pre-taped Kurt Angle promo played about his match with Robert Roode. He said that he learned at Slammiversary that there’s nothing special about Robert Roode, it was all a mental game. He said that he’d gotten past that mental block, and at Victory Road he’d put Roode back in his place.

Match 2: Chad Collyer[c] vs Eric Young [TNA Television Championship]
Mostly all amateur mat stuff, and Collyer started to go after the arm. He tried the Crossface Chickenwing, but Dux and Tomko came down to give some support. James Storm marched down to get at Young, but T.Y.S.O.N attacked him! Danielson and Strong ran out, and a big brawl broke out, and the ref through it out.
No contest due to interference (4:15)

Everybody kept brawling, and Booker T came out to book Storm/Collyer/Strong vs Young/Dux/Tomko for after the break!

--Commercial Break--

Match 3: Team Canada vs James Storm/Chad Collyer/Roderick Strong w/ Jackie Moore
Young again Storm as much as he could, and he had much more success here than on Impact. So it was mostly Collyer/Strong vs T.Y.S.O.N., who now had some double-team stuff under their belts. Collyer got caught up in it, and Young went for some revenge by going after his arm. Dux did the same, and whenever Collyer got close to making a tag, Tomko would come in to power him around some. Collyer finally got a break when he got his feet up as Dux came off the top, busting him in the jaw! He tagged out to Strong, who came right in with three quick jaw breakers to Dux! SPINNING POWERBOMB! ONE … TWO … THRE - Young broke it up! Storm charged the ring and tackled Young down, and they fought some. Collyer got back in, but he was still beat up, and Tomko military pressed him to the outside! The tag teams spilled to the outside to fight, and in the ring Storm bumped Young around some. Jarrett said he hadn’t talked to referee Rudy Charles in a while, so he wanted to get caught up. He left to go distract him, and Young kicked Storm in the balls and grabbed a roll-up! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Team Canada (7:12)

Jarrett pulled Young out and they celebrated to the back as Storm got up pissed. The other four guys kept brawling on the floor.

Backstage, Don West went up to Lance Hoyt and said he was interested in him as a client. Hoyt told him to stand in his corner tonight and watch his talent up close.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, James Storm said that kicking Jarrett’s ass by surprise last month was great, but kicking Young’s ass this month when he knows it’s coming would be even better.

Booker T came down to ringside and said since Jarrett had gone to the back, he’d do some guest commentary for the rest of the show. He and Nash never got along.

Match 4: New Age Machineguns vs 2 Crazy Negroes
They again tried to have a match, and again it got messed up. Ravarian came out for Sabin/Jacobs, and T.Y.S.O.N. came back down for the Negroes. Collyer and Strong ran back out for the Tysons, and everybody got involved.
No contest due to interference (3:00)

A big brawl, and Rave hit Strong with his All the Rave.

London and Love were walking in the back HOLDING HANDS~ and all the roster members in the hall stared awkwardly at them. They finally got to Kendrick, and it was super awkward. Kendrick took a deep breath and wished Shelley good luck on Sunday, and then walked off.

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Homicide went up to Low Ki and said he heard AJ Styles was supposed to be his partner tonight but he dropped out to get ready for his World Title match at Victory Road. He said it must suck to have a partner who only half cares.

A long Christopher Daniels promo played and he talked about how it took him NINE YEARS to scrape, claw, fight, and bleed his way to the TNA Championship. And along the way, he had to live under the shadow of Samoa Joe, Jeff Jarrett, Christian Cage, Kurt Angle, and AJ Styles. And after he finally got there, it ended TWO MONTHS later. And now, trying to get back to the top, he’s cut short by a nobody like Bryan Danielson. He said that at Victory Road, Danielson gets revealed as being an overrated rookie to the spotlight, and Christopher Daniels reaffirms his DESTINY of being number one in TNA.

Backstage, Don West went to Lance Hoyt backstage and thanked him for coming on board the Dungeon of Don. He told Hoyt to soften Monty up tonight, so Morgan can put him down at Victory Road.

--Commercial Break--

Lauren went to TJ, Scott, and Kenny in the back and first Kenny said he accepted Chuck’s challenge. She then asked if they could shed light on who was best friends, and TJ replied that all three of them were EQUAL best friends! Lauren said that’s impossible, so Scott told her to stop stirring shit, and they all left.

Match 5: Monty Brown vs Lance Hoyt w/ Don West
Lots of power offs and clubbering. They built up to Monty knocking him down, and he finally did it with the Alpha Lariat! But before he could cover, Don West jumped on the apron to distract the ref! Monty went over to call him back, but Hoyt got him from behind with a
Winner via pinfall: Monty Brown (4:46)

Monty celebrated in the ring, but Morgan ran down and attacked! They fought, but Hoyt climbed back in to help, and they both laid him out.

--Commercial Break--

Match 6: Davey Richards/Rhino vs Paul London/Low Ki w/ Angelina Love
Low Ki and Davey started, and when Ki started to control, London got in to continue it. London looked really in control, but after a few Rhino cheap shots, Davey snuck in a big running knee to the corner. Rhino got in and was super violent with his clubs, but London shot back with a couple of flying forearms. A dropsault sent Rhino to the outside, and he followed up with a Plancha!

--Commercial Break--

London and Low Ki formed a pretty fluent team, but when Davey went after Ki’s legs, he finally slowed him down some. Rhino continued the leg work, and they kept him contained well enough. Rhino tried a shin breaker, but Low Ki floated over and hit a bunch of big chops! Rhino served as a wall as Low Ki worked to knock him down, and he finally got it with a Rolling Koppou Kick! He made the hot tag to London, who came right in with a Springboard Clothesline to Davey! He cleaned house some, and went up top. He tried the SSP on Davey, but Davey rolled away! London staggered up, and Davey hit a Saito Suplex! ONE … TWO … THRE - London kicked out! Davey pulled him up for the Bankrupt Driver, but London floated over and shoved him into a Gamengiri from Low Ki! Rhino charged with a Gore, but Low Ki rolled away, and he ran into a SUPERKICK FROM LONDON! London had Low Ki hold Davey down while he went up top for the SHOOTING STAR PRESS! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Paul London/Low Ki (12:11)

London got up and celebrated, but ALEX SHELLEY SNUCK DOWN THROUGH THE CROWD! He went to bash Shelley with the X-Division title, but London ducked! Shelley kept going, AND LOVE SLAPPED HIM! He flung around RIGHT INTO A LONDON SUPERKICK! Shelley regrouped in the ring FUMING as Paul London and Angelina Love backed up the ramp and left together!

The Redcoats def. Fit Finlay/Tracy Smothers
Samoa Joe def. Shawn Spears

Match 1: New Age Machineguns vs 2 Crazy Negroes vs T.Y.S.O.N. vs Chad Collyer/Roderick Strong vs Ravarian w/ Daffney
Two guys in at a time, James Gang Rule in place. NAMG and 2CN shared a corner. They also started, with Sabin vs Lethal. They did some brief mat stuff, but then transitioned right into a sprint. All the high-fliers got involved to do the same, until Tomko came in and killed Jimmy Jacobs with his Falling Lariat. He and Dux picked him apart, and then the other teams got in to do the same. Jacobs finally broke out a DDT to Rave, and then a Spear to Kaz! HOT TAG TO SABIN! He bumped everybody around with his flying stuff, and he topped it off with his Springboard Tornado DDT to Stron - NO! Strong shoved him into Collyer’s EVEREST GERMAN! ONE … TWO … THRE - Creed dove to save! Everybody started rushing the ring, and it all broke down. Big impact moves got traded, and a small dive train started. Jacobs topped it off with a Suicide Dive to T.Y.S.O.N., but he turned into a chair shot from Rave! With the ref’s attention in the ring, Ravarian pulled Jacobs up and planted him on the floor with the Restoration! Sabin saw it happened and he went to rush out, but Creed intercepted him with the CreeDDT! He turned and took Ravarian out with a Plancha, as Lethal climbed up top and hit Sabin with the Lethal Elbow! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: 2 Crazy Negroes (10:08)

The Negroes celebrated in the ring, but Sabin got up and told them what happened. They both looked irked, but they still won, so they were happy as it was.

BREAKING NEWS! They quickly cut backstage to see AJ STYLES KNOCKED OUT BACKSTAGE! He had a gusher on the back of his head and he was unconscious in the back as agents flipped out. Low Ki ran up and was all, wtf. Booker T came up and flipped out and said that the Tag Title match would have to be cancelled, and maybe even the main event. But JBL came up and threatened a huge lawsuit if the tag match is not tonight! Booker T looked concerned and said that a replacement partner would be allowed, but it was probably too late for that. Low Ki just nodded his head and walked off, set to defend the belts on his own!

Bailout was already in the ring and they looked pleased. Commentary talked about what this would mean, but Low Ki came out, and he was ready to defend the belts!

Match 2: Low Ki[c] vs Bailout w/ JBL [TNA Tag Team Championship]
This was all Low Ki trying to end it early with his big stuff but the numbers game finally got to him. After a big comeback, he had both challengers down, but nobody to tag out to, until ………… SAMOA JOE RAN DOWN TO RINGSIDE! He hopped on the apron, BUT HOMICIDE RAN OUT! He pulled Joe down and asked what the hell he was doing, and they argued on the floor. Low Ki finally got over and needed help, but they were too busy fighting. Bailout saw their opportunity and grabbed Low Ki for the BANKRUPTCY! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall and NEW TNA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: BAILOUT (7:10)

Bailout celebrated with the belts, and JBL cheered them on. They took it to the back, and Low Ki got up very upset. Samoa Joe looked conflicted on the outside, and he shoved Homicide, then went to the back. As Low Ki got up, Homicide just shook his head at him.

Paul London and Angelina Love were backstage together, and London said he had to go prepare for his big match with Shelley. Love asked if she should be out there, but London said she’d better stay back. She wished him luck, they kissed, and he walked off.

Backstage, Sabin and Jacobs had regrouped, and Sabin said that the Negroes won tonight, but it was murky, and they wanted another shot to show that they’re the best tag team in TNA. Jacobs spoke up and said that Rave and Kazarian were both dead men for what they did to him, and they’d pay, etc.

Match 3: Monty Brown vs Matt Morgan w/ Don West
Clubbering and stuff. Don West got involved at points to try to help his client, but Monty fought back with murder and whatnot. He won with the POUNCEEEEEEE~~~~~~~~! Period.
Winner via pinfall: Monty Brown (6:04)

Team Canada was backstage, and Christian Cage said that they had hit the jackpot tonight with AJ taken out. All was lovely, and then Roode said he had to go kick Angle’s ass, and then they could all celebrate tonight.

AJ Styles was conscious now being checked on by some medics, but he said he was fine. They had a bandage on him, but he said he could compete in the main event. Booker T came in to check on him, and Styles insisted he was good to go. Booker was unsure, and he said he had a big decision to make, and soon, and he walked off.

Homicide was sitting in the back, and Samoa Joe came up pissed. He asked Cide why the hell he stopped him from helping Low Ki, and Homicide said it wasn’t even a legal thing to do. Joe asked what his problem is, and Cide said that Joe wasn’t out there helping their friend Low Ki; he was helping AJ Styles’ friend Low Ki, and AJ Styles himself. Joe called him a jerk-off, and stormed away.

HYPE VIDEO! Angle continuously is pinned by Robert Roode in both singles and tag matches. He gets Sting to help him at Slammiversary in beating Roode/Young. Angle insists he can beat Roode on his own now, but Roode says he still can’t. They get increasingly aggressive, so a No DQ match is booked.

Match 4: Kurt Angle vs Robert Roode [No Disqualification]
Angle had a newfound confidence going into this singles match, and for the first time in their series, he actually looked like his old self on the mat. He totally bitched out Roode, but Roode quickly turned it around by gouging the eyes and using the ropes, and it was not only welcomed, but allowed. Angle came right back with punches, and it soon spilled to the outside. Like he’s had some success in the series, Angle reached to his Attitude Era roots and really turned it into a brawl on the floor. When Roode finally stepped up and started meeting him with strikes, Angle upped it by tossing him around, including a big Belly to Belly into the guardrail! He tossed him around some more on the floor to target the back, and then rolled Roode into the ring. He tried to get in himself, but RR was up and he kicked Angle to the outside! He climbed out after him and roughed him up a bit, including an elevated neckbreaker, where Angle was hanging off the side of the apron, and Roode drove him down to the floor! Roode rolled him in and tried to finish it with the Payoff, but Angle broke free and GRABBED THE ANKLE! Roode reached into his tights to grab something and then pretty easily fought up, due to no prior ankle work. He balanced on one leg AND THE CREAMED ANGLE IN THE SKULL WITH THE GOLDEN KNUCKS! Angle flopped down out of the ring, and when the camera caught up, he was busted wide open! Roode got an awesome grin on his face as he went to floor and opened up the cut using the ring post, apron, and guardrail, all while shouting “WHERE’S STING NOW?!” Roode tried a DDT on the floor, but Angle shoved him off. He fell back into the guardrail, but when Roode charged, Angle caught him AND BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEXED HIM OVER THE RAIL AND INTO THE CROWD AREA! They fought through the crowd some, and violence and whatnot. On the way back, Angle busted Roode up with a steel chair, and it just turned into a slugfest. Angle pulled out the Crossface Chickenwing, but Roode kicked off the corner and got a bridge! ONE … TWO …. THRE - Angle got up and let go of the hold! He tried a quick Olympic Slam, but Roode held his weight. He tried the Crucifix Driver again, but Angle backed him into the corner and set him up top! He reeled him with some big European uppercuts, and then set up for the Super Olympic Slam, but Roode shoved him off! FLYING ROODE CLOTHESLINE! ONE … TWO … THRE - Angle got an arm up! Roode measured him up for the Northern Lariat, but ANGLE CAUGHT HIM CHARGING WITH THE OLYMPIC SLAM! ONE … TWO … THRE - ROODE KICKED OUT! FIRST PERSON TO KICK OUT IN LIKE TWO YEARS! Bloody Angle sat up with a sadistic look in his eyes! WIPED THE BLOOD AWAY! PULLED DOWN THE STRAPS! ANKLE LOCK~! He fastened it in, but the fatigue factor set in, and he couldn’t really keep it tight, or stand up very easily. Roode kept trying to fight back, but he was spent too. Angle got a big adrenaline rush (adrenaline rushhhh), and he raged on the Ankle Lock, AND THE LAID DOWN ON THE TWISTED ANKLE WHILE USING HIS HANDS TO CHOKE ROODE! ANGLE INVENTED THE ANKLE LOCK STF! Roode desperately tried to get air, but he was fading fast! He got a big burst and grabbed the ropes, BUT NO ROPE BREAKS! Roode freaked out, BUT HE GRABBED THE GOLDEN KNUCKS IN THE CORNER! HE NAILED ANGLE IN THE FACE! Angle flopped down on the mat and Roode draped an arm across! ONE … TWO … THRE - NO! ANGLE GOT AN ARM UP! Roode couldn’t believe it! He lined up and tried to blast Angle with the Golden Knucks again, but Angle ducked! He tried an Olympic Slam, BUT ROODE NAILED ANGLE IN THE FACE WITH THE KNUCKS IN MIDAIR! Angle stumbled back into the corner, and when he fell forward, ROODE RAN OFF THE ROPES AND NAILED ANGLE IN THE BACK OF THE SKULL WITH THE GOLDEN KNUCKS! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Robert Roode (19:45)

A bloody Robert Roode stood over a knocked out and bloody Kurt Angle… and he shouted that he was coming for Sting next!!!

Backstage, Alex Shelley cut an impassioned promo begging to know how he was the bad guy in all of this. He said that the X-Division is what all of these fans came to TNA for, and he’s defended it with such prestige not seen since Bruno Sammartino, and these people BOO him?! And then some pothead took his girlfriend, and they CHEER for him?! How is this any sort of justice?! He started screaming, almost crying out, that he’s done everything he can to be the best in the world, and yet nobody appreciates his love for this business, and his X-Division. He said fine, screw the fans, they can cheer their pothead spot monkeys, gutterslut whores, painkiller-ridden Olympians, bland as hell technicians, fatass Samoans, warrior-like black holes of charisma, and hillbilly franchise players, he doesn’t need them. He needs his own talent and his X-Division Championship, and neither of those would depart from him for a long, long time.

Backstage, Christopher Daniels said that his luck in TNA has been pretty shitty, but tonight that turns around.

Storm/Jarrett/Young hype.

Match 5: James Storm w/ Jackie Moore vs Eric Young w/ Jeff Jarrett
Basic match, built around my growing enjoyment of James Storm. Young got mostly bumped around, but when Jarrett proved to be enough of a nuisance, EY managed some leg work. He tried the Sharpshooter a few times, but Storm blocked it. Young started to troll America, but Jarrett made him cut that out. When Young failed a fourth time on the Sharpshooter, Double J directed him to put in the Figure Four instead. Storm kicked him off though and caught him come back with a big Half Nelson Slam! He tried the Eight Second Ride, but he leg gave out! Young tried the Spike Piledriver, but Storm picked him up right into the Eye of the Storm! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: James Storm (8:19)

Storm celebrated in the ring, and Jarrett looked pissed on the floor.

Booker T had Low Ki backstage and he apologized for what happened with the tag titles. He said that he was considering giving him the title match with Chris Daniels tonight because he had earned it as of late. But AJ Styles stormed in! He said that Low Ki is his partner and friend, but that title shot is his, and he wouldn’t stand for it to be taken from him. Ki looked irked, but Book stopped him. He said that if Styles could be cleared, he’d get the World Title match. If not, it would go to Ki.

Match 6: Bryan Danielson vs Christopher Daniels w/ Daffney
I’m already several days late on this. Daniels took Danielson more seriously. He guarded carefully against the neck, but it left him open to some arm work. Still, Daniels worked much of the match avoiding the LeBell Lock and tons of neckbreakers and whatnot. It did not occur to him that his shoulders were being worn down, setting up for the Cattle Mutilation. Silly Daniels, you have forgotten working with this guy outside of TNA. Danielson tapped after a few seconds in the hold.
Winner via submission: Bryan Danielson (14:28)

Danielson got up and celebrated big. Daniels pulled himself up and was irate.

Booker T, AJ Styles, and Low Ki were by a doctor backstage looking over AJ some. He was hesitant, but he said he’d clear AJ if he signed a waiver to take responsibility from the company. Booker told AJ that if he didn’t think he’d be able to capitalize tonight, to give the shot to Low Ki, and then AJ could get a title match against whoever was champion whenever he was ready. Styles looked at Ki and thought about it… and then signed the waiver! He told Booker T to tell Christian Cage that he was coming for that title. He walked off, and Low Ki looked conflicted~.

Backstage, Paul London said that Alex Shelley isn’t the bad guy for caring about his title. He’s the bad guy for picking off opponents every week leading up to title matches, and then when he wins cleanly at PPV, he claims it’s because he’s the best; he’s the bad guy because he put Brian Kendrick out with a concussion by planting him on the unprotected floor; he’s the bad guy because he put London through a car hood; and he’s a bad guy because he’s a sociopath hell bent on making a statement about a belt instead of working to represent the tradition that it was built on. London said that Shelley had taken a lot of things from a lot of people over the past nineteen months, but finally somebody has taken something from him. He said that he’s taken his girl, and tonight he takes his belt.

Hype and stuff. If you weren’t following this feud, read London’s promo I guess. Commentary also said that both Rhino and Brian Kendrick had been banned from ringside.

Borash did a formal introduction for Shelley, and reiterated that this is London’s last opportunity at Shelley’s belt. When London came out, he sprint down to the ring, and it was immediately on!

Match 7: Alex Shelley[c] vs Paul London [TNA X-Division Championship – London’s Last Chance – Title Defense #19]
Shelley tackled him right down and they just started wailing on each other! Really chaotic brawling, and the ref frequently had a hard time containing them. London brought some hard strikes, but Shelley was different than his usual cunning champion self. He played it all smart, but there was a sense of real anger in his facial expressions, stiff slaps and elbows, and desperation. Tenay and Taz talked about how he’s never been this angry at a challenger, but Cornette said that maybe it is that he has never felt this challenged by a challenger, and he was reacting with violence like he did with Sabin this time last year. ANYWAY, there was no real body work until London missed a plancha AND WITH HIS LIMBS ALL EXTENDED, HE SPLATTED CHEST-FIRST ONTO THE FLOOR! Shelley stomped and kicked at his chest like a madman, and then military pressed him into the turnbuckle! ONE … TWO … THRE - London kicked out! Shelley pulled him up and tried a Dominator, but London countered with a FALLING DDT! ONE … TWO … THR - Shelly kicked out! London started flying around some, but when he tried a springboard, Shelley PUNCHED NAILED HIM WITH A HEART PUNCH! London clutched his chest trying to breath, and he stumbled up into another HEART PUNCH! BREAKING PAUL LONDON’S HEART! ONE … TWO … THRE - London got an arm up! Shelley kept up with the chest attacks, but London made plenty of big comebacks. He nearly got a flash Superkick, but Shelley ducked JUST in time. He popped up and tried the Shellshock, but London floated through and hit the WAFFLE FACE! ONE … TWO … THRE - Shelley got a foot on the ropes! London lined up for another Superkick, but Shelley ducked! He went for a Heart Punch, but London knocked it away and hit a big enzuigiri! Shelley hit the mat and London climbed up top! SHOOTING STAR PRE - NO! SHELLEY MOVED! London staggered to his feet holding his chest and Shelley tried a Superkick, but London ducked and swept out his leg! Shelley stumbled up, RIGHT INTO A SUPERKICK! ONE … TWO … THRE - SHELLEY KICKED OUT! London couldn’t believe it! He tried a Sliced Bread #2, but Shelley threw him off! He went for a Codebreaker, but London held onto the ropes! Shelley hopped up and London went for another Superkick, but Shelley ducked, AND LONDON HIT THE REF! SHIT! He looked concerned and turned into a SUPERKICK FROM SHELLEY! The X-Division Champion finally could take a breather, and he grinned when he saw the ref down. He rolled out of the ring and grabbed a steel chair and brought it into the ring. He measured London up, BUT ANGELINA LOVE RAN OUT! WHO DIDN’T SEE THIS COMING?! Shelley looked fucking LIVID and he shouted at her to get out of here, but she laid in front of London! Shelley grabbed her by the hair and started screaming at her, and then chucked her down! He reared back to hit London with the chair, but Love pulled it from Shelley! He backed up and told her just to stay out of this, but she reared back to hit him! Shelley begged off, but Love came back and NAILED PAUL LONDON IN THE SKULL WITH THE STEEL CHAIR! FUCK! NO! Love and Shelley smiled as the crowd booed the shit out of them. Shelley directed Love to shake the ref to life, and he pulled London up for the SHELLSHOCK! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall and still X-Division Champion: Alex Shelley (22:50)

Shelley used the ropes to help himself up, and Angelina Love rolled in with his X-Division Championship. She got to her knees and licked her lips, and then wrapped it around his waist and kissed the belt. She and Shelley returned up the ramp together, and London slowly got up and couldn’t believe it. Shelley and Love stopped at the entrance stage and made out there. London had a sad.

TNA BOUND FOR GLORY VII! OCTOBER 16! NEW YORK CITY! HAMMERSTEIN BALLROOM! BE THERE!

Commentary talked about the AJ Styles situation, and how still nobody knows who attacked him, but he WILL be competing. Christian Cage came out first and told AJ to give it up, but Styles came out with a big bandage on the back of his head, and he said it was on!

Match 8: Christian Cage[c] vs AJ Styles [TNA World Championship]
Styles exploded with strikes, and proceeded to just try to throw everything at Christian to try to end it quick. Cage mostly avoided it all, but he kept getting spooked. Styles finally landed a big roundhouse and hit the BRAINBUSTER! ONE … TWO … THRE - Christian kicked out! Styles pulled him up and tried the Styles Clash, but Christian body dropped away! Styles’ head bounced off the mat, and immediately he had trouble getting up. Christian saw his advantage and started working away furiously at the back of the skull, even removing the bandage and elbow him repeatedly. Styles kept trying to get bursts, and he took big risks to pull something off, but Christian got more and more vicious and controlling in his beatdowns. Styles just started wailing with elbows and he tried the Phenomenal DDT, but he couldn’t get his bearings, and Christian countered with his Inverted DDT, driving the back of AJ’s skull right into the mat! ONE … TWO … THRE - Styles kicked out! Christian yanked him up and tried the Unprettier, but STYLES GRABBED A BACKSLIDE! ONE … TW - Styles couldn’t hold it at all and it fell apart. Christian threw him off and tried for the Spear, but Styles sidestepped, and the champion crashed into the corner. He stumbled back, RIGHT INTO THE STYLES CLASH! Christian’s shoulders were down, but Styles collapsed too and his shoulders were down! ONE … TWO … STYLES GOT A SHOULDER UP! … THREE! CHRISTIAN WAS PINNED!
Winner via pinfall and NEW TNA WORLD CHAMPION: AJ STYLES (12:14)

AJ Styles laid on the mat for a bit and just looked up at the ceiling, but he finally snapped to it and realized he won back the TNA Championship! He ref handed him the belt, and he held it in the air. Christopher Daniels finally came to and he had an epic temper tantrum, but Styles got a big smile and rolled out, and celebrated up as TNA World Champion once again.

A recap of Victory Road played, topped off by AJ Styles beating Christian Cage for the World Title.

AJ Styles came out to start the live show, and he was dressed nice with his TNA World Championship draped over his shoulder. He said that he's proved that he is The Man here in TNA still, and he declared that Styles Country has four distinct borders: the sides around any TNA ring that another wrestler dares to step into. He talked about how he lost the belt cheaply in March, worked his way back, and now has it again. But somebody tried to put him out to ruin his dream by knocking him out backstage before the show, and he didn’t see who did it, but they failed. He said he’d find out though, and they’d pay. Before long, Christian Cage came out though! He said he was using his rematch clause next week on Impact. Styles smiled and said that he’s learned a lot from Christian, like how to treat a challenger, so he can face Low Ki this week to warm up!

Commentary reacted to Christian vs Low Ki, and also hyped Monty/Danielson vs Young/Morgan and Samoa Joe calling out Homicide!

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Booker T went up to Low Ki and said he didn’t have to face Christian tonight if he didn’t want to. Low Ki looked fucking pissed at the world, but he shook his head “yes,” and walked off.

Match 1: Chad Collyer/Roderick Strong vs The Young Bucks
Mostly squashing of this faggotry, but when Max caught Collyer coming in with a rope-hung DDT, the TV Champion was isolated some. They did their flippity stuff and posed a bunch after it, and Jeremy actually got a long two-count after a Slingshot Sitout Facebuster! They hit some double-team stuff and tried to end it with the MMMBop Neckbreaker, but Collyer shoved Max off and hit Jeremy with a BIG German Suplex! HOT TAG TO RODDY! BACKBREAKERS EVERYWHERE! Collyer threw Max out with a Belly to Belly, and then Jeremy suffered the Belly to Belly/Backbreaker Combination to end it.
Winners via pinfall: Chad Collyer/Roderick Strong (6:02)

Collyer and Strong celebrated in the ring.

Backstage, Jeff Jarrett told Eric Young that he was disappointed in him, but that he always has a backup plan.

--Commercial Break--

Match 2: James Storm w/ Jackie Moore vs TJ Perkins w/ Scott Lost & Kenny King
Showcase for Storm. TJ had some chickenshit heeling, but Storm mostly just bumped him around. After failing to get anywhere by going for the leg, TJ tried to fly around some. A set of dropkicks sent Storm to a knee, but when he ran off the ropes, Storm caught him with a Leviathan Spinebuster! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: James Storm (4:49)

Storm celebrated in the ring, BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN TWO GENERIC-LOOKING BIG GUYS RAN OUT AND ATTACKED HIM! They really laid into him, and Jeff Jarrett came out. He introduced Storm to his trainees, Gunner and Murphy, right from the heart of Nashville, Tennessee--the TENNESSEE TITANS~! They hit a Sidewalk Slam/Elbow Drop Combination, and celebrated to the back with Jarrett.

--Commercial Break--

Jarrett and the Tennessee Titans were still pumped up in the back, and Jarrett said that Storm was as good as done.

Match 3: Fit Finlay vs Dave Taylor w/ Doug Williams
Lots of old man violence and stuff. Williams kept shouting out from the apron, so Finlay got pissed and went out and chucked him into the ring steps for the lulz. He rolled back in, and Taylor CHOPPED HIM IN THE THROAT THEN HIT THE BRITISH SUPLEX! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Dave Taylor (4:56)

The Redcoats celebrated over Finlay and kicked at him some, but CHRIS HERO RAN DOWN! He beat at them both, and when the numbers game started to get to him, Finlay joined Hero in fighting them off! The Redcoats bailed, and Hero and Finlay had a stare, and Finlay finally nodded in approval.

--Commercial Break--

A Robert Roode pre-tape played, and he said that he’s finally put Kurt Angle down for good, and now nobody can doubt that he’s the superior man. He said that he still has some unfinished business to take of, and soon he’d so just that.

Samoa Joe came out to the Impact Zone and said he’s been trying to get a hold of Homicide since Sunday, but he won’t respond, so maybe he’ll come out in front of everybody. He said it was ridiculous that Cide stopped him from helping their mutual friend Low Ki against Bailout at Victory Road, and he wanted answers. Homicide did eventually come out, and he essentially said that Low Ki got what was coming for him after he betrayed his friends to team with that jerk-off AJ Styles. Joe called him out for being an awful friend, and an overall dick right now. Homicide went off on a tirade about Low Ki being a sellout, Samoa Joe being a pussy, AJ Styles being a smurf, him being held back, and this entire company being run by hussies and Jews. He stormed off and shouted that he’d be back when he could get some respect around here.

--Commercial Break--

Lauren caught Homicide as he was leaving the arena, and Cide said that he’d only come back when he was offered a good enough spot on the card, otherwise he’d sit out his contract at home!

Match 4: Monty Brown/Bryan Danielson vs Eric Young/Matt Morgan w/ Dux, Tomko, & Don West
Danielson and Young went to the mat for a while, and Danielson started to outwork him with fancy holds. He targeted the arm, and all Young could do was take cheap shots when he could. EY went to the eyes and tried to tag out, but Danielson pulled him back AND PUT HIM INTO THE LEBELL LOCK! Morgan rushed the ring and broke it up, but Monty Brown ran over and clotheslined him out! Young tried to charge, but Monty picked him up and chucked him out and onto Morgan! They both stumbled to their feet as Danielson ran off the ropes, and took them out with the TOPE SUICIDA!!!

--Commercial Break--

In the ring, Monty and Morgan were having a power-off, and Monty got Morgan down to a knee! He tagged in Danielson who climbed up top for his Missile Dropkick, but Morgan moved! CHOKESLAM! ONE … TWO … THRE - Danielson got a foot under the rope! Morgan just started destroying Danielson with his power, staying focused on him at the direction of Don West. Young came in and tried to continue it, but with him Danielson could get some solid strikes in. Morgan would get back in to clean up, but EY wanted to end it with the Sharpshooter. Danielson fought away with some elbows, and when Young tried again, DANIELSON PULLED HIM INTO A FRONT GUILLOTINE! Young got to the ropes and tried a Northern Lights Suplex, but Danielson shoved him away AND HIT A BIG ROUNDHOUSE! Both guys crawled to their corner, and Young tagged to Morgan first, BUT DANIELSON TAGGED TO MONTY! He came right in with a bunch of Shoulderblocks that made Morgan reel, AND THEN HE LEVELED HIM WITH THE ALPHA LARIAT! ONE … TWO … THRE - Young broke it up! Monty cleaned house on both guys now, and Danielson got in to do the same. It sort of broke down, but Morgan got Young with the ALPHA BOMB! ONE … TWO … THRE - Morgan broke it up! He pulled Monty up, but Danielson came out of nowhere with his MISSILE DROPKICK! Morgan staggered up, and Monty chucked him out! Young stumbled up, and Monty threw him off for the POUNCEEEEEEEEEEE~~~~~~! PERIOD! Danielson climbed up! FLYING HEADBUTT! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Monty Brown/Bryan Danielson (12:48)

After the match, both Monty and Danielson said that they wanted a shot at the TNA Championship!

The Hooliganz were in the back, and London was suuuper upset. Kendrick said he had a match now so he’d like him in his corner, but London said it was a mistake coming tonight, so he was leaving.

--Commercial Break--

Match 5: Brian Kendrick vs Shawn Spears
Basic showcase for Kendrick, but Spears got to do basic stuff. Still, Kendrick won fairly easily with the Sliced Bread #2.
Winner via pinfall: Brian Kendrick (2:36)

Booker T went up to Bailout and congratulated them on winning the tag belts, but then accused them of attacking AJ before Victory Road! Burke flat denied it, and said that if he libeled their name any further, he could expect a big lawsuit on his desk. In fact, Elijah Burke demanded more than that, since he pinned AJ Styles a few weeks ago, and now he’s the TNA Champion. He said he wanted a one-on-one title shot, or else a lawsuit may also happen. Booker T thought about it, and granted him Styles’ first title defense in two days on Xplosion!

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Christian Cage said that he’s taught a good thing or two to AJ Styles, which is how he has somehow ended up facing Low Ki tonight. He also accused of AJ Styles faking his attack backstage just to get Christian’s guard down! He said that Low Ki should think twice about helping out AJ when AJ sacrificed their tag titles for his own gain.

James Storm was in the back, irate. He said that Jarrett would get what was coming for him, and these hosses he got to join him would get it too.

A pre-taped Christopher Daniels promo played, and he talked about how far he’s fallen. He said that he felt on top of the world when he won the TNA Championship, and since he lost it he’s faced loss after loss after loss, and he can hardly take it anymore. He said that he’d be back to TNA soon, when he can mentally handle it, and he’d take back his throne on top before it’s too late.

--Commercial Break--

Match 6: Christian Cage vs Low Ki
I really wish Kaval had stayed in the WWE, if for no other reason than that this could have happened on Smackdown for a good 7-minute match. Oh well. Christian didn’t take this seriously at all, so Low Ki brings up down to earth with stiff chops and kicks. Christian has a tougher and tougher time shutting down his offense, but he still doesn’t really take the threat seriously. Not until Low Ki hit a BIG Springboard Roundhouse that flipped Christian inside out did Cage roll to the outside and really looked concerned. The four-time world champion demanded a time out heading into the final break.

--Commercial Break--

After Low Ki continued to bump him around for a while, Christian latched on during an irish whip and leveled him with a short-arm clotheslines! From that point, Christian stayed on Low Ki very closely and made sure not to let him get any momentum. He used his experience and stuff to counteract Ki’s fire, and it went back-and-forth for a while. Christian kept getting really pissed about the kicks, so he switched strategies out of frustration and started going after his leg. He got a bit of good work in, but it opened up for Low Ki to start throwing big elbows and pull out some big throws like a SNAP BRAINBUSTER! ONE … TWO … THRE - Christian kicked out! Low Ki climbed up top, but Christian crotched him! After a brief struggled, Christian went to the eyes and hit a SUPERPLEX! ONE … TWO … THRE - Low Ki kicked out! Christian lined up in the corner for the Spear, but Low Ki jumped over! He went for the Springboard Roundhouse, but Christian ducked and ran off the ropes for the SPEAR SPEAR SPEAR! ONE … TWO … THRE - LOW KI KICKED OUT! Christian pulled him up and tried the Unprettier, but Low Ki slipped through AND JUMPED UP AND PUT IN THE DRAGON CLUTCH! Christian quickly ran backwards and slammed Ki into the corner! Both guys were down, and Tomko, Dux, and Young came down to ringside! They started causing problems, and then AJ Styles ran out even the odds. Their shenanigans caused some distractions for both guys, and Low Ki NEARLY got the win with a roll-up! Christian freaked out and tried another Spear, but Low Ki KICKED HIM RIGHT IN THE SKULL! ONE … TWO … THRE - Christian got an arm up! He picked him up and tried the Ki Krusher, but Christian kneed his way down! He went for the Unprettier, but Low Ki slipped an arm free and COUNTERED WITH THE GANNOSUKE CLUTCH! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall: Low Ki (13:02)

Christian popped up and he couldn’t believe it! He immediately pounced on Low Ki and started beating at him, and Dux, Tomko, and Young slid in to join. AJ Styles climbed back in, but Christian almost hit him with the Unprettier, so he rolled out to safety. Team Canada held Low Ki in place while AJ looked on, and Christian dared him to come in. Styles thought about it, but instead just held up his World Title as Christian hit Low Ki with the Unprettier!

THIS SATURDAY: AJ Styles[c] vs Elijah Burke! NEXT THURSDAY: TNA Champion[c] vs Christian Cage!

Alex Shelley, Angelina Love, and Rhino came out to open the show. Shelley talked about how he was successful and how he and Angelina fooled Paul London and everybody, and he ended up on top again. He said that Angelina MAY BE A CUMRAG, BUT SHE’S FIRST AND FOREMOST HIS CUMRAG! They made out, and then Shelley said that, with Love and in wrestling, it feels good to be on top! Paul London came out and started running for the ring, but security stopped him and held him back. Kevin Nash stood up from the booth and said that if London took one more step, he’d have him fired immediately. He said that Victory Road was his last chance, and he lost, so that was it. London threw a fit and shoved off some officials as he was tempted to go down the ramp, so Brian Kendrick came down to contain him. London looked pissed, but he got taken to the back. Shelley looked most pleased, and he said that he’s close to having everything in the world, and it was only a matter of time until he was finally and truly King of the World.

Commentary reacted, and hyped up tonight’s card: Chuckie vs Kenny, Hero/Finlay vs The Redcoats, and AJ Styles vs Elijah Burke for the TNA Championship in the main event!

--Commercial Break--

Raven came out to join commentary tonight.

Paul London was freaking out in the back with Kendrick trying to calm him down. Kendrick said maybe he could get them a tag match tonight to lighten things, but London said he was leaving, and so yeah, he left.

Match 1: Chuck Taylor vs Kenny King [TV Title shot on the line]
Taylor surprised everybody by coming right out with a lockup, arm drags, and a hip toss or two. None of it was beautiful, but the transition began for him to become a real wrestler. Raven even said that he’d seen some backstage TNA guys like D’Lo Brown and Jamie Noble training him. ANYWAY, Chuck was less scrappy, but in this transition he wasn’t able to keep up with King. Chuckie got frustrated without his pinning combos to give him nearfalls and he started to just throw out everything, and it got him close, but never the win. Perkins and Lost came down to distract him, and Taylor instinctively attacked them too. He got in over his head and turned around into the Coronation to lose :(
Winner via pinfall: Kenny King (4:58)

King, Lost, and Perkins all laid into him, then celebrated to the back. Commentary put this over as the first loss Chuck has had since beating Sean Hernandez

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, King, Lost, and Perkins celebrated in the back and said that they’re totally united, and they decided they were all each other’s Second Best Friends. Collyer, Strong, and Danielson came up and told them to lay off Chuckie, and the Second Best Friends said it seemed like they’re jealous since their not the best trio in TNA anymore. Kenny stepped up and told Collyer to enjoy that title until he takes it next week. The faces just told them to cut it out, and they walked off.

Backstage, Kevin Nash and Booker T were arguing. Nash was mad that Booker T had booked a TNA Championship match in the main event of Xplosion, the show that is the home of the X-DIVISION. Booker T said that, so far as he’s concerned, he has the power to book matches for both Impact and Xplosion. Nash said they’d see about that, and he walked off.

--Commercial Break--

Clips of Prince Devitt debuting and constantly beating Alex Koslov played.

Match 2: Alex Koslov vs Prince Devitt
Koslov again couldn’t get a handle on Devitt at all. He showed off his signature stuff some more, but when he nailed the Overhead Kick and called for the Bloody Sunday, SOME RANDOM JAP RAN OUT AND ATTACKED DEVITT!
Winner via disqualification: Prince Devitt (3:02)

IT’S MASATO TANAKA! HE KEPT STOMPING DEVITT IN THE SKULL! Koslov celebrated with him up the ramp, where the rest of the Axis Powers joined them!

--Commercial Break--

Backstage, Koslov introduced Masato Tanaka as a REAL Japanese badass, and the newest member of the Axis Powers!

Match 3: The Redcoats vs Chris Hero/Fit Finlay
Finlay and Dave had a cool old man fight, but when Hero tagged in, Dave spat in his face! He started screaming at him for being an ungrateful prick, SO HERO DROPPED HIM WITH THE ROLLING ELBOW! ONE … TWO … THRE - Williams broke it up! Hero and Williams got into it and had a big mat exchange, but Doug had an advantage with his European technical stuff. That will be a running theme. Anyway, Hero powered him around some, and then he and Finlay bumped him around. Williams finally bailed to the outside, where Dave checked on him. Hero took them out with his Tope Con Hero, and then Finlay faked a suicide dive, but instead he just climbed out and punched Dave Taylor in the face!

--Commercial Break--

Match 6: AJ Styles[c] vs Elijah Burke [TNA World Championship]
Burke went after the arm again, but Styles was determined not to be outdone by a guy under him. He fought right back on the mat with arm work of his own, and he eventually took over. He brought him up and started roughing him around with forearms and basic throws, but Burke stuck to his original strategy and went for the arm. Styles got pissed and threw him into the corner, but when he charged, Burke moved! He wrung AJ’s arm on the top rope and started to flaunt some, but AJ exploded out with a Running Crossbody! Burke hopped up, but Styles scored with a roundhouse that sent Burke to the floor! Styles posed in the ring going into the break.

In the back, AJ told Lauren that he thinks maybe Christian Cage attacked him backstage at Victory Road, but even then he STILL won, and tonight he’d do it again.

Match 2: Chad Collyer[c] w/Roderick Strong vs Kenny King w/ TJ Perkins & Scott Lost [TNA Television Championship]
Collyer took King right to the mat and worked over his arm, and King just tried to survive. Some shenanigans on the outside let him trap Collyer in a headlock, and he started throwing punches to wear him down. They traded moves some, but Collyer countered the Coronation into an armbreaker, and then he strapped in the Crossface Chickenwing. King struggled, and finally tapped!
Winner via submission and still TNA Television Champion: Chad Collyer (6:00)

Backstage, Paul London was sitting around having a big sad. Kendrick said he has a big match with Samoa Joe tonight, and he could use him in his corner. London started to get up, but said he really just couldn’t :(

--Commercial Break--

AJ Styles and Low Ki were in the back and it seemed like maybe a heated conversation, but of course we couldn’t hear Ki. Anyway, Booker T came up and offered them their rematch for the tag titles on Xplosion, and Ki looked pleased, but AJ spoke up and said he really couldn’t since he had to focus on being World Champ. Low Ki looked pissed, but Booker T said he could give Low Ki the title shot with Samoa Joe as his partner! Low Ki looked pleased, AJ looked irked, but Book said he’d set it. He also told AJ that even if he loses the World Title tonight, he doesn’t get that tag title shot.

Match 3: Bailout vs Elix Skipper/Raven [Non-Title]
Burke went right after Skipper’s skull and he was super aggressive. Davey brought the strikes too, but when Raven got a tag, he met them with big punches! This turned into a quick brawl, but Raven got caught with the Capital Gains to lose.
Winners via pinfall: Bailout (5:42)

The champs celebrated to the back, while Low Ki and Samoa Joe were watching from the back.

--Commercial Break--

Roode was with Lauren in the back, and he said he was going to make a name for himself here very soon.

An extended Christopher Daniels promo played where he said he was going to come to Impact tonight, but it’s hard for him to even leave his house. It’s had for him to even look in a mirror, knowing that the man he’s looking at has fallen so far from grace. He said he had received an invitation from Alex Shelley himself to come to Xplosion, but he had yet to decide if he’d show up.

Backstage, Kevin Nash told Booker T to be on Xplosion in two days, because somebody else would be there too with a big announcement… DIXIE CARTER~!

--Commercial Break--

Jeremy Borash did formal introductions.

Match 5: AJ Styles[c] vs Christian Cage [TNA World Championship]
Right off the bat, Styles dodged around and tried to avoid everything, but Christian knew better than to rush into things. They finally got into a lockup, and there was a big struggle over Christian getting a headlock on the champion. Every time he did, Styles threw him off or flipped out to avoid damage to the head. They had some brief exchanges for control, and finally Christian got frustrated and charged, but Styles lowbridged him to the floor! Christian threw a tantrum on the floor at his temper getting the best of him, and Styles posed in the ring.

--Commercial Break--

Christian as careful not to leave himself open to mistakes, and it was actually Styles who got too confident. He took some big risks to bounce Christian around, but when he went for the Springboard Elbow Smash, Cage ducked! Styles stumbled up, and Christian dropkicked him in the back of the head! He all of a sudden got very aggressive and really laid into AJ’s skull. Styles was desperate to kick him off and create space, and he had some success, but he mostly played defense from there. Christian tried to end it with the Unprettier, but Styles shoved him away and rolled to the outside. Christian followed him out, but Styles surprised him with a big roundhouse! Christian fell against the apron and AJ charges, and Christian ducked and threw him upwards, but AJ landed on the apron! He tried to kick Cage in the head, but Cage ducked and pulled out AJ’s legs AND AJ CRASHED THE BACK OF HIS HEAD ONTO THE EDGE OF THE APRON!

BREAKING NEWS! Commentary sent it to the back where SAMOA JOE WAS BLOODY AND KNOCKED UNCONSCIOUS! What is the status for tonight’s main event?!

--Commercial Break--

Booker T hurried up to Low Ki and told him about Samoa Joe, and he was pissed. Booker told him he could find a replacement, or try it on his own again. Ki stormed off.

Match 2: Prince Devitt vs Masato Tanaka w/ The Axis Powers
Full out-sprint, with Devitt doing all his high-flying stuff, but then Tanaka stiffing the shit out of him to get over the “Japanese badass” thing. Devitt ducked a series of kicks and got off some high knees, but when he came off the ropes, Tanaka nailed a HUGE lariat! Devitt flew inside out and seemed totally knocked out, and from there Tanaka just toyed with him beating him up. He tried to end it with the Complete Dust, but Devitt pulled him into an inside cradle! ONE … TWO … THRE - Tanaka got out! He was super pissed, and he just started raging on Devitt with elbows, and when he wouldn’t stop with the ref’s count, the match was stopped.
Winner via disqualification: Prince Devitt (5:04)

The rest of the Axis Powers rolled in to beat him up some, but Kiyoshi & Okato ran out to run them off!

Christopher Daniels arrived backstage!

--Commercial Break--

Robert Roode came out and talked some more about destroying Kurt Angle at Victory Road. He kinda threw a fit though and said that he likes when things go perfect though, and SOMEBODY ruined his perfect streak against Kurt Angle. He said that a perfect streak against Angle could have been huge for him, but instead, he’ll have to make his mark in TNA some other way. He said that Sting ruined his moment, and he’ll never forgive him for it, and he’ll get him for it soon enough.

--Commercial Break--

Match 3: Los Infernales vs Matt Morgan/Lance Hoyt w/ Don West
Big men versus lucha stuff. None of the lucha really worked to bump them around, so they did some high-flying strikes and a ton of double-teaming. Mephisto got Hoyt down to a knee after a flying wheel kick, but when Averno came in with a springboard, Hoyt moved and tagged in Morgan! The Blueprint raged on both of them with power stuff, and finally planted Averno with the Hellevator! ONE … TWO … THREE
Winners via pinfall: Matt Morgan/Lance Hoyt (5:54)

Morgan and Hoyt kept stomping, so Volador ran down to help clear them out.

Daniels went to Shelley backstage, and Shelley thanked him for coming. He then proceeded to absolutely shit on Daniels for losing his “world” title so quickly and losing pretty much every match since that. Daniels was irate and asked if THIS is why Shelley invited him here. Shelley held up his X-Division Championship, and said that THIS is why he invited Daniels here tonight. He said that he has a proposal, and they walked off together.

--Commercial Break--

Match 4: Chad Collyer[c] vs Dave Taylor w/ Doug Williams [TNA Television Championship]
After a long mat exchange, Taylor kept getting pissed that Collyer was getting the better of him with his amateur stuff. He finally just started throwing stiff strikes, and Collyer tried to return them, but nah. Taylor finally got him grounded, and he just started wearing away with boots to the skull, and grinding his forearm across Collyer’s face. He tried to start tossing him around, but Collyer used some amateur reversals to block his throws! Taylor went back to throwing elbows and he tried the British Suplex, but Collyer fought out and hit a Gutwrench Suplex! ONE … TWO … THRE - Taylor kicked out! Collyer stomped at the arm some and tried to put in the Crossface Chickenwing, but Taylor rolled him off and caught him coming back with the BRITISH SUPLEX! ONE … TWO … THRE - COLLYER KICKED OUT! Taylor tried to wrestle him back into a floatover bridge, but Collyer reversed it into one of his own! ONE … TWO … THRE - Taylor got a shoulder up! He fought back into his own floatover bridge again, but then quickly pulled Collyer up for ANOTHER BRITISH SUPLEX! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winner via pinfall and NEW TNA TELEVISION CHAMPION: DAVE TAYLOR (6:24)

Dave Taylor got up and almost couldn’t believe it! Collyer got up and DEFINITELY couldn’t believe it! Commentary pointed out that this is first EVER title that Dave Taylor has won in North America in all of his 33-year career! The Redcoats celebrated to the back as everybody around ringside looked sort of stunned.

Backstage, Bailout said that AJ Styles is scared of him, and that’s why he isn’t here tonight. And he was probably jealous of Samoa Joe getting his shot, so he put him out!

--Commercial Break--

Collyer was pissed off in the back, and he said that Dave Taylor’s win was a fluke, and he was taking back his title on Impact!

Footage from Victory Road played of Ravarian screwing Sabin/Jacobs.

Match 5: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs vs Ravarian w/ Daffney
Total X-Division spring/spotfest. Jacobs got briefly isolated, but he caught Rave off the top with a Spear! Sabin came in and cleaned house, and Jacobs got back in to held finish up. He threw Rave out, and then Kaz ate the Flying Leg Drop/Flying Back Senton Combination! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall: Chris Sabin/Jimmy Jacobs (6:24)

Sabin and Jacobs celebrated. Booker T then came out and told them that they earned a spot in a #1 contender’s match to the tag titles on Impact. It would be New Age Machineguns vs 2 Crazy Negroes vs The Hooliganz! Booker started to go to the back, but Nash came out and told him to stay right there… until after the break!

--Commercial Break--

Nash and Booker T were still in the ring, and Nash called down DIXIE CARTER~! Long story short, Dixie officially made Kevin Nash GENERAL MANAGER OF XPLOSION!

--Commercial Break--

Nash was gone from commentary, so it was just Taz and Raven. They speculated about who could have taken out Joe. Taz thought it was Bailout, who he also said probably took out AJ at Victory Road. Raven said that tonight could have been Homicide, and Victory Road could have been too!

Low Ki came out for his title match, and commentary thought he was doing it by himself, but then he pointed up the ramp AND ELIX SKIPPER~ came out!

Match 6: Bailout[c] vs Triple X [Low Ki/Elix Skipper] [TNA Tag Team Championship]
Davey and Low Ki had their strike-trading, and when Ki got a big kick to his ankle, he got a sick smile on his face. He starts stomping, kicking, and punching his ankle, so Davey smacked him off and tagged to Burke. He and Skipper did some stuff, but then Low Ki got back in. Ki got caught up in some cheating, but when Burke did too much taunting, Low Ki surprised him with the Shotgun Dropkick! Skipper got a big hot tag, and when Bailout rolled to the outside, Triple X came back with stereo suicide dives!

--Commercial Break--

Coming back, Low Ki and Skipper were doing some double-team stuff, bumping Burke around. Skipper held him in place as Low Ki tried the Springboard Roundhouse, but Burke ducked and it hit Primetime! Skipper got isolated now, and Burke finally buckled down and they worked like a cohesive unit. Davey tried to end it with the Bankrupt Driver, but Skipper floated over and hit a big heel kick! BELLY TO BELLY SUPLEX! HOT TAG! Low Ki killed everybody with kicks and chops, and he topped it off with the BLACK MAGIC to Burke! ONE … TWO … THRE - Davey broke it up! Skipper rushed the ring and threw Davey out, and then hit Burke with a wheel kick! He and Low Ki pulled him up for the XXXecution, but Davey pulled Low Ki out of the ring! Burke elbowed Skipper into the corner and hit the ELIJAH EXPERIENCE! ONE … TWO … THREE!
Winners via pinfall and still TNA Tag Team Champions: Bailout (11:03)

Bailout celebrated in the ring with their belts to close the show.
