As noted in the PWInsider.com Elite section, Former ROH Tag Team champion Chris Hero was at WWE developmental today and the word is that he's finally signed officially with the company. Hero had been waiting for medical tests to clear before he could sign.
I am told there are no plans for WWE to put Hero and his former Kings of Wrestling partner Antonio Cesaro (Claudio Castagnoli) together as an act for the main roster. They were always going to be signed as separate entities.

ABOUT TIME.

Tag team or not, I'm just happy Hero actually made it.

WHO'S YOUR HERO?! CHRIS HERO!!

Very excited to see Hero in FCW and maybe we can at least see him have a match with Cesaro at one point.

I'm glad he's in too, though for some reason I feel they are trying to swerve us with this "separate entities" crap and they'll still be paired together. It would really be the best thing for the tag division right now.

Did he not just sign a short term ROH contract?

Anyways, so happy for Hero. It's about time that his talents were recognised!

I wonder what his new name will be?

Antonio's promo at FCW did mention that "a hero" would be coming soon but I doubt they'll let him keep that name, unless they can trademark it.

Very happy to read the news about Hero...my hopes for a stable with Punk and KOW might not be so far out there now.

You never know, sometime's WWE will let a performer come in with their own name if they think it'll it'll benefit them.
Not very often but occasionally it happens like with CM Punk.

This is great news for WWE. Now all they need to do is get Seth Rollins on the main roster already.

Rollins, Ambrose and KOW need to be on SmackDown in the next month.

KOW won't pass through developmental that fast...

I've heard so much about Dean Ambrose and I didn't realize he was Jon Moxley until recently  I hope he gets on TV soon, It might make me watch WWE regularly again.

CM Punk was effectively the last guy to get to keep his name and that was mostly down to Heyman who knew how it'd benefit ECW. Nowadays everyone gets an original name in order for WWE to trademark it.
