It's been a double celebration for the pair as they tied the knot while sharing the fantastic news with their loved ones.
Groom Sam, 33, announced the happy news to their 100 guests during his wedding speech, made in a marquee in the garden of their £2 million mansion where the reception was held.
He revealed that she is 16 weeks pregnant, and they have seen a scan of the baby.
Her pregnancy comes just seven months after Lily suffered her second miscarriage, from which she thought she would never recover. Lily lost her first baby at four months in 2008, and her second last November.
The 26-year-old singer was sporting a noticeable bump as she made her way down the aisle at St James the Great church in Cranham, near Gloucestershire.
The Smile singer wore a long dress with lace sleeves, a lace overlay and a long train, similar to that of Kate Middleton, and she clutched a bouquet of white roses.
Her dress was created by French designer Dephine Manivet – despite rumours before the wedding that Lily would wear a Chanel dress.
T4 presenter Miquita Oliver, a childhood friend of the star, was one of the bridesmaids.
Guests at the wedding included Harry Enfield and Angus Deayton as well as Lily's father Keith, 58, brother Alfie, 24 and half-sister Sarah, 31.
There was a tight security presence at the wedding, and despite fears earlier this week that Lily's big day could be ruined by the weather, the sun shone brightly.
