I basically picked this recipe like I'm doing an unlockable tree in a video game bc it was the easiest chicken one that didn't call for homemade stock that gave me bones to make one lol so now I can progress to other recipes after

you can also freeze the bones for a few months if you're short on enough for more stock. I mostly just have to get disciplined with freezing stuff

They are pricey thought but I feel I would rather pay a little more fle a pair and have them last when buy cheap and they rip super fast.

Never had heart of palm and I'd be a little sketchy with my tree nut allergy but I don't think it would apply so I'm probably safe lol
