Been a while, no? I guess I'll give a small update. In October I ended up falling in my home where I landed awkwardly on my arm. I felt a snap and sharp pain, with a bump appearing under my neck.
@Cali_X , who was visiting, called an ambulance. I found out I broke my collarbone and had screws and a rod inserted to repair it, hence why I have been absent from both
@COSMICJoshi and
@FWA.
Positive news: I am out of my sling, but I still have a lot of rehab to go through to regain strength in my arm and motion. I'm not cleared as of yet. As of now, my match against Yuna at
@NTE_Jpn's World's Unite event is not cancelled. It will depend entirely on the next few weeks, but the timeline will be tight. They told me they have a replacement if needed and informed Yuna of who that may be.
The timing of it has been incredibly heartbreaking with CJW's year end show coming up, Galaxy Clash, and me having to withdraw from a potential title match. Then add in FWA my potential opportunities there including F1 Qualification and title matches, I admit that I cried one night just thinking about how I let down my fans and friends. It has even been hard to fully get through watching a show for CJW or FWA without feeling empty. I still feel sad, thinking about what could have been, but I can't change that.
Right now, my goal is to hopefully get cleared for World's Unite. Even if I am not at 100%, it has been a 'dream match' on my radar for some time. After that, if I need extra time to fully heal, I will take it. I'm thankful for the well wishes from fans, friends, and even some fellow wrestlers. In the end, my health will come first, but I already miss being in the ring. I wish all competitors in both my wrestling companies luck as they approach their end of year shows. End the year with a bang as they say.
Until my return, I will be rehabilitating my injury daily, and enjoy a picture of me with a 'get well soon Koala' from
@RIRIKO_COSMIC. I call him Yukio.
