Last night we were bloody terrible as we have been all season thus far. Mancini has insisted since the start of the season that we need to use more than one tactic. His tactic to chose 3-5-2. Which I believe is one of the WORST tactics in the entire world.

Actually it's a fantastic formation if done right, Juventus and Napoli do it who I watch regularly and they play it to perfection. You really can dominate teams with it, City just don't have the players for it. Not worse players, just not suitable for that formation, they're a solid team that likes four at the back (which I still prefer to 3).

and then you've got Kolarov who's fantastic going forward, a better defender, and a set piece specialist so..? Why's he always on the bench?

I ask myself this every time I watch City play. The guy makes so many chances for you and has an amazing free kick. I actually think Clichy is a better defender now though.

Midfield, Do I really need to go into why Milner & Barry we're playing? Both FUCKING SHIT FUCKTARDS who're very lucky to be playing professional football yet alone pick up £120,000 a week plus. Both horrible selections by Mancini and I hope both players leave in the summer.=

Lmao agreed. They're your versions of Michael Carrick.

Aguero & Dzeko upfront. We were playing a team of midgets so I'm surprised Dzeko didn't have the game of his life. Sits on the bench all the time, then when he finally gets on the pitch he scores. Start's a game does shit. 3 times he started 0 goals. When he comes off the bench you're guaranteed goals from him. Poor performance from Dzeko. Can't really fault Aguero because he prefers to work with Tevez upfront. Probably due to communication or something or other.

Agreed again. Why was Aguero on the left though? Baffled me. They couldn't get him in the game.

Me personally If I was Mancini I would have lined up with a team like this.

If we don't qualify, and fail to win the prem. Mancini must go.

I wouldn't have played Sinclair in his first CL match in a game where you needed a strong team performance. Balotelli is too selfish too. I probably would have kept Milner on the right just as a work horse. Where's Javi Garcia btw?

It's the typical Italian, Let's try and defend and keep holding the ball in the midfield with slow intricate passing. Something we don't do. We have flare and speed. We like fast ship-shape fluid play. That's why a 4-1-3-2 or 4-3-1-2 was so fantastic for us last season.

I don't know the reason I prefer Kolarov over Clichy is power. Kolarov will either win you the ball and set you on your way or Foul them to stop play. Clichy usually let's players run at him and hopes to win in a sprint.

Agreed, and that's not fun. No team deserves a Michael Carrick.

Typical Mancini "Let's fuck with the tactics & hope it works" I'm glad he came out and admitted last night the loss was on his hands. 70% Mancini, 30 percent players just couldn't be arsed putting in the performance.

I would have he would have added something we don't have in Milner. Speed. We needed something fresh he would have been that something. I like Balotelli, and I believe despite him being selfish playing behind Tevez, and Aguero he would have flourished last night. Holding up the ball.

To be honest it made me realise how much City miss Silva. If Yaya isn't playing well and you have no Silva then you're a very vulnerable team imo.

Couldn't agree more, that's why I was hoping we signed Daniel De Rossi in the summer transfer window.

Seen a lot of the guy, not sure he's right for City. Perfect player would have been Cazorla but Arsenal robbed him.

Indeed, Although I don't even think we we're linked with him. We're always linked with Bloody Italians. :upset:

Ruud put it perfectly on Sky Sports. Italian managers all seem to want to copy other Italian managers (the 3 at the back for example) and would prefer Italian players. Someone please name me an Italian player who would get in world team of the year?

Why is it that Dzeko gets blamed for playing piss poor in the game, yet when Balo starts in the EPL games, no one cares? Find that a bit funny, especially since Dzeko has the most goals of all players on the team this season.

It's rare that Balo actually starts a premier-league game, but when he does I always criticize him. I criticize all the players because it's a team game. If we lose I'm not going to say. The team played fantastic, Dzeko let us down though. I'll criticize all.

I took City -1 1/2 & Arsenal +300 on the ML in a 2 team parlay to make these games interesting. Only a $5 bet but I'm getting a little less than 10 to 1 odds on it
