My first two would be The Gaslight Anthem and VersaEmerge.

Might have to check out War of Ages when I get a chance.

Lately been listening to Sonic Syndicate. Their album, Eden Fire, is fucking awesome. They're older stuff is melodeath and their newer stuff is metalcore/rock. I didn't dig the rock stuff so much. It was okay but not extremely impressive, imo.

Here are some songs from Eden Fire:

Sick fucking album.

Yeah i hate metal too, but I just can't stand bands who play too much with the editing and make the songs sound electronic, like the Killers and the bravery.
I totally agree with you my friend...

Lol at Killers being listed as metal. Argument is null and void immediately.

^The Killers are far from metal lol!

Seeing August Burns Red, Enter Shikari, and A Day To Remember tonight. Will probably put up pictures tonight. Should be a damn good show.

I don't think he was saying The Killers were a metal band. He was just saying that besides metal, he doesn't like bands that sound too electronic

Yeah I know, but I've read on this one music site where they proclaim The Killers as "heavy, metal like, powerful"

I found that funny, that's what I assumed he meant because I read that somewhere before.

Killers aren't electronic either, they're just a rock band.

God.
