Stage 1 Recap (Laps 1-60)

- Ben Rhodes (#99) began to struggle with handling, losing a few spots to Chris Southern (#20) and Zane Smith (#51). Rhodes's truck looked a bit loose, and he would need to make adjustments if he wanted to stay competitive. (Lap 20)

Stage 2 Recap (Laps 61-120)

Final Stage Recap (Laps 121-200)
- With the field poised for the final 80 laps, the drivers were fully focused on closing out the race strong. Logan Slayer (#40) had held off the competition in both Stage 1 and Stage 2, but with Juice Millar (#53) and Tommy Bedlam (#77) breathing down his neck, the final stage promised to be a showdown. The pressure was mounting, and everyone knew the finish would be intense.

- The field roared back to life as Logan Slayer (#40) led the field into the final stage. However, Juice Millar (#53) made an aggressive move early on, pulling alongside Slayer for the lead by lap 123. Bedlam (#77) wasn’t far behind, setting the stage for a three-way battle at the front.

- The leaders were starting to spread out a bit, with Logan Slayer (#40) maintaining the lead, but Juice Millar (#53) wasn’t letting up. Behind them, Tommy Bedlam (#77) was engaged in a fierce battle with Brett Moffitt (#23) and Sheldon Creed (#2) for third. (Lap 130)

- Caution flag came out after Bobby Rey (#00) made contact with Zane Smith (#51), sending Smith into the wall in turn 3. This set up a round of pit stops, where strategies varied. Slayer and Millar opted for two tires, while Bedlam took four tires in an effort to gain track position. (Lap 140)

- As Tommy Bedlam (#77) started to pull away slightly, Brett Moffitt (#23) made a move on Juice Millar (#53) for third, clearing Millar by lap 170. The racing was heating up, with drivers getting more aggressive as they chased down the leader. (Lap 165)

- The battle for the top 5 was intense. Brett Moffitt (#23) passed Sheldon Creed (#2) for fourth, and Chris Southern (#20) continued his solid run, now in 7th place, making a charge toward the front. (Lap 175)

The Eldora Dirt Derby is one of the most anticipated races of the season, with its unique dirt track setting, providing exciting challenges for the drivers. On April 17, 2020, the weather played a major role as rain showers throughout the day made the track extremely muddy, adding even more unpredictability to what’s already a notoriously difficult race.

This race is unique, as it’s held on a dirt oval, and not all drivers are accustomed to these conditions, so some will need to dig deep to perform. With high humidity and wet conditions, it will be a test of patience and skill for the drivers.

Stage One – Eldora Dirt Derby (40 Laps)
- The track is still wet, and the rain continues to affect the grip and handling of the trucks. The drivers are getting settled into the muddy conditions and finding their rhythm as the green flag waves.

- Tommy Bedlam (#77) starts strong from pole position, taking the lead early.

- Juice Millar (#53) and Logan Slayer (#40) are battling for second, showing they’re both capable of handling the tricky track. (Lap 1)

- Brett Moffitt (#23) is pushing hard and moving up through the field, now in 4th. (Lap 5)

The Monster Mile Awaits!
The NASCAR Truck Series heads to Dover International Speedway, also known as "The Monster Mile," for Round 7 of the season. This high-banked, one-mile concrete oval is known for aggressive racing, tire wear, and hard hits when things go wrong. With its unique surface and high speeds, Dover is a driver’s track that rewards skill and punishes mistakes.

Brandon Blaze (#83) – Momentum Building?
Brandon Blaze is showing flashes of brilliance but hasn’t quite put together a complete race. Dover’s high-speed corners suit aggressive drivers, and he’ll need to be on top of his game to secure a breakthrough performance.

- Brandon Blaze is once again aggressive, battling Logan Slayer for 5th.
- Chris Southern runs 7th, staying in touch with the leaders.
- Arthur D'Tea is holding onto the Top 10, while JF Valley fights back from his earlier damage.

With 10 laps to go, the battle intensifies:
- Moffitt takes the lead from Creed, sliding past in Turn 3.
- Juice Millar closes in on Bedlam for 3rd, but seems more focused on saving tires for the long Final Stage (110 Laps).
- Brandon Blaze pulls off a fantastic outside pass on Logan Slayer, grabbing 5th place.

- After a wreck-filled Stage 2, the final 110-lap stage begins with a much cleaner restart. Brett Moffitt leads the way, but he’s being hunted by:

- Juice Millar (#53) – saving tires early for a late-race charge.
- Tommy Bedlam (#77) and Brandon Blaze (#83) – aggressive and keeping pace.

- With 90 laps to go, the leaders begin peeling off for green flag stops.

JF Valley Departs Jordan Anderson Racing, Drops to ARCA​

After struggling with funding issues, JF Valley (#4) has officially parted ways with Jordan Anderson Racing and will move down to the ARCA Menards Series for the remainder of the season.

What Happened?​

Valley, who was balancing a partial Truck Series schedule with Jordan Anderson Racing, faced increasing financial hurdles. Despite some promising runs early in the season, sponsorship concerns forced the team to shut down his entry.

JF Valley on the Move:
"It’s tough, but right now, ARCA is the best place for me. I just need to get more experience and find the right backing to make a full-time return to Trucks. I’m not done yet."
