Worst I had to deal with was the returns, obviously used items or potentially stolen ones so I had to deny or my boss would yell at me, even though the only pair of stolen shoes the store returned while I was there was done by her

My former supervisor got tased by someone once. The lady that tased her was with someone that got caught stealing and my supervisor (she wasn’t one at the time) told her to wait outside the security office door. Then the lady sneaks up behind her and tased her. Afaik that lady is still behind bars for what she did

Some woman bought cleats for her son, he went and played a game in them and she tried to return them a few hours later just caked in dirt and grass lmao I told her I would pretend I didn't see this and if she can clean them to where it didn't look like they were played in them she could try
