i think i only had cheese once since the year started. im trying a lot more this year

oh cheese is still regular lmao but I've been good cutting out a lot of sugar stuff

partner had a massive gulbladder attack on the holiday break and it's kind of forced us to make changes

And I'm at least buying better quality cheese now, not the ultra processed stuff

Been trying to substitute the wheat versions of stuff if it's better, less red meat, that kind of thing

only chicken and once I had a steak and cheese from subway that was a cheat

I do make exceptions at restaurants, basically anything is fair game then lol

And if I have a specific recipe I want to make I'm making it by the book but I treat that as more of a hobby. For everyday meals I'm good at doing the healthier option

I switched from white bread to 100% wheat a few years ago and I don't notice anymore until I actually have white bread lol
