It isn't new. It's just revamped from the 2002 DVD.

It is new. His first DVD was one disc and had something like 5 matches on it. This is a proper 3 disc set that does include everything from the first DVD. However, every match from the first DVD, would be expected to be added on any Best of Brock set. The idea of calling this a revamped set doesn't make any sense.
