So I thought I'd try to get really lucky and put a $5 bet on Lakers to beat Spurs, Rockets to beat OKC and Hawks to beat Indiana all game 1. Pay off is $500 so wish me luck.

Yup. Boston is going down. It all ends at game 5 for Celtics.

Kobe beat his timetable ... They said it would take 4 weeks to remove his cast, its been 10 days and he has no swelling and little pain - still healing like wolverine / Saiyans after all these years. Starts rehab tomorrow. Guess he will maybe truly have a shot at opening night. That's good news for the team.

Now if only I could hear the 4 others things I want this summer
1 - Dwight Re-signs
2 - Dantoni is fired
3 - Nash retires
4 - Phil Jackson is hired with Shaw and Rambis as his lead assistants

If Phil comes back I pretty much seeing him pull a Pat Riley and be in the front office for a team.

Mike Brown was hired and because of how he had an offset clause, LA is off the hook almost all together for his owed money,

They can fire Pringles! PHX we will send you Dantoni and Nash back so their careers can die where they should and throw in our 2014 pick for a sweetener

I never wanted Dantoni to leave in the first place so I would be happy if he came back to Phoenix, Dragic would kill in Dantoni's offense. Lakers are stuck with Nash though no matter how much you want him gone.

Wow at Westbrook being out with a torn meniscus and having to get surgery. That def hurts and hopefully he recovers fine.

The only potential upside is less predictability in the playoffs. I think there's a good shot the Clips make it to the Finals if they can step up defensively and shut down KD (which is a long shot).. but yeah... I've been dreading a repeat of last year's Finals. I like to mix it up.
