For me the worst is when you are at an R rated movie... but some idiotic parents decide to bring their kids to it and the kids start talking during the movie and the parents are answering the questions instead of telling their kids to shut up.

When I was a kid, my parents would take me to all sorts of R rated movies. I saw Scary movie when I was 9 and my parents would let me watch all sorts of horror when I was 6. I knew how to act though as I never talked or ran around like some people's kids. People just don't know how to act. There's nothing worse than people trying really hard to be funny in the theater. I've only had to confront people twice and usually the crowd would be in my favor so they settled down. I do look to see who it is first though because I am a pussy.

^Depends on the jokes. I'm a geek, so I'll only pipe up to say something snarky. I won't do any of the usual fratboy-douchebag antics.

To be honest, I'll still probably hate you lol. I pretty much only tolerate it if I pay to see it ala Doug Bensons Interruption Night. Which is professional comedians making fun of a movie. I saw Dark Knight Rises tonight and surprisingly there was not one single incident.

That's because it's a good movie. The crowd watching Season of The Witch with me seemed to appreciate my jokes, they were more entertaining than the movie itself, LOL.

Your hate for Nicholas Cage is unreal.

I honestly don't like people who try to be funny, regardless if the movie is subpar or not. I paid to see the fucking movie, not hear some goof attempt to be funny.

LOL I don't hate Nic. I hated him in Kick-Ass, but I liked him in Gone in 60 Seconds, among others. My problem with SoTW is with other stuff, such as how they DIRECTLY TOUCH PEOPLE WHO DIED OF PLAGUE AND NEVER CONTRACT IT!

Epic fail, movie.

What? Because people want to enjoy a movie without people speaking near them?

Then they should shut up and watch the movie. Taking the time to tell someone to shh, only makes things worse.

And who the hell made them the audio authority?

Yeah, most of the time when someone sshhes someone, it ends up causing more noise and commotion. No point in it.

But in the first place, why talk during a movie you paid for? And the other people around you who paid to watch and listen to a movie, not someone else distracting them nearby.

I don't have a lot of problems at my theater because they are pretty strict there. But I go to the Drive in more and one thing I hate is that one jackass in like the front parking spaces that ALWAYS needs to turn on his bright ass lights. And the little kids that thinks its fun to race to the bathroom during a movie and they end running infront of every freaking car.
