Funny that this is the finals considering their history with each other. This is tough but going to give the slight edge to Foley. To be able to be great on the mic in 4 different personas including his normal persona all as face and heel is just too impressive to not vote for.

This. It is funny that these two would be here. I LOVE Flair (pre-fake retirement), but Foley is the best of all time on the mic and the reason above explains this well.

In all seriousness, I have to go with Foley. In terms of greatest promo man of all time, it's a tough one. However, between Foley and Flair, both of which can't stay off TV for more than 30 days, I'm going with Foley.

I gotta give this one to Foley. He was so important to the WWF in the 90s because he was really the first guy with a less than average physique to do really big things in the WWF after all the steroid scandals. He kind of made people see that not everyone was just a roid junky and because he wasn't physically impressive he had to have that charisma and he did. He cut some of the best promos of the time along with - obviously - the Rock and Austin.

Think people get a bit carried away with Flair because he was such a great wrestler and personality, he was great on the mic, but not that great.

Asides from "This is your life" his cheap pops are all thats memorable of him on the mic, Flair actually made talkers matter in wrestling.
