so if abortion is kills the child - which i can understand this pro-life viewpoint [not saying i agree or disagree in this instant]

how does gay marriage personally effect you - or is the care of those persons soul - to which you are hoping the law is over turned?

I'm just trying to understand if you are a man of the constitution or hiding behind a piece of paper.

And even if you want to argue that, it's a pretty piss-poor argument to make, you defend something that wasn't in the constitution one second but when another thing is being argued against, you're totally against it?
You are making no sense.

I have been consistent in my argument. If it isn't in the Constitution, the SUPREME COURT has no say in it. Seceding had nothing to do with the Supreme Court.

You are desperately grasping at straws.

Constitution is infallible and should never be changed.

Except all those original laws that were amended and changed.

Frankly, you are literally taunting people with the infringement of their rights, hiding behind the Constitution as if it is some magically infallible piece of paper that has zero mistakes and no loopholes to it. You

I honestly don’t care if it’s in the constitution or not. No one has the right to tell a woman she has to give birth. It’s going to get messy. Surely in the places I mentioned that have ZERO expectations. Women are going to have to die, just so a baby can be born. Is that right?
I am not arguing that it is right.

I am saying it is a State's Right issue.

The 10th Amendment applies. Congress needs to do their job and pass some Federal laws regulating this. That is their job. I have no problem with that.

What grants American's rights? The Constitution. Always has. If it isn't in there, it isn't a right. Plain, simple, and square.

The thing is, it’s sadly not gonna happen that way. Then the idiots in Washington who support this bs, you can bet if they get one of their Mistress pregnant, they will find a way to get them an abortion. Because they don’t actually disagree with it, at least most of them don’t, they are just pandering to folks who they can easily manipulate. It’s why they have been politicians caught doing things they claim to be against. Then the same people who voted them in, vote them in again.

Unfortunately that is the way it works though. We need to start holding our Politicians accountable. Start reminding them who elect them. Stop letting them divide and control us through the media, pop culture, celebs, music, etc....

In either case, you're an embarrassment to Jesus, Dak. For someone who gets offended when people even say the word God, you sure as heck don't show empathy or practice acceptance like he apparently thought you. Absolute shame that people like this give such a bad name to good folks who want to better the world by spreading God's love. only thing you're spreading is hate and misery.
