He's kinda stating the obvious really. I mean technically there's no rule stating that a World title has to be a first tier belt. Clearly a world title should be the first tier but the WWE Championship surpasses the WHC as the top belt and it's kind of impossible to have two top belts in the WWE, especially since both of the World title are being feuded for on RAW. I'm not going to go on how WWE should introduce the brand split and whatnot because that's not what this thread is about.
Back on topic I doubt Cena's one reign will bring up the value of the WHC, considering that he's already a 3 or 4 time WHC. Honestly all they need is a couple of solid superstars with somewhat good draws and a solid storyline, and already they're off to a good start. It kind of drives me nuts that WWE is thinking that Cena is the answer to all of their problems, he has to retire at some point right?
I get what you're saying but it's been done before with the WCW and WWF title and no split up brands. A brand split, meaning a hard one, would ideally help, but it hurts the company to not have Cena on raw, and fact is there's no equivalent 1A/2 guy like Dave to carry the wwe title and draw if it was sent to sd while the world title stayed on raw.
The best thing that could happen for both is honestly Orton getting a long heel run and being the second to last match on ppvs, while Cena carries the world title and closes ppvs. Place Cena on in hour 2 of raw and closing sd, not always wrestling, but closing. Place Orton in hour 1 of sd and let him close the final hour of raw.
There's also just the thing people don't want to think about, belt for belt, not a unification persay but the same way warrior and hogan or Booker and Steiner did it, where Cena just wins. Problem is you have him work less free TV matches, which he really should anyhow (cow and milk analogy) to work multiple ppv matches
