December is going to be such a long month, I can't wait until the 9th, to see where free agents go, then for the season to start.

Miami/Dallas rematch on xmas day should be entertaining.

Mavs getting their rings in Miami. I'd love it and I'd hate it. It would be funny as hell for Miami to live that down. At the same time, espn would make the moment more about Miami than Dallas. Hope they change the game actually

The game is gonna be in Dallas. It's so weird, Mavs vs. Heat was the last game of the season, and now their playing to open up the season.

NBA teams will play two preseason games. Same opponent both games, one in each arena. Pairings TBD, but likely geography-based.

A few of those pairings have been announced.

Boston/Toronto
Portland/Utah
LAL/LAC
NYK/NJN
Sacramento/GSW

More coming in the next few hours.

Pretty much knew Paul would want out of there and him wanting to be a Knick doesn't surprise me at all. Also read somewhere that Rondo is apparently now off the table for trades.

Westbrook is a great athlete but I don't think he will do better than Durant, Durant is just a star and Westbrook needs plenty more improving. Not saying Durant doesn't, he could use a bit more improvement but he is fine where he is at. Another person that I hope does good is James, I always liked him but I think I would still choose Durant over him.

God I hope the Hornets let him walk so he loses the $30 something million. What Melo and now Paul are doing is so much worse than what the Miami group did.

30 million is alot of dough for someone like him, he's not even worth that much in my opinion. I think Paul and Melo are still doing good but yes they are doing worse.

We love Rajon Rondo. He's our PG. We're not trading him.

Translation: We love Rajon Rondo because he has to be our PG. We've shopped him the last 2 offseasons with no takers. So we're stuck.
