I think people are ignoring the window scum had to execute Blaine. he got to 5 once, then Jeff immediately unvoted. then Jeff voted again and asked for a claim, he claimed pretty quickly and Poyser immediately switched his vote to jeff. like the chances scum didn't have a chance to react is quite high.

I wasn't building a case against him so it's not really the same thing. If i'm building a case on someone I think is scum it's gonna be more put together

pre-submitting executes is a thing. If I had an execute I would be fine pre-submitting it if I saw a wagon building on a town player and feared I might not catch it in time
