And my game won’t be ready to start for a couple of weeks until I’m back from holiday - so don’t know if Grim wants to go first to keep everything ticking over.

Sounds good, I can get my game up and running then, if nobody has any objections.

I think we can easily fill 15 right now. My game had 13 and several people who didn’t play mine played your 12-player game.

That said, his is supposedly small. Like 10 I think.

Yeah it's a fairly small game, just a 10-man sortie.

I actually think 15 would be a good place to shoot for eventually. 12-13 is fine when the section is less active, but they’re so much harder to balance.

15-16 I think is a nice number that’s not too big and not too small.

15 is only realistic if everyone plays every game and doesn't miss one.
honestly if we can have consistent 0-12 games, that are taking place more often more chance of having additional numbers more often.

I won't be able to participate in the next game at all as I will be out of town then back for two weeks then gone again for a week.

We probably have somewhere between 22 and 26 unique players. All we would need is about 15 of them like you said that would be playing most games.

12-13 is fine for right now, but eventually we need to be able to build the games back up because like I said, small games are so hard to balance, and really fucks with what you can do set up wise.
