I think in like 8 years i've snapped on customers 2x and both times my boss backed me up

My boss told us that if we don't know how to respond to an email without being rude to let him respond so that's what I do now, it becomes his issue to resolve instead of mine

so if you're like me at times with emails, what's your record for deleted and rewriting your email when you're real hot at someone lol

most of the time i end up just not sending it either because i cant avoid the snark in my tone lol

very true, “the website said you have it though” yes but it doesn’t automatically update to show we’re all out

They dont like being told that. If the website says we have it, we better have it.

yeah i only really feel snmarky in inter emails tbh too at ppl being very silly or incompetent lol

The most annoying is when I'm asked to do something I've either already done and they make me spend time checking when they could have done that

I’ve seen coworkers reduced to tears because of a guest being rude to them. One time a lady threatened one of them so she had to stay off of drive up orders for awhile and needed an escort to her car

I had a former employee go on fb and accuse me of calling her daughter (who we had to fire) useless so a third former employee posted he was gonna come have a talk to me. My manager had the cops come at close and make sure things didn’t happen, he never showed up, which I knew he wouldn’t

o he asked for a product that was high up, so she got on a ladder to grab it. well this fuck slides his hand between her fucking legs as she goes up

what does she do? immediately grab a giant black dong off the display and fucking smashed him across the face twice
