For me, who lives in Sweden it says the pre-show starts at midnight, just look at WWE's youtube-channel.

Finally found the countdown clock on their WrestleMania page, which currently is at 9 hour and 20 minutes, which means midnight for me as well. But is that for the Pre-Show or the actual PPV...
