New WWE Championship Design Revealed

During the final segment of RAW, The Rock revealed a brand new WWE Championship belt.

Thoughts? There's no name plate anymore, seems to be logos as side plates...

Sure it looks like I could create it in a videogame, but I actually like it. It actually compliments the tag titles, and I feel as if there should be some sort of a compliment from one title to the next.

Call me crazy, but I prefer this belt over the spinner.

Please, please, for the love of god, tell me that the logos on the side are WWE logos and not "Bhrama Bull" logos.

Good looking belt; better than the spinner one. Hopefully they're going to be changing the logo to fit the wrestler such as CM Punk with the X, Sheamus with the leaf, etc.

God. It's not a terrible looking belt by any stretch. It's a bit gaudy for my taste. Seriously? Half a million in diamonds on that were they real? But The center place needs to be an Oval or a Circle. It looks like a super hero logo on a belt.

Phew. And +1 to customizing the side logos according to the wrestler, I like that idea.

I'd just prefer it if they went with the vanilla/professional appearance and had the company logos on the side along with the name of the champion on the front plates though.

Rest in pieces, garbage spinner belt. Yeah, I know it probably sold a lot and made money. Still does not make it good looking.

Wait.

Hmmm.....interesting, there is no front name plate. I'm guessing they'll be changing the side logos according to the wrestler, seeing as to how the current belt does have the "bhrama bull" logo on it after all.

Seems like a different idea, does that mean that as this belt changes hands the WWE shop will be getting a new addition in it's merchandise section every single time? (Say different belt for Cena, Orton, Sheamus etc. Or will they be selling one belt with just the WWE logo on it as shown in the concept picture?)

I'm betting only the rock gets the special side plates. Funny thing is punk tweeted a photo of this belt back in July saying he was the one that was supposed to debut it at summer slam or the sept ppv (ppv name escaping me at the moment) I think the wwe had second thoughts and decided the rock should debut it. I'm shocked the spinner belt lasted as long as it did. Like rock said at th time it served its purpose but that time ended 2 to 3 years after its debut.

It's growing on me already esp in the 2nd pic Andrew posted it actually looks kind of cool. Would be interesting if they really went with different side plates for whoever the champion is as it is a really different idea.
