well heres something that may or may not be relevant. protection resolves before kills and kill enabled actions. so thats ONE possibility if you catch my drift.

I was pretty damn loud about Grim and not wasting time, and I feel I'm definitely onto something regarding SA so I figured he'd see me as a target

That turned out not to happen... instead it was Pendex... with whom he had also clashed

Started with 12, so based on usual rule of thumb I use as a default position of 25% mafia I’d say 3.

I could honestly see it being 4. No higher than that though.

Does it explicitly say anywhere the other mafia members that weren’t Grim could communicate?

Can’t remember that being said, so actually asking.

The only thing it really said was

“You will be unable to contact them until Night One - when a chat will be created.”

Me and Jeff discussed the two possibilities. One benig that everyone besides Grim was in the chat, and they would be one created with Grim later, or well that there was no chat at all. I personally took it as no chat at all.
