One last thing:
No one pro choice LIKES abortions or are advocating for people to get one. We all think they are the last option and never are happy about someone getting one. We just want ppl to leave women the fuck alone and let them be able to make that choice since its something growing inside THEIR BODY so it should be THEIR choice. You don't own women just like you don't own any human.
Exactly. Like if I got a woman pregnant, and she asked me what I thought, and wanted my opinion, I every single time would choose life. But I’m not gonna force that on her. It might upset me a bit, I’ll admit that. But in the end it’s not me who’s body has to be messed up and carry said child.

I am definitely not opposed to said hypothetical programs.

Depends on how it is done I suppose.
I’m not exactly sure what I would suggest, but it’s the problem I see. A lot of folks seem to once the baby is born, they don’t give a fuck anymore. They don’t want to help the mother or child, then want to say the mother who wasn’t ready to be a mom is a shitty mom.

I was about to say - perhaps people shouldn't target individuals for a different opinion. But posting this out of nowhere:

Man, ya'll really gonna be pissed off when Obergefell v. Hodges get overturned.

That is next. State matter.

Such a random thing to post - that has nothing to do with the current topic. + they are not even related issues smh

I'm not being a representative of staff when I say fuck you, I'm being a fucking caring human being who actually cares about issues, while you just act like the victim you think you are when you start shit.

They're both very closely related. Obergefell vs. Hodges was based on the build-up of decisions starting with Roe vs. Wade

The kind of person who wants things done the legal way.

If it isn't in the Constitution don't try to force it through that way. Amend the Constitution or make a Federal law. The left are the ones who have been abusing the Constitution. The right are merely setting things back right. Want to legalize it? Do it the legal way. Not some vague interpretation of the Constitution in which it is never mentioned.

well that bizarre in itself - if they are related. But the whole US seems to be built on some see saw of nonsense at this point

None of this tracks if the Supreme Court can determine what is or isn't constitutional via Judicial Review. So you can't have your cake and fucking eat it, Dak.

Very closely related in that both were made up "interpretations" in which said issue was not even mentioned in the Constitution. My whole gripe with it was they should have had to pass a Federal law OR Amend the Constitution. However they knew that was not going to happen so activist Judges made a decision.

Dak, man the problem is. At first they come for rights that don’t affect you, they slowly strip them away from folks. Then when they come for yours, there’s no one left to protect yours. Keep that in mind. If you don’t stand for others, who’s gonna stand for you?

If people REALLY cared about human rights, they would've marched for it and get off their asses and try get the people who share the same sentiment into political offices.....but naw, they don't.

The Christian right did just that, they've been doing it since the 70s and have people supposedly in charge by the balls because their endorsement actually means something....but hey, passive aggressive tweets and arguing with Uncle Ned on Facebook will fix everything.
