TEW doesn't really have a ton of contract incentives, it's like creative control, wage matching, and a hiring veto. I really wouldn't recommend any after playing for awhile

Like I'm not the biggest fan of Nash as a booker in 1999, but man he talks a good game when saying his top draws were all hurt by April and had no one work with.

I would give creative control to refs shit tho just bc it still made them cheaper at least in 13, think 16 may have even fixed that

I should do something for the hell out of it one day, give some small guy who don't make much wage matching and then hire some big stars over time and he starts to make more and more money
