Do You Download?

Ok, guys I have a question for you, do you download and what type of things do you download? What download speed do you get when you are downloading and what do you use?

Personally, I like to use torrents. I use a programme called uTorrent and I download from sites like isohunt or eztv. I download mainly movies but I also like to download a few series that I like to watch. I usually get speeds of around 1 MB/s but I just downloaded something and hit 6.2 MB/s which is pretty quick, I downloaded a 1.18GB movie in under 5 minutes.

I use uTorrent and have multiple torrent sites I download from. Idk the highest speed I've gotten but most torrent download speeds vary. The average is around 1.3mb's for me when downloading most things.

I download movies, tv shows, music, programs and sometimes games.

I download movies, UFC PPVs, and music. I use Shareaza. yeah its a p2p site. It can do torrents too though so... its good.

Yeah, I use utorrent all the time. I download music and wrestling(XWT & PWT). An occasional movie as well. I never have a problem really with anything. I never worry about how long anything takes. I couldn't tell you the speeds anyways. I'm usually multitasking as it is.

Mediafire (now that Megaupload is closed and 4Shared requires registration) or direct downloads from whatever website for the smaller things. Can't be bothered to mess with Torrents, never understood them and never really cared.

I download old games and music CDs. I used to download quite a lot of movies, but my current laptop takes about 3 hours to download an average 700mb-sized movie, and I can't be bothered.

Torrents. I use them for Porn, Wrestling, TV etc. I used to use Megaupload frequently for downloading TV shows, but obviously the site's dead now.

Ever since i've used torrents i've used uTorrent. Never had a problem with it.

Just found out about torrents like a week ago. Greatest thing ever, using Utorrent and downloading tons of shit.

I obviously use uTorrent as my client and get everything (games, emulators, comics, books, movies, music, etc.) from Kickass Torrents.

Bit Torrent and Soulseek are usually how I get what I want, which is usually music, UFC ppv's, and movies. Soulseek is actually better at finding my types of music since it's often hard to find torrents of certain electronic music albums (unless it's something trendy like Deadmau5, Tiesto, etc).

I use BitTorrent, download only music, because my internet is too shit to download anything else(other than books, which I gladly buy) fast enough. I use isohunt for that shit. I have found nothing but great quality downloads, fast too.

As someone whose never used torrents, what exactly is it? I mean I get what they are but do you need a program for them? Any good ones? I'm a bit of a worried person when it comes to downloading things I don't pay for. The only thing I don't pay for that I download is live versions or acoustics of songs via a YouTube converter website.

I never download games because downloaded games that I downloaded via torrent damaged my hard drive somehow.

I only download movies and music.

I only download music and I do it by converting them from YouTube to audio. Don't download torrents. External hard-drive broke like 2 months after I bought it so I'm still pretty bitter about that.

Go to utorrent.com download the program. Install it. Then go to a site like Isohunt or if Piratebay still exists in your area. Search the site. Then hit download next to it.
