What were the ideas for Warriors Way and Jail House? As in their gimmicks?

I always think that a "audience choose the stipulation" event fits a league really well, and got under-utilised before.

Warriors Way seems like a PPV without a gimmick and Jail House is just a different name for Hell In A Cell tbh
