Current TNA television champion Devon has parted ways with TNA. Devon confirmed his departure on Twitter Wednesday night.

"i would like to thank the tna fans for making the last seven years fun," Devon wrote. "I'm sure we will see each other again down the road real soon. I'm ready to see where God bring me to next. I can't wait. I see big thing on the way."

Devon added that he is not retiring from pro wrestling. "O and HELL NO IM NOT RETIRING," Devon concluded his series of tweets.

It remains to be seen how TNA handles the Television Title following Devon's departure. The title has been defended on TNA Impact only once in the last two months.

TNA are are fucking idiots. I thought it was a huge mistake top tier keep jobbing to talent to Devon and keep the title on him so long.

Now they don't even have the chance for him to drop the title to someone on TV. I hope they makeup a fictional live event switch.

Stripping Devon of the title does no one any good.

Devon, whose contract with TNA Wrestling is reportedly set to expire this week, suggested on Twitter Wednesday evening that he's parting ways with the organization effective immediately.

The TNA Television Champion wrote, "I would like to thank the tna fans for making the last seven years fun . im sure we will see each other again down the road real soon.

"im ready to see where god bring me to next. i cant wait . i see big thing on the way.

I can't believe this. Can't wait to see what happens to the TV Title.
