Bono also has matches with Ishikawa and Suwama coming up. So it could go either way. But the safe bet is Bono holds onto the belt until at least Akiyama. And granted I don't know when Shuji and Suwama are getting their matches.

Go Shiozaki is leaving All Japan. No news on if he is just going freelance or leaving all together.
The future is Miyahara's but the question is who fills the void for Shiozaki?

Well, this sucks. Really sucks. It's probably New Japan, because I don't see him leaving for W-1 and NOAH.

Either that or WWE has for some reason shown interest all of a sudden.

Or maybe his modeling thing that he has been doing since like 2010-2011 has started to take off. Or it's as some speculated that he got a bit grumpy with Akiyama seeing Miyahara as the guy for the future.

Takayama needs to retire. Even if you take out the fact that he can barely see, stand straight or move correctly; he isn't what he once was. He throws around those Jr Heavy's like potatoes, most of the time barely missing their necks on the fall.

I think we can all agree. Marufuji is just the absolute worst.

Finished off the Royal Road finals last night and got a few thoughts from it.

Strong show over all. There was no match like the tag titles match from August, but every match was strong so overall I'd say it was a stronger show.

- The Zeus vs Suwama singles match they are teasing is going to be money.
-Nakajimas new douchebag behavior has given him a much needed boost in the character department.
- Nomura is ready to be given a slightly bigger spot on the card methinks.
- Ishikawa sticking around is great. Kodama coming in as a regular is also good.
- Hino needs to stick around.
- Aoyagi has some funky flips.
- The Akebono vs Akiyama match was good, but they were obviously saving stuff for the upcoming rematch.
- Whatever they are teasing with Kento and Suwama is so much yes.

Watched 3 matches from NOAH's Great Voyage In Osaka.

- Taichi vs Harada was good, but could've been great if it wasn't for the SZKG shenanigans. Stuff like this makes you appreciate the Bullet Club.

- K.E.S. vs War Machine was a good, enjoyable bout with no BS. K.E.S. got the revenge win for their FOH loss and retained the titles.

- Mi Su vs Sugiura was a great ME. Loved it.

What? Suzukigun > Bullet Club. Especially on the shenanigans front.
