Ladies and Gentlemen, WPC @ AEW Full Gear is in the books and... our Undisputed World Prediction Champion has proven to be just that!
Chris went 8-1 across the show to successfully defend both the Open The Prediction Gate Championship against Jimmy King (6-3) Sky (No Show) and Doom (5-4)
After that Chris Squared off with King Raidokken for the World Prediction Championship for the third time in three events.....
...and defeated the former champion (who went 7-2) to not only retain the title BUT ALSO to knock King Raidokken off the top of the World Prediction Rankings - the first time in months our King of the Ring has not sat atop the table.
The open invitational saw Davey Wrestling and OMB (both 8-1) and King Raidokken (7-1 but highest ranked) qualify to challenge for the Open the Prediction Gate Championship at our next event, WWE Survivor Series.
As Chris retained the OTPG title, his next challenger for the World Prediction Championship is, by rights, the highest ranked competitor in the World Prediction Rankings. However, as per the championship commitee ruling before this title match, King Raidokken vs Chris will not take place again this calandar year... therefor the next highest ranked competitor that is not King Raidokken will challenge for the title; Jimmy King!
