mostly done now tho, the main thing they do now is try and get higher wages. The industries that don't have prominent unions usually already offer similar benefits as an incentive to prevent unions, wages just stagnate there

some companies might be fair but seeing the salaried managers at Walmart working 60+ hours a week was just sad.

Yeah I would simply quit if I had to work that much, my incentive to get everything done in 40 hours is not being paid so I improved all my processes to get to that point
