Thrown off maybe, but that wouldn't send most judges into 3 year old mode and trying to embarrass or humble this girl. I won't post that Youtube comment a third time, but it is still the quote that rings the most truth. The judge handled it entirely inappropriately and I hope most judges would not have reacted similarly, though I'm sure some would have.

Yes he did. The jewelry part was seeing if she qualified for a court appointed attorney ( Free defense for poor people) So, the initial answer of rick ross might have thrown off many judges. He did act childish though.

Yea I gathered that, and obviously her saying Rick Ross was the most cringeworthy part of the entire thing. But really she is already in an intimidating situation and suddenly she is being asked about shit she probably never anticipated and they are asking her something as vague as "HOW MUCH JEWELRY YOU GOTS?>" so she said something dumb. Where it went from there was entirely the fault of the judge.

I hope he felt pretty cool about it, like a real tough guy. He baited an 18 year old girl into getting herself 30 days of jail time. His wife must have sucked his dick extra good for being such a badass that night

Yeah, I agree with you actually. She maybe deserved sitting in a jail cell for a couple of days to see if she could take it more serious, but he took it too far IMO.

Ahh i see what he did. He sentenced her to a month but basically suspended the time. Actually a cool move IMO. He was just scaring her.

Nobody is arguing that she was clearly in the wrong by saying fuck you, and by rule you are getting 30 days in the slammer for contempt if you do that shit. But he pushed her buttons to get her to that point. It took two to tango, and him waving an angry finger at her telling her bad while she whimpers and says yes sir is almost disgusting to watch.

Being caught with Xanax, which I believe is a controlled substance, and a felony. He didn't even make her serve time for it, he let her go to drug rehab and didn't hold her in contempt. It was all a show to teach her respect, in his eyes.
