That game against Ole Miss was very stressful for me to watch. Once again, Bama's defense couldn't stop anything that came from thd Rebels' offense. It was sheer torture to see Matt Corral taking advantage of our secondary and their running back Jerrion Ealy cause fits for Bama's defense.
But at the end, Bama walked out of Oxford with the win. Fuck yeah!
Our running back Najee Harris put on a fucking show tonight! 206 yards and five touchdowns for this beast and didn't look back! Quarterback Mac Jones went 38 for 42, throwing for 417 yards with a couple of touchdowns. He too put on a outstanding performance tonight.
Overall, this was a fun, stressful and highly entertaining game for both teams. Lane Kiffin coached the team very well, until the very end where the defense got tired toward the final minutes of the game. Ole Miss' offense kept up making very minor mistakes. The 3rd and 4th down conversions were crazy. Luck was on their side on those conversions.
We got the victory and our next game is Game Of the Week against Blaze's Georgia Bulldogs! And it's on primetime! It's gonna be a hellacious battle. I just hope the Bama secondary finally get out the funk they're in and play some damn defense. Can't wait for next week's main event!
