I ate too much crappy bread last year and my taste buds were mad for a bit lol

I switched from white bread to 100% wheat a few years ago and I don't notice anymore until I actually have white bread lol

i fucking hate how good white bread is

And I don't like a lot of ground beef recipes that simply substitute turkey or chicken instead, I prefer if the recipe is actually just designed for the meat you're using

I felt like I could taste the pasta and then the sauce, no flavor meshing. Tried with a few kinds

More sauce didn't help I just got more separate sauce flavor lol

have you tried putting pasta water in your sauce when cooking it?

it can help your sauce coat the noodles better

just like 1/8 or 1/4 cup

That was a must for the cacio e pepe I made recently though to make sure the cheese incorporated

I made a from scratch sauce with roasted tomatoes and peppers (no can sauc e at all)
