Did he do it in front of them? Ain't sen it yet, just saw him celebrating and then a coin thrown at him. Rooney had a couple coins thrown at him when he took a corner too. Pathetic.

The ManShitty fans are probably realising that all their money cant bring them the class that United has, so they are throwing their coins away.

I think so, I saw him go near the end of the pitch and pull his shirt up so I'm assuming it was near them. Still anyone who tries to harm a player doing his job is a disgrace imo.

Not to mention a player of his own nationality.

Has nothing to do with it imo, if it had happened to Evra or Tevez for example I'd have treat them with the same reaction. No more no less.

That matters nothing here. Rooney gets abuse everywhere he goes but when the world cup comes everyone suddenly loves him and relies on him to win us the trophy. Where as in Spain David Silva gets a heroic reaction when he played against Madrid for City.

No, the reaction that the coin shouldn't be thrown, the bigger question here is why someone who hates the English people would support an English team.

You yourself pointed out how rooney gets treated in his country compared to how silva gets treated in his. So now that i made a logical remark based on it, im suddenly hating?

I didn't kid, Crayo did... I'm impartial on that respect as I can't comment on how Silva is treat by Spain as I rarely watch their matchesyou obviously show some disgust at some English people by pointing out it was someone who shared Rio's nationality that attacked him when it had no bearing on the initial response. Is the case any different if it's another nationality involved?

Lol tbh theres not much differentiating you two xD.
When i used to flame this board, i used to be confused in deciding who to flame, you or seabs. Hard to chose one over the other. :vince:

I would say yes. English fans should learn to respect their own national team/ former national team players, no matter which club they play for. Otherwise its just hypocrisy imho.
