I agree he hasn't been great and say he doesn't perform for those 88 minutes would you want him charging at Rio 1on 1 for the two he is on? I wouldn't personally.

Lmao god no. Andy Carroll can dominate Rio in a 100m sprint so I don't want one of the quickest box-to-box players in the world running at him :(

Not really a factor on why he was good, but it made it easier for hmi to do the things he was good at, if that makes sense. Fletcher was a battler, a warrior, he pressed and won the ball better than most. He was grossly underrated and I'm marking out that you hold him in the same high regard I did too. His injury was a disease and it took him ages to recover, he's not at his best yet at all.

And yeah Rafael is still sometimes dodgy, he does silly things and gets yellow cards but he ALWAYS tries more than any other player, he's committed, he presses, he goes forward, he's brave, he's a great tackler, he's been our best player behind RVP probably. I know right, if I said this last year I'd be like :haha:

Scholes is a better passer, he's the best in the BPL, but he's 39. He can't do the job Carrick can do unfortunately. I don't see Scholes tussling with Yaya, though I don't see Carrick doing that either :haha:

Yeah Fletcher is still one of my favourite players, Scottish bias aside he's still an incredible footballer and there was a time where United looked a completely different side with him compared to when he wasn't playing.

Scholes is 39? Shit. Still better than Carrick though. Whatever happened to all of your CM options?

I gave Xanth some Carrol a couple nights ago. Scored 4 goals against him with the beast.

The man's an absolute beast, I actually scored a hattrick with him a few nights ago as well, the game before he got 3 assists lmao.

Gutted that this game is on today, really enjoying the Dundee derby, usually I'd stay loyal to Scotland but the Manchester derby is just so tempting.

They died when Keane retired. SAF doesn't believe in having good center midfielders. -.-

Nervous as fuck watching this.

Ridiculous. United scored a 3rd goal FAIRLY as it was ONSIDE, they counter and score. Fucking stupid amount of shit decisions in the PL that costs so many games. If we were 3-0 up it was over, now it's 2-1 they'll probably win 3-2.

With City's 1st goal we deserved that luck I think. Young's goal was onside.

Rio was celebrating and a fan threw a coin at him and it split his eye open.

Young is really the chelsea thing evening up imo, those things tend to over a season. Don't think I'd class Yaya's as luck more persistence on behalf of City and their attack. You deserved the game absolutely though imo, Rio made a bad call pulling his shirt up to celebrate in front of them for me, those fans are idiots but he could have avoided it
