That's no excuse to me. If you are standing in front of a judge or any person who is essentially in control of your immediate future you straighten up and stop acting like an ass. You can tell me she was 12 and I'd still say the same thing. And that's coming from a guy who's been standing in her spot before.

Hey man I been there too and I was 20 and acted straight, but that doesn't mean I can't empathize with an immature kid being caught up in a similar situation. We can sit here and say she should be more mature, but the fact is she's not mature. we saw that. The fucked up part is only that the judge was such a blueberry. The worse part is that it happens all the time. Judges can take offense at the smallest things and blow up. That's the country we live in. Land of the unfree, home of the well paid.
