Your a great doctor, how someone can hire you and you have respect and position with that type of attitude is whack. You must not have very many sick people where you live. Because I bet the answer is yes, maybe his morals and shit dont match up to mine, but hes Human. If someone refused anyones family they would be mad, and hes going to sit here and say that he can refuse service to anyone?

You would think that after spending 10 years...even tho I highly doubt it, that would put him in school at 14. But anyway after spending 10 years, if you didnt like it so much, id kill myself. For wasting my life learning shit I dont give two shits about. But if I didnt, I would have made the choice 10 years ago that I wanted to help people. People that go through med school to be a doctor dont do it for the money. So that is out of the question.

First things forst I never referred to WS as a doctor. He's a nuclear medicine specialist. One does not require an MD for that though one can have the knowledge that an MD would impart.

Second, doctors are people too with opinions and foibles, and yes, most importantly free will.

And I'm sorry WS if you feel I'm insulting you, but I'm trying to stick up for you here. Maybe, V1, his grammar, jokes etc aren't funny to you because he might not have the grasp of our sense of humour as he is from an entirely different culture?

If it is his choice to treat whom he sees fit, I would sincerely hope that he would understand the consequences of said actions, and not be surprised if it happened to him.

As MS mentioned, each profession has its own pros and cons. The medical field itself has so many branches. (when did you see a surgeon for example help a guy on street having a coma or w/e?) This thing goes to the parameds mostly. We dont just come to any patient, if they refer to us a patient that has complicated diagnosis or that he undergo several exams and still his prognosis is like unknown or a low probablity of such a disease. Then yes im going to be called to check on this issue. (back to track, if YOU are blind, then I dont give a shit about you as its not even my field).

Why?...

let me list some facts here..

1- Human lives are not toys, so its a huge responsiblity for any medical staff to deal with and will pay some penalty if was careless for example.

2- Each medical staff or medical team has its own purpose and function in the hospital or the medical center that is working at. You cant just jumb from one department to the other just because you are wearing a white coat. There are so many protocols and system that i dont think you even know about.

3- As i said, i got money and the profession i have to make you understand that I have all the right to chose what patient and at what time i can check on them. Thats a fact and as they gave me this right, why not benefit from it as much as i want?

4- MS wasnt whipping my ass as some moron mentioned, he was stating the facts and he was correct. Why? well as he got masters degree in psychology he understood that there are so many stuff going on that neither you guys know anything about. I dont blame you btw as you dont know this.

I went to Faculty of Medicine when i was 15 years old, not 14. I finished my IGCSE exams in the year 1999 and applied to the University and i was accepted after that to study my Nuclear Medicine branch in the Faculty of Medicine.

I'm not trying to take sides here, WS, but for someone who tries to come across as an intelligent doctor, you should know that you can't "have" a coma, you're "in" a coma.....


It's also bullshit that a doctor picks and chooses who they save. A life is a life and everyone has family so you shouldn't pick and choose who to save and who to turn away. I know that if anyone in my family went to the doctor and he turned them down, I'd be right in there stabbing the fucking doctor. You get paid the big bucks to save lives so do it.
