The judge needs to grow a pair. Shit happens, you're not suppose to fine people for being assholes, you're suppose to send them to prison or fine them if they've done a crime. I can go outside right now and go tell my neighbor to go fuck himself. Now of course it's not illegal, and I wouldn't do it because it's rude(coughAndBecauseHesAMarinecough) but it's not illegal. She may have been nervous, or something, but that doesn't really give him the right to do all that. Yes she came off rude, but it could also be because she's nervous. So what if she flipped him off? Woopie do, call her a bitch or something, but don't go and abuse your powers because she didn't show any manners. Shit happens, grow a pair and don't abuse your power.
