Some woman bought cleats for her son, he went and played a game in them and she tried to return them a few hours later just caked in dirt and grass lmao I told her I would pretend I didn't see this and if she can clean them to where it didn't look like they were played in them she could try

and like 3 days later she brought them back and was probably sad to see I was still working but they were spotless so I gave her the refund lmao
