CTW Light Heavyweight Championship match: Good match. All of the men looked good and it didn't seems like anyone was weak, like what happens in a lot of 3 way matches. I really didn't expect Delirious to win.

Tag Team Grant a Wish- Good match. To me it was obvious that Ki and 'Cide would win. They are in line for a push and Nigel and Aries are their launching pad. I'd like to see a Nigel/Aries feud now.

2 Random thoughts: The Delirious promo was good, eazy to read. I love that you named Jacobs new move the Lacey Driver.

Triple Threat Grant a wish: Good match is getting kind of repetitive so... Igual bueno.

Main Event: The I quit match is one of the most barbaric matches in wrestling history and you pulled it off perfectly. Everything about this match was awesome. I really don't think that there is any way to make this match any better. Good to see Hero win the belt.

Overall thoughts: Really great PPV. I can't wait to read your next show.

BTW Thanks for the PPV review.

BM: Strong vs. Jacobs vs. Whitmer. I was really getting into this even though I am not quite into those guys. This match had me hooked I must say, it was pretty well put together

WM: Steenerico vs. Dragons, I wasn't into from the start and then the trend continued there on, idk y

BP: I liked Eddie Kingston's, that was pretty good

WP: N/A

AC: Really great 2 parter you got here. Enjoyed reading it, really loved the big ass Daizee Haze picture, her hometown is literally down the street from me :)

Steenerico vs The Naptown Dragons: Good choice as the opening match, I like the interaction in the match. I kept rooting for Steenerico, so when you revealed Daizee Haze(shocker), I was scared that the match was going for the other team, however a relief it didnt.

Jacobs promo: It was a solid promo, with Jacobs showing(at first), that he cared more about Lacey, and showing he's a changed man. Got me wondering what would happen next.

Chuck Taylor vs Quackenbush: I applaud you because this match could have been easily turned into comedy with these two wrestlers, however you delivered solid wrestling, that could have gone to both sides. I liked the constant searching for the Quackendriver.

6man Tag Team Match: Amazing match, with imo obviously the Anti Hardcore Alliance having to win. I loved the variaty of suplex you used during the match. I smell a rematch with some hardcore stipulation.

Hero/Steenerico/Sexxxy Eddy promo: Good part having Hero nervous about his match and covering up with arrogance and fear of rigging of the poll by the GM. The part then of Steen puts him up big time as the want that always wants competition, and Sexxy, then, just lol, lol.

Webb vs Delirious vs Sabian: Didn't pay much attention to this match, thb I wasn't interested particularly in this match. However, good decision giving the win to Delirious. More pushable to my eyes.

Aries/Nigel vs Homicide/Low Ki: Push Aries and Nigel as singles imo. This feud will continue no doubt. Good match and a surprise finish as I didn't say that team picking up the victory.

Delirious promo: Uhmm, can this be the transition to have a english speaking Delirious? We'll see.

Triple Threat Match: better than the previous one. Obviously you made the right choice with Jacobs winning. Good back and forth match with a nice pace to follow, good work with this one.

I Quit match: Good work throughout the match putting over the hurt legs of Kingston and Hero attacking them. The ending made a lot of sense and I like that Kingston tried to endure and then when he couldn't take it anymore, but just when he was really beaten, he quitted.

After trying for two months Chris Hero was finally able to capture the CTW Heavyweight Title. Capitalizing on an injury caused by his own attack, Chris Hero was able to force Eddie Kingston to say the words I Quit. The knee injury suffered by Eddie Kingston will force him to the sidelines for several months. Chris Hero will have a new set of challenges to overcome if he wants to hold onto his title.

Another title that changed hands at Heat Stroke was the Light Heavyweight Title. Delirious captured the Light Heavyweight Title in a triple threat match by pinning Sabian. Former Light Heavyweight Champion Nate Webb has got to have his sights set on a rematch. And how will Sabian react to the events that transpired at Heat Stroke?

In the three wishes series Chuck Taylor captured the light heavyweight title shot by defeating Mike Quackenbush. In the tag team match Homicide and Low Ki used some help in the form of an iron to defeat Austin Aries and Nigel McGuiness. In the heavyweight title shot match Jimmy Jacobs unveiled a new move he's dubbed the Lacey Driver to pick up the win and the contract for the title shot that can be used at any time in the next year. In the process of winning the match a series of accidents caused Lacey, who was watching from ringside, to get fed up and leave. This no doubt hinders Jimmy's chances for reconciliation. What will he do now to get back in Lacey's good graces?

The Anti Hardcore Alliance took a major step towards achieving their goal of eliminating hardcore wrestling by defeating the Blood Brothers in a six man tag team match. They have to have their sights set on getting the Chaos Title from Madman Pondo. By gaining control of the title they would have all the power.

News Alert: Chaos Theory Wrestling and Vulgar Display of Power have decided to part ways. VDOP had not been used since Lonely at the Top and Mr. Chaos decided it would be better to let them go to allow them to compete on the independent circuit. The split was said to be very amicable and that VDOP are welcome back anytime.

News Alert 2: You heard it first at Heat Stroke and it's true-Chaos TV is no more. The show has been revamped and renamed Aftershock. Mr. Chaos wanted to choose a name that represented the chaotic nature of his product and nothing is more chaotic than an Aftershock. Some of the first matches announced for the premiere of Aftershock include:

El Generico vs. Vortekz

Madman Pondo vs. Dylan Summers (If Dylan wins, he gets a title shot at Chaos Cup. If Pondo wins, Dylan is suspended for 30 days. Both men's respective partners are banned from the ringside area)

And so much more.

CTW Aftershock

Episode 9

Video is shown of an earthquake shaking the ground, glass breaking, roads splintering, debris flying everywhere, people panicking.

Announcer: It’s unpredictable, it’s dangerous, it’s Aftershock!

Aftershock by Pillar plays in the arena as pyrotechnics go off throughout the arena as the crowd is on fire in anticipation for tonight's action.

Jack Stone: Welcome to Aftershock! We are just two days removed from our third payperview ever Heat Stroke. I’m Jack Stone joined as always at the broadcast table by Matt Washington.

Matt Washington: Good to be here on the premiere of Aftershock. We have got an incredible night of action in store for you tonight.

Holding out for a Hero by Bonnie Tyler plays as new CTW Heavyweight Champion Chris Hero makes his way to the ring with the belt around his waist.

Jack Stone: Speaking of Heat Stroke here comes the man who made Eddie Kingston say I quit. He must be out here for his first speech as champion.

Chris Hero enters the ring and asks for a microphone. He is handed one and he begins to speak.

Chris Hero: The first thing I want everyone in the arena to do is to quit stuffing their fat faces with nachos and hot dogs and give your full undivided attention to the new CTW Heavyweight Champion (crowd boos). This past Sunday at Heat Stroke I accomplished two goals I set out to achieve in CTW. The first is that I won the CTW Heavyweight Title. And the second is that I have eliminated the waste of space that is Eddie Kingston. Last night I destroyed the leg of Kingston to the point that he was begging me to stop. Right now he’s in a hospital bed watching this. Hey (looks at camera) Eddie? Hey how’s your leg, huh? You in a nice room, got some flowers in a vase on the window? Did you have a good meal from the hospital cafeteria? I want you to turn your sound up and look directly at your TV, Kingston. You see this belt, Eddie? This belt belongs to me now. The only way you will see this belt again is to watch Aftershock and see it wrapped around my waist. This belt is now where it belongs and that is in my possession. You idiots in the crowd are standing in the presence of greatness (crowd boos). I am the only reason to watch this show. I have more talent in my right pinkie toe than everybody else combined (crowd boos). I…

Chris Hero is cut off by Chaos by Talib Kweli playing in the arena as Mr. Chaos makes his way out on the entrance ramp. He is clapping rather slow and sarcastically. He pulls a microphone out of his jacket pocket and begins to speak.

Mr. Chaos: I suppose some congratulations are in order. Chris Hero you did what many people considered to be impossible. You got Eddie Kingston to say the words I quit. Now you stand before us tonight as the new CTW Heavyweight Champion. You are at the top of the mountain. But now that you are at the top of the mountain there are a whole new set of challenges to overcome. On July 12th and 13th CTW will present the Chaos Cup. Twenty four wrestlers will compete in a tournament and the winner will receive a title shot at Halloween Hell.

Chris Hero: You interrupted my first speech as champion for that? An announcement about a tournament with a bunch of no talent losers who have no chance of beating me in a match? Seriously I expected more from you Chaos.

Mr. Chaos: Well there is one other thing. Also at Heat Stroke you will be defending the CTW Heavyweight Championship against the winner of tonight’s main event. Now I’m sure you’re wondering who’s going to be competing in that match. Well…

Mr. Chaos is cut off by Gangsta Gangsta by N.W.A playing in the arena as Super Dragon steps out on the entrance ramp with a piece of paper in his hand. Super Dragon hands the paper to Mr. Chaos and stands right beside him with his arms folded staring directly at Chris Hero. Mr. Chaos opens the piece of paper and reads it.

Mr. Chaos: *Reading the paper* that’s a really good idea, Super Dragon. I’ll make the match. Ladies and gentleman Super Dragon has suggested that since nearly everybody on the roster will be wanting spots in the chaos cup for the title shot that Super Dragon be the one to get the title shot at Chaos Cup.

Chris Hero: Are you serious? He didn’t even compete at Heat Stroke. He doesn’t deserve a title shot.

Mr. Chaos: You do raise an interesting point. Ok how about this? Tonight there will be a fatal four way. Super Dragon will face off against 3 other superstars who achieved victory at Heat Stroke. They are Chuck Taylor, Bryan Danielson, and Kevin Steen (Crowd Cheers). Whoever wins that match will get the opportunity to face you in a match in two weeks. You win; you don’t have to defend your title at Heat Stroke. You’re opponent wins; you have to defend your title at Heat Stroke. That sound good to you Dragon?

Super Dragon just nods his head.

Mr. Chaos: Alright then tonight in the main event it will be Super Dragon versus Chuck Taylor versus Bryan Danielson versus Kevin Steen in a fatal four way and the winner will face that man in the ring Chris Hero.

Chris Hero: You go ahead and make whatever match you want. The end result will be the same regardless of who wins. And that is me beating them and getting a months break from defending the title.

Jack Stone: Mr. Chaos has just made a four way for tonight’s main event. Aftershock continues next.

Back on Heat Stroke as Chuck Taylor is seen walking with his contract for a light heavyweight title shot when Sabian approaches him.

Chuck Taylor: Well if it isn’t the man who couldn’t capture the light heavyweight title on, what is it now? Four separate occasions?

Sabian: You try wrestling two other men at once. If it would have been a one on one match there is no doubt I could have beaten Nate Webb.

Chuck Taylor: Well I guess we’ll never know, will we?

Sabian: What the hell do you mean by that?

Chuck Taylor: Well you’ve lost four straight title matches and I won the right to face the light heavyweight champion any time I choose. That pretty much makes me the default number one contender and bumps you all the way to the bottom of the list. Wow that’s gotta suck. You know if you would have followed a rigorous training regimen like me you’d probably be light heavyweight champion right now.

Sabian: What makes you think you stand a chance of winning the title anyway? I didn’t see you in those matches going for the light heavyweight title. The fact is you got lucky in your match. As I recall on the last episode of Chaos TV you were pinned by Mike Quackenbush.

Chuck Taylor: Yeah once as opposed to you being pinned twice by Nate Webb.

Sabian: Look if you’re looking to catch a beat down BLKOUT style you might as well go ahead and say it because I got things to do.

Chuck Taylor: Go ahead and do whatever you gotta do, I’ll just be finding myself a nice frame to put this contract in and getting ready for my match tonight. Could you just imagine, first I use this contract to win the Light Heavyweight Title. Then I use my win tonight to earn a title shot and beat Chris Hero at the Chaos Cup for the Heavyweight Title.

Chuck Taylor walks away as we send it back inside the arena.

Jack Stone: Chuck Taylor rubbing it in the face of Sabian. I hope it doesn’t come back to bite him in the end.

Lance McEntyre: And their opponents at a combined weight of 400 pounds, Homicide and Low Ki.

Homicide and Low Ki enter the ring and ask for a microphone.

Homicide: This is who we are facing just two days after defeating Aries and Nigel? These two have been just as ignored as we have. This man (pointing at Tornado) is a former Pro Wrestling Guerilla World Champion. And this man (pointing at Eddy) is a former CZW Tag Team and Junior Heavyweight Champion. These two are in the same situation as us. Great wrestlers being held back because of the color of their skin and their nationality. But I am here to tell you it doesn’t have to be that way. We shouldn't be fighting each other. We should be united and taking a stand against Mr. Chaos. You two can join us and together we will rule over everyone. No longer will you have to travel hundreds of miles only to find out, oh sorry you’re not on the show. If you join us we can assure you that we will be the show. Gentleman, do you accept our offer?

CTW Aftershock 6/17/08 Review

Hero/Chaos/Dragon promo- Really good mic work from Hero. Nice way to set up the main event.

Delirious promo- Perfect Delirious promo.

Vortekz vs. Generico- Good match. Action was good all the way through.

Taylor/Sabian promo- Looks like these two will have a nice little feud in the future.

Homicide promo- Good 'Cide promo as always.

Pimp Juice vs. 'Cide and Ki- Good way to start off the match. I'm seeing Ki and 'Cide as the future tag champs. The after match attack was a nice touch, but I still think that the Nigel/Aries pair should be split up.

Dragons/Daizee promo- "Vortekz: Hm no clip? Thought we had a clip." Awesome Family Guy reference.

Jimmy Jacobs video- Pure Genius.

Pondo vs. Summers- I expected more of a brawl.

Danielson/Corino promo- Short, but useful promo.

Main Event- Great, great match. Non-Stop action.

BM: Main Event
WM: Pondo vs. Summers
BP: Jacobs video
WP: If I had to choose Danielson/Corino
AC: Another great show. This is one of the most underrated BTB's.
Plug: Be sure to check out POI Episode 30 when POI travels to Japan this sunday

Episode 10

United Center-Chicago, Illinois

The opening video of Aftershock is seen. Ground shaking, glass breaking, debris flying. It’s unpredictable, it’s dangerous, it’s Aftershock!

The video explodes into a shot of the pyrotechnics display at the entrance ramp and follows a trail of pyrotechnics going down the entrance ramp and ends with four huge charges going off from each corner of the ring.

Jack Stone: Welcome to Aftershock! I’m Jack Stone joined as always by Matt Washington and we are just 3 weeks away from the Chaos Cup and it is shaping up to be quite a tournament.

Matt Washington: Indeed, I mean just look at some of the names announced for this tournament: Jerry Lynn, Roderick Strong, BJ Whitmer, Amazing Red and that’s just four of the twenty-four wrestlers competing.

Jack Stone: Not only that but we are live from the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. This is the first time that Chaos Theory Wrestling has taken its product on the road and I’m sure it won’t be the last time.

Born of a Broken Man by Rage Against the Machine plays in the arena as Austin Aries and Nigel McGuiness power walk down to the ring.

Jack Stone: Austin and Nigel walking with purpose towards the ring.

Austin and Nigel enter the ring, Nigel gets a microphone and begins to speak.

Nigel McGuiness: We have a message for those two bloody toerags Homicide and Low Ki. We haven’t exactly gotten the great start we were hoping for thanks to these two individuals. Thanks to them using my iron against us we have lost two straight matches against them. One of which would have given us a contract for a tag team title shot. And last week they tried to recruit two more for their cause but fortunately for us Sexxxy Eddy and Human Tornado didn’t fall for it.

Austin Aries: And once again Homicide was about to lose when Low Ki used their flagstaff as a weapon and cost Eddy and Tornado the match. But they couldn’t just stop there. They tried to eliminate them just like they tried to eliminate Matt Washington. However when we came down instead of facing us like men they decided to run like the cowards they are. You see ladies and gentleman that’s the difference between them and us. We lose a few matches we don’t go off crying about being held back. Although we would have had a legitimate gripe considering that they cheated their way to victory.

Nigel McGuiness: And we face our opponents like men, we don’t sneak attack them after the bell and we certainly don’t run away from a fight. Which brings us to why we are out here. We are sick of Homicide and Low Ki constantly avoiding us. We want to end this once and for all. Bring your Yankee asses down to this ring so we may give you the thrashing you deserve. (Crowd cheers)

Matt Washington: Nigel and Austin have laid down the challenge, now let’s see if Homicide and Low Ki are man enough to accept it.

La Borinqueña plays as Low Ki makes his way out on the entrance ramp by himself as Homicide is conspicuous by his absence.
Low Ki: I thought we proved that you two weren’t in the same league as us already. So why should we even consider facing you, we have more important things to get ready for.

Austin Aries: The only thing you’ve proven is that you two couldn’t win a match clean to save your life. Oh and where’s your other half?

Low Ki: Homicide isn’t here tonight. He’s taking a well deserved night off but I’m still here and it would be my pleasure to finish what I started at Heat Stroke and eliminate you less than a month into your CTW tenure.

Nigel McGuiness: Well you know where the ring is sunshine. Just walk down that aisle and get in the ring.

Low Ki: Do I look stupid to you? I know the odds in this situation. No, I want it to be a one on one matchup. I don’t care which one of you it is because I could beat either one of you easily. I just want whoever isn’t in the match to stay in the back.

Austin and Nigel talk it over in the ring.

Austin Aries: Ok fine I will be the one to accept your challenge and I can personally guarantee that Nigel will stay in the back for the duration of the match. I’ll see you in the ring chico.

The camera switches back and forth between Nigel/Austin and Low Ki trash talking each other.

Jack Stone: Austin Aries vs. Low Ki later on tonight. Aftershock continues next.

Steve Corino: Yes. You remember a few week ago when Corporal Robinson issued that open challenge to Abyss, right? Maybe we can get Abyss on our side so he can destroy Corporal Robinson and then Pondo and finally ‘father of the year” Ian Rotten. Ok shh, it’s ringing. *phone clicks* Uh Abyss (growling on the other end), uh hey, big man I had a question to ask you (more growling on the other end), oh sorry, didn’t know you were in the bathroom, so I’ll make this quick, how would you like to join us in the Anti-Hardcore Alliance? *click* hello? Everyone else looks at him weird.

Sexxxy Eddy: I mean we should definitely hit Nick’s Beer Garden.

Drake Younger: That’s all well and good but I still have to prepare for my match against Kevin Steen.

After the match Roderick Strong asks for a microphone.

Roderick Strong: Is this the best you can do? I’ve broken more of a sweat playing Counterstrike. Well at least I don’t have to spend another minute in this God awful town (crowd boos at the cheap heat). When was the last time this team won a championship in anything? It’s been so long I can’t remember. Now next week I will be coming out here and I hope that the competition next week will be a lot better. Now I’d better get out of here before I catch loser fever like all of you have (Crowd Boos).

Back on Aftershock and Chuck Taylor is admiring his Light Heavyweight Title Contract when Sabian walks up to him.

Chuck Taylor: What are you doing here?

Sabian: I just wanted to congratulate you on your victory last…oh, wait, that’s right, you didn’t win last week. Damn that’s a shame.

Chuck Taylor: I might not have picked up the victory but I wasn’t the one pinned and I still have this (pointing at the contract). And just where were you last week? Oh wait now I remember you were the guy in the stands with the beverage tray.

Sabian: Listen you arrogant punk, I suggest you think about the words that come out of your mouth before you catch a beat down BLKOUT style.

Chuck Taylor: Wow, big words for someone with a win-loss record on the south side of .500. You know what, if you want to step in the ring with me and push that record down even further, that’s fine. In fact why don’t we do it in the first round of the Chaos Cup?

Sabian: That sounds good to me. And after I beat you, I’ll be one step closer to winning the Chaos Cup and going on to Halloween Hell for the Heavyweight Title.

Sabian walks away and we send it back inside arena.

Jack Stone: It’s looks like we have our first first round match for the Chaos Cup. Sabian will take on Chuck Taylor.

The game by Disturbed plays in the arena as Lacey makes her way to the ring. She seems to be emotionally confused. Jimmy widens the gap between the top and middle rope for her and she steps into the ring.

Jimmy Jacobs: Ladies and gentleman give it up for the lovely Lacey (Crowd Cheers). Here these are for you I know how you said they were your favorites (Jimmy hands her a box of chocolates). Now I’m sure you already know why I called you out here. For the past few months I have had this empty feeling inside of me ever since we split up. I thought I could replace it with wrestling and titles but it didn’t help. I thought I had no chance of ever being near you again and then you show up here as Mr. Chaos’s executive assistant and it just brought back all these feelings. I know I royally messed up but I’m out here to tell you I’m a changed man. That’s why I sent you the flowers and the video last week, that’s why I went out of my way to wrestle a clean match against Pimp Juice. So, I’m just gonna go ahead and say it-Lacey, will you go out on a date with me?

Jimmy hands the microphone to Lacey. Lacey seems conflicted and unsure how to react.

Crowd: Please say yes! Please say yes! Please say yes!

Lacey: Yes

Jimmy Jacobs is beside himself with happiness he moves in towards Lacey but she puts her hand up.

Lacey: Before we go out on this date I have a few things I’d like to say. One, you mess up once we’re through. Two, things are going to be taken a lot slower this time. And three, the date will take place next Tuesday at 7:00 PM in Evansville. Don’t be late.

Jimmy nods his head to show he understands and he widens the gap between the top and middle rope and lets Lacey out of the ring. She walks up the entrance ramp and Jimmy follows behind her slapping hands with the fans.

Jack Stone: I don’t believe it. Lacey just said yes. Aftershock continues after this.

Chris Hero: You fans should be honored to be graced with my presence. So before I get to what I have to say, I want everyone in the arena to put down there cell phones and beer cups. I want all the fans watching at home to put away their IPhones and their Star Trek action figures and pay attention to me (crowd boos). I am out here to bring some class to this ring. I am out here to show all you people what a real champion should look like. Last week Super Dragon earned the right to face me for a chance at a title shot. Well I wouldn’t say he earned the title shot because he didn’t earn a damn thing. He didn’t even wrestle at Heat Stroke when I battled that drunken piece of crap Eddie Kingston and made him say I quit. Super Dragon you listen to me if you honestly think that winning some four way match on Aftershock gives you the right to face me you are sadly mistaken. In fact nobody deserves a title shot against me because they haven’t earned it. I am the reason that all the idiots are in the stands right now (crowd boos). They show up just in the hopes that I will grace them with my presence and show them what a true athlete and a true champion are supposed to look like.

Chris Hero is cut off by Gangsta Gangsta by N.W.A playing in the arena. The crowd cheers in anticipation of Super Dragon coming out.

Chris Hero: Come on out here Super Dragon. It would do you some good to be in my presence. Who knows you might actually learn something.

Hero hits the mat and Dragon methodically walks over to him and grabs him and picks him up for the Psycho Driver but Hero slips out of it and hits Dragon with a low blow from behind. Hero takes the time to regain his bearings and lay the title belt out on the mat. Hero goes up behind Dragon and hooks him for the Hero’s Welcome. Hero positions him near the belt and lifts him in the air and drops him with the Super Hero’s Welcome on the title belt. Hero gets back to his feet and grabs the title and stands over Dragon with the title belt raised in the air. Signal fades out on Chris Hero standing over Super Dragon.

Bookers - REVIEW THIS SHOW!

BM - Aries vs Low Ki was just amazing. It was a nice wrestling match in the beginning, and things got great at the end. The interferences from Homicide were pretty good, showing what they could do. nice comeback for Aries though, I wasn't expecting that at all as I was reading through it. Delirious vs Quack was pretty awesome too.

WM - Strong vs Moxley was kinda a squash. His promo after was kind of generic too, but it wasn't bad.

BP - The opener featuring Nigel, Aries, and Ki. It set up the main event and the Chaos Cup pretty nicely. Everyone was in character, with Aries being the douchebag/stand up guy.

WP - N/A your promos are always good.

AC - This was a pretty good show, and I noticed something about it. It's starting to be formatted more like a TV show, with varying match lengths, and promos. THings are looking good for the next couple of weeks. Chris Hero is just awesome, and so is your lightweight division. The main event was great, and the feud between Nigel, Aries, CIde and Ki is looking good. I'm hoping you get noticed more, this stuff is great.

BM: Austin Aries Vs Low Ki was a great match, good length and ALOT of action, and I am a huge fan of Aries! This match was by far the best of the show but I also liked the opening match...Nice job with those.

WM: Strong's squash match was the worst but it helps get him over so theres nothing wrong with that lol.

BP: The opening promo was interesting, as HFH said, it was a good way to set up the Main Event and the Chaos Cup. They were in good character and Aries was GREAT!

WP: N/A, they were all pretty good and done what they needed to do imo.

AC: Good show, the matches were great as they always are the the promo were good too. I haven't checked this out in a while because I haven't been on as much and you were gone for a while too I believe. Good show and I will continue to review for sure! Check out IPW if you want to.

Aftershock 6/24/08 Review

Aries/Nigel/Low Ki promo- As much as I hate the fact that Aries and Nigel are a team this was a good promo. Good mic work from all three men. Aries vs. Ki sounds like a great match.

Delirious promo- Good Delirious promo. It's hard to pull off Delirious promos.

Delirious vs. Quack- Awesome match. I loved it.

Danielson/Corino promo- Funny stuff.

Daizee/Younger/Vortekz/Eddy/Tornado promo- It seemed like a time filler.

Strong vs. Some guy- I think this might be the first squash that I've ever read in CTW.

Strong promo- Good heel promo. Lots of cheap heat in this one.

Sabian/Chuck promo- I like this feud.

Jimmy/Lacey promo- Yeah! Go Jimmy!

Younger vs. Steen- Very good match. I'm suprised that Steen lost.

Aries vs. Ki- Great match. Good use of the interference by Homicide. Action was very good.

Hero promo/Hero and SD brawl- Good promo from Hero. I expected SD to win in their brawl.

BM: Delirious vs. Quack
WM: Strong vs. Guy
BP: Opener
WP: Daizee/Younger/Vortekz/Eddy/Tornado promo
AC: Really good show. Solid matches and promos.
Plug: Check out POI Episode 31 this sunday.

Best Match: Low Ki vs Aries. It was high velocity like most of your matches and the interference by Homicide was well played out. It started good and just built up and up and it was not disappointing in the end.

Worst Match: I was never a fan of seeing Squash matches although I do understand their use. So I have to say the Strong Squash

Best Promo: Honestly I do not know half of these guys considering I do not follow the Independents but I do know Aries, Low Ki, and Nigel. Very nice promo and hypes the Main Event. Nicely done.

Worst Promo: Daizee/Younger/Vortekz/Eddy/Tornado. Was good for a nice chuckle but I think you could have done rmoe with it.

Additional Comments: Well like I said I do not follow the indys too much but your show was a good read. I am sure I will be getting familiar with some of these names. Good show.

Roberts Stadium Evansville, IN

The opening video of Aftershock is seen. Ground shaking, glass breaking, debris flying. It’s unpredictable, it’s Dangerous, it’s Aftershock.

The video explodes into a shot of the pyrotechnics display at the entrance ramp and follows a trail of pyrotechnics going down the entrance ramp and ends with four huge charges going off from each corner of the ring. The crowd is loud for the show tonight.

Jack Stone: Welcome to Aftershock! We are live from Roberts Stadium in Evansville, Indiana! I’m Jack Stone joined as always at the broadcast table by Matt Washington.

Matt Washington: I am excited to be here Jack because we are now only two weeks away from the Chaos Cup and what an incredible group of names we have lined up for this tournament and we still don’t know all the names that are gonna be in the tournament.

Jack Stone: Hold on I’m being told there’s a situation in the back. We’re sending a camera back there now.

The camera is seen running towards the backstage area where Steve Corino and Bryan Danielson are seen brawling with Ian Rotten and Madman Pondo when security comes in and separates them. This incident brings out Mr. Chaos

Mr. Chaos: Well well it seems you two wanted to get things started early tonight huh? Well since you gentleman want to kill each other so much why don’t we do it in the ring? Tonight the four of you will compete in a tag team match and just to make it that much more interesting whoever picks up the pinfall will earn a spot in the Chaos Cup. Guys, make sure these two teams stay well separated until the match.

Mr. Chaos walks away as Ian and Pondo and Corino and Danielson stare at each other from across the backstage area as we send it back inside the arena.

Back inside the arena as Down by Stone Temple Pilots plays in the arena as BJ Whitmer makes his way to the ring to the loud cheers of the crowd. BJ steps into the ring and grabs a microphone.

BJ Whitmer: You fans have no idea how great it feels for me to be back here (crowd cheers). I know most of you are aware that I was born in Owensboro, Kentucky but I used to spend a lot of time here in Evansville, Indiana. In two weeks CTW will be in Louisville, Kentucky for the Chaos Cup and I want to see each and every one of you pack the Rupp Arena. I want that arena to be so loud the roof cracks when I win the Chaos Cup. I…

BJ Whitmer is cut off by Did my time by Korn playing in the arena as Roderick Strong makes his way out on the entrance ramp to a loud chorus of boos. Roderick has a microphone in his hands.

Roderick Strong: First of all how can anyone be happy about being in a town like this? (Crowd boos loudly) Secondly, what gives you the right to say that you’re the one who’s gonna walk out of Louisville, Kentucky as the winner of the Chaos Cup. Seriously what have you done to deserve such a title?

BJ Whitmer: Well for one thing I wasn’t pinned by Jimmy Jacobs at Heat Stroke. And I believe I beat you on Chaos TV to qualify for a title shot at Lonely at the Top a few weeks ago.

Roderick Strong: You shut your mouth right now! You shut it before I come down there and shut it permanently. In fact…

Roderick Strong starts walking towards the ring and stops halfway.

Roderick Strong: I should take you out before the Chaos Cup simply because it would only increase my chances of winning it all, going on to Halloween Hell and winning the Chaos Cup.

BJ Whitmer: Well you know where the ring is big boy, and if you don’t it’s that big square thing with the ropes that I’m standing in right now, so whenever you’re ready just…

BJ is cut off by Hey Sandy by Polaris playing in the arena as Chuck Taylor walks out onto the entrance ramp with a microphone in his hand.

Chuck Taylor: What the hell is this? Who are you two to claim that you are going to be the ones to walk out of Louisville, Kentucky as the winner of the Chaos Cup? The last time I checked neither you, Roderick or you, BJ, were victorious at Heat Stroke. Neither one of you have a guaranteed title shot that can be used anytime.

BJ Whitmer: Whoa listen up junior, I’ve lost more main event matches than you’ve participated in, so I suggest you choose your words carefully from here on out.

Chuck Taylor: *Pauses to think* Well, here’s five words-Chuck Taylor-Chaos Cup Winner. You see the difference between me and you two is that I am a winner, I am successful. In fact I could be both of you guys in the ring in less than five minutes.

Roderick Strong: That sounds like a challenge to me, why don’t you come down to here and let’s get things started.

Whoa whoa whoa

Matt Washington: What the hell?

Mr. Chaos is seen on the big screen.

Mr. Chaos: Hold on there, I’m not going to have three of my participants in the Chaos Cup eliminate themselves before the match. At least not without a referee present. Ref, get down to that ring because were going to have a potential Chaos Cup final preview match right here on Aftershock. (Crowd Cheers)

Jack Stone: We’re gonna have ourselves an impromptu match here on Aftershock.

The referee runs down to the ring as Chuck Taylor blindsides Roderick Strong from behind and BJ Whitmer jumps out of the ring to join in the fight as the camera fades to a commercial.

Backstage Bryan Danielson and Steve Corino are having a slight argument.

Bryan Danielson: I can’t believe we have to face those garbage wrestling idiots in a match again. What’s the point of us beating them at Heat Stroke if we have to keep facing them?

Steve Corino: Dude this is exactly what we want.

Bryan Danielson: Have you taken complete leave of your senses? How can you be excited about facing those two blueberries?

Steve Corino: Dude, think about it, whoever wins the match will earn a spot in the Chaos Cup. That means they’ll be too preoccupied with earning a spot in the Chaos Cup, which means they’ll start arguing, eventually they’ll start fighting and eliminate themselves from wrestling.

Bryan Danielson: Ok but what’s to stop us from fighting ourselves?

Steve Corino: Well, I’ve already decided that you are going to be the one to represent the Anti Hardcore Alliance in the Chaos Cup. Now let’s go get ready to watch the Blood Brothers self destruct.

The camera goes to the Night Club where Jimmy and Lacey are on their date and it’s Karaoke Night. We hear the music blasting, the bad singing, the conversations happening.

Promoter: All right ladies and gentleman we have a very special guest coming up here to sing, please welcome from CTW Jimmy Jacobs!

Crowd cheers as Jimmy takes the stage

Jimmy Jacobs: Thank you, this song is dedicated to a very special lady, hit it.

The music starts to play, Jimmy positions himself where he can keep an eye on the monitor and Lacey.

Jimmy Jacobs: I walk along the avenue.
I never thought I'd meet a girl like you.
Meet a girl like you.

With auburn hair and tawny eyes.
The kind of eyes that hypnotize me through.
Hypnotize me through.

And I ran.
I ran so far away.
I just ran.
I ran all night and day.
I couldn't get away.

A cloud appears above your head.
A beam of light comes shining down on you.
Shining down on you.

The cloud is moving nearer still.
Aurora borealis comes in view.
Aurora comes in view.

And I ran.
I ran so far away.
I just ran.
I ran all night and day.
I couldn't get away.

Reached out a hand to touch your face.
You're slowly disappearing from my view.
-pearing from my view.

Reached out a hand to try again.
I'm floating in a beam of light with you.
Beam of light with you.

And I ran.
I ran so far away.
I just ran.
I ran all night and day.
I couldn't get away.

And I ran.
I ran so far away.
I just ran.
I ran all night and day.
I couldn't get away.

The camera switches back to the arena and back to the announce table.

Nate Webb: Well I’m sure you are aware of the clause in a Champions contract that grants them a title rematch after they lose the title.

Alex Hoffman: Of course.

Nate Webb: And since Delirious did not beat me to win the title I feel I should be the number one contender. And since the Chaos Cup is less than two weeks away why not make it Nate Webb versus Delirious in the first round of the Chaos Cup for the Light Heavyweight title (crowd cheers).

Delirious walks up to them

Delirious: AmIhearing youright? Youwannastep toDelirious atthe ChaosCup withmytitle ontheline?

Homicide: Once again it is now time for the affirmative action part of the show (crowd boos). Now last week our plan was to eliminate Austin Aries entirely. Unfortunately that didn’t work out like we hoped but that’s ok. We’re not out here as Austin Aries put it “to cry and whine about losing a match”. We know we have to face those two gringos in the first round of the Chaos Cup and we plan on embarrassing them and anybody else in the Chaos Cup. Once I or Low Ki win the Chaos Cup then we will truly be the most dominant force in CTW because not only will we have the Tag Team Titles when we cash in our shot, but we will have the Chaos Cup and the Heavyweight Title after Halloween Hell and it will be impossible for Mr. Chaos to ignore us then. So with that being said, I am out here to send a message to Austin, Nigel, Chaos, and everybody in the back that we are not going to be ignored. I am out here to issue a challenge. I want any gringo in the back man enough to step in the ring with me to come down to the ring.

Jimmy Jacobs: I can’t believe you ate that much. Well, we should probably call it a night. Will I see you next week?

Lacey: Of course you will I’m Mr. Chaos’s executive assistant, remember?

Jimmy Jacobs: Right, right. I just meant outside the arena.

Lacey: We’ll just see how things go. Remember I still want to take things slow this time.

Jimmy Jacobs: And I completely respect that. Well, we’ll see each other next week and I’ll call you sometime later in the week.

Lacey: Ok, good night.

Jimmy and Lacey hug to end their date and Jimmy walks away as Lacey looks on.

Brawl and Mr. Chaos promo- Interesting match made.

BJ/Strong/Chucky T. promo- Good promo. It shows how important this tourney is going to be.

Triple Threat- Great match. It was action packed and I had no idea who would win.

Danielson/Corino promo- I wasn't expecting that from Corino. Looks like the Anti Hardcore will be working as a well oiled machine tonight.

Jimmy's song- Nothing to say, but LOL

Tag Match- I was expecting much more harcore wrestling in this match. It was a very good match and I think that hardcore elements wouldn't have added anything to it.

Nate Webb/Delirious promo- I'm guess that we're going to see a new champion at the Cup. I'm getting excited about this tourney.

Steen/Dragons promo- I have to say that this is one of the funniest BTB's.

Homicide promo- Good promo by 'Cide as always.

Homicide vs. Robinson- Pretty good match. At first I didn't think it was a good idea to have 'Cide lose, but it works with the story you're telling.

Jimmy and Lacey promo- Hopefully Jimmy can win over Lacey.

Main Event- Great match, I really enjoyed this. The ending was perfect. Match of the night.

AC: In my opinion this is the most underrated BTB on this forum, it's so good, but it doesn't get the credit it deserves.
Okug: If you get the chance check out POI Episode 32.
